D2h care I have called that see saying to me that it's will resolve with technical person but why what's the reson . He don't reply me I have told him about every month why I pay for technical person he it will not resolve then I have decided for shut this connection this service provider is a big cheetar I don't trust this service provider

            Hello Team,
            My customer id is 90277110, I had recharged my D2h with Rs. 500/- on 22nd March, 2021 and it was working fine. Until this morning I.e 6th March, 2021, all the Hindi channels have stopped telecasting(error: no signal) whereas, other Sports and news channels are coming.

            Seeing the continued error, I again recharged my D2h with Rs. 531/-but to my utter dismay, all the Hindi HD entertainment channels are still not telecasting

            Please check and let me know ASAP!!

              i am facing exactly the same problem, how any company like this even can run in the market. you are taking online payments and then you are doing nothing. Everything is happening with me also, exactly in a same way. My Reference no. is #27947 and Installation request no. 1000692316 and i have made a payment of 1799/-. This is seriously unacceptable. No Customer care support, anyone don't have any information or answer. No contact nothing.

                      Sir,
                      I am a videocon d2h cable subsciber. After expire of the the subscription, the provider switch off the set top box at 10.20pm at a every month. I think this is not favorable. We people think that 12am to12pm is one day and 24 hours. The videocon d2h says their time is 10.30 am to 10.30pm. I stongly object this argument. Is this trai rule?
                      So I humbly reqest you to take necessary action againt this timing.

                              Last year same issue had been encountered and after raising complaint, service person came and did nothing except calling customer care from our home, and signal was available. same thing has been encountered since yesterday, and they are insisting on sending service technician to extort money in the name of service whereas they are doing nothing, just will come home check the connection, call customer care and restarts the TV.

                                Repetitive calls from d2h after activation of dnd

                                Already many time told that dont call me again and again, but still videocon calling me more than 10 times in a day for recharge.
                                Its irritate me lot while doing my office work ilthey disturb me many times

                                    I am been getting non stop calls from Videocon D2H from different land lines numbers for vc number [protected] on my registered mobile number with them which is on do not disturb mode. I don't know if that's even legal. Many times u have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers coz they call from different numbers everytime.

                                      Humare setup box me software downloading ki problem aa rahi thi uske liye humne customer care par call ki aur setup box me software downloading ki problem ke bare me bataya to customer care walo ne bola ki aap engineer visit karwa lo aur visiting charge bataya 200 Rs.

                                      13.01.2021 ko jab engineer 4 baje ke lagbhag aaya to usne setup box check kiya aur bola ki aapka setup box replace hoga aur replace charge 250 Rs lagega jisme aapko setup box ki warrenty 6 month hojagi

                                      agar aap 142 Rs aur dete ho to aapki setup box ki warrenty 1 Year ho jayegi yani ki 6 month + 1 year,

                                      humne engineer ko 592 Rs setup box replace karne ke liye de diye.

                                      uske baad humare setup box ka recharge 21.01.2021 tarikh ko samapt ho gaya fir humne 21.01.2021 tarikh ko setup box ka recharge phonepe se kiya to wo nahi chala jabki mere phonepe se recharge successful ho gaya tha lekin videocon d2h nahi chal uske baad humne customer care par call ki aur bata to unhone bola aapka recharge pending me aa raha hai

                                      fir humne 23.01.2021 tarikh ko fir se phonepe se kisi aur account se recharge kiya to videocon D2h fir bhi nahi chala. jab humne customer care walo ko bola to wo bole ki aapke dono recharge Videocon D2h ID[protected] par recharge nahi ho rahe hai, wo dono recharge pending show kar rahe hai

                                      ye sari pareshani humne engineer ko batayi to wo bola ki aapki Videocon Customer ID[protected] recharge nahi ho rahi kyuki aapka Videocon ID ka Card Number change ho gaya hai setup box replace hone ki wajah se aur new wala Card Number humare record me update nahi hua hai.

                                      Jab humne engineer se pucha ki problem kab tak thik ho jayegi to wo humhe ek ya do din kar kar ke ghuma raha hai .

                                      East Delhi (Area Pin Code 110091 trilokpuri) Mukesh Engineer Bhejne wala person aur Mukesh ki side se hi setup box ki problem hona start huyi hai kyuki Mukesh ne setup box replace hone ke baad hone wale process kuch galti kar di hai ya replace kiye huye setup box ki details update nahi karai hai.
