This is to inform you Videocon D2H stopped broadcasting ABN channel and charging amount Rs.11+tax.

Can you let us know if new channels are paid channels now if not take action against Videocon D2H.

      Hi it's Rakshit Pathak, customer I'd[protected]. I have complaint about siganl issues for some channels but d2h customer care is not responding anywhere. When I called them they told me that they are transfering my call to senior officer after that call was disconnected. They are not even responding for my mails. All time they just send their technician which takes money without of any fault from my self. Is that any new style to grab money from their customers. I also want to disconnect the d2h but I have recharged it till October 2021. Very annoying service from d2h

        Dear sir,

        I am a customer of videocon d2h; my mobile no. is [protected] and customerId is 1749007, which is registered at videocon d2h.

        The problem is that D2H telemarketing calls daily 3-5 calls regarding videocon telemarketing. Therefore, very hard to get a few hours of sleep without being interrupted by a videocon telemarketing call.

        It is causing serious health concerns, and D2H is the primary reason for it.

        I have registered my mobile no at Vodaphone DND for blocking telemarketing calls.
        Still, without respecting the law, your teams continue to interrupt my day.
        So please unregister my mobile no [protected].

              Dear TRAI,

              I am a videocon d2h user with customer id[protected]. Since from last 1 month, i am facing issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes wrong add-on activation, frequent unfair balance deductions.

              Fresh incident is regarding my recharge of RS. 380 for which i should get services for 30 days but they have deducted 20 days for no reason. Again i have complained to their customer executive then they credit my balance then again deduct today. but to which they are not replying. These kind of issues happened in the month of april.
              I Lodging complaints again & again isn't feasible with videocon d2h. They keep our call on hold for mammoth duration (30 min). And they said we are doing work from home so we can’t connect our to call to seniors. Sometimes call gets disconnected & they don't bother to call back.

              Now i am so furious, that i even don't want to use their services but unfortunately i have invested money in buying their useless products. I want my money back for the investment done on their set top box & umbrella.

              I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h.

                I registered videocon d2h dish connection with my number and since then i been receiving telemarketing calls from them atleast 10 times a day. Its really annoying and irritating and there is no way to block them as they keep on changing numbers as well. Please help stop this menace.its very amnoying and affects my work as well. Pls do something about this

                          Hi,

                          I have made multiple calls to get a refund. I have been told thrice that I will get the refund within 24 hours but never got the funds credited into my account.

                          I have made alteast 20 calls in the past 10 days.

                          Every time, I call the customer representative make me wait for 20-30 minutes so he/she can connect me to the supervisor. In the end, the so-called supervisor never comes on the phone.

                          Either refund the amount or disconnect my d2h account because I am not happy with the customer service.

                          Just for your information. the money Rs.12660 is vanished now. When I shared the transaction details, it looks like your team has taken the amount in their own bank account instead of crediting it into my account.

                                  Videocon D2H is always activating some ## random channels without my consent and charging hefty amount for those channel. This time they have activated two channels with same name

                                  (1) Music Active- ₹39.83

                                  (2) Music Active-₹40

                                  Total- ₹₹79.83 .Huge amount for these pathetic channels.

                                  D2H Id[protected]

                                  My monthly pack used to be Rs 153.52 but after these two ## channels I have to pay Rs 247.71 .This is a huge amount, also D2H is violating TRAI norms by activating channels without users consent.

                                  I called to Videocon d2h CUSTOMER care for complaining( pathetic experience ) but the executive told me that there is no other option and you have to pay for the channel.

                                  So I request you to take some stern actions against such fraudlent looting company so that no more costumer be cheated like me or else I am going to file a legal case against them.

                                    Worst dth provider. They are directly telling you have to go ahead with the service and have to watch the channels which they are only providing.
                                    They are removing the good channels from their list and adding all the advertising channel which is useless to us. When we are telling them to remove the channel from the list they are telling they can't do it as they don't have the option to do that...
                                    Also when asked to activate any channels.. they are telling that backend team knows the status... Then I think they should make backend team to answer all the query of the customer rather than making this useless people who don't have any answers for any of the query...
                                    After following them for multiple times they have the same answers to every question we ask... Feels like the answer are written somewhere and kept in front of them.
