to day at about 7.45 pm we were trying to recharge our vediocon bearing id 8331281 through internet but regreat to infrom that while our bank of maharashtra account [protected] has been debited .even though the same was not recharge .hence we recharge through outside agency by paying Rs. 231/ kindly look in the matter & refund the captioned amount

    As i have recharged my Video con dth on 1 st march but till now[protected] i have not got got my DTH service to be resumed and then i called the customer care of said company and they promised for the tehnical support as they registered my complain on date 03 march at 3;30 pm and was told that the assistance will be in 24 hours but till that date i did not got any technical assistance and during this time period i repeatedly called them from my cell phone through various numbers. but still i am not getting any assistane and i got pushed to register complain against the said company.

      Customer no.[protected] Smart card no. [protected] I have taken a connection just 2 months back and I am completely unsatisfied with the Videocon's service. I have paid the amount service charged of Rs.400/- (for uninstall and re installation) to the engineer who has visited my place. Now Videocon has deactivated my subscription without confirming whether I have paid or not. Secondly when I ever I call them they put on hold for long time and then they forward the call to their senior executive and I need to repeat the same story again and again. They always say that I have registered your complaint and it will get resolved in next 2 hours which has not yet resolved after 48 hours. Complaint no.[protected] dated 02-Mar-2015 time: 14:15 I am really fed up with their customer service...

        Hello, I have purchased this new connection only to watch the spiritual channels mainly "Peace of mind" but most of the time signal to the channel is not available however at the same time signal to same channel is available at other DTH connection in neighborhood, I have checked this personally. Please check the issue, today is the sixth day of purchase, if the problem can't be resolved from your end I would like to return the connection as it is not serving my purpose.           D2H Cust ID:[protected] I have purchased D2H videocon connection on 26th June 2014 & taken NEW GOLDEN plan with one Year subscription+ with 1 month free subsciption offer worth Rs.4546 . The validity of d2h connection is upto 25th June 2015 excluding 1 month free subscription. Now in my Account : balance showing- 1066.65 Next Recharge date:20/04/2015. Basic package:NEW DIAMOND As ON:24/01/2015 According to my subscription which i have taken it should EXpire on 25th July 2015 (including 1 month free subscription ). & till that i am not required to pay any charges for D2H connection. I request you to resolve this issue ASAP .

              I already complaint written by telephone on dt.27/02/2015 my complaint 574267, As per details On dt 13/02/15, I am complaint given about setup box, that day engineer visit my house, and change setup box and he charged Rs.300/- above money paid Rs. 300/-by cash and received money message on my mobile. and Recharge Rs.325 On dt.15/02/2015 and received message from D2H, Balance Rs.355/- Due date-17/03/2015. On dated 26/02/2015 AT Time 17.40.36, Rs.300/-service Charge, deducted from my Balance Rs.355/-and immediatly my D2H SWICTH OFF, and one message received from D2H, your service has been Suspended due to non payment of service charged Rs.300/- I am complaint again the excess payment to D2H, but he cannot help me he sending message your complaint resolved till Tuesday, March 3, 2015 04.21PM. Now I have recharged on 28/2/2015 of amount Rs300/- and the balance is Rs 245/- Name :- SANJAY.B.AYARE Contact No :-[protected]

                I recently purchased HD DVR settop box. But found that it is faulty. It has some issue with HD channel recording. I raised request for that on 13 Feb. After that I called customer care 4 time and escalated the issue. After 10 day I got call from someone from local service centre and told me that he is sending engineer. After that I called service centre 10 times still no engineer visit. My problem not resolved. Company provided me faulty setup box and not providing service for that.

                      I am using videocon DTH, It having problem (the signal will not come, only videocon logo will come), then we want to switch off and on the power, every time we want to do this, Regarding this i complain soo many time, but they not responding, 5 month before i complain to customer care, then one engineer came and told software should upgrade, i not bring the laptop, soo i come tomorrow, like this service engg told. afterwards they not came. then after 2 month i call to customer care regarding same issue, again another service engg came and check the antenna and setup box, after checking he told setup box having problem, soo u come to videocon service center with setup box and remote, we exchange new setup box and remote. after 2 weeks i went on 5.2.2015 to videocon service center with setup box and remote, again he update same setup box, and gave it to me, they told now setup box is fine. hereafter problem will not come they told. but still now problem not solved. again i call to customer care on 26.2.2015 at 1pm, regarding same problem, they told service engg come and replace the setup box, then i disconnect the call. after few hours the signal is lost, i cannot able to few any channel. soo i call to customer care and informed, then he told we cancel your account becoz of swaping of setup box. the service engg will come within today and change setup box. after half an hour service engg call me and told me, setup box out of stock, soo wait for 2 days, we change the new box like this service engg told me. i asked him why signal is not coming, he told i activate the account within 1 hour, but upto 10pm i not able to view any channel. for this i talk to supervisor also but no response. really videocon dth service really totally waste, no response, they close the call without solving the problem. waste of time...

                          Dear sir,

                          My name is madhvi .M fond of videocon i live in bharuch gujarat.From last four years i am using videocon d2h and i was satisfied until i found the problems regarding recharge . As we all know that we recharge our account for one month but in your d2h dervices we only get 3 week service and if customer want to see, he or she must recharge account before the date of our last recharge, because your services will be disconnected.
                          For example, i had recharged my account on 05/02/2015, now on 26/02/2015 i had recieved a ''warning mail'' that i have to recharge before 26/02/2015 otherwise services will be stopped.
                          My question is that if you recharge only for 3 weeks, why woulid say it '' monthly recharge pack''.This is unexceptable .I was fond of videocon since my childhood but i think everything has been changed with time and now its time to trust someone else who do what he says.
                          Its my humble request to please do which is right, do not make right according to yourself.

                            I'm purchased videocon d2h hd connection on 03.10.2014. After one week of purchase audio problem started in set top box. We are complaint lot of times, and replaced one old box after 10 days. But replaced set top box video quality is very worst. (Replaced box is old version and used box). Again we are complaint lot of times, then replaced another one old set top box. This set top box audio quality is equal to 1980s AM Radio quality. Again we are complaint lot of times videocon not replaced set top box. Videocon is one of the Fraud Comany in India. First, my first set top box covered under warranty 1 year. But videocon replaced old version and used set top boxes. I'm sent mail to videocon customer care regarding surrender and reimburse my advance amount and set top box cost, videocon replied that we are unable to refund your amount, but videocon take set top box and accessories without refund amount. Videocon d2h Customer care, Service team very worst. So, I'm changed to Airtel hd+ connection. Airtel HD+ Video and audio quality is excellent. So, Pl note that viewers, Don't' buy videocon d2h connection. Don't waste your money. If you are buy videocon d2h connection your money, time, etc... Waste!

                              I have a videocon DTH, cust id:[protected]. My basic pack is South silver. Before three months i had recharged my DTH with 3 month subscription, last month with out my permission, videocon DTH service provides active HD pack in my DTH and they deduct around 250rs for that, because of this i loosed one month subscription and my dth validity expired. When i enquired about this issue, i got a poor response(service) form videocon DTH customer care. After a big fight with them, aftyer two days they deactivated the HD pack. So today (23.02.2015) i have recharged my dth with again three month subscription of rs.570, today evening at 7.31pm i got a sms from videocon stated that, "as per your request your basic pack has been changed to South Platinum HD, and you have charged rs.590 per month". You once again cheated me, with out my knowledge they once again activated HD pack to me and charged lot of amount.

                                      Hi Since I have upgrade to HD I am dissatisfied with the quality of product. After upgrading there was a problem of audio video synchronization and after tons of complaint, company has resolved my problem by changing my new STB with one repaired STB (this is really a bed experience). After that (as the STB is repaired one) new problem started with is SOUND QUALITY and I have registered a complaint with customer care and one engineer (having no knowledge about any thing relating to the product) came at home, tried to update the LOADER of STB but failed to do so. He called to his senior and gave his phone to me and the person other side talk so rudely and without listing me or having knowledge about the actual problem, started to blaim my TOSHIBA LED TV. This kind of service I was not expecting as I am using the videocon d2h since 2012. But after upgrading to HD, my all expectations are ruined by such dumb engineer and his real dumb senior. If possible kindly do so needful else I have no alternative expect quite the company.

                                        hello, i had placed order from d2hshop.com under prepaid mode order nos [protected] & [protected] .But not shipped today 21/2/15, no reply emails, some fake arises.today i contact their cust care .told me send within next 36 hour or monday .So i want avail my product or refund cash. Please solve my problem at earliest. Arrange action to refund money at earliest.
