DearAll, This complain is regarding my d2h. I recharged by Rs.165 but it is not working. I called at your call center also but was not solved. Therefore, kindly look into this matter. Call center people are saying that I need to pay Rs.150 to the person who will visit to check, but my concern is that if everyday there is same problem than I can't pay 150 on daily basis. most of the times due to little rain also your SIGNAL GETTING FAILURE, Why are taking money from consumers which is your signal problem not consumer side problem.one consumer has paid its full money for the channels, if you are unable to show him full channels this is your network problem not consumer problem, under which rule you are taking money from consumer...

I have been a customer of Videocon d2h more than 1.5 years. My customer ID is[protected] Recently I am facing a issue (deduct balance incorrectly) which is getting resolved by the Videocon customer care team by NEAR A MONTH. I don't know when they can solve this issue!!!
