Dear TRAI,

I am a videocon d2h user with customer id[protected]. Since from last 1 month, i am facing issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes wrong add-on activation, frequent unfair balance deductions.

Fresh incident is regarding my recharge of RS. 380 for which i should get services for 30 days but they have deducted 20 days for no reason. Again i have complained to their customer executive...

I registered videocon d2h dish connection with my number and since then i been receiving telemarketing calls from them atleast 10 times a day. Its really annoying and irritating and there is no way to block them as they keep on changing numbers as well. Please help stop this menace.its very amnoying and affects my work as well. Pls do something about this...

CID 46059785 I have recharged through SBI net Banking on 27.04.2021 vide transaction no.[protected]. Till date D2h customer complaint lodged is not attended and no reply. Kindly look into the matter and do the further needful. a line in reply will be highly appreciated....

Msg received on[protected] that Active (Rs40/-+GST) has been activated on your account .Your monthly Recharge value is Rs716.24 Due date is 18-05-22 I have never asked you for the services you mentioned. Please don't impose your suggestion to include any Service other than my desired ones without my permission ....

The money from the bank account has been credited to your account but does not show the amount in my D2H account...

Airtel d2h is not providing us replacement of defective set up box which is having audio video problem .
We have registered multiple complaints form past 10 days but no one is listening to us ....

Hi,

I have made multiple calls to get a refund. I have been told thrice that I will get the refund within 24 hours but never got the funds credited into my account.

I have made alteast 20 calls in the past 10 days.

Every time, I call the customer representative make me wait for 20-30 minutes so he/she can connect me to the supervisor. In the end, the so-called supervisor never comes on the phone.br...

Namaskaram. My customer id for D2H is:[protected]. In my above profile, the Registered Telephone Number is wrongly quoted as[protected] whereas my RTN is[protected]. Hence I request your goodselves to change my RTN to[protected] in lieu of[protected] and oblige.

Videocon D2H is always activating some ## random channels without my consent and charging hefty amount for those channel. This time they have activated two channels with same name

(1) Music Active- ₹39.83

(2) Music Active-₹40

Total- ₹₹79.83 .Huge amount for these pathetic channels.

Worst dth provider. They are directly telling you have to go ahead with the service and have to watch the channels which they are only providing.
They are removing the good channels from their list and adding all the advertising channel which is useless to us. When we are telling them to remove the channel from the list they are telling they can't do it as they don't have the option to do that...
Also when asked to activate...

Dear sir I have three connections of my id last 2 year's my id no[protected] company add a new connections of my id without my permission last 7 days I complain the customer care but no response I want switch off box permanently card no[protected]...

I am a costumer of videocon d2h from the year 2010, cost I'd 27598700 in the name of Goura Chandra Barik, in the 3rd april my Remote was not working i have complain to videocon d2h costumer care in 4th april comp no 84353373 dt 04/04/2021, so many time i have complain but till the date they have not provide any Remote or notvisit there Enggineer. No any responsible ans from them i have a old costumer of them or time to...

I have registered multiple time for DND and also registered complaint at videocon d2h but still receiving calls from videocon d2h. daily 8-10 calls,...

I stopped using videocon d2h since 02.04.2021 and following up with them for refund of my money with them but no result so far.

Hello my D2H I’d no is 91640877, on 13april 2021 I raised reqst for temporary suspension of my D2H account for 90 days and my reqst will be raised and My reqst I’d no is [protected] so after that he said after 12am I will accept but till no there is no reqst accept and my account balances is cut, After that I again call on 14april 2021 @ 5.07pm for enquiry they said ur reqst is under process and that Executive Miss Deepti Singh again raised...
