Unable to login to videocon d2h.
Despite putting out for so many times it shows a blank black page of d2h.com.
Tried to resolve it through password but same problem appears again and again.
Thus unable to create my own channels pack as par trai guidelines.
Unable to contact customer care numbers including nodal office number. None of them are working.
Kindly resolve the issue as the earliest.

      Videocon d2h is not unsubscribing the add-ons named entertainment dhamaka...when i called the customer care first they do not pick up or always busy further when i get my luck and get a call, they tell me that they have unsubscribed the pack (whose lockin period was 1 month) but the pack was not unsubscribed and they keep on charging the money for it..i tried to do it my self from their website similar thing happens there too..first they remove it from there but not from the tv..i have to continuously pay for the channels i don't want to see.its been around two months now.. that activated combo Active service 'Entertainment Dhamaka combo' has not been deactivated in spite of my repeated requests. Every time of my contact I had been assured by the call receiver that active service combo is being discontinued but in vain and service still existed . This non responsive attitude caused irritation besides financial issues.
      Please look into the matter to settle my grievances or shut down my signal for all n ever.

        Hello my customer id is[protected], using videocon d2h. Since november 2018, i am facing issue with d2h box. I am unable to view tv because of very poor broadcasting. I have lodged complaints many times but no resolution received.
        Request for resolution or directly closing of the connection with full refund from november 2018.

          Respected sir/madam

          I am the user of videocon d2h with customer id [[protected] ]. Since from february 2019, i am facing the problem related to the creation of "my own pack" as per the trai rules.

          I had created my own pack three times in 2 months, but still i got no message regarding the activation of plan. Also i talk to the customer care executive but still i did not get any help from them.

          I hope needful action will be initiated from your end

            However[protected] is invalid., while[protected] is some ivr option that never connects to the technical team. I have been trying to reach customer care/ email them that no subscribed channels are available inspite of making a payment and no balance due. They claim 24/7 support, but the above nos are not reachable nor they have addressed the issue sent via email even after 3 days

              My d2h has no signal service.I have also so many call in customer care but no reaponce.always videocon d2h service same thing.if customer has not satisfied why used your service.

                For past few months i am several issues with my d2h connections. They remove the channels from my subscription without informing me. Now they have stopped the dvr functions such recording, pause, forward etc. Tried several times to contact customer service but no help received. First of all to reach a customer executive is very difficult. At least takes 10 to 15 tries to get connected and if i get success in connecting i get the response that currently our system is not working please call after sometime. I wrote several mails and response i get is we have sent the technical commands to your set box and the services will be activated in 15 mins. But nothing happens. Nodal team also does not respond
                Please let me know what could be the solution and how can i get back money i spend in buying the dvr from d2h.

                  Dear trai,

                  I am a videocon d2h customer with customer id 76775, i had add on of english channels but now i wanted to remove it but since so many days the customer service is saying that they have technical issue and will assist after an hour but they aren't helping. They say the same thing every time i call. I'm really disturbed as money is being deducted for the add on and they are not doing anything about their technical issue rather just harassing me mentally. Please help

                    I have already selected mera wala plan 10 days back
                    Got mail and msg that your plan will be activated in 24 hours
                    But nothing activated yet. Most of the channels got discontinued due to your poor response. Ur toll free no says ur service request is being activated. Helpline number is of no use. Whom to contact in this concerned matter. Tell me mail i'd and contact number of heigher officials.

                        Request you that after discussing with D2h customer service representative i had Recharged with Rs:-354/-.
                        But still I am unable to get my selected channels.
                        Also not able to generate OTP nor login to this app to reactivate the channels.
                        I am trying to contact to service representative but my call are not replying by them.
                        Very Poor customer service. Till I have not Recharged they were called me every day with offeres, but after done recharge they are not picking up my calls.
                        My all family is very sad.

                        YOU are requested to kindly Resolve this issue.

                          On 22/3/2019 i was notified to select the channels that i wish to see on my videocon stb, so at 1.30pm i selected my channel packages of videocon d2h on videocon website but even after 3 hours of submitting selected list my account was not updated with my channel package for recharge. Is there any other method to select channels for package then suggest it or kindly help me on my above concern

                            मेरा d2h ac no.[protected] है.मैने 21-2-19 को अपना pack d2h के वेबसाईट पार बनाया था लेकिन वह लागू नही हुआ कस्टमर care से बात करणे पार हुनोने complaint no. दिया 7 दिनो बात dear vijay patil your complaint no.[protected] for customer id[protected] has been resolved successfully. यह massage आय लेकीन मेरा वाला pack चालू नही हुआ.11-3-18 को में ने d2h वेबसाईट पर नया pack सिलेक्ट किया लेकिन वह भी d2h वलोने लागू नही किया.बल कि तीन दिन पहले d2h ने अपना basic pack मेरे ac मे लागु करवा दिया जिसके लिए में ने कभी apply किया हि नाही।trai कि हेल्पलाईन कि हि तरह उनकी कस्टमर care को फोन नही लागता। लगातार मे तीन दिनो से d2h वलोसे संपर्क करणे कि कोशिश कर राहा हु लेकिन call लागता है और बिचमेही कट हो जाता है। d2h ने अपनी customer care सर्विस जाण भूचकर बंद करके रखी है

                              I had recharged my d2h videocon account with recharge offer of "404/- pe 606/-" on 13-mar-2019. But I didn't get 202/- extra balanne as per offer. I registered complain with customer support videocon... But instead of solution, they made my balance 0.
                              I called customer support and asked the reason, they said, your recharge is reversed and you should recharge back.
                              But till date, I have not received amount in my bank account.
                              I dropped several mail and called several times since 14-mar-2019.
                              But they are not responding... Even customer care executive also very poor in communication and dishonest.

                              I'm looking for support in this behalf

                                  Since 3, month we are facing many issue from vidrocon d2h. Don't giving solution of difficulties related recharge. Customer care lines are always busy... We are westing our all days behind resolving the issue but issue still not resolved... And call disconnected many times, website also not working properly, every time should reset password... Customer care representative are not trained property... Very poor services...

                                    I recharge my videocon d2h account for 1month and they stop providing channel service with in 15 days. I complaint about this in d2h coustmer care and talk with their executive but they don't give a satisfactory response. Now i am trying to call them but they put my call in waiting option. I try a lot to talk with their executive or seniors but they didn't give any response.

                                      I am trying to contact d2h regarding channel but their contact number not working and no response from them. They selected random channel and deducting money from account.
                                      I am unable to login in d2h website and not able to select my required channel. It is against trai rule.

                                        As per new rules of TRAI for DTH service user, I am unable to select channels in my Videocon d2h.
                                        Campany at has stopped all services since 5 days and no customer support is available.

                                        After choosing channels in/through tv/remote I am redirected to a page showing QR code and SMS code.
                                        But message receipient number (i.e. 566777) is not working means all sent message getting fail and let me know from where to scan QR code.

                                        Resolve as soon as possible.
