Engineer comes and fix the box n charges 450rs then after a day the box gets disconnected and even after complaining the issue is not resolved even after months then when complaining again the engineer comes n resolve problem n the company says its included in your previous service charge even though the deduct all my balance n says its the service charge which you dint paid. They are cheating me over months My customer id is 85965356...

Till now I have not received my money Please Please Please Help...

Hi, I have Videocon D2H and my customer id is 58259108. I have a DVR and and engineer came to my house about one month back and told me that and software needs to be updated in order to run your box properly as channels will stop working without updating the software. after updating the software the hard drive went corrupt and stopped working. I was told by the engineer that they will replace the box free of cost as it is company's mistake....
