Dear sir,
There are two complaints against Videocond2h. One is regarding out of stock setup box remote and other one is regarding recharge of customer id which had no d2h connection.
The first complaint:
I have been using d2h connection with customer ID 3779914, for about more than about 3 years. Recently my set up box (satellite dvd) remote was broken. I called customer care number asking for new remote. I was told it is out of stock as production of set up box which I am using is stopped and I gave to buy new setup box or exchange the same with new with condition that I have recharge it for min. 4 months. As my existing setup box is working fine, why should I buy or exchange new one? And existing setup box is serving two purposes as d2h connection and dvd player. If I exchange it with new that doesn't have dvd player feature. So I don't want to exchange or buy new one. If they give new freely, I will go for it, retaining existing one as dvd player. They have not yet supplied remote in spite of 3 complaints. But they disturb by calling to recharge the same. I request d2h personnel to supply me with new remote or new set up box at free of cost as its not my fault if you have stopped production of existing setup box
The second complaint:
Recently around 6 months back, I requested for one more new HD connection. I don't know I had been given two work order ids one with my number as RTN([protected]) which is assigned with customer ID as[protected], but for this customer id d2h installation of d2h was not done The other work order with some unknown number, later I changed it to [protected], [protected] as RTN with customer ID[protected].For this ID d2h connection was given and I have been using it.
But from two days I have been receiving call and messages on my number [protected] to recharge d2h. Today at. 6.41 pm, I recharged for Rs.370 on d2h website using my sbi Internet banking( Transaction Ref No IG00QBORF2 for Rs.370.0 on 20/02/2015 06:41:56) . It got recharged for customer id[protected] for which there is no d2h connection. So I request to you) . It got recharged for customer id[protected] for which there is no d2h connection. So I request to you to refund my amount of Rs. 370 at the earliest.

Videocon Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have received wrong product and sent back on 20th Dec 2014 by post (Order# [protected] my mob: [protected]) and also received acknowledgement email.
