Hi. This complain is regarding a refund of ₹ 4620 which i asked from Videocon D2H. This is because i did a second recharge worth Rs. 3540 after they refused to accept any recharge of ₹ 4620 exists for my account. They finally accepted a recharge worth ₹ 4620 was done on dated 23/02/2015. It is a matter of surprise, distrust and shame that despite communicating to their team time and again there was no refund of ₹ 4620 to my account. They are simply communicating me the same point “as per our system info, the amount has been credited” Below are couple of points that i would like to state- 1) First of all, Videocon D2H Team simply denied on dated 14/02/2015 that any such recharge (worth ₹ 4620 ) to my account exists. It was my repeated follow ups with a lots of screen shots, proofs because of which they finally accepted stating recharge was made on some different date i.e on 23/02/2015. 2) It was my bank reference ID which at the end worked and they were even least bothered to call me up and update the same, a weird customer responsiveness. 3) Till date in this follow up process, my bank was right and i trust them more than them. 4) I have sent screenshot of my bank account and balance for their reference, requesting them to go through the same. However, they hardly took the same into consideration. Because of their irresponsible behaviour, i am planning to discontinue their service. I have wasted huge time and money in this follow up process. I would be dissatisfied even if i get my recharge amount back. Following up with them is pain and frustration.     my consumer ID[protected] I have file my complaint to d2h customer care centre 12 times in this month, 12 days before one person comes and he told the set top box is problem I will replace with in two days But still not resolve the problem I have subscribe to videocon 600rs/month.pls help me and resolve that complaint

      On 18 th march night i had given detail complaint . The concern person spoken to me for 1/2 hour and told you will get complaint no on ur mobile.
      But til 19th afternoon no complaint no recd . I hahad given call at 4.30 / 5 pm that time they told no complaint was registered. That time they have given work order no 31261457

      Now on 20th at around 11.30 when asked it was told that when your service engineer called we told him that our problem is solved . This was a false statement o[censored]r service engineer. Not a single call received from your service engineer .
      Today when we called, we got information that yesterday's complaint was cancelled and issued us new complaint no .
      This is shocking . If such type of services customers are getting then vidiocon brand name will be hampered .

        Remote is not working properly after changing channels it audio disappears also video sometimes it works very slowly ... This complaint has been filed twice no proper response and also no one to look after I think clause for giving us proper services isn't true also kind of rude response from customer care executive also while recharge you call on previous day of recharging but when we ask for service I don't think so at all proper response is receiv

          On Date 12/2/2015 a phone call from your side I received in which your representative told me about HD pack and he request to see the trial pack for one week. But I was surprised to see that without my permission HD pack started from12/2/2015 and amount deducted. After lodging complaint to your customer care center I could change my normal super gold pack.             even though the video is running the sound get blocked and also suddenly both video and audio get blocked and blue screen appears...both these problems will arise twice and more times in a day...this had become major problem and most of the time dish leads to rebooting..the signel is very poor

              Hi, The complaint is two fold. First, I keep getting a lot of marketing calls from Videocon inspite of me having called in to customer care asking them to stop. The last call was on the 12th of March for an offer on Star Premiere HD, and when I refused the offer, the caller was quite abusive. About 20 mins after the call was terminated, I got an intimation that an additional channel (Star Premiere HD) was added to my account inspite of me not adding it. I called into customer care and I was told that this was a "technical error" and that they would get it sorted out. Ticket[protected] was raised for this however the 60 rupees which was taken is yet to be refunded. The ticket has since been closed. Customer ID:[protected]. Kindly look into this. Rgds, Ninad

                Dear Sir / Mam, This is Nitin S Patil. My Videocon D2H ID no. is[protected]. (Vidhya N Patil) One HD trial plan activated by your end on 18 feb 15. I called to customer care to de-activate the HD plan on 25 feb 15. I recharged my monthly pack on 27 feb 15 as per my recharge schedule. But this HD plan is not deactivated on time and no one called me from Videocon D2H service for activation / deactivation of the HD plans. I didnt knew about this plan when it was activated again. Now my recharge plan is going to end today, but I want it should continue upto 27 Mar 15. So my request is only to add my credit in my account upto 27 mar 15. Thank & Regards, Nitin Patil.                   i was complaining since 2 months everyday regarding "verifying smart card" and "smart card not properly inserted" when the set up box is being started the advertisement is coming properly but the other channels are not coming the screen is showing blank last 15 days ago an engineer has came and he just changed the camera bulb on the disc and took 450 rs but the problem is not yet solved in monsoon the tv is almost blanked for 4 months we pay for the set up box but the services you provide is damn poor

                    I ordered a pair of Shoes from D2Hshop.com via Telephone on 3rd March 2015. I received my order on 7th March 2015. My order contained LGX Sports Shoes Combo sized 7, but after receiving the order I found out that the shoes didn't fit me hence I requested the customer care executive to exchange my order with a bigger sized shoe. But the customer care executive flatly refused my request saying "They can't exchange my shoe having size 7 with the same shoe of size 9." I have been trying to contact the customer care for the past 5 days and had tried to convince them numerous times but have failed everytime.                           The day i bought the product HD Setup box as a second connection the problem begins. And from last 6 months. every week i register the complain and without resolving the problem they close the complain. From last 2 months your technical person doesn't visit on my complain and they talk rudely . i m really tired of this of product.. give me the solution... If anybody ask for this product i ll really give NEGATIVE RATING FOR D2H HD SETUP BOX... because no one is solving my problem.

                              D2H is not working since last one week and no one is attending it. Engineer visited two days before and changed the set top box which is still not working showing Error E04-4: Smart Card Error. Customer care executive do not know any thing.

                              I am following up with them on daily basis still problem is not solved.

                              Superior is not available on call when i tried reaching them through customer care centre.

                                  I have been a customer of Videocon d2h more than 1.5 years. My customer ID is[protected] Recently I am facing a issue (deduct balance incorrectly) which is getting resolved by the Videocon customer care team by NEAR A MONTH. I don't know when they can solve this issue!!! The responsible, smart customer care team has been assuring me more than 30 times that it will be resolved as soon as possible but it look likes to me a never ending process!!! I have recharged my d2h on 5th Feb'15 by Rs.231. Over the next two days, I was experiencing a total screen blackout issue so I have called the customer care and finally they told it would require a Service Engineer visit to check the problem. On 8th February'15 the service engineer came and just put a pen-drive in the set-top box and updated the software. Now the screen blackout problem has fixed and the service engineer has claimed Rs.150 charge for it and I gave him the payment and also signed a payment confirmation paper. The service engineer has left and within few seconds I have received a messaged from d2h that "The charges Rs.150 paid by you to d2h Engineer for Cust ID [protected] have been received by us." On the 9th February'15, I have received a message from d2h "Thanks for recharging your d2h by Rs.150" (Later I came to know that the Rs. 150 which I have paid to service engineer, he did a recharge to my account so that finally d2h can deduct that amount from my account. I don't have idea what is the purpose of that!!! ) On the 12th February'15 I have received a strange message that "Account is suspended due to Non Payment of Service Charge Rs.300" and taking without any permission they have deducted Rs.300 from my account. THIS IS THE POINT WHERE THE ISSUE HAS BEEN STARTED. From 12th February'15 to 8th March'15 there were several times (I guess, more than 30 times) I had spoken to the Customer Care executives (including many Senior executives) regarding this and they have taken more that 15 complains and gave a date and they have failed to resolve this. Here are the experiences I went through: >> Several times the senior executives (few among them are : S.Durga, Pranab Kumar Das, Dharmendra Panda) have wanted to know from me that, was there any parts/equipments of the Set-top box replaced or not? I have assured them there was no hardware devices changed only the software has been updated. Once they listened they were confirmed me by "we are forwarding this to BILLING/SALES/BACK-END team for verify, It will be resolved within some times" but still it is not yet solved. >> Several times the senior executives has confirmed me, yes they have responded back and within few hours you can receive your balance, but that never has happened. >> Every time the customer care executives has lodged a complaint and I have received a stupid massage mentioning a complain number and possible resolve time, but this issue has never resolved and they don't bother about it. I don't know when the issue will solve???!!!

                                    This is so much distrust and irresponsibility from your end... I guess you need to train your staff properly please understand facts here, ---we never wanted recorder, your sales staff called again and again to make us try it we paid Rs100 as activation charge, why didnt they check first which type of box is installed here, now when this stuff didnot work we again paid Rs150/- and faced a series of calls full of mind stress, spoiling a complete morning of sunday, finally paying your company via net banking... Trust me I will post this every single place on the internet and ofcourse never recommend your BOX to anybody ! Dear Sir, Customer details- Mr.Mukesh Pancholi, D2H-ID[protected]. It is indeed a very painful moment to write this email which describes a very unfortunate incident after which we lost all the faith of Videocon D2H. I sincerely request you to read the full message as we are a loyal customer of your company. Over the past few months we have many times received calls regarding the "Recording Facility" to which I always ignored the same, finally last month upon too much pushing from your sales person I finally agreed to activate the same, they told me you will require a PEN Drive and your box is ready to use, for many days we didn't ever bother using that function but in last week upon my kids request I started to use the facility to which we found once recording is started the Box does not allow us to change the channel, now how can one watch other channel in this case, hence we called up your customer service centre. The lady over the phone told me it to be a user mistake, and the box should very easily recording as well as allowing us to watch other channels, We also wanted a new remote since old ones on/off key is not working, the lady very politely asked me to pay Rs 150 as service charges plus remote control charged extra, I requested her that if my problem of recording is solved I will happily pay the Rs150/- service charge but it would be unethical to pay this amount just for the visit of your person. Now the lady told me IF I BUY THE REMOTE I WILL NOT HAVE TO PAY 150. Now the service person comes to my house he examines the Set-Top-Box and tells this is a old model and it wont do both the functions or recording and watching other channel at the same time. our first problem is solved, I wont argue but this same could be told by your customer care person also. Secondly my father asks for remote which we ordered to which he gives a remote which-- -- definitely does not look new -- no box packing -- the plastic bag in which it was kept was very dirty -- your person himself told its NOT NEW PC upon this conversation my father told to bring New remote and than will pay charges for same. The visiting guy started arguing for Rs150/- so we told that your customer care representative has told me to pay only for remote, you bring a new pc and we will buy the same.Your person says nothing more and leaves the place. Today 8-March being a sunday whole family was together to watch tv, and like a worst dream the Set top box is not working with a message Insufficient Balance. Now upon calling the customer care we come to know that our account is suspended, --- we want to know how can you suspend our account without even informing us ? --- we want to know how can you trust the service guy so much that you didnot even bother to cross check if he is telling the truth or not ? --- How can you allow one of your person to sell second hand used remotes and charge us the MRP This is so much distrust and irresponsibility from your end...                                       I HAVE A VIDEOCOND2H CONNECTION. THE PROBLEM IS THAT FROM THE LAST 2 DAYS THE SIGNAL IS NOT COMING. THIS PROBLEMS HAPPEN IN EVERY MONTH AT LEAST TWO TO THREE TIMES. SO I MADE A COMPLAINT REGARDING THIS. BUT NO RESPOND FROM THE COMPANY SIDE.

                                      But its not recharged. but the amount was deducted from the Bank Account twice. I have sent an email to customercare with attached the screen shots of the bank statement. Which shows the details of amount got deducted from account.

                                        My name is Nagendra Prasad Singh and my videocon d2h ID is 14180763. I had subscribed for Gold Maxi as my base package and HD Access as the Add-on. This pack along with the add-on had Star Sports HD1 in it but the broadcasters have stopped this channel and instead started airing Star Sports HD2. I had opted for the above said package in the month of November 2014 because I wanted Star Sports HD1 to be there. But the broadcasters have changed it just before the start of the Cricket World Cup. My point is when I'm paying the money then I should watch the channels of my preference and not what the broadcasters want me to. I had also called the Customer Service Executive regarding the same but my complaint was not entertained properly.
