Sir, my D2H CID is 91432693 I have upgraded my package to new gold sport +16 channels of HD before 2 month but your call centre people forcefully added Star world premier HD without my consent.I immediatly told to stop this channel but till date it is not happened & every month they are charging me for that. This is totally cheating case, I many times called on cust care but they are unble to do this. If this would not happened in two days I will disconnect your connection &will go to cosumer forum. Secondly call centre person never tells us the facts.In online recharge customer have no choice to downgrade his package this is another case of cheating. so plz give me reply asop.

    Hi, this is saurabh my customer id is 11788569, i am using videocon sattelite LCD tv with inbuild set box, last 6to 7 month there is a problem with my set-up box only news channels are available after making prolongered complain to your customer care, no satisfactory rectification action has been taken but i paid three times service charge to local vender, he suggested problem with inbuild setup box/card.he changed it and take his charge. now the problem is this after two &half month again ploblem is same only few chhanels are available, no ent/sports/movie channels are available, ialready logged the complain to your local custmer service and no satisfactory action has been done. since last twenty day sir, my adviec is to videocon conpany to take serious focus on costmers problem .

      Ref. Customer id:3779914 Customer ID.[protected] Customer ID :[protected] Dear sir, There are two complaints against Videocond2h. One is regarding out of stock setup box remote and other one is regarding recharge of customer id which had no d2h connection. The first complaint: I have been using d2h connection with customer ID 3779914, for about more than about 3 years. Recently my set up box (satellite dvd) remote was broken. I called customer care number asking for new remote. I was told it is out of stock as production of set up box which I am using is stopped and I gave to buy new setup box or exchange the same with new with condition that I have recharge it for min. 4 months. As my existing setup box is working fine, why should I buy or exchange new one? And existing setup box is serving two purposes as d2h connection and dvd player. If I exchange it with new that doesn't have dvd player feature. So I don't want to exchange or buy new one. If they give new freely, I will go for it, retaining existing one as dvd player. They have not yet supplied remote in spite of 3 complaints. But they disturb by calling to recharge the same. I request d2h personnel to supply me with new remote or new set up box at free of cost as its not my fault if you have stopped production of existing setup box The second complaint: Recently around 6 months back, I requested for one more new HD connection. I don't know I had been given two work order ids one with my number as RTN([protected]) which is assigned with customer ID as[protected], but for this customer id d2h installation of d2h was not done The other work order with some unknown number, later I changed it to [protected], [protected] as RTN with customer ID[protected].For this ID d2h connection was given and I have been using it. But from two days I have been receiving call and messages on my number [protected] to recharge d2h. Today at. 6.41 pm, I recharged for Rs.370 on d2h website using my sbi Internet banking( Transaction Ref No IG00QBORF2 for Rs.370.0 on 20/02/2015 06:41:56) . It got recharged for customer id[protected] for which there is no d2h connection. So I request to you) . It got recharged for customer id[protected] for which there is no d2h connection.         Hello sir, i had contacted d2hshop cust care complaint section on 28/2/15, the senior said me it will be deliverd within 3 days. But that is processing mode in d2hshop.com. That is not shipped me till today 3/3/15. It is fatal mistake from the part of d2hshop.com. No refund, no delivery . My order nos [protected] & [protected] dtd 13/2/15. It is before 21 days . I am prepairing legal action against d2hshop.com. Pls forward it d2hshop.com.

          I recharged my D2H on 16th january with rs 231 for 1 month All of a sudden i get a message that my balance is low and would expire on 10th feb . 5 Days prior to my scheduled time . I called customer care innumerable times but they did nothing and continued to give lame excuses . My service is dicontinued and no satisfactory reason is given nor an action taken . Please look into the matter and help us getting the services we pay for and make the company pay for our harrasement

              Engineer comes and fix the box n charges 450rs then after a day the box gets disconnected and even after complaining the issue is not resolved even after months then when complaining again the engineer comes n resolve problem n the company says its included in your previous service charge even though the deduct all my balance n says its the service charge which you dint paid.                         I placed the order [protected] for BQ S35 in d2hshop on 02 Feb 2015. Product description showed black color phone on D2Hshop site which is what I wanted. But I knew the common mistake with online shopping where they are least bothered about the color. So I called them up same day with in about an hour after placing the order asking the to reconfirm the color. Excecutive said, color is not guaranteed. I asked them to cancel the order immediately. He said he has sent a mail to his internal department and order will be cancelled. I was not convinced so asked for the time it takes to reflect online. He said it will be done on same day by 6 PM. But it did not happen, it was showing the status processing instead of cancelled. So I called executive again next day and they said it will take 48 hours to reflect the cancellation. I waited. After 3 days, I still saw the status as processing. I called them up again. To my surprise, executive said it is already shipped. He asked me not to receive and send it back. he also asked me to call them up again after a week asking for refund. i said okay and asked for awb=[protected] to track it. Finally courier person came on Monday. After all these experience with executives, I made up my mind and decided to receive the courier because I dont trust d2hshop.com and its executives anymore. Anyways I will loose the product but also my money and time in following up and calling them up frequently. Even courier was not so known one it was sent through ecomexpress where status wasnt changing as it was suppose to be. Finally, I have the product with me. As I guessed it is not black color that I wanted it is red color. I'm sure I will be wasting my time in going back to them asking for return, refund etc. But I want to make sure that I share my bad experience here, in tweeter, in facebook, google+ and other social sites + consumer forum, CounsumerCourt so that people will not get cheated and become aware of onlineshopping problems.

                          I am having the same problem. The technician had come to the neighbours house to fix some problem and he stopped by ours to check if everything was working fine. Neither he nor D2H mentioned of any service charges for just checking to ensure the connection was good after fixing the neighbours problem (Usually when the technician fixes a neighbours problem, we start to have issues). We have not had service since last couple of days and I am not sure what would happen to the balance in my account that was available before they deducted Rs. 150/-. Severe action needs to be taken against these companies. Very very bad service!

                            My videocon D2H was not working and i logged a complaint to get it repair via call. As per the executive who registered my complaint, there will not be any charges for engineer visit but engineer took Rs. 300 from me. I registered complaint[protected] for it and i have received an SMS saying that it will be resolved by 6th Feb 2015 by 4 Pm but it is not yet resolved, I have called customer service agent multiple times and every time they extend the date & time .                               I had 3 connections of Videocon D2H. I shifted my house and was able to install only 2 TV's. Hence i disconnected the third connection. Further my second connection displayed only few channels like POGO, CN, ABP News and Very few other channels. My package is suppose to show all the channels but due to their issue i was not able to view all. When i complained they use to refresh and it will work fine for 1 day and then again same issue. This happened many times. Further their customer care person changed the antenna and then again the same issue and now it is more than 2 months i cannot see any channel in it. Since it is my second connection i.e room connection i dont care much abt it but still my money is wasted. Kindly refund my charges of 150 * 27 months = 4050 rs. Thanks Vikram Gupta [protected]

                                Dear Sir/Madam, We got a connection from Videcon DTH 8 months back, we got to know from there service representative itself, that the connectors were duplicate and the place of dish installation is wrong, hence the signal strength is very weak and 30 percent of the channels won't come at all as shown in the attached image. They are demanding 450 bucks for changing the location and extra amount for original connectors. But since the problem is from there side it is there responsibility to correct it. I'm calling them from more than a month now (aproximatelyy 50 times). Everyone tells they will ensure it will be corrected, but there will be no action. Sincere request to please take some action as I'm not the only customer who is facing this issue. Many people are facing this issue and the company is demanding money to rectify the problem they themselves committed. This has become revenue for Videocon and also for the cheating service guys.                                   I ordered rico sordi 5 menz watch combo order id [protected] on 8 may 2014, . After few months the digits inside one watch started coming out on their own and the watch stopped working, another watch stopped working After few days, all the watches have stopped working. When ever I call on your customer care it says all executives are busy. I also sent a message for call back and sent many mails but all in vain.

Pramod Krishna Gurav, Kalwa, where i raised the complaint no 30096416 for Dish antina Pipe failure and your engineer visited dtd[protected] and he charge me Rs 400/- for Hardware failure and Rs 150/- for visiting fee Total Rs: 550/- which i have paid in cash transaction. Now he was not deposited money to office which i understand form videocon D2H customer care person. That is not my look out to he was not deposit the money. And why he recharge done from the Engineer end?. Last two days my setillite box service is shut down due to non payment of Hardware failure. But as per the terms and condition i have full payment done to Engineer and that is your look out why he recharge the Setillite Box without any information and also i have done last recharge rs 370 on 12th Jan-15 were end date is 11-Feb-2015. Now videocon D2H customer care told to recharge me Rs 150/- and then your service will start. But i will not doing any payment for recharge rs 150/-which is bother for me.                                         Hi, I have Videocon D2H and my customer id is 58259108. I have a DVR and and engineer came to my house about one month back and told me that and software needs to be updated in order to run your box properly as channels will stop working without updating the software. after updating the software the hard drive went corrupt and stopped working. I was told by the engineer that they will replace the box free of cost as it is company's mistake. Since then it's been almost one month I am calling the company to fix the issue but same is still not resolved. Every time they take my complaint and tell me that engineer will visit and will fix the issue but no one comes. Please help. Regards, Rajesh Chopra
