I have ordered d2h stream box for rs. 2499 on confirmation from the customer center that my 11-year-old non-working antenna and receptor will also be replaced as part of the upgrade.
However, they refused to change my antenna. They also informed me that i will not get my money back.
I have attached receipt of my payment. They have included this payment along with my subscription, without my knowledge, and it is getting reduced day by day. The balance screen shot attached.
I have asked them to either upgrade my existing box or refund my payment. I have sent multiple emails, but no proper response. When i reached them a couple of times, they said they cannot refund my money. I have escalated to their nodal office, no reply.
