    TRAI,

    I am a videocon d2h user with customer id[protected]. Since last 2 months, i am facing many issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes wrong add-on activation, frequent unfair balance deductions and not resolving customer's complaint even after deadline.

    They disconnect the call in between the conversation due to which My whole day was wasted. I had to call from morning to evening to get my problems resolved.

    Fresh incident is regarding my recharge of rs. 257 on 3rd of September, 2020 for which i should get services for 30 days but they have deducted 5 days without my consent. Now we are bound to watch black screen on our TV set even after paying them in advance.

    Again i have complained more than 10 times via email but they are not responding. These kind of issues happened in the month of August also & i continued their services on their assurance of clean services in future but to my disappointment it has happened again. Very shamelessly they say " aage se apko asuwidha ka samna nahin karna padega" . Even after getting 2 complaint numbers, they have not looked into the matter . Their service is extremely poor and not customer friendly .

    As it's happening frequently i request you to intervene & provide resolution. Lodging complaints again & again isn't feasible with videocon d2h. They keep our call on hold for mammoth duration (30 min). Most of the times, call gets disconnected & they don't bother to call back. If we write email, they simply avoid to reply it.

    Now i am so furious, that i even don't want to use their services but unfortunately i have invested money in buying their useless products. I want my money back for the investment done on their set top box & dish.
    Very very disgusting service they are providing.

    I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h.

      Dear concern
      This is to bring your kind notice that my customer id - 9905015 was last recharged on[protected] for one year with one month free subscription
      As per that my next service should be due on[protected]
      But my service is been stopped on 21-09-20, also many channels in plan were stopped in between for no reasons
      As i am continuously trying on your customer care number from 21-9-20 onwards, on 22nd sept 20 d2h person has confirmed me there is balance mismatch issue & query is been raised for the same & the same will be resolved by 24th sept 2020 at 10.00 am
      But still service is not been started, on again calling today at customer care number i have been asked to mail my query to this email id
      This type of response & service is not acceptable from videocon
      I have even mailed to their nodal officer - but no response to my complaint

              My stb is not working aftet upgrade on 19 sep 2020. I tried to call on cuatomer care either their are wrong or not working. After lot of efforts i get connected with customer care and they suggested for a engineer visit and charges will be on my side. Why should i pay for this as this is not my fault, its d2h team fault without informing me they upgraded my box.

              Please look into this on priority.

                Recently i have recharged my videocon d2h by a amount of rs200 and then by rs 100 but tv didn't recharge. It has been happened previously also but videocon d2h never compensate the amount, now it is irritating me so i want the compensation of overall my money which i used in recharging d2h.

                  This is udhayakumar and i am using videocon d2h from last 2 years. I am getting an error message on my screen saying signal not available. When i called your customer service, i need to pay rs 200 to your service enginner for his visit. This is absolutely not acceptable from you guys. I am thinking of moving to another service provider. Please revert me back asap, before i throw away your box and dish from my house. My cust id is[protected] and my phone number is [protected]

                  It really hurts that i need to pay rs 200 to him for no fault of mine. I will wait till my subscription expire and would break all my commitments with videocon because of your pathetic service. I am facing this type of issue for 2nd time.

                      हमने 16अगस्त को 200के रिचार्ज करबाया जो की मेरा रेगुलर पैकेज । और बो एक महीने का होता है, 9सितम्बर को मैसेज आता है कि आपका रिचार्ज टाइम ख़तम होगया । जब इस बारे मे कंपनी की कस्टमर केयर से बात कि, तो मुझे बताया गया कि, डीलर कि तरफ से 47रूपये का रिचार्ज किया गया. जिस बजाय से सेवा अवधी ख़तम होगया (एवरग्रीन चैनल के पैकेज )जबकी इस बारे मे मुझे कई जानकारी नहीं। कंपनी कस्टमर केयर से बात करने पर कंपनी साफ मना कर दिया कि नाही हम 47रूपये रिफंड कर सकता और नाही हम पूर्ब की तरह सेवा बहाल कर सकता

                        I have already made at least 5 complaints, but still this worthless d2h service provider made no fruitful action. Since, april 2020, subscribed channels are not coming, and gradually the numbers decreased. We have been doing proper recharges till date. Everytime, after making complaints, the puppets sitting at customer care centre calls up and tells to do various things on remote (Like we do not know what that makes). Then, everytime they send some monkeys, who climbs to the roof and fixes or replaced some parts (Already took 600+) and makes the thing right. But within a few hours, the problem returns. Now what should i do, keep those monkeys chained for a few days and check the stability of the service and then release them after kicking their behind? I think we should drag them to court for harassing customers. Their service should be banned in india.

                          Before recharging I created my pack and selected my desired channels and then recharged. After recharging I got to see that the channels are not as per my selection. I am able to see those channels which I never selected and I am not able to see my selected channels. I called up customer care and they activated the selected channels. I asked to remove the unwanted channels which i never selected and they said I am not getting charged for those. In the evening they again stopped some of the channels which I selected and then again I called up customer care and told them the problem. they again activated my channels but decreased the end of subscription date by 2 days. Next day again they stopped some of the channels from my selection and again I called up customer care and got it activated and again they decreased the end of subscription date by 2 days. Every month I have to create my pack but that is useless. They show those channels which were never selected and stop those channels which I selected. So, creating D2H pack is useless and so inefficient customer service who lack information and only tells that this is not part of your pack and for unwanted channels they say it is free even it is showing that it is paid channel.
                          They have started cheating the customer and looting the money by doing these fraudulent activities by decreasing the subscription date. Every day they stop any of the selected channel and when we call them, they activate it and decrease the end of the subscription date. When I recharged on 1st september they showed the end of the subscription date for 27th september and as I mentioned they stop some of the selected channel and decrease the end of the subscription date by 2 days and now they have made my subscription date to 23rd september. No acknowledgement is provided after selection of channels so that they can say that this channel is not part of your subscription later and can loot the money. I have talked to end number of agents from the customer care and even with their supervisor but all in vein.

                            i had replaced the setup box for a new one, now i am end up with two smart
                            cards. The billing is shown for both.

                            please help in deactivating my primary account (old) with smart card no

                                My id is[protected]. On 18th may 2020 i have recharged for 3 month. According to d2h policy i should get 7 days extra but when i open my account it shows 18th august as a last day. So i wanted to know why extra 7 days r not included? L also asked the same to your ccs they said that with in 24 hrs it will reflect in my account. But till today's it shows 18th august as last day. So pls explain it as fast as possible

                                Above email was sent long back but i didn't get any response. On 19th aug d2h service wad disconnected (No extra 7 days were given) on the top i was having some balance in my account, it was used without intimation and automatically service started again till 23rd aug and it stopped.
                                I want the explanation on this
                                Fraudulence as fast as possible
                                1) why extra 7 days are not included?
                                2) without my concern how can you use my balance account to continue the service?

                                  I had recharged on 06/08/2020 and my switching off date was 05/09/2020. That was being shown on the T.V. screen but it was switched off on 03/09/2020
                                  Why 2 days earlier it was switched off. How many days do you provide service for one month recharge?

                                        Same thing happened with me.our remote was not working but I was not sure, I thought there might be another problem may be in set top box.so I called customer care, they logged my complaint I told me service person will visit, I confirm charges from them for remote 275, though he didn't told me any info about 200 rs service charge, I'm having that call recording with me, engineer solve this issue within 1 min by changing channels from his remote, and suggested me to buy new remote, fir which he said 320 rs I hv to pay, and the remote which I will get was not same as original one, so I didn't take it from him. He didn't asked for any charges, he simply went away.i thought that was great service.Today when i recharged my account then I came to know that my account is not going to start until I pay 200 extra, customer care said 200rs has beed debited from your account.ohhh man this not my bank account...you people are doing a professional fraud.I will not going to suggest Videocon to anyone.its not abt 200rs, but the way ur taking it from customers without our knowledge.i am guessing now by doing this how much they are earning in single day.its a business based on cheating.
