Trai compliance channels are not available in spite of available balance in my account. Repeated complaints have been lodged in the midnapur (W. B) office. But so far the problem is not attended. Kindly do the needful. None of their customer care service numbers are available. Tried for more than a week. If not attended to, need to be penalised heavily

    On 10/03/19 suddenly my paid channels stopped. Displaying, "e 16-4 the channel is not part of subscription". Where the channels are part of the subscription as well as i had sufficient balance on my account. I had mailed the customer executive on the same day but no response from there end. Luckly on 12/03/19 i got telephone line and they start the channels. My complain are as follows:

    1) when i asked the customer executive about the stopping of channels he replied it is technical fault from my side. I asked how it is my fault he repeating the same word. The executive to hide there fault mislead me. Without no reason they stopped channels

    2) when i asked the senior customer executive (Sayan raj) why the daily charges deducted for the date 10/03/19 and 11/03/19 where the channels are already stopped. He told me it is charge of the dd channels. Whereas the dd channels are free.

    3) i had made complain through email with the nodal officer westbengal (Srabani deb) several times. Till now no reply from her end.

    The company have no responsibility towards their consumer. Not a single mail reply neither from the customer executive nor from the nodal officer as well as the executives mislead and ill behave with the consumer.

    Kindly take necessary action against the videocon d2h.

      The service provide is not giving proper telecast.

      For the past one month on switching on it shows the card is not inserted properly. I have informed to videocon d2h so many time. But they're not taking any action.

      After collecting advance money from me they are cheating.

      Please take necessary steps to provide the service or return my money back.

        All the channels which we have subscribed are not there in the list to watch.
        With great difficulty we have selected the channels and used to see it.
        Now the said channels are automatically unsubscribed. Unwanted channels are there.

        I'm trying to login but there is problem with the site

        Worst service the balance lying in my account approx 800 is of no use. Actually i lost my peace by paying money to videocon.

        Kindly resolve the problem

          I am having my d2h connection, but when i am trying to call on customer care numbers no phone connects and there is no officer for explaining about the plans.
          We recharge but how can we select plans. There is nobody to guide.

            I'm a customer of videocon d2h. As per new trai rule, customer can choose there own channels and pack. So thats why i'm tring too much time cc no. Of videocon[protected] but they always say one stupid line "the line is busy". I have tried too many time with variable time but they always say that one line. What is this nonsense?
            When i recharge my d2h then not display all channels which is i choose in the past package, so i'm not recharging my d2h.

            Videocon d2h is giving very very very bad service to there customers. They have no value of there customers.

              I have tried to recharge my d2h account many times but the process isnt working.
              I have manually tried to choose channels and add it to the cart. On confirming and proceeding t payment, the screen shows -"we will get back to you". This problem has happened last time also.
              Why cant you guys fix a simple problem like this? Inspite of many calls, no one attend to this number-[protected] and none of the emails are replied. All other channels are so user-friendly and the customers have no problem but your company creates a lot of trouble for its customers.
              It is requested that the customer id[protected] be recharged with the channels which i have chosen.

                  In the month of january, i have got a call from videocon, asking for fitness active channel just for re. 1 for a month and it's validity expired on 20th february, after that, i need to pay more than rs. 40 for this channel.

                  Before and after 20th february, i have called many times to deactivate this service and even call in the call centre, nobody had picked the call, many emails to d2h, but not got any reply. After that, email to nodal officer both email i'd, not not got any reply

                  Before subscribing to this fitness active channel, videocon call centre people's had a regular routine to call me inspite of i have activated dnd service. They also even called me at the time of my recharge asking for when you recharge your account.

                  After this happened (After january), they are not even calling me for any
                  Offer and not even call me to ask for when i recharge my account.

                  It is very clearly an indication that videocon call center people's doing unethical services to their customers.

                  They are not replying to my emails, nor picking up my calls.

                  Second thing is, i have chosen my own monthly pack channels and submitted
                  On d2h site before recharging my account on this month and second time, on 25 march 2019 for rs. 317.

                  After selection of channels, a message appear that they will contact me shortly.
                  But they don't call me even once. I do not know how to proceed further.

                  One more thing, few days before, i have chosen request a call option from my login and asked to call me back as i have some complaint. Then also, they not called me yet.

                  My due dates had already gone.

                  How i recharge my account unless they resolved my complaint.

                  It is my request to

                  Deactivate fitness active channel,

                  Reflect my custom channel in my login or any confirmation, so i recharge my account with my own custom channel,

                  Need to change name from amanjeet singh mokha to amandeep singh mokha in my login.

                        This is Kalpana Ganesh Kale my videocon d2h account number is[protected]. We were recharge this number by Rs 300/- specialy for IPL but not able to see the tournament becoz of poor service & no channels setting.
                        Also sent mail to the concern service provider, but no reply. Not able to contact customer service number. This is rediculas that we r not able to contact them & they are also not genuine to contact us. After launching the complaint to them first.
                        If this will not resolved soon, we will convert our dish TV into cable network. Also not able to see our local network channel. Today there is match of Mumbai Indian team & we don't want to loose it. Otherwise we will file the case against service provider. My sister is working as a lawyer, so still requested to service provider do not insist us for violence.

                            Please find the below email which i have written to videocon d2h customer care team. Request you to kindly act on it on priority.

                            You people have harassed me so much that i would be changing d2h to some other providers shortly. Trust me.

                            It has been more than 2 months that i have been paying all the charges but not able to see channels which i actually want to. Is this how you treat your customers.

                            Your customer service is pathetic customer service that i have ever come across. Just to reach you i have to make at least 25-30 phone calls that’s when the call gets connected because it shows the number is busy every time. Please check my records, every time when my phone got connected, i was just asked to call back because your systems were down. Is this how you serve customers?

                            Please ensure you pay me all the charges which i have paid in last 3-4 months because i could not see my favorite channel at all. Yesterday i got a call from d2h guy around 12:00 hrs who confirmed that they would start the channels which i requested and would start within 10 minutes. Which never happened but to my surprise, my d2h wasn’t showing any signal at all.

                            The channels which i want to be added to my list are: sony espn normal and hd if possible, ten sports hd, ten sports 1 hd and now as a compensation i would want you people to start all the sports hd channels for free of cost for couple of months.

                            Before cancelling my subscription, i promise that i would escalate the issue to trai and explain all the harassment.

                              This has reference to activation pending after recharging for three month long recharge option. As per instruction of d2h customer care officer I had kept set top box ON for 30 min but problem was not resolved. I had contacted customer care number[protected] and[protected] almost 25 time but It give same msg that "All our representatives are busy ...". I had tried all other given number on site but either it will automatically disconnected or Not connected. Current situation is that I had paid amount on 19.03.19 but account is not activated and amount is deducted on per day basis. I had tried a lot via email also but there is NO positive repose
                              Kindly help to resolve the issue or instruct them to refund the money as earliest.

                                My d2h connection id[protected] signal is not available and continually and i am not able to login into videocon id i had been complaining for this but neither engineer is visiting nor and kind of resolution is provided form your side.

                                I am highly disappointed with the services which you all provide
                                Either you ensure me whether complain will be solved by today itself or else tell me other services provider for which i can go for other than yours videocon service

                                  Hello, it's been almost a month now and still my Service provider - Videocon d2h are unable to resolve my issue of not being able to watch the channels that I had selected. Although, I have repeatedly sending emails to Customer Care and calling them still there is no solution. It all started after the new rules initiated by TRAI. Please do take action against the service provider.

                                    My vd2h id is14471086. According to the new rules, on 10.3.19 by calling the provider and sending the qr code i had selected of 324/-package inclu. Gst but the provider is still recovering the old charges. Calls are not being heard. Please compensate the financial loss from the provider and the provider should restricted the package i have chosen.

Bhi busy batata h jaldi call nhi lgta .sir pls help me
