The services were recharged on mar 23, 2019 for rs.975. However, it isn't working. The recharged amount is reflecting in account information. When called customer care, they weren't bothered to resolve or keep informing that their systems are unavailable. When requested for supervisor, one of the colleague named rahul responded as supervisor. When confronted rahul, he said he will escalate the call to supervisor and kept me on hold for 25 mins and disconnected. This repeated every time we reached to customer care on mar 23, 2019 for 4 times. Moreover, it is a nightmare to reach the customer service of videocon.in spite of the non-availability, when we reach the customer service, it is extremely disheartening with the attitude they respond.
This was the problem even last time when we recharged the account. Kept seeking help from customer care and they weren't bothered absolutely. One of the worst customer service ever i've come across in my lifetime. Worst ever service!
With amidst of agony, i'm reaching here for resolution.

Updated by sylviajaganathan Have written to Nodal address and D2H Customer Care team. No response yet! I don't want Videocon D2H team to respond to write to their customer care email address since it has been already tried!
