    Still my problem not slowed, 4 days not working my connection (already 6 days + 4 days total 10days)

    Again customer care person Ms.Saranya asking to send the mail to [protected]@d2h.com, she is not providing nodal and appellate contact number and mail ids.

    Very worst service Videocon,

    Today morning (23.11.2020) again i sent the mail to [protected]@d2h.com but i suddenly received mail from Videocon mentioned herewith.

    I recharged on 30th Oct'2020 amount of Rs.222/- (actual recharge amount is Rs.232) (already loan taken 3days charge Rs.33) Per day cost Rs.7.70 but my connection 6 days before disconnected, How i accept your fraud activities??

    Videocon d2h doing different types of fraud activities i am also facing so many times. Because your customer care person also does not answer properly.

    Every last date connection disconnected on 12 PM only, after the Corona virus issue disconnected before 10.30 PM, This also one of the fraud activities.

    Yesterday show that Rs.5.45 balance - Today show that Rs.4.51 balance in your infinity app., This also very good structure of fraud.

    My old complaints are still pending, some people are cheating my money through videocon d2h, The same way you get more money from many people.

    Today again I raised the complaint (No.[protected] and I received a call from a service engineer person (mob:[protected]) saying they can charge that Rs.450/- for fixing charges the same person last month told that Rs.300/- but my DTH is warranty live now.

    This is very bad and malpractice. You can clear my problem without cast as soon as possible.

    I have a (303 error) problem faced on 3rd May'2020 so meet with a S.V.Communication dealer from Veerakeral, Coimbatore.

    Dealer (S.V. Communication) say that this software problem brings your set of boxes and charges of Rs.200/-.

    I am paid Rs. 200/- and got the set of boxes on the 2nd day. Again a signal not available asking the same dealer to say that I sent a videocon engineer person.

    Nobody visits my home so I have to check on Dish and finally find an error for one screw not plugged. I was involved in correcting the problem.

    (5 days not working my dish - my money totally wast)

    Today onwards so many time signals are not available showing on TV screens. Today (29.06.2020) I have raised the complaint to videocon customer care.

    Today a service engineer person visited and gave advice to change the place of dish anta and charges for Rs. 300/-. I am very worried about this issue.

    Please take complaint to cheating people S.V.Communcation-[protected] he is collecting Rs.200/- for 303 error problem.

    I am taking the new connection on July'2019 but still have not visited and not checked any videocon service engineer person for the past 11 months this very worst service.

    Please take action and resolve this problem without cost.

        in my videocon d2h box error "smart card not paired with box "

        I am having trouble with my Videocon D2H box and it says "technical problem issue" and i called customer care they said they are processing something from there end and nothing happened, then they told me that Technician need to visit and charge 200 rupees. If they repeatedly do same thing with other customers like me, it's a big benefit for Videocon and every Indian who has Videocon D2H connection has to pay this amount and think how much amount will they earn. Please help us to stop such thing. My customer ID is 47603743.
        Today I called - Videocon Customer care no.[protected] They are very rude and after calling them many times they are giving only one answer that I need to register the complaint after which they will send technician and i have to pay Rs. 200/- for this small issue which is coming just because they have deactivated my account (ID[protected].

        If Videocon is doing this with customers then the only option is that we should choose some other reliable service available in the market. They are cheating people like this.

          Now a days customer care is forcing us to take technician visit by blocking our favourite channels, when we call to customer care they are telling us everytime to pay 200 rupees for technician visit
          Last time 1 month back when I called to customer care and said that ABN telugu is not coming, within 5 minutes that channel activated and till that we were watching tv5 but now they blocked both the channels including Home channel this is ridicules

            We are videocon d2h customers since 6years, our remote was not working so i asked for new remote and it was registered 1week back, customer people said that one of their personal will come home and deliver the new remote and to to pay the amount of 130 for that, i accepted and updated our address and mobile number also, but till now there is no response from their side

                I have recharged an amount 1003.0. The amount has been debited but not updated on d2h. I have complained three times with the transaction ref. no. but the customer care is not taking any initiative to refund my money. I have mailed them also but again they are not replying me back. The worst customer service as ever seen.

                  I have submitted request for new d2h connection 4 days before through d2h website. Even after making full payment through online mode, didnt get my product and installation as it's more than 4 days.On caling customer care, they refused to help. Instead they told me that they don't have any such ETA for installation of product, once engineer is available he will call you and install the product till then just wait. I asked how much time roughly it will take, they said it might take even more than 15 days. I asked them to refund my money but they refused strictly saying this can't be done.

                  Requesting to take immidiate action against these frauders who are making money online through such scam websites and not delivering product within given time frame.

                  At last d2h came and installed!..I just want to suggest new customers, don't go for online purchase through website go to customer care and take cash on delivery mode. Dont pay prepaid. It take 15 days to install. If u take COD it will within 2 days

                  Day 7- No response from d2h for installation or refund.
                  Market retailers ready to provide connection in 2 hours and these online sevice provider has crossed 7 days and still no result. If d2h is working with softwares which were developed in ancient time, why they are providing online services knowing they can't fulfill customer needs. D2h don't have mechanism that allows user to cancel requests in such cases, now they are forcing me to take their connection as my money is with them, they are not going to refund my money, they are giving me connection as per their convenience...customer care useless..how can they operate with such administration..this is very very serious customer matter and I am surely going to take it ahead from here.

                      We have ordered videocon d2h set top box through dish executive who seems to be known by our local dishtv repairer .This videocon fellow asks to pay money on his friends account and says, set top box will be delivered in 3-4 days . Later even after one and two months i am not getting set top box nor did money.. The fellow says he is customer care fellow ...His name is Ravi Sahare...The payment screenshot i am attaching is made to his friends account.

                            I have upgraded from SD Set top box to HD Set top box. D2H informed me on the mail that 749 will be charged for the replacement. D2H engineer has replaced the device and I have paid 749 to him directly in the form of cash, but the very next day again 749 have been deducted from my D2Haccount as well. I have been following up with them over a month but issue have not been resolved. Please look into the issue.

                            I have sent multiple mails but to no avail. After repeated follow ups I was refunded partial amount, still I have not received full refund.
                            Still no resolution yet..this really pathetic service from D2H. Time to shift to other service provider.
                            Written multiple mails but to no avail. This fraud and cheating by D2H. I would never recommend D2H to any one. I still need to get refund of 499 Rs but no response from customer care to multiple emails I have sent.

                                    I have recharged videocon d2h on 25/10/2020. for a sum of Rs 265 at 18:54. through yono sbi. Money is deducted from my account and recharge is not done even after 24 hours. I have also called customer care but they are saying that wait for sometime.

                                      From 1 year our videocon D2h dish account is not working because we transferred address from ahmednagar to aurangabad, then we informed the D2h company for fixing our dish in aurangabad then that serviceman in aurangabad fixed our dish on our house terrace and took almost 600RS from us . And then we recharged our account with RS 170 to get our D2h services activated even though our account didn't got activated then we again informed to the company then they said again do the recharge of RS 100 and then your services will get activated already we have paid 750 RS then why company is telling us to pay more amount??? Take action immediately. Our D2h customer ID is 52358388.
