Mu customer id with them is,[protected].i have so far submitted my choice of channels pack two times first on 30 th JAN, THRO MY MAIL IDand for a second time on 23rd FEB THRO ON LINE THRO THEIR OFFICIAL SITE, But, till today, they have noe effected the migration .their customer care phone no [protected] is non functional for more than 8 weeks.they dont care to reply for my 3 mails, reminding them about the delay.in order to avoid edlay, I submitted my choice of channels pack, that included broadcasters bouqut, pay channels and FTA PACK, WHICH THEY HAVE ADVISED.THERE IS NO PROVISION IN THE FTA PACK TO CHOOSE MY PREFERRED CHANNELS, AND THEY SHOW SOME PACK, WHICH, WE ARE FORCED TO TAKE, i CLICKED ALL SOUTH PACK, WHICH INCLUDED MANY CHANNELS, WHICH, i DONT WANT TO TAKE, BUT, THERE IS NO OPTION OR PROVISION TO CHOOSE MY CHOICE CHANNELS.MOREOVER, THEY WANT US TO CHOOSEANY ONE ONE OF THE, TAMIL, TELUGU, NORTH OR SOUTH PACK, WHERE AS I WISH TO HAVE FTA CHANNELS FROM ALL PACK.PL, THEREFORE, HELP ME IN MIGRATING TO THE NEW PLANEARLY AND ALSO ADVISE THEM, TO TO ALLOW US FTA CHANNELS OF OUR CHOICE ALSO
