new channel pack - not picking calls and not replying of my mails

Cust i'd:[protected]

In the month of january, i have got a call from videocon, asking for fitness active channel just for re. 1 for a month and it's validity expired on 20th february, after that, i need to pay more than rs. 40 for this channel.

Before and after 20th february, i have called many times to deactivate this service and even call in the call centre, nobody had picked the call, many emails to d2h, but...

rtn is incorrect

My RTN seems incorrect for user id[protected]. I am trying to log into app, tried calling the call centre but no one picks call. No channels are coming in my TV and hence I need help to login into my account and select right package which I am unable to do currently. I need help from Videocon d2h team. Can you pls call and rectify....

channel setting.

This is Kalpana Ganesh Kale my videocon d2h account number is[protected]. We were recharge this number by Rs 300/- specialy for IPL but not able to see the tournament becoz of poor service & no channels setting.
Also sent mail to the concern service provider, but no reply. Not able to contact customer service number. This is rediculas that we r not able to contact them & they are also not genuine to contact us. After launching the complaint...

account activation issue after successful payment

This has reference to activation pending after recharging for three month long recharge option. As per instruction of d2h customer care officer I had kept set top box ON for 30 min but problem was not resolved. I had contacted customer care number[protected] and[protected] almost 25 time but It give same msg that "All our representatives are busy ...". I had tried all other given number on site but either it will automatically...

My d2h connection id[protected] signal is not available and continually and i am not able to login into videocon id i had been complaining for this but neither engineer is visiting nor and kind of resolution is provided form your side.

unable to view channels selected

Hello, it's been almost a month now and still my Service provider - Videocon d2h are unable to resolve my issue of not being able to watch the channels that I had selected. Although, I have repeatedly sending emails to Customer Care and calling them still there is no solution. It all started after the new rules initiated by TRAI. Please do take action against the service provider.
My subscriber ID is 91959616 in the name Sagar Singh...

My vd2h id is14471086. According to the new rules, on 10.3.19 by calling the provider and sending the qr code i had selected of 324/-package inclu. Gst but the provider is still recovering the old charges. Calls are not being heard. Please compensate the financial loss from the provider and the provider should restricted the package i have chosen....

poor services of videocon d2h

Hello,
After the TRAI order on channel selection was implemented, Videocon D2H service provider is harassing me like anything. My customer ID is[protected]. I m unable to see the channel that I want to choose. My monthly package was changed to 800+ per month which I never opted. Whenever I called and mail to customer care they are unable to provide any response on this. I logged a complaint with customer care viz. complaint no.[protected]...

Sir mai Arvind Kumar Singh customer ID[protected] meine date 22/3/19 ko apna pack create kiya tha 292 ka par abhi tk home channel ke alwa koi aur channel nhi show kr rha h aur day by day paise kat te ja rhe hai .Hmne phle bhi complain kiya tha d2h par abhi tk koi acton nhi liya h d2h company ne sir unhone ne channel lock kr ke rakha h jiskeliye WO hamse 200 service charge lenge jb ki hamare d2h cable me koi kharabhi nhi h aur na hi koi error...

reg. extension of validity period

I recharged rs. 436/- against d2h id 454230 on 16/2/2019. The next due date was 19/3/2019 but the services disconnected on 8/3/2019 before expiry of validity by the company. I registered the complaint on 8/3/2019 at. 1.02 pm and i received the massege with complaint no.[protected] with assurance that the problem will resolved till saturday march, 9, 2019 but the the problem not solved by the company. Thereafter, i again recharged rs. 530/-...

not able to watch channels

Phir maine [protected]@d2h.com par mail kare 23 3 19. Ko tap mail par jawab diya e100-4 ke samasya h tv chalu rakhey chalu na ho to phir majl karey lekin chalu abj tak nhi hua

I have selected my favourite channels after Trai decision consumer selection but Videocon d2h is not interested to implement trai decision. Customer care of d2h every time says, your problem will fix in 4 to 5 hour or call me 30 min later then call not connect d2h team. They are only making fool to the customer.Trai and broadcasting ministry should interfare in this issue so that consumer can take a inhale of relief thank you...

not responding despite choosing trai pack

This is my third complain against Videocon d2h. Earlier we could not see the channels despite paying now the month is over and we are even unable to recharge as per the TRAI. Videocon is not even responding after we choose the selected channels and submit them. I have submitted it on videocond2h given website, app and even through registered telephone number but there has been no response from them despite complaining...
