      For videocon d2h - this is regarding cheating by your 3rd class company videocon d2h
      During 25-26 jul -2020 i had call to customer care from my rtn [protected] inquiring for stream android stb as i wanted to upgrade from my current hd stb to stream android stb their to my surprise that executive gave me false information that it cannot be upgraded i have to apply for new connection if i want stream android stb as i had doubt i asked again an again but still she gave me false information.
      So, finally after this irritating experience i made biggest mistake by trusting videocon d2h services and did payment of rs.3999/- using rbl bank credit card that too using other rtn as [protected] as being existing user my old rtn not allowing same.
      I made payment on 26-jul-2020 18.26 p. M. Then i wrote mail next day on 27 th jul 2020 as i did not get any confirmation on my mail or my new rtn and that time i came to know that up gradation could have been done by just recharging of rs.2499/-. And i have been fooled by customer care executive which costed me rs.1500/-.
      And even after so much worst experience today is 01-aug-2020 till today i have not got any confirmation or call for installation i have been chasing like fool just to get stream stb even after paying higher price such pathetic service providers you peoples.

      And if not capable of same them refund my payment of rs.3999/- immediately.
      And in case if you do installation then remember following things to do
      My current balance of cust id[protected] is rs 242/- to upgraded stream as i do not want to incur loss of same and for upgrading as communicated by you its rs.2499/- but i have made payment of rs.3999/-.
      It's better you cancel and refund me at earliest so that i can get services from another service provider

        Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

        I did the recharge through BHIM QR code which is available in Videocon D2H system and the amount was deducted from my account but till today the recharge is not done. Since then 4 days has passed . I tried reaching the customer care executive through call they are too worst. I didn't need videocon D2H Service anymore. I just want my money back.

        Recharge Amount : ₹453/-
        Recharge Date : 29th July 2020, Time 10.07 AM.

          Just yesterday the single went off, and there's no signal now, and when i complaint they say you need a engineer visit for which they will charge 200/-
          What the #? What service are you giving your customers then?
          Are you trying to loot your customers in this way now?

          Resolve it asap or i might just go for another service provider!

            I had recharge my d2h account from watcho app worth ₹410 yesterday[protected] between 1:30 to 2:30 pm in afternoon through bhim-upi.

            I haven't got my account reachage from last 20 hrs. And customer care of both watcho and d2h is not helping me out.

            They just keep on saying that we will help you in next 2 hrs-3hrs.
            I had tried to contact the customer care atleat 10-15 times, but something they disconnected my call or make some unwanted comments that we are trying.

            They are not helping me.

              I have ordered d2h stream box for rs. 2499 on confirmation from the customer center that my 11-year-old non-working antenna and receptor will also be replaced as part of the upgrade.

              However, they refused to change my antenna. They also informed me that i will not get my money back.

              I have attached receipt of my payment. They have included this payment along with my subscription, without my knowledge, and it is getting reduced day by day. The balance screen shot attached.

              I have asked them to either upgrade my existing box or refund my payment. I have sent multiple emails, but no proper response. When i reached them a couple of times, they said they cannot refund my money. I have escalated to their nodal office, no reply.

                I had paid rs 230/on 3-7 20 for 1 month subscription. My a/c balance was rs 253/at that moment. As per their information by sms&via chanel due date of renewal is 1-8-20. But they disconnect the service on 27-7-20 at 10.30 pm. Without any prior information. I already contact with the service provider and their reply is not hopeful and rude also.. So in this pandemic situation of c
                Covid-19 iam unable to view the current events. Hence kindly take necessary action to refund balance amount. I look forward to your reply and a solution to my problem.

I was forced to recharge with Rs.212/- through HDFC Netbanking vide transaction no.[protected]. I do not understand, what type of tracking system you have in your Organisation by Customer wise? I have experienced this type of problem 3 times in this year. Please verify my transactions (Rs.645/- + Rs.212/-) in your system and extend my validity of account.

                        My customer id is 47045370. We have ordered for relocation services on 22-07-20. But we didnt recieve any callback whatsoever. They asked for 450/- for removing the old connection, nd then reattaching in the new home. Since there was no call back till 26th of july, we removed our old connection nd got it to our new home. Now they called today [26th july] and said that they deducted 450/- from our balance. If the balance is not sufficient they said they would deduct in the upcoming recharges. For what you will deduct the money?. Now just for attaching u take 450/-? Nd that too 6 days later with zero response from ur side all these days. Now why r they deducting the money for what work they have done?

                          Dear sir/madam

                          My name milind kadam. My videocon d2h id[protected]. I recharge my d2h on 03/07/2020. I got channel mismatch issue in d2h. I complaint in d2h for the same. After 2 days service engineer come to my home & repair d2h connection. He replace addepter rs 25 & service charge 200 which i paid cash to service engineer but next day i got msg from d2h that your recharge is end then i call to d2h customer care for low balance that time they was told me we deduct 200 rs service charge from your recharge. I told to customer care executive i already paid 200 charge to your service engineer. They told me you have drop mail on our customer care mail id & customer care executive cut the call. I drop mail to customer care but no one be responding on my mail & same customer care executive also not responding my cell. From 7 days my d2h connection is not working
                          No one be helping on my complaint.

                          Please help me to resolve my problem. Do the needful.

                            I booked a new connection request to d2h on 16.07.2020 vide work order id: 71677689; customer id:[protected] and deposited rs. 1199/- vide transaction id: [protected].

                            Despite several phone calls and emails to their customer care, there has been no response from them.

                            They are neither providing the connection nor do they providing refund. I have also lodged a complaint at their site but not getting any response.

                            Please look into and do the needful for early redress also.

                              I had renewed my connection in videocon and my consumer code is[protected]

                              They had added a jyotish channel to all my tv at a cost of 49pm and then to all additional tvs too. Their software did not allow me to delete this and charges kept on getting deducted. Even my emails were never replied to and the amounts were never refunded. Later on next renewal they added songdew to my package and again the same scam happened. I have lost so much money to them and they do never reply.

                              Do not fall for videocon d2h scam.
