I am cut my cable connection telling every time I am not used any cable TV connection but repeatedly called again and again par day 10 time I am last time complaint you if calling me again I don't know what can I do...

I have recharged my dth account[protected] via their official website.The amount has been debited from my bank account and it has been 3days, still I did not get any resolution.i have been contacting customer service every day and they are not at all registering the compliant....

I am a videocon d2h cable subsciber. After expire of the the subscription, the provider switch off the set top box at 10.20pm at a every month. I think this is not favorable. We people think that 12am to12pm is one day and 24 hours. The videocon d2h says their time is 10.30 am to 10.30pm. I stongly object this argument. Is this trai rule?
So I humbly reqest you to take necessary action againt this timing.

Since december no one responding to my complaint about recharge amount, Rs 1716 and Rs 749 and Rs 100 since december am done above amount, but cc team or others not responding. kindly escallate my complaint.

Last year same issue had been encountered and after raising complaint, service person came and did nothing except calling customer care from our home, and signal was available. same thing has been encountered since yesterday, and they are insisting on sending service technician to extort money in the name of service whereas they are doing nothing, just will come home check the connection, call customer care and restarts the TV....

Already many time told that dont call me again and again, but still videocon calling me more than 10 times in a day for recharge.
Its irritate me lot while doing my office work ilthey disturb me many times

I recharged Videocon d2h ₹242 for customer id:[protected] on 27/01/2021 .The amount was not recharged. The amount did not come back to my bank account.

I am been getting non stop calls from Videocon D2H from different land lines numbers for vc number [protected] on my registered mobile number with them which is on do not disturb mode. I don't know if that's even legal. Many times u have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers coz they call from different numbers everytime....

Humare setup box me software downloading ki problem aa rahi thi uske liye humne customer care par call ki aur setup box me software downloading ki problem ke bare me bataya to customer care walo ne bola ki aap engineer visit karwa lo aur visiting charge bataya 200 Rs.

13.01.2021 ko jab engineer 4 baje ke lagbhag aaya to usne setup box check kiya aur bola ki aapka setup box replace hoga aur replace charge 250 Rs lagega jisme...

From 10 -15 days i continuously getting calls from videocon d2h. My DND service is also ON but dont know how the ara calling me. I am getting depressed now. Thoughts like sucide are going in my head because of this company....

I have called several times to videocon d2h customer care to activate DND on my mobile no. But still every day I get atleast 4-5 calls from this company. I am embarrassed by this company....

I have done a recharge of Rs. 200 on 9 this January 2021 at 01:35 PM, through BHIM app and transaction I'd is[protected]. At that time amount debited from my account but not credited to Videocon d2h account. I have enquired at BHIM app customer care, they have said that amount already credited to beneficiary / merchant 's account. Today is 7 th day but yet Rs.200 not credited to my Videocon d2h account. So solve this issue as early as possible....

This Grievance is related with VIDEOCON D2H DTH Service provider. My Customer ID is 30680532 and I have 1 Primary & 1 mirror connection. I had been continuing monthly recharge of Rs 450 since 4-5 months for my 2 connections. Since yesterday morning my family with 2 connection (Primary + Mirror) users have not been viewing any TV Channels due to nil recharge amount, which happened due to VIDEOCON D2H tele calling agents wrong activation...

I am getting dozens of junk calls from Videocon d2h per day, I have tried to contact customer care and I also have sent an email to stop the junk calls, but it continued as usual...
