    I recharged my videocon d2h after long time and it's not working after recharge. Called to customer care many times.50 times its not reachable. They too the call luckily after 50 times and taken complaint regarding my problem and said it will get resolved within 1 day. Its not working even after 2 days.
    Again i called to this customer care number always busy. Irritated to the core.

    Anyone take action?

      I have selected my channel and sent it to the company but videocon d2h is not opening my channel when i am reporting it, i am being hacked and kept hanging. I am disturbed for the last 3 days. Videocon ones are opening my channel and i am not talking because of this, i am complaining to trai. Please make a good decision for this as soon as possible.           I had done my recharge against my c. Id[protected] on last 2 week and the expiry date letter
          But suddenly all the my previous channels have stopped.

          I have been trying to contact the videocon customare care by phone, and customer care has started some unusable channels and what i need they are saying as per trai ruls you go through the online and select as you want. Request you please help new recharge monthly recharge 360 goldback but all channel 8 days is working but suddenly all channel is insufficient balance but i will check balance available in 250 rupees videocon customer care number is not always working

          Videocon d2h is the worst possible service provider.
          Their website and app both don't work and all the customer care number provided are either invalid numbers are don't connect. On writing to them they give you solutions which u had said are problems that don't work.
          I have selected my own pack but that still hasn't even been activated and there is absolutely no response from them but they have charged for the whole months with no services provided

            I did contact with customer care number, all the time their number is busy.
            I did contact through mails also, but no reply from their side.
            What action should i take to resolve this issue?

            I have done recharge of all the included channels but the channels are not displayed.

              I subrahmania ayer r is having a videocon d2h tv connection for the last 7-8 years or more. I was enjoying the package called south silver malayalam and charges were less than rs.200 to rs.250 per month. I used to remit bulk payment for one year, every year. Now since last 5-6 months it seems they are charging more, very high rate of rs.436/- per month. I asked for clarification over phone and e-mail, but no reply. Arbitrarily they have now deleted certain channels like ktv tamil, aditya etc. I therefore request you to help me get a proper reply from videocon d2h. My customer id is 76333458. I want a statement of account of debits and credits in my account with them. So also reason for change of monthly rentals to very high amount without my consent. Also reintroduction of all channels which were enjoyed by me prior to their change in monthly tariff. Now i want only basic rental payment as prescribed by trai. If i want add on channels i will do it afterwards. I am unable to understand their silence to my corresponence/complaints.

                  Dear sir/madam,

                  I have been writing to videocon d2h since more than last 1 - 2 months and reported several bugs and issues in their service and website. It is causing severe problems to the customers.
                  First it was login page issues. Then slowness of their website, then wrong balance shown even after refresh. I am really fed up raising complaints and chasing them.

                  Today i am facing another problem while selecting my pack page. After selecting 18 channels it shows wrong price total on pressing proceed button. I have attached images for your reference. For 18 channels price is 98.10. But in the next screen shows 120? Looks like they are cheating their customers and giving wrong payment details.

                    We were continuously calling for customer service for videocon d2h. Firstly no one was responding to calls or mails.
                    This is very upsetting. Once we could connect to customer care, those people were not ready to reply properly. They were purposefully keeping us in hold when we were sharing our concern.
                    We were kept on hold for half hour.
                    Being such a big organisation, behaviour towards the customer is very irrelevant.
                    This forces us to switch the service. Definitely we will no longer use videocon service and will not suggest people around us to use videocon service.

                        Hello sir,
                        I am facing the videocon d2h service issue as since last 1 day we are not able to see the channels like set max, star gold, sab tv, sony tv and so on... We are getting the message like "this channels is not subscribed".
                        So i want to understand as why our existing package is not working since we have already paid the monthly amount. As per trai guidelines whatever the the changes needs to be updated till 31st march so at least till that time the channels should show/go on. As the service provider was already taken the monthly amount from us but still they are not showing the channels so this is not acceptable.
                        You should start the service immediately else pay back our money if you are not ready to show the channels. Why the customer should face these kind of issue. Kindly show all the channels which are subscribed asap.
                        I am totally disappointed with this service.
                        Please help me out as whatever you want to take an action against the d2h service.

                          We are trying to add channels as per trai guidelines to our accout but customer care number is not responding from past 7 days. I want to change my rtn and it is also not done if they won't answer my call. It is very difficult for common people to add as per they settings. Please change the settings so that even a common man can add what ever he wanted.

                            My customer id[protected]. I created my own plan atleast 10 times on website as well as mobile app. However it was never been updated.

                            I approached customer care atleast 30 time and emailed them 3-4 times with screenshots of various screens, but they don't respond. I appears they just updated ui screens to cheat customers and system and customer care are still not updated to accept trai guidelines.

                            I wasted many hours to resolve matter with customer care, but customer care team is bunch of fools.

                            Not sure how they are running this business with pathetic customer care centre.

                                I have been uploaded my choice channels on videocon d2h portal but, it has not been yet reflected in my account. Now i can only see free channels and it is same since last couple of months. I am trying to connect customer care but always i am getting busy tone, could you please look into it. If this is the case then i will think of other options.

                                Videocon is the best service provider but why this kind of ignorance happening this time i dont know. If it is on portal then they must have reply from portal directly once options has been selected. I hope my problem will get resolved.

                                  This is sandesh bhagwan midgule. Located in goa. I was purches a new d2h connection while purchasing a connection the delar of d2h is says d2h have a plan recharge 3000/- and get free channel for 9month but after one month my recharge was finished and the delar says plan was cancelled by d2h.. Then i called to d2h customer care complain against delar but they will also say please recharge again.. But i m already recharge for 9 month which was not getting me
                                  Please take the legal action to d2h how they will do like this with customer...

                                      Mu customer id with them is,[protected].i have so far submitted my choice of channels pack two times first on 30 th JAN, THRO MY MAIL IDand for a second time on 23rd FEB THRO ON LINE THRO THEIR OFFICIAL SITE, But, till today, they have noe effected the migration .their customer care phone no [protected] is non functional for more than 8 weeks.they dont care to reply for my 3 mails, reminding them about the delay.in order to avoid edlay, I submitted my choice of channels pack, that included broadcasters bouqut, pay channels and FTA PACK, WHICH THEY HAVE ADVISED.THERE IS NO PROVISION IN THE FTA PACK TO CHOOSE MY PREFERRED CHANNELS, AND THEY SHOW SOME PACK, WHICH, WE ARE FORCED TO TAKE, i CLICKED ALL SOUTH PACK, WHICH INCLUDED MANY CHANNELS, WHICH, i DONT WANT TO TAKE, BUT, THERE IS NO OPTION OR PROVISION TO CHOOSE MY CHOICE CHANNELS.MOREOVER, THEY WANT US TO CHOOSEANY ONE ONE OF THE, TAMIL, TELUGU, NORTH OR SOUTH PACK, WHERE AS I WISH TO HAVE FTA CHANNELS FROM ALL PACK.PL, THEREFORE, HELP ME IN MIGRATING TO THE NEW PLANEARLY AND ALSO ADVISE THEM, TO TO ALLOW US FTA CHANNELS OF OUR CHOICE ALSO

                                        i just want to raise the complaint against videocon DTH my customer i.d is[protected] with the name suman rohilla. i want to set gold hd combo pack .so many times i called to videocon call support but everytime they cut and hold my call without any reason i already recharged with 295 rs according to gold combo pack. but i am not able to see any channel. there services are very bad they talk to me very rudely .
                                        kindly do the needful for me and take the action against there customer services .
