They have to provide complimentary Platinum HD Marathi Combo pack for one month as per their terms.

    I have update my old setup box with new D2H stream setup box vide official website d2h.com and pay online for the same on 22nd of August. But no further information i have received about delivery of setup box. And I have request to change my registered address by email and calling customer care executive. I have sent a few emails on different days but no response by team of d2h. Everytime I called to customer support they asked me to do emails only. After a time period of one week (almost) there is no information about box arrival and no address change update. Please find attached screenshot of payment I have done. My videocon D2H customar ID is[protected]..

        Dear Friends,
        If you are using d2h or are planning to take a new connection, then be aware. They are run by thieves and thugs.

        I had requested for a remote change since 14th Aug. After several follow ups(calls and emails) for days, finally got a remote on 18th August, after payin 25% extra. Yes, they force you to pay more, else they would close the tickets several times, mentioning some madeup reasons that Customer is not reachable or not answering the calls.

        To make things worse, within one hour of receiving a replacement remote, it stopped working. Since then I have been calling the engineer atleast 3 times and the Customer Care everyday. Everytime, the request goes to the same agency and it's a dead end. The Customer Care support is outright bogus, because they can't do anything from home(or they just don't want to do anything). The engineers on the field, imagine themselves in the Avatar of Joker, and are high on cheap ego.

        Last night out of frustration, I called the Customer Care and asked them to deactivate my connection. The executive told me, she can't Deactivate my connection because, they don't have any such facility. She told me do whatever you feel like. So, they mean to say, I can't cancel a service, I absolutely hate and don't want any further in this life. Now, it is clear the harassment is intentional.

        I have been using Videocond2h since last 7 years. Never in my life I have faced such a situation, where a company is unable to solve a petty problem, instead is adamant on their self drunk ego.

        In the age of OTTs they think they own the Customer and can treat them however they feel like. They are not shooting their foot, instead blowing themselves up. To hell with such a Company.

        Long story short, Stay away from these wolves. They hunt in packs.
        Hope this saves some of you from future trouble.

          My videocon d2h customer id 884745. Have been using this from almost 6 yrs. Today, when i called for some channels not reflecting, whereas some channels reflecting, they first refreshed it., and without any explanations said that i will need to call technical person at my place and pay 200 charges. After some time the channels which were coming after which the channels that were coming stopped. Again called and they asked to do dd nation channel and wait for 10min and assured mayter will be resolved. when i saw again even home channel now is not coming. they say that call compulsary techninician and pay 200.in this lockdown it is not possible for me to call, pls confirm how some channels which were coming 5hrs before today has stopped. further the customer support is very rude and arrogant. one of them abruptly disconnected my phone. pls help me. i am a widow with a son and cant keep calling technician and paying him 200rs for no work.

              Hi my d2h customer id is[protected], i was activated zee telugu hd on 16/08/2020, from the day audio was not coming. So i raised a complaint with customer service. But they are not responding with issue and they r asking to send service person which was chargeable (Rs200). Actually all my channel are working except zee telugu hd. How can i pay service charge for that. And more important is when i called to customer service thay are not at all responding. I have audio recording also. I asked him to connect his superior but he can't. I need solution for this.

                My subscriber id is [protected].in trai channel selector app and d2h website my subscription value is showing as ₹295 but when clicking on edit the pack and continue it was showing as 236 (Including gst and ncf) then why there is the difference?

                  I booked a connection of videocon d2h by paying online advance payment of ₹1799 on 21st july 2020. As they did not send anybody for installation of new connection they assured to send technician on 25th july after registering complaint no[protected]. Since then i have tried so many times to contact them to refund my advance as it is nearing one month and nobody is coming for installation. Even email to their ceo remains unanswered. What a pathetic company mr anil dua is running who are only cheating and not providing any service and there office says that no set top box is available but are ready to provide through their agent at higher cost. I lost faith in this company and want my money back.

                          On 23rd june 2020 my set top box replaced and engineer told that will start by 10.00 pm, started for sometime next day onwards started facing problem getting error as attached in screenshot attached, so i called to your call center on 01st july and informed her she register my complain with number[protected], on 3rd july i received call from engineer [protected] he understand my problem and told he will send engineer by saturday or sunday, after waiting till monday, i called him on monday evening that why till now he didn't came, so he talk very roughly and told it is not his duty to send engineer so i told him then why did you called me then, he told me talk to call center, i told him it's assign to you so u arrange, he argued that he just call and send reports and he disconnected call,
                          So i called your concern person who coordinated when you told me you will get called and i explained all the matter.
                          Don' know name, but his mobil no [protected]

                          I request please start my d2h asap as i am facing problem almost last 1.5 month, i took new d2h box so that it get resolve but still not resolved, also your 2 engineer visited one zubair he checked entire line from dish to my set-top box and then shakir he replaced set top box and checked line, so i paid twice but still suffering problem not getting resolved.
                          So please do need full and resolved the problem
                          Asap.

                              During the lockdown period, we have recharged within duedates to continue services for my parents (both Sr. Citizens), however, except e few channels (2/3) and some other regional channels (which are incomprehensible), all the channels showed "signal not available" error even in clear weather.Repeated complains have been made but in Everytime, their support team could not fix it and (they take the same path to solve every issues, first trying and after usual failing sending personnel who has to be paid by the customers). They couldn't explain how it can be possible to have some useless regional channels showing but not the intended channel using that ST Box.
                              Their most recent offense is that, instead of paying the amount, it is shown that "service has been discontinued".
                              I think it is time to drag them to the court for harassing customers.

                                Dear sir/madam
                                On 11.07.2020 i paid wrongly Rs 64710 instead of 647.10 to a videocon d2h reacharge. And I raised complaint regarding reverse payment in videocon customer care through e-mail but still my amount not credited to my credit card. Since their customers care executives not responsible I contacted local service executives they sent a mail on behalf of me and told me on 30.07.2020 my reverse payment done by d2h that amount still not credited to my credit card. I don't know what to do further please help Me . Thank you

                                  I am writing this mail on behalf of my father as D2H connection[protected] is registered to his name (Salim Vahora) and contact number ([protected]). Since the last 3 months we are facing trouble accessing D2H service which often gets interrupted by no signal error day and night. We have many times ignored this error and had faith in your service that you might come up with a fix. We, at least, registered a complaint on your customer care number and we had been charged Rs.200 for your service but the error is not resolved. Even on a shiny day D2H shows an error of no signal. We have cut down obstructing tree branches on our terrace. We still get errors so we have decided to opt out from D2H cable service as it is not worth our effort, time and money which is very disappointing. We have already recharged for this month but it is going in vain. We have converted our TV into a PC for our kids as they are used to see your toons channel No.500 & 502. We show our gratitude for your service but we cannot take this anymore from now on. Hope you will improve your cabe service and get us back to you again.

                                  Hope you understand our reason for opting out from your service.
