Customer ID: 6174445 I was Charged Rs60 for activating some D2H Cinema Channel on my account. When called the helpline, I was informed that someone called me to take the consent for activating it however that never happened. I never gave any consent to any sales rep of Videocon. This was a fraud charge made on my account. When asked to refund the amount, Videocon helpline denied providing any support regarding this complaint and denied refunding the amount. I am not sure how many more are suffering with this fraud without their knowledge. I got to know about this when I received message from Videocon to activate my account with monthly subscription of Rs.875 however when checked on the website it shown by monthly subscription as Rs815. When called helpline, I was informed about the same. If not checked, I would have again recharged it for Rs 875 like I did the last time. How can such big company can fall in to such malpractices. Completely dissatisfied customer.

    Dear Sir, On 6th April 2015 I have tried to recharge my Videcon D2H online though my Debit Card for Rs.280/- After several time my D2H services was not recharged but the payment of Rs.280/- has been deducted from my bank account. This I have tried through Videocon website. After few minutes again I have tried to recharge through Just Recharge it .com for Rs.280/- online through my Debit Card. again Rs.280/- + Rs.1 (service charge) was deducted from my account and my system was recharged. Idon't understand why Vedocon D2H is not refunding my money. Please clarify. Georgekutty John

      My customer id no. Is 80163965. Vide work order no. 30612938 dated 21feb and work order 30724910 dated 25 feb, we complaint to d2h about on/off problem in TV(led TV; in built set top box). But no engineer visited to check the TV. Instead, they talked on telephone about the problem and said PCB(Motherboard) will be changed. PCB was not available in the d2h warehouse that time(as told by the engineer). Finally, on 12 mar 2015 the engineer changed the PCB for which they charged Rs. 3100. But the problem continued. D2h engineers visited many times but could not resolve the problem. Then Engineers of d2h took the t.v. to their service centre on 24.3.2015 and return it on 26.3.2015(evening) after repairing it. But, still there is on off problem though the frequency of problem has come down. Apart from that software update failed is new problem that is coming in the tv. Hundreds of call were made to the engineer in last 1 month, still they aren't able to resolve the problem. Furthermore, the representative of d2h who is handing the problem instead of finding solution to the problem, is finding faults in other things and us, and now he has started disconnecting our phone calls and has started shouting unnecessarily. How many days/months d2h/its representative/engineer will take to solve the problem, god knows ! Fed up with calling customer care, representative & engineers. We loosing our time, money(TV recharge), facing problem and still we customers are blammed. D2h Authorities pls do something. ALSO, CUSTOMER CARE IS NOT REFUNDING THE AMOUNT WHEN THE TV COULD NOT BE USED/D2H SERVICES COULD NOT BE USED DUE TO NON AVAILABITY OF PCB IN VIDEOCON WAREHOUSE, WHEN TV WAS FOR REPAIR IN SERVICE CENTRE ETC. CUSTOMER CARE ALWAYS SAYING WE ARE WORKING ON YOUR COMPLAINT.. WHAT TYPES OF SERVICE IS PROVIDED BY VIDEOCON D2H IF THEY CANNOT SOLVE AN ISSUE EVEN IN MORE THAN A MONTH..??? LATEST WORK ORDER IS[protected]DATED 4.4.2015) & COMPLAINT NO. IS[protected].4.2015). D2H AUTHORITIES URGENTLY AND IMMEDIATELY RESOLVE THE ISSUE WITHIN 7 DAYS (TILL 15.04.2015) OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE TO APPROACH THE CONSUMER COURT REGARDING MY COMPLAINTS.

        Complaint against, D2hshop.com I online order for Products: Vox Hdmi Hd Led Projector Home Cinema Theater Supporting Av Vga Usb Sd -White vide Order Id: [protected] and paid the amount Rs.5098 to the ECOM EXPRESS courier company vide AWB[protected] on 30th March 2015. Later after opening the box i found they sent me achaper projector UNIC Model UC 28+ which is different from what i was ordered. As per now they are not responding properly to my complaint. I am aged 67 years and become handicaped due to an road accident. I humbly request your kindself to resolve this issue at the earliest.                   My Videocon d2h id no is 87266844. My name is GVS Prabhakara rao. My set box is giving frequently flickering and the programme is getting stopped abruptly. Automatically it is again getting started with in about 15 seconds and going t home channel. It is happening for the last 4 days for atleast 5 to 6 times a day, especially in the mornings and evenings.. When I contacted Customer care, they said to make some internal adjustments. But no result. They are demanding Rs. 150/- to make a visit to my home and to rectify the set box problem. They are saying that my warranty is expired. Why should I pay for the setbox correction, which is installed by your company. Is it not your responsibility to keep the programme delivery intact, so long as I am paying my subscription ?. What is this warranty in between?. I am not going t pay any amount, so long as I am paying my subscription. If you also say that I have to pay for the visit, I wud have no option except to switch over to some other d2h. Thanking you, GVS PRABHAKARA RAO.

                    Sir, on our request, our set top box had been changed by your agent and your agent charged Rs.399 for set top box and Rs. 300 for 3 reasons as told by the agent: 1. The services would not get affected for next 24 hours. 2. The same Rs.300 would get credited in our account. 3. The same would be treated as warranty without affecting our account balance. The same Rs.300 had been credited in our account on the same day but After around 1 week, on 3 April, 2015, your company has deducted Rs.300 as warranty charges, for set top box, from our account. Kindly look into the matter and please credit our account with Rs.300. Pls reply. customer id[protected], contact no.-[protected]

                      Hopefully a sane person at VideoconD2H would be reading and addressing my concern. I subscribed to D2H HD South Platinum Pack last year after paying 6660 [Customer ID[protected]], which included Set Top Box, Installation, 1 year Free Subscription to South HD Platinum and Additional 30 days of free subscription. I received a SMS asking me to renew my services by 4th April 2015. I need to get 1 month of free subscription as it was mentioned on your website when i signed up for your services by paying Rs. 6660. I somehow managed to get across some Nodal officers who bluntly refused my request stating that you never had this offer. This make me think i was retard enough to end up paying for one whole year at one go. I should have opted for monthly payments, when there was no benefit for paying upfront for 1 full year. Accordingly to you i am due for renewal and i not interested in renewing my subscription unless you guys give me 1 additional month subscription for free as it was mentioned on your website for annual subscription or just lose me as a customer for good.                         I have reached Rs 200 on my Videocon d2h by online on dated 30.02.2015 at 20:09 hrs through State Bank of India. But the package was not obtained till date. I reported this matter to the customer care executives several time and they were advice me to complaint on this with the copy of bank transaction proof. Now, I pay ed Rs 190 additionally for activating my package. Hence it is requested that, please take necessary step to refund Rs 200 to my account as soon as possible. An early action in this regard highly solicited please. My account Number and transaction id are given below

This recharge has not succeed. but amount of INR :-241 is cut from my state bank of India account . I have recharged from debit. My SBI account is showing value date:- 23-Mar-2015, and narration :- TO TRANSFER INB Bharat Business Channel L TECH_BARATB Payments, and ref. no. :[protected]IGR00TUBBC4 TRANSFER TO [protected] STATE BANK OF INDIA O, and debit :-241.00 is showing in my account. This amount has cut from my SBI account but in my d2h account have not received this money. I am sending the proof of online payment transfer detail and please request to you take action quickly on this report.

                                company's man came to our home and without any reason he open our fully fine setup box and demanding Rs.400 for replacement of new setup box.when he open to clean setup box that time TV is fullyfine.after that he fraudly told lier reason and suggest to replace the box.

                                    One Vediocon DTH Connection ID[protected] have been installed in my house in the month of February 2015 during New Connection Company given me one Month Free after the expiry of one month I have Recharge Rs. 325/- for New Gold Sports Pack on 3rd March 2015 . But Vediiocon disconnected my Connection on 23rd of March 2015. Before the expiry date of 3rd April. 2015. /-.                                       The previous flat in which I used to stay ( T1, Vinayaka Residency, 1st Cross 1st Main, Chinnapanahalli Main Road, Marathahalli, Bangalore-560037 ) the landlord is harrasing me. I have my entire Videocon D2H setup installed in that flat and now he is not allowing me to relocate that. He is putting false accusition like I have stolen Dining Table Chair, Curtains, Matress all that. And I come and talk to him on this things he will not allow me to do anything with my D2H service. I tried to sell the ownership of the D2H set to the new tenants. But th landlord advised them not to pay me anything for the setup. Although they are using my D2H setup every month quite comfortable without paying a penny to me. I want to know how can I tackle this situation. I have complained the Videocon D2H service also to completely block that service at least 10 times in the last 4 months. They didnt do anything. Please help me. Pritam [protected]

                                        Vide work order no. 30612938 dated 21feb and work order 30724910 dated 25 feb, we complaint to d2h about on/off problem in TV(led TV; in built set top box). But no engineer visited to check the TV. Instead, they talked on telephone about the problem and said PCB(Motherboard) will be changed. PCB was not available in the d2h warehouse that time(as told by the engineer ). Finally, on 12 mar 2015 the engineer changed the PCB for which they charged Rs. 3100. But still the problem continued. Even further, now many subscribed channels are not coming and showing E16-4 error. The engineer said that channel problem is due to PCB/ on-off prob. Now, engineer wants to take the TV to service centre but do not want to give any service slip/receipt of taking TV to service centre. Without receipt how any one can hand over his product to engineer ? Now Customer care([protected]) says that get your TV repaired from outside. How a Cust care say like that after charging for parts and replacing it. Appropriate authority pls do the needful to resolve the problem of on/off of TV for which PCB was changed by charging Rs.3100 and problem of not coming of channel(error E16-4). My customer id no.                                         Engineers of d2h took the t.v. to their service centre on 24.3.2015 and return it on 26.3.2015(evening) after repairing it. But, still there is on off problem though the frequency of problem has come down. Apart from that software update failed is new problem that is coming in the tv. Hundreds of call were made to the engineer in last 1 month, still they aren't able to resolve the problem. Furthermore, the representative of d2h who is handing the problem instead of finding solution to the problem, is finding faults in other things and us, and now he has started disconnecting our phone calls and has started shouting unnecessarily. How many days/months d2h/its representative/engineer will take to solve the problem, god knows ! Fed up with calling customer care, representative & engineers. We loosing our time, money(TV recharge), facing problem and still we customers are blammed. D2h Authorities pls do something.
