In the month of january, i have got a call from videocon, asking for fitness active channel just for re. 1 for a month and it's validity expired on 20th february, after that, i need to pay more than rs. 40 for this channel.
Before and after 20th february, i have called many times to deactivate this service and even call in the call centre, nobody had picked the call, many emails to d2h, but not got any reply. After that, email to nodal officer both email i'd, not not got any reply
Before subscribing to this fitness active channel, videocon call centre people's had a regular routine to call me inspite of i have activated dnd service. They also even called me at the time of my recharge asking for when you recharge your account.
After this happened (After january), they are not even calling me for any
Offer and not even call me to ask for when i recharge my account.
It is very clearly an indication that videocon call center people's doing unethical services to their customers.
They are not replying to my emails, nor picking up my calls.
Second thing is, i have chosen my own monthly pack channels and submitted
On d2h site before recharging my account on this month and second time, on 25 march 2019 for rs. 317.
After selection of channels, a message appear that they will contact me shortly.
But they don't call me even once. I do not know how to proceed further.
One more thing, few days before, i have chosen request a call option from my login and asked to call me back as i have some complaint. Then also, they not called me yet.
My due dates had already gone.
How i recharge my account unless they resolved my complaint.
It is my request to
Deactivate fitness active channel,
Reflect my custom channel in my login or any confirmation, so i recharge my account with my own custom channel,
Need to change name from amanjeet singh mokha to amandeep singh mokha in my login.
Please do the needful.
