महोदय, मै videocon d2h का कस्टमर हूँ मेरा customer i'd है[protected]... मेरे द्वारा trai के नये नियम अनुरूप कंपनी दिशा निर्देश मे दिनांक 14/02/2019 को पैक बनाया गया...लेकिन d2h द्वारा बिना किसी कारन के चार दिन बाद ही मेरे पैक मे सेलेक्ट चैनल को बंद कर दिया गया और call center मे पूछ ताछ करने पर बताया गया कि पून: पैक बनाये...पून: निर्देशानुरूप पैक सेलेक्ट किया तो प्रशारन तो शुरू हुआ लेकिन कंपनी द्वारा दोबारा चार्जेज काटना शुरू कर दिया...मेरे बैलेंस को कम कर दिया गया और मुझे सर्विस भी नहीं दी गई...कई बार d2h मे शिकायत करने पर भी कोई सही से response नहीं लेता है.

    My self shashikant lahase, using videocon d2h service. My customer id is[protected]. I have recharged my id on 11 march 2019 with rs 494 and on 13th march my services were stopped due to insufficient balance... I tried customer care many daya and finally it connected on 15th march. I registered a complaint against id[protected]. Complaint no is[protected]. Videocon given me resolving time march 17, 2019, 10 am.. But still my problem is pending... I have been still suffering... So kindly take a necessary action against videocon d2h.

      I submitted my plan to the videocon d2h around 15th february 2019 apart from dd fta channels in hindi and english i also included free private channels like republic and sudarshan etc, i also included zee family pack, sony happy india pack and star value pack. This was replied to by videocon saying that my plan has been received by them and i would hear soon. Nothing happened and they gave me most of the free channels and a few of zee channels, fixed the monthly rate of 294. On first march i received message from them that ' you have been migrated to new plan as per the trai guidelines at 294/month' and this would come into effect from 17 march. They also alerted me on tv that my monthly subscription would end on 16th march. I recharged my connection on 16th march but to day i was shocked that there is no change and no migration to an y other plan but the plan they gave, continues. My client id no is 93085897

        Hi there,

        I am videocon d2h customer for more than 3 years and facing multiple service issue from videocon d2h service provider.

        Please resolve mentioned issues.
        1. I have submitted successful request to migrate new package as per trai rule from videocon d2h site. However the selected package is not getting reflected in my account.
        2. For this issue i am trying to reach their customer care multiple times in last 2 months. Customer care executives are just transferring calls here and there.
        Finally they are disconnecting the call without providing solution.
        3. I received one call from d2h customer care executive on 8th mar and they have confirmed my d2h account has been upgraded with new package, however requested packge and channels were not reflecting into my account.
        4. In one call customer care rep registered my complaint for this issue with complaint #[protected]. Customer care has marked this complaint as resolved without providing solution and without confomration to me. This is plain cheating to end users
        5. Around june 2018 i have raised request to stop service o[censored]sb recording from my account, however they have not stopped this service and i am paying for this serivice without use that from more than 6 months now. I want refund of my money for this service from june 2018 onwards.

        I am paying more money on unwatched channels and additional unused services. Please stop cheating customers by providing such bad service and repay me for the additional charges your taking from me.

          Respected sir,

          I wanted to complain against videocon d2h. My id is 80383397. I called [protected] many times, but the number was busy. I have been trying to contact a human being there in videocon call center but if someone would pick a call he/she would transfer the call by saying that this is not the concerned dept. Please let me know whom to contact as these blood suckers are not help full at all. They are charging good amount of money from millions of consumer and making hay but if you ask them to provide services they will pass the bug.

          They say that trai has created the situation. I have been trying to contact them for last 2 months, but every time either the number is busy or the person would transfer the call.

            I am facing tough time with Videocan d2h. They are unfriendly service and their customer care no always busy. If connected the representative hold a call long time and disconnected.

            My customer ID[protected]. Snice two months gone my problem not resolved.

            Trai has to take tough action against Videocan d2h. They cheating the customers.

              I got new setup box installed with payment of rs. 2000/. I was informed that the connection will remain till nov. 2019 and still i had balance of rs 700.
              However, suddenly my d2h got disconnected with message to recharge it.
              My balance is also showing as zero.

              It's sheer cheating.

              I am in calling videocon d2h customer care since 2 days but they keep call on hold for 15 mins then automatically disconnects it.

              I am harrased by their services.

                I am using d2h-videocon dish tv for more than 4 years.
                As per recent trai guidelines i requested channels of my choice in last week of jan 2019. But they have not given my channel of choice and imposing thier choice of channel.
                I agreed that 25 dd channels are mandatory and remaining 75 is our choice.
                But i called them more dozen times and one taking my request and they said that what ever the channel they have given authorised by trai.

                For example i can see more that 50 channel which is not my choice in the merawala plan. These channels are telescoping channel which i am not requested.

                I requested them to give me authorization to select my choice of channel.
                But unfortunately neither their website is working and app is not working properly. They will even take complaints right from feb-01-2019.
                I think they are purposefully doing this. As a result i am forced to pay more than 100 rs per month additionally. I make a complaint of this loot in national consumer forum also but all india is ram bharose now.
                Hence i request to audit their website why the website is not designed customer friendly. Why customer is unable to select channels.
                Also purposefully the bouque activation access is disabled to customers to exploit customers to take more money.

                Hence request to audit this d2h and also all other dish tv service providers and make sure the fruits go to all indian citizens.

                If trai doesnot know how to do it or implement the please reach me on [protected] or [protected]@gmail.com. Definitely i can support on this issue.

                Kindly request to forward this complaint to either minister concern or secretary so that this issue can be addressed as this can address the exploitation of cable tv provider.

                  D2h vediocon dth service - seriously wrong

                  Customer for last 5 years and i found d2h customer service lacking.
                  Since last 2 weeks i have made several calls to customer care and sent mails requesting for activating channels i have selected under"merawala"option. But no response

                  Cust id[protected] recharged with rs.367, balance rs.2152 amount paid

                  Complaint registered and engineers are not attending and closing the calls without attending.

                  Something seriously wrong with d2h customer service support.

                    I am totally disappointed with airtel d2h service, after selection my own channel, i have scans the qrcode and send msg to my airtel operator, i got sms from them once your new package update will inform you through msg, i have send around more than 100 sms to activate my plan, again &again i am receiving same msg from airtel operator. This was happens from last 15 days.
                    My registered mobile no with airtel operator is : [protected]

                    Airtel one of the cheater company which i feel. Last 7 days i have done 3 time recharge of 200 rs. After 3 days they deactivated my plan. And got sms kindly recharge at list 200 to activate your plan.
                    Airtel d2h service activated automatically 900 rs plan to me.
                    Kidly do the needful.

                      The box is working erroneously. Shuts off every 5 mins.. there is no support system. Website doesn't work. Toll free no. Has no response. Though I recharged with 450 for diamond pack. Half the channels are not working. It's really frustrating. Also the recharge gets suddenly over. Though the recharge is done for one month. Though recharge is done. The balance is suddenly 0. We are unable to log any complaint or get any support from the company. Even we are unable to select the packs a l Carte as they mention on website. As its not working.

                        I pullareddy y my videocon d2h id is 28199721. And i was charged upto 2020 for the long duration but now i am not able to watch the channels. When l am approaching to dealer he saying that you need to recharge as per the new rules. As per the troi rules and regulations the channels should not be disconnected. So please make the solution.

                          For the last several days i have been trying to recharge under the new dispensation of TRAI but despite several attempts there is no success .
                          After making selection of a-la-carte channels, the website asks to press the submit button . Then the screen flashes ' Your submission has been made successfully and we will get back to you ' . Matter ends there . Total silence .
                          Efforts to reach customer care over the phone also result in frustrating failure .
                          No response to email request either .

                            I have 2 videocon d2h connections in my house & the details are given below.

                            I wish to select different channels in both these connections. However, when i am selecting a channel in my primary, by default it is getting selected in my second connection also.

                            The company is really cheating me by taking money for both connections. I contacted their customer care & written mail to nodal office but still not resolved the issue.

                              I tried two times to create the channel pack first time they disconnect my d2h id so i cant create my pack and customer care have no solution for this now today i create packs but no action taken still and customer care pick calls after 30 minutes and disconnect and the combo pack made by d2h you can easily select and pay but for my own pack no response.

                                        The process o[censored]ploading ones choice of channels is almost not working. As per trai directive, d2h should have allowed to select broadcasters pack but d2h is not allowing to select broadcasters offered packs. I had no option but to select d2h offered packs, which is not my 1st choice.

                                        Since last few days my pvr (Recording facility) is deactivated which i have been using for the last 7 years. The reason not known to me. I have tried to restore the service and contacted d2h helpline atleast 15 time with no result.
