I have D2H connection id :[protected] Register under by brother name, from last 4 days i am complain taht am not able to view the channels . If people are not litterer how they help, I called callcenter say 500 times . spoke to sagar manager he said issue will resolve on same day after 3 days passed no resolution, They do not understand the basic languages ....

As per trai guidelines i had selected the number of channels on Toll free number before 31 jan. My existing plan of Gold Maxi would continue till change over as informed by customercare. I noticed on 12 Feb I got a message that my plan is upgraded as per request. However I noticed that amount was much more
They had given me more than 85 paid channels without my consent. Thus my amount was getting reduced....

I am videocon d2h user for years now and have not come across such pathetic service. On 2 mar my plan got changed without my request, also no notification was sent out. Due to this the tarriff increased and few channels stopped. Customer care is not reachable/busy, in case it connects they will reply technical issue going on call after 1 hour....

Dear trai,

I am a videocon d2h user with customer id[protected]. Since from last 1 & 1/2 month, i am facing n no. Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes wrong trai package, some missing channels.
I have recharged twice for trai channels but we are still not able to see our selected channels.in zee tv package
& pictures, zee cinema is visible but &tv is not visible. Even marathi channels...

I m trying to reach them from last 1 month for setting up my channel but they do not call or any of the no work to reach support.. This is happening after the trai new change they do not want to make any changes to channel as it should me my client id[protected]. No one is responding from them at all not even call is working to reach them. This is disgusting...

But after some days they have changed the pack without my consent and updated my account with cost about 337rs month.
