I am consumer of Videocon D2H from last 8 year approx with customer id[protected], and 17742331. As per the new TRAI new poilcy of channel selection i have selected the channle pack on both ID. But still Channels are not coming on 17742331 and for 72606577 only SD channels are coming, while set top box is HD. I have selected various time on D2H site as per the guidelines given and by taking proper selection of set top box no. and TYPE. My subscription money is being wasted and I am unable to see channels. Approx 200 calls i have made to customer care but they never gave any help, they put my call on hold and the phone cut. I am very frustrated from last 3 days but no help is from D2h side. Please help me

    Please note that i have made my own plan on 01/02/2019 and submitted accordingly. My service provider viz. Videocon d2h confirmed my submission. But the fact of the matter is that they are not activate till 07/03/2019. Today now my balance becomes nil. If i renew it by paying money the same old package fixed by them will continue i fear. Please guide me as to whether i buy the same package fixed by them forgetting about my own package which was submitted as per trai order.

    I strongly protest against videocon d2h for not activating the a-la-carte package which I submitted on 01/02/2019. Please take stringent action AGAINST them. My videocon ID no. is[protected]. Thank you.

    Videocon d2h is not migrating my new a-la-carte package as per trai rules till today 13/03/2019 although I renewed for my new pack on 08/03/2019. Please look into the matter and take necessary steps.

      Videocon d2h customer id:[protected].
      Happened on 05.03.19. Rain water ingressed through cable inside up to set top box. Cable was supplied by videocon during installation.

      From 6.03.19 i have tried to contact customer care [protected] / [protected] & to nodal office [protected] for more than 100 times, but nobody to response.
      Sms complain on 06.03.18 to [protected], till date no response.
      E-mail to : [protected]@d2h.com on 6 & 8th march 19 - no response.
      E-mail nodal office : sarbani. [protected]@dishd2h.com 07 & 08 th march19 - no response.

      Above all they are deducting money/day without providing service and solution, it is simply a kind of fraudulent activity.

      Probably all are working for competitors and against videocon d2h.

      My selected Channels not activated yet. It includes Channel No.-305, 857, 345 and Nicklodeon Kid channel. All are paid channel. Neither its web site nor iys customer care helpline is working. Customer is helpless. They have deactivated channels without any consent.

        Dear sir,
        I booked Videocon d2h connection through online on 8 December 2018. On the very next day engineer called me and told that he will come and install the connection at my home on next day, but he didn't came and niether call me.
        After 4 to 5 days on 14 December I lodge complaint To Videocon customer care and requested them to please install the connection at my home as early as possible. They have given me a complaint number and ask to wait for one day, but the problem didn't solved. again I complain on 15th December they did the same by creating a new complaint number and ask me to wait for one day, but I didn't got any solution for my problem, like this I lodge 2-3 complain but I didn't got any solution from their side. On 23rd or 24 December I lodge complain to Videocon customer care through mail and wait for 3 to 4 days but there is no any solution to my problem they have not even supplied the item like antenna, setup box etc. to my home. After 3 to 4 days I again call to their customer care I found that they have activated my connection but the connection is not at all installed at my home. Installation is the second step, they have not supplied as I booked through online the item of D2H connection till that day. I told the customer care that how this can be activated, he didn't given me any solution. I ask them to disconnect my service as it is not installed at my home and connection is running but they didn't did.
        Afterwards on 3rd January I lodge complain to national consumer care.they guided me to send one written letter to the Videocon D2H corporate office explaining full detail I did the same.
        On 11th or 12th January 2019 Videocon engineer again called me, and told that he will come and install the Videocon connection to my home on that day. I asked him that are you sleeping for 1 month? and how you have activated my connection it is not installed to my home?
        He told to me that the connection is being activated automatically. when I asked how it is possible that it is not installed at my home I have not received any item related to that and the connection is activated. he told that this is the way to provide the service and we will do like this only because the connection is being activated automatically.
        I told them that in my letter to D2H corporate office I have demanded refund for my amount so I don't want the installation you return the full amount what I paid at the time of booking. He Requested me that sir I will come and install today, I told him that I have already demanded my full money refund so I don't want installation please refund my money. He told that ok sir will get your money 2 to 3 days but they are not return my money till today. afterwards Videocon engineer didn't called me and when I called to his number he is not responding properly or avoiding to talk to me.
        Afterwards also I lodge number of complaint to Videocon customer carebut till today they have not refunded my money.
        Today morning I got a mail from Videocon D2H that there is no any provision of returning the amount and they are saying that your recharge has been completed and you should recharge the connection. I reply to that mail that I have not used a single day your service, after booking the connection through online you have not supplied that come to my home till today and you are saying that your recharge has been completed how it is possible.

        Sir, here I am lodging this complain to ask help from you please help me in this matter, because it is approx four month time there and they have not provided me proper solution

        I will attach the screenshot of my booking of Videocon D2H through online & also the number of complaints Which I lodged to Videocon customer care.

          These guys are not even prepared for TRAI's new rule for channel selection! Their website sucks!!! and none of the customer service numbers are working. + your Nodal officer contact is a BIG joke! Last week some how I manged to login to the website and selected the channels...After couple of days I was very lucky to get connected to some ### agent and he has no clue of my plan or what is going on...after keeping me on hold for 15 mins he told that my plan was in process and it will be activated in 2 hours...2 weeks passed and nothing happened till date. Please take your set top box and issue refund ASAP...I dont want a plastic show piece with blue and red LED at my home!

If people are not litterer how they help, I called callcenter say 500 times . spoke to sagar manager he said issue will resolve on same day after 3 days passed no resolution, They do not understand the basic languages .

              As per trai guidelines i had selected the number of channels on Toll free number before 31 jan. My existing plan of Gold Maxi would continue till change over as informed by customercare. I noticed on 12 Feb I got a message that my plan is upgraded as per request. However I noticed that amount was much more
              They had given me more than 85 paid channels without my consent. Thus my amount was getting reduced.
              I had written emails but refund not done so far. Neither responding to my emails nor acknowledge the mistake

                Problem was the set top box not working since five days and call to customer care no.                     Hi There,

                    I am Videocon d2h customer for more than 3 years and facing service issue from Videocon d2h service provider.
                    Please try to help me on mentioned issues.
                    - I have submitted successful request to migrate new package as per Trai rule from Videocon d2h site. However the selected package is not getting reflected in my account and I am paying more money on unwatched channels.
                    - For this issue I am trying to reach their customer care multiple times in last 1.5 months. Customer care executives are just transferring calls here and there. Finally they are disconnecting the call without providing solution.
                    - In one call customer care rep have registered complaint for this issue but not provided solution on it. Complaint #[protected]. This complaint has marked as resolved by them.
                    - Around June 2018 I have raised request to stop service o[censored]SB recording from my account, however they have not stopped this service and I am paying for that from more than 6 months now.
                    Can you please solve the mentioned issue.

                    Videocon customer care executive called me, Over the call they confirmed me that requested d2h package is activated in my account. However selected channels/package is not yet reflected in my d2h account.
                    I am not getting why Videocon d2h service provider is not solving the issue and they are not caring to customers. Management should take notice on such cases/issues and request Videocon d2h service provider to act and resolve these issues as soon as possible.

                      I am videocon d2h user for years now and have not come across such pathetic service. On 2 mar my plan got changed without my request, also no notification was sent out. Due to this the tarriff increased and few channels stopped. Customer care is not reachable/busy, in case it connects they will reply technical issue going on call after 1 hour.

                        As per the new trai guidelines we can choose our own channels according to our wish but, videocon d2h company is cheating on us and won't allow to choose channels according to our wishes and not only this they are keep on blocking my current channels from pack day by day. Also can't able to contact there customer care number & customer mail service.
                        My customer id is 74957744. And when we go to videocon d2h website to select our own pack they won't allow you to select hd channels, the only option they is sd channels. Please help me out with this they ars blocking my channels day by day.

                          My two connections has given "popular" with mirror connection. Where most of the channels missing & no hd.

                          Since more than a month d2h has not obeyed trai instructions. We are common senior citizen suffering for there whimsical attitude.

                            In spite of notification provided by trai regarding freedom of choosing tv channels, this compnay-d2h (Videocon d2h) is not providing the same.
                            I'm not allowed to exercise this freedom!!!
                            Every time i choose channels & proceed, i've been greeted with a page, depicting-"submit" only. There is no way i could pay requisite fee as i selected.
                            What to do?
                            Please advice
                            I wonder how could they flout an order from trai???
                            If you people couldn't implement the order then why pass such order?

                              I am registered my complaints against worst servises and chargeses fees against singnal settings by customer care team three times within 6 months. Mostly many times singal not received some channels automatice close. And but balance of my account debited. Day by day why???

                                Dear trai,

                                I am a videocon d2h user with customer id[protected]. Since from last 1 & 1/2 month, i am facing n no. Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes wrong trai package, some missing channels.
                                I have recharged twice for trai channels but we are still not able to see our selected channels.in zee tv package
                                & pictures, zee cinema is visible but &tv is not visible. Even marathi channels are not available. I have wasted rs 285 + rs 293 in reacharging for trai package twice. To launch a complaint regarding this i called videocon d2h customer number of times but they are disconnecting. Infact i have launched complained about it through mail to which they didn't replied.
                                Please do the needful.

                                    D2h consumer no.[protected]. I want choose channel as per new trai guidelines. But i forget password my d2h online account. I am not receive any msg from d2h operator to my rtn. Customer care not answer properly. Regarding sent mail to d2h operator but no use. Now most channel no seen. Customer care person not response properly.in this problem phase last one month.

                                      At dated 24/02/2019we recharged our d2h and selected 9 paid channels with mandatory channels which cost about 237rs per month. But after some days they have changed the pack without my consent and updated my account with cost about 337rs month. And in this updation they changed our favourite channels like sony sab (113) and started many channels which we have not selected. Please change our base pack which we have selected earlier. How can company changed pack without customer consent.
