Dear sir/madam,

I have been writing to videocon d2h since more than last 1 - 2 months and reported several bugs and issues in their service and website. It is causing severe problems to the customers.
First it was login page issues. Then slowness of their website, then wrong balance shown even after refresh. I am really fed up raising complaints and chasing them.

videocon d2h bad customer service

We were continuously calling for customer service for videocon d2h. Firstly no one was responding to calls or mails.
This is very upsetting. Once we could connect to customer care, those people were not ready to reply properly. They were purposefully keeping us in hold when we were sharing our concern.
We were kept on hold for half hour.
Being such a big organisation, behaviour towards the customer is very irrelevant.br...

Everytime they are giving me the same excuses of technical issues.

channels not showing

Hello sir,
I am facing the videocon d2h service issue as since last 1 day we are not able to see the channels like set max, star gold, sab tv, sony tv and so on... We are getting the message like "this channels is not subscribed".
So i want to understand as why our existing package is not working since we have already paid the monthly amount. As per trai guidelines whatever the the changes needs to be updated till 31st march...

customer care not responding from past 7 days.

We are trying to add channels as per trai guidelines to our accout but customer care number is not responding from past 7 days. I want to change my rtn and it is also not done if they won't answer my call. It is very difficult for common people to add as per they settings. Please change the settings so that even a common man can add what ever he wanted....

my plan as per trai guidelines

My customer id[protected]. I created my own plan atleast 10 times on website as well as mobile app. However it was never been updated.

I approached customer care atleast 30 time and emailed them 3-4 times with screenshots of various screens, but they don't respond. I appears they just updated ui screens to cheat customers and system and customer care are still not updated to accept trai guidelines.

recharge two times in march but still disconnected

I have recharge my videocon d2h two times in this month 1st on 02.03.2019 and 2nd on 09.03.2019 but still my connection is discontinued. I tried sevrel times to reach customer care but is not connected. I am not able to see current affairs.
If a company act like this whats the use to in roll him in trai.

channel service not working...

I have been uploaded my choice channels on videocon d2h portal but, it has not been yet reflected in my account. Now i can only see free channels and it is same since last couple of months. I am trying to connect customer care but always i am getting busy tone, could you please look into it. If this is the case then i will think of other options.

This is sandesh bhagwan midgule. Located in goa. I was purches a new d2h connection while purchasing a connection the delar of d2h is says d2h have a plan recharge 3000/- and get free channel for 9month but after one month my recharge was finished and the delar says plan was cancelled by d2h.. Then i called to d2h customer care complain against delar but they will also say please recharge again.. But i m already recharge...

delay in migration to new plan

change of tariff plan

My customer ID of VD2H is[protected], from last one week I am unable to change plan in my VD2h online account and even tried to contact customer care and nodal officer but they are not responding to my request.so can you take any action regarding this issue.
when ever I call to customer care they keep my call on hold and once they attend even though they listen my voice simply telling please attend the call sir are else we will disconnect...

no help for problem in d2h connection

own package is not activated

no response by customer care & nodal office

Happened on 05.03.19. Rain water ingressed through cable inside up to set top box. Cable was supplied by videocon during installation.

From 6.03.19 i have tried to contact customer care [protected] / [protected] & to nodal office [protected] for more than 100 times, but nobody to response.
Sms complain on 06.03.18 to [protected], till date no response.

too much delay in providing the service

Dear sir,
I booked Videocon d2h connection through online on 8 December 2018. On the very next day engineer called me and told that he will come and install the connection at my home on next day, but he didn't came and niether call me.
After 4 to 5 days on 14 December I lodge complaint To Videocon customer care and requested them to please install the connection at my home as early as possible. They have given me a complaint...

not able to see any channels

These guys are not even prepared for TRAI's new rule for channel selection! Their website sucks!!! and none of the customer service numbers are working. + your Nodal officer contact is a BIG joke! Last week some how I manged to login to the website and selected the channels...After couple of days I was very lucky to get connected to some ### agent and he has no clue of my plan or what is going on...after keeping me on hold for 15 mins...

If people are not litterer how they help, I called callcenter say 500 times . spoke to sagar manager he said issue will resolve on same day after 3 days passed no resolution, They do not understand the basic languages ....
