Hi, I booked a new connection approximately 25 days ago after hearing that the service is good, I paid for the connection through the D2H website, and waited for my connection, after two days I was contacted by the technician, and was told that I could not get my connection due to some issue with my local cable provider, and was rudely asked to apply for a refund. I did so after contacting the customer service where I was told to mail to a specific address for the refund, after waiting for 7 working days for the refund, I was neither contacted again regarding the refund nor for my feedback, I tried contacting the customer service multiple time after that, where I was hung up on, or rudely ignored when I was talking, or both, I have never seen a worst service than this, at this point I have no hope of getting refund, I just wanted to leave a review here so that no one else will be scammed in the future.
