I have recharged videocon d2h on 25/10/2020. for a sum of Rs 265 at 18:54. through yono sbi. Money is deducted from my account and recharge is not done even after 24 hours. I have also called customer care but they are saying that wait for sometime.

    From 1 year our videocon D2h dish account is not working because we transferred address from ahmednagar to aurangabad, then we informed the D2h company for fixing our dish in aurangabad then that serviceman in aurangabad fixed our dish on our house terrace and took almost 600RS from us . And then we recharged our account with RS 170 to get our D2h services activated even though our account didn't got activated then we again informed to the company then they said again do the recharge of RS 100 and then your services will get activated already we have paid 750 RS then why company is telling us to pay more amount??? Take action immediately. Our D2h customer ID is 52358388.

        A transaction was made by me on 17th October for rs. 1558/- of my Videocon d2h account having Customer id: 93703209

        An email was written by me to Videocon customer care providing all the transaction details with payment screenshot image. Still, the customer care replies everyday asking for new details, only to delay the process and not provide any satisfactory solution.

        It is just a case of simple reverse refund which the company is taken ages to process.

        Is this some sort of looting technique? Even the mobile app of videocon is outdated and hangs most of the time. How are customers going to recharge seamlessly with such pathetic service?

        If I do not get this issue redressed even here, I shall be restratined to take proper legal course against Videocon D2h.

          I have submitted request for new d2h connection 3 days before through d2h website. Even after making full payment through online mode, didnt get my product and installation as it's more than 3 days.On caling customer care, they refused to help. Instead they told me that they don't have any such ETA for installation of product, once engineer is available he will call you and install the product till then just wait. I asked how much time roughly it will take, they said it might take even more than 15 days. I asked them to refund my money but they refused strictly saying this can't be done.

          Requesting to take immidiate action against these frauders who are making money online through such scam websites and not delivering product within given time frame.

          Day 7- No response from d2h for installation.
          Market retailers ready to provide connection in 2 hours and these online sevice provider has crossed 7 days and still no result. If d2h is working with softwares which were developed in ancient time, why they are providing online services knowing they can't fulfill customer needs. D2h don't have mechanism that allows user to cancel requests in such cases, now they are forcing me to take their connection as my money is with them, they are not going to refund my money, they are giving me connection as per their convenience...customer care useless..how can they operate with such administration..this is very very serious customer matter and I am surely going to take it ahead from here.

          Day 13 - Tried all possible ways to resolve issue but no support from customer care even after providing all evidences.
          Now finally I decided to take this matter into Consumer Court of India.
          Day 7- No response from d2h for installation.

          i am facing exactly the same problem, how any company like this even can run in the market. they are taking online payments and then they are doing nothing. Everything is happening with me also, exactly in a same way. My Reference no. is #27947 and Installation request no. [protected] and i have made a payment of 1799/-. This is seriously unacceptable.

              I have using vediocon D2h cable network to watch the TV.
              I have paid the monthly subscription of Rs284/- on 12/10/2020 but on 18/10/2020 suddenly tv off and Chanel is showing C04 Error insufficient balance or you have not subscribed for the channel. I immediately called to customer care number and informed about this. Customer care madam ask me few questions like put TV channel on 149 number and see channel is visible I said yes I can see DD National channel on 149 then she replied keep your TV on for 10 mins. I keep my TV on for 10 mins but still problem is not solved.
              Again I called but same above instructions but still not able to watch the channel.
              On 19/10/2020 again I called to customer care this time also same reply but still problem is not solved.
              On 20/10/2020 again called to customer care but same reply, but mam told me to lodge the complaint and our engineer will visit for that I have to pay his charges, this is rediculous...why I have to bear the charged when I have no fault.

                Dear Sir,

                Greetings..!!

                With request i would like to share my immense disappointment from the services of Videocon d2h as they have now started the business of robbing the innocent customers.
                My customer ID of Videocon d2h is[protected] and i m using there services from more than 08 years but what is the most disappointing part is i m recharging the set top on every month before due date but they are least bothered about the services which they are providing. hardly any channel is coming on a monthly pack of INR 364.
                whenever i used to call up their customer care number they used to fool us by quoting that they are refereshing the command for the set top box from their end but ended up with nothing.
                If there could be a problem with the Dish than all the channel should reflect as no signal on TV but only limited channels are coming and rest channels are reflecting as No signal or service not available.

                Everytime their customer care executive tell us to book a paid appointment for network engineer to get this problem solved. But whenever engineer visits he will hardly check the dish antenna with signal meter and tel usl all is fine and take the INR 300 for service charge which is almost equal to our monthly d2h tariff and finally we are ended up with paying twice with no services rendered from them.

                Your are kindly requested to look into it and advise them to compensate the same.

                  I am not a user of videocon d2h, but have been completely harassed buy the call centre people .i have made a complain more than 10 time to stop these promotional call and message but nothing have happened .i am also registered to do no disturb service but stiill these call continue.

                    I have put a request for new RF remote which service request No.54957921 on dated 13th of october and cust executive told me to paid Rs.275/- for new remote.
                    but on next day i.e.14th of oct i have received 3 times time delay message and finally before during visit engg asked me to paid Rs.375/- which i am not willing to pay, same time company engg arrogantly told me to not deliver remote without Rs.100 extra.
                    same time i called customer care for to reconfirm about charge but they said me not pay above Rs.275/- and make complaint on official mail.
                    without any delay i was mail complaint of [protected]@d2h.com on dated 14th oct from my personal email id.
                    still i am not get any response from their side and finally they closed my request without my prior information mentioning reason that i am not ready to pay charge which is totally wrong..i was ready to pay Rs.275/- which is actual charge but not ready pay extra Rs.100/- which is not included.
                    finally i called customer care on 15th OCT for complaint about fraudly closing of my service request without delivering me RF remote but instead of taking complaint about this case they create new request No.55222750 and on today i.e.16th oct local engg called me for inquiry and told same thing to pay extra Rs.100/- as home visit charge which is totally not acceptable and not delivering remote to me.
                    finally due to 4 days switch of TV and helplessness i have arranged remote from local market but behavior of both company and local executive i was faced so much stress during this 4 days.

                    so its my humble request to take necessary action on this company.

                        Recharge done but still channels are not working

                        As we done videcon d2h recharge is worth rs 154/- as per suggestions customer care team it's now 5 days passed still my d2h is not working regarding same I called on customer care team but not getting any solution, even we sent mail to customer care even not getting any solution, there customer care executive give us false comment every time we call, wrost service provider, they don't care about customers, very pathatic service. Matter esclated...

Har roj mujhe jhuta dilasa diya jaraha he ki aaj aap ka ho Jayega . Me company 2 supervisor se b bat Kar chuka ho lekin koi faida nehi he. Itna kharap ghatiya company kyu chal Raha he. Company Ka sir advertisement ke liye Raha he. Or daily sir advertisement SMS ki alya or complent SMS b nehi aaraha he. Plz solve my problems.

                          I reported 1 problem earlier last week. The set up box replacement done but unfortunately my expiry date got reduced from November 6th or 7th to October 27th, 2020. WHY THIS HAPPENED. Also several channels got activated without my knowledge and i was informed via email that issue fixed. When spoke to customer care they are asking to again lodge complaint but no sending anyone to resolve the issue. We are unable to contact anyone to sort out the problem

                            Please Help me these d2h ones are not resolving my problem, it has been 25 days and my whole month's recharge has become useless like this, yet no solution has been done till date how many mailed calls I made Still no solution was found, this company is unable to solve the customer's problem, take any action against it.

                              I ordered a new set top box online and paid for it through the videocon d2h website on 7th October. It promised to deliver the box within 48 hours, but I havn't received the box yet on 10th October. I tried calling customer care and they provided no help. They said they have no way of tracking online orders. I have mailed to [protected]@d2h.com and no reply from that too. This is very bad service.
                              I was provided with a token number which is # 1192 and nothing else, the phone number I registered with is showing as not a RTN.

                              It's a fault in your system that the number is not registered. The customer care people said that there's no way to track online orders. Please refund the transaction amount. I am attaching the screenshot of the payment receipt I got. Please help.

                                My d2h account id[protected], i register complaints on 05/oct/2020 for activation my dish connection, but still connection not activate.
                                In my account approx 1200 rupees balance.

                                Every day i register complaints and i get complaint number. But customer care told me that, wait for 8 hrs everyday
                                Also i send mail to customercare @d2h.com but still they do not resolve my issue.

                                I very upset with the service of d2h. Please resolve my problem.

                                  Greetings!

                                  I am quite disappointed from Videocon d2h services.

                                  Customer ID 70994198
                                  Complaint pending from last 4 days

                                  I am writing this with high disappointment from your customer service and disappointment for connection not working from last 4 days.

                                  Service request number 53603876
                                  Signal not available from last 4 days. Problem is not permanently resolved from your team last time too.

                                  Your engineer from last 2 days is calling and promising false commitment to resolve this issue.

                                  He has yet not turned up. Very disappointing!!

                                  Customer care mentioned that they won't be able to help if engineer is not able to come. Engineer called up and told that he can't come. You can see the responses I'm getting. I called back again Customer care to that they again said they can't help in this matter.

                                  Nodal officer email and phone number both are not reachable.

                                  Also, this is 4th or 5th time in a year I am facing issues with videocon d2h connection. Every time I have to pay 200 Rs service charge and problem is not resolved permanently.

                                  I hope company will help us on this. Thanks and look forward.

                                    Sir The company did not solve any problems, just postponing me for 24 hours and 24 hours, but I did not solve my problem. Even after my so many emails and calls, there was no solution, these people just used to call me, those people will be resolved, then when these people did not do any solution, then I got upset and took a new connection. I request you to take action against this company. And recharge me as much as my loss and as much as these people bother me, even give me compensation for a new connection.Please help me get my compensation now.
