I recharged rs. 436/- against d2h id 454230 on 16/2/2019. The next due date was 19/3/2019 but the services disconnected on 8/3/2019 before expiry of validity by the company. I registered the complaint on 8/3/2019 at. 1.02 pm and i received the massege with complaint no.[protected] with assurance that the problem will resolved till saturday march, 9, 2019 but the the problem not solved by the company. Thereafter, i again recharged rs. 530/- on 8/3/2019 at night and services resumed at the same time with validity upto 6/4/2019.in this connection, it is stated that company neither extended the validity nor balance added in d2h account. I requested to extend the validity or add balance in d2h account to the company but no reply is given after lapse of 8 days

          I have selected my favourite channels after Trai decision consumer selection but Videocon d2h is not interested to implement trai decision. Customer care of d2h every time says, your problem will fix in 4 to 5 hour or call me 30 min later then call not connect d2h team. They are only making fool to the customer.Trai and broadcasting ministry should interfare in this issue so that consumer can take a inhale of relief thank you

            This is my third complain against Videocon d2h. Earlier we could not see the channels despite paying now the month is over and we are even unable to recharge as per the TRAI. Videocon is not even responding after we choose the selected channels and submit them. I have submitted it on videocond2h given website, app and even through registered telephone number but there has been no response from them despite complaining so much. We are now left with no choice but to stop our Videocon d2h connection as there is no help nor any responsibility from there side. Not resolving consumers complaints despite complaining so many times is really not done.

              सर मैं डेविड गुप्ता मेरा d2h id[protected] है मैं दिनाक 24/03/2019 को वीडियोकॉन ऑपरेटर से पूछ कर अपना सेटअप बॉक्स 224 रु से रिचार्ज करवाया लेकिन अभी तक हमारा बॉक्स चालू नही हुआ आपरेटर कोई भी संतोषजनक बात नही कर रहे है।
              इसके पहले भी हम रिचार्ज किये थे तो भी 3 दिन बाद चालू हुवा था क्या ऐसा कोई नियम नही की रिचार्ज करवाने के बाद जब सेटअप बॉक्स चालू हो पैसे तभी से कटे।

                The services were recharged on mar 23, 2019 for rs.975. However, it isn't working. The recharged amount is reflecting in account information. When called customer care, they weren't bothered to resolve or keep informing that their systems are unavailable. When requested for supervisor, one of the colleague named rahul responded as supervisor. When confronted rahul, he said he will escalate the call to supervisor and kept me on hold for 25 mins and disconnected. This repeated every time we reached to customer care on mar 23, 2019 for 4 times. Moreover, it is a nightmare to reach the customer service of videocon.in spite of the non-availability, when we reach the customer service, it is extremely disheartening with the attitude they respond.

                This was the problem even last time when we recharged the account. Kept seeking help from customer care and they weren't bothered absolutely. One of the worst customer service ever i've come across in my lifetime. Worst ever service!

                With amidst of agony, i'm reaching here for resolution.

                  I use videocon dish using2years. My videocon id[protected] i had recharge amount 224 rs that was taken by 200 rs amount. Reason forcservice charge but ihave already paid. Plesae action forcthis issue i have not satisfied for videocon d2h service. I have many tension for this issue please take action

                    Even I have paid rental but facing issue stop giving my listed channel, 15Mar I have renewed my membership and not getting stat sports which is listed, it says it is not part of your subscription, customer service [protected] is pathetic not able to connect, I have tried calling this no from 2 days but not able to connect a single time..

                      Maine 3din pehle apne d2h me recharge kia hai lakin mujhe koi channel dekhne nahi mil raha hai, d2h ki website ho ya app ho ya tv ho sabhi se maine apna pack submit kar diya success bhi ho gaya phir bhi me koi channel nahi dekh pa raha hu, d2h k customer care pe kai bar phone kia engineer visit ki complain bhi ki, 24 ghante me engineer visit ka bola lakin 24 ghante me koi nhi aaya, phirse phone kia to 36 ghante bola phir v koi nahi aaya.
                      Mujhe kya karna h bataye??

                        As i am requesting videocon d2h for starting of one channel from last 24 hrs as i called them multiple times first of all this numbers can be connected only one time you cant connect them if you once talked with them. I was able to connect them only 3 times in last 36 hr they are so arrogant and they will not solve your issue and by saying that they are going to transfer call to senior they will disconnect. As i massge unique code no to them at 566777 also i had given missed call for that channel and also i add that channel in my list of online channels. By making this process they told me to hold for 2 hr again for 30 min but still it didnt started and lastly they will told you to call you in 30 min but you cant call them again as they will block you so you will not able connect with them. This is so meaning less if they take so much money from them.

                            Sir, i am i videocon's consumer with i'd no 85292860, i had recharge my account on 20th march 2019 but my channels are no display/running on my tv. After call so many time in videocon customer care service they don't provide me any help and also my daily charges are counted.
                            When ever i called in videocon customer care service they just say me to call after 1 hour. And this thing happened with me from last 3-4 days. They are just making my foolish.
                            So last i register my complaint

                                Respected sir i arvind kumar singh customer id[protected] transaction no. Non903222144410190062755 ph no.[protected] i recharged my tv on date 22/3/19 after creating my own pack, but till now nothing is showing in my tv. I had call d2h customercare they said that they were unable to solve this problem from there and the will send their engineer for that the will charged rs200 from me. I said that if the problem is in my d2h cable i am ready to pay service charge but if there is some other problem then i will not make the payment because i think there is no problem in my d2h cable all home channels are showing and no error are showing so there must be problem in there service not in my cable. They are trying to make fool. Sir if they are not able to solve this problem i want my money back and i will shift to some other cables.

                                  not able to view channels after recharge

                                  I have recharged rs.289 to my d2h account by choosing channels then there is message on my tv "from dss bbcl account has ran out of balance". Called customer care multiple times but didn't get any solution. The customer service of videocon is one of the worst i have ever experienced. Call never goes through. Even if you are lucky to get connected, the customer care person will keep you waiting and then disconnect without any solution or directions....

                                  We didn't choose the following paid channels such as, Disney stories and Music alerts in our list. But, it automatically takes up these channels and detect the money for the same. We try to create our channel choice. But, Videcon D2H is not taking up the choice. It creates its own channel choice. It is a kind of cheating the customer.
