Hello, i am ms. Aastha bhadani. I have 4 set top connections under the customer id[protected] in the name of sunil bhadani. I would like to inform you that there has been multiple times your customer care forum has failed to meet the requirements of the customers or even failed to serve their customers. The new regulations of trai enables the customers to "choose" the channels that they want to include in their entertainment packages and also can easily do it themselves through their official website. However, i have been trying to get through the "mera vala pack" but it has some serious problems that needs to be solved at your end. Following the procedure for the same that is mentioned on your website, i am still unable to activate the pack successfully, though it says "successful" at the end of the procedure. I have recharged my account multiple times and even being charged for it all this while; but the channels are yet not subscribed. On the other hand, your customer care service is "pathetic" to even help with the same. As per the consumer rights, i have all the rights to drag this to the court as your service is very much inefficient for the price i am paying as a customer. I request you to kindly solve this asap at your end and fix the needed.

    My monthly package has been changed without my knowledge and the channels i need are not viewed.
    The customer care number is absolutely useless and people sitting at call centre are dumb.
    I have been calling customer care since a week and every time they tell their server is down. They are charging me additional monthly amount with less channels.
    I am very frustrated with videocons service.
    I need some action asap.

    I Make My Own Pack in videocon but videocon d2h not allowed my own pack I select HD channels but his SD channel not coming .I talk to customer care but company say sorry we can't help you.

      Myself am a user of (Videocon) d2h. Was working good till the past weak, suddenly the services got stopped - no signal due to dense clouds is the message am seeing but experiencing no clouds and 42degrees temperature. Did call the service engineer who is just dragging the issue, but did not visit my place. When i spoke to them about consumer forum, ' go ahead - none can do a damage to us ', was their answer. I do not request but demand for the loss i had and the mental strain which i had.

        I am a consumer of vediocon d2h morethan7years. From march 1st2019 when my d2h switch on the channels are switch over to another and contiues, so that i can not watch tv after complaint to vediocon d2h customer care many times they are not resolve the issue but continues to deduct my charges daily. When we call to customer care they only asks to send engineer to resolve but have to pay200/-each time. So that i have paid 200/-each time many times as engineer charge. Without view of any channel vediocon have to credit my money into the vediocon account and solve the problem.

        After complaint customer care vediocond2h contacted me and refused to refund my deductions. And suggested me to visit their engineer to solve the issue. After that i agreed for engineer visit with charges to be borne by me and registered on27th may 2019.but due to vediocon d2h customer cares irresponsibility no engineer has not visited till today. Care representative is not received my call and deduction amt of these days are going on. So suggest me what to do.i think better to lodge a case in consumer court against vediocon is it correct?

          Videocon d2h has deducted rs400/- towards "service charges posted for your account" and disconnected the dish connection on april 17, 2019, even though i had paid rs 450/- to the service engineer for the installation of the dish on march 08, 2019.

          I have shifted the house and had called the videocon d2h customercare at their service number for reinstallation of the dish. They were not picking the call so i had to email the details for reinstallation. The d2h responded (Email copy attached) and the service engineer was send for reinstallation on march08, 2019.
          I was asked to pay rs450/- for the same and i handed over the cash to the service engineer
          I booked a complaint no:[protected] with customer care regarding the disconnection on april17, 2019. They said the matter will be resolved in 24 hrs.

          As nothing happened i had to call up the customer care again and they informed me that since the amount paid for reinstallation of the dish has not been credited to my account by the service engineer so they are contacting the service engineer to get the amount rs400/- credited.

          Same thing was repeated for next one week and nothing happened. When i called them on daily basis to executive transferred to the superviser and the same thing "will be resoled in 8 working hrs" was repeated. Next the call was transferred to the manager who also repeated the same and promised me to resolve in 8 working hrs.
          On april24, 2019, the manager (Manoj) said that as i have no proof of payment, he will try to resolve the matter in 8 working hrs.

          To my utter dismay, whenever i had got any service like reinstallation or problem in the dish orientation etc they asked me to pay the service engineer the amount and they never send any bill or proof of payment to me.

          So i request you to please look into the matter and resolve the same asap.

            Hello i have tried multiple time to contact your customer care representative & your floor superviser mr paramjeet after miss arti & sukhvinder & lastly with rishi for my concern (My setup box is in dad condition while i had purchased new stetup boxon 19/04/2019 & paid for this 450rs) but they all were not able to provide any proper resolution with in 35hrs. I would like to inform you that your technician is very rude & arrogant so i want to request for a proper resolution as soon as possible.

              Dear trai team

              My name is aftab bukhari and i am a videocon d2h user with customer id 80528406 and my four complains from different staffs[protected][protected] [protected].. I am facing no. Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes no response from customer support, bad interaction with cc executives, execuses n all etc..
              .
              Latest incident happens when i recharge of rs. 1600 for which i should get services for 90 days but they are not providing the services and not even responding in mode of communication. Again i have complained to their email id'[protected]@d2h.com, but to which they are not replying. Such issues started from the month of march.2019 itself & i continued using their services on their assurance of clean services in future but all in vain and i'm in deep trouble with no services in hand.

              Since it's happening quite frequently now, i request you to kindly intervene & provide resolution. Lodging complaints again & again isn't feasible with videocon d2h. They keep our call on hold for mammoth duration (30 min). Sometimes call gets disconnected & they don't bother to call back. If we write email, they simply avoid to reply it.

              Now i am so furious, that i even don't want to use their services but unfortunately i have invested money in buying their useless products. I want my money back for the investment done on their set top box & umbrella.

              I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h.

                    Company send a software update through air and when i allow it then it start downloading and after completing its start re-downloading same software. This process is continuing happen and when i call customer care they told me that my engineer visit and check it will cost 250 and problem charges additional.
                    For past couple of days the problem this type of problem is happen with me. Many times i complaint. They change my set up box 3 times and each and every times they visit and charge. But problem is still remain.

                      I had subscribed to videocon d2h on 5th june 2018 by paying them a sum of rs. 3500/- for two set top boxes. My customer id is[protected]. Thereafter i had been recharging my account for sum of around rs. 800/- on month to month basis. The company had been indulging in unfair trade practice of reducing my balance unfairly and reducing my validity date from 3 to 6 days almost every month.
                      I had recharged for a sum of rs. 725/- on 3rd april for the next 30 days. As i had not selected my channels by 31st march as per trai’s new order i was migrated by the company on their own to a new package for rs. 1071/-per month and my validity as shown till 23rd april. As my validly was cut short by10 days i selected my channels on 8th april and the total charges of such selected channels/bouquets as given in my account on company’s site is rs.110.85 each for primary and secondary connection. It comes to rs. 221.70 for both the connections and after adding gst of rs 39/- in it the total comes out to rs 260.70. If ncf charges are added to it would be another rs. 153/- + 59/- i. E. 212/-. The total of both the heads would be rs. 472.70. Further i have selected four channels i. E. Bhakti active, ibadat active, bhojpuri active and evergreen classics active for rs. 47 each i. E. A total of rs. 188/-. The grand total of my package would thus come out to rs. 660.70.
                      As against the said total sum of rs. 660.70 for my package, the company has been showing rs. 284/- as total cost of my package in my account on their site. However my balance is being deducted @ around rs. 27/- per day. The company has not been giving me my statement of account/bill for the channels selected despite my number of requests to them through mail nor it is available in my account on their site. The company gave me such statement of account around 10 days back on my regular follow up with them in which it was shown that ncf of rs. 153/- were being charged on my secondary connection also whereas it should have been rs. 50/- + gst i. E rs. 59/-. Further it was indicated in the statement that a sum of rs. 48/- was being charged in my mirror/secondary connection on account of new silver combo, the combo i never selected in my package. When i wrote back to the company they corrected by ncf charges to rs. 59/- from 150/- in my mirror connection. However the said charges of rs. 48/- on account of new silver combo in my mirror connection have not been deleted by the company nor they are explaining it to me. If all the channels/bouquets selected by me in my mirror connection have been charged separately then why the charges of rs. 48/- on account of new silver combo are also been added separately. About 4 days back the company sent me another statement showing a kids disneyland channel for rs. 48/- added to my package. On 22nd april the company sent me another statement wherein the said rs. 48/- on account of new silver combo is shown to be charged in my mirror connection and any explanation to it. The company also informed me though mail that my total monthly recharge amount is rs. 710/ and my validity date is 4th may. However in the evening of 22nd april it was again informed by the company on mail that my monthly recharge amount is rs. 756/- and my validity was reduced to 3rd may without addition of any further channels by me to my pacakge. My balance is being reduced @ around rs. 27/- per day.
                      As is clear from the above the company is indulging in unfair trade practice and cheating and looting the subscribers which is also a criminal office.

                        Respected Sir, This is for your kind submission that we are using D2h is number[protected] from last many years and I have temporarily suspended my add on connection on this on 21st Jan 2018 but they have automatically activated it and deducted the amount from main account. I have deposited almost 1600 Rs till now from 21st Jan . And I m in follow up with customer care from 8th April till now . They have suspended my main account and not replying and allegating one another department and not giving satisfactory answer or cut down the call in between . It’s pathetic to be the customer of such a company which doesn’t value the time and money of customer even the executives sitting out there doesn’t mean if they cannot solve the issues. As layman we don’t know about your departments then why we compromise our money and time for all this. I need my money back and solution as early as possible or I should go for my rights to consumer court. The msgs was:

                            In Videocon D2H website we can add channels as our wish. While adding channels, even though we are not adding a cooking active channel, it is added by them. which charges extra cost around 50Rs. It's been many times we called customer care service of Videocon D2h to delete that. But they are not deactivating it

                              I am using a Videocon d2h with Customer ID :[protected].
                              On first week of April I raised a relocation request to Videocon d2h and as a part of service the de-install the d2h completed on 07 April 2019 from Pune.

                              I had provided my new address details to Videocon d2h team where the new installation was suppose to be done. On April 19, same re-installation request raised again to expedite the installation process with Complaint No.[protected]. with a commitment that the issue will be resolved by April 20, 11:47.

                              On April 20, same re-installation request raised again with Complaint No.[protected]. with a commitment that the issue will be resolved by April 21, 10:10 AM.

                              On April 21, same re-installation request raised again with Complaint No.[protected]. with a commitment that the issue will be resolved by April 21, 06:23 PM.

                              No action from Engineering team and D2h team Noticed.

                              On 22 April again raised a complain but the customer care supervisor dropping off the call knowingly . After 3 hrs of trying on of the supervisor responded that a new complain need to register to installation the d2h.

                              I am surprise that after paying the relocation service charge i was expecting a better service from Videocon d2h team, but the team is behaving in a pure unprofessional way and asking me to raise a complaint every time.

                              Please help to resolve this issue. ( Only way left for me is your action )

                                  I am a videocon d2h user with customer id[[protected]]Name Jitendra Kumar chilana. Since from last 1 & 1/2 month, i am facing n no. Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which is Bad behevaier from customer support and no reply, after lots of requests no solution provided, frequent unfair balance deductions.

                                  As it's happening frequently i request you to intervene & provide resolution. Lodging complaints again & again isn't feasible with videocon d2h. They keep our call on hold for mammoth duration (30 min). Sometimes call gets disconnected & they don't bother to call back. If we write email, they simply avoid to reply it.
                                  They say again and again our system is down please call after 30 min but after 30 min they say again these word.
                                  Now i am so furious, that i even don't want to use their services but unfortunately i have invested money in buying their useless products. I want my money back for the investment done on their set top box & umbrella.

                                  I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h.

                                    Base - south platinum package

                                    Unable to watch tamil channels and appears add on on the screen since from 3.4.2019

                                    For info payment already been made few months back for the package provided by d2h for 1year.

                                    The details is

                                    South platinum package (All channels including tamil channels were in the package)

                                    550 per month x 11 months = 6050

                                    Paid accordingly the amount of 6050 rupees and get free 30 days for 1 year subscription or recharge as per videocon d2h offers.

                                    Why now suddenly add on when i took package all the channels was in the south platinum package and paid accordingly for 1 year.

                                    Already email few times to customer care regarding this and there's no feedback or any updates from them.

                                      Third class services. My subscription ended on april’ 2019, but without intimation the package is being activated and the charges are getting deducted. When called on call center they mentioned that videocon d2h have directly activated the package as i have not selected any one from their declared list. Who has given them such authority to activate such package without customer concerned? This is cheating and just swallowed my balance monthly subscription amount. Who will refund for the amount for which services i have not activated the package from my end. Later on 21st april’ 2019 after activating also my services shows channels for which i have not subscribed. Do not fool the customer. Your call center is 3rd class and don't know how to address the customers. Check the social media site where i am publishing about this 3rd time cheating done from your side to me. First time subscribed for 12 months and the subscription end in 9 months as the call center activated the usb recording mentioning to me it is add on free of cost till the end of the subscription, but will be chargeable from the next subscription. Till date there is no revert on that case. 2nd time the paid channels activated, which after struggling got deactivated and swallowed my money and not returning. Kindly someone help how to get refund of the amount for such cheating.

                                        Videocon d2h activated comedy active channel on my account and they kept it activated for 3 months inspite of repeatedly i being trying to remove this channel from my subscription on their official website but they continuously kept on extracting money through this channel and i was kept unaware about this. Also this channel is videocon d2h sponsored channel and so they forcefully attached this channel to my subscription. This is in stark contrast to the new rules of trai. Even now they were not removing, so i was forced to call them on costumer care and even there they were continuously trying to convince me that the channel is good inspite of the fact thati had already removed that channel online also. They don't fear trai authority and say go and complaint.
