I am a user of videocon d2h and this is the biggest mistake I ever made. D2h is shameless and I have been completely harassed by the call centre people. These people call me around 30 times a day. I have made complains to stop these promotional call and messages but nothing have happened. I am also registered to do no disturb service but stiill these calls continue. Either stop calling or terminate my connection....

I have recharged videocon d2h on 18/12/2020. for a sum of Rs 309 at 11:00PM through NetBanking. Money got deducted from my account but I got that the recharge is not successful and to wait for an hour to get the refund. It has been more than 6 hours and still not got the refund amount. Please check and refund. Customer ID[protected]...

In Nov2020 I recharged 1 yr subscription after calling customer care. They offered a free set-top box replacement [only engineer charges]
After replacing set-top box they charged ~700 RS from my d2h account balance.
Neither customer care nor Engineer informed us for set-top box charges. They clearly said, replacement is free.

Please change my registered mobile number from [protected] to [protected]...

Your engineer says that he will not come to my area i.e.pin code 400709.to install....

Date almost 25 days ago( not sure of the exact date)

Hi, I booked a new connection approximately 25 days ago after hearing that the service is good, I paid for the connection through the D2H website, and waited for my connection, after two days I was contacted by the technician, and was told that I could not get my connection due to some issue with my local cable provider, and was rudely asked to apply for a refund. I did so...

Iam KrishnaMoorthy, with Videocon d2h service Number([protected]) Rising Compliant to Videocon d2h Provider and making compliant and technician is not at attempted service but compliant is closing with out solving, iam requesting daily, they are saying technician will come today like that but i didn't get technician from past 56 days....

D2H set top box's cable connector found broken from inside so pls replace as new one A/C NO.[protected], RTN [protected]...

We have logged complaint 59715216 with Videocon from Nov 25, 2020 till date but it is not being addressed. Even after making multiple calls and escalating the request, Videocon closed the complaint 59715216 without providing any resolution. Hence we logged another complaint 60733432 but even that is not being looked at. Some one from videocon has called 5-6 times us in last 10 days and asked for our address but has not send any technician....

I want to informed you that while recharging through Google pay For recharging my D2H. I have put my old customer id[protected] instead of new Customer ID.[protected]. So I immediately called Videocon d2h customer care and as confirmed with your customer care. I request you to kindly give credit of amount Rs. 1566/- in my account immediately.

Poor service and calls never get connected to CC .
very bad responce by engineers....

My old number [protected] this closes my new number register by [protected] at now...

When Ind vs Aus 2020 started then suddenly they closed dd sports channel and started showing as per the order of honorable court we can't show the live match of Ind vs Aus . But this is illegal as it is a free channel which they can't deny to show . And also they have not any prove of court order....

Now a days customer care is forcing us to take technician visit by blocking our favourite channels, when we call to customer care they are telling us everytime to pay 200 rupees for technician visit
Last time 1 month back when I called to customer care and said that ABN telugu is not coming, within 5 minutes that channel activated and till that we were watching...

We are videocon d2h customers since 6years, our remote was not working so i asked for new remote and it was registered 1week back, customer people said that one of their personal will come home and deliver the new remote and to to pay the amount of 130 for that, i accepted and updated our address and mobile number also, but till now there is no response from their side...
