Aap logo ne jo bhi rule banaya hai,
Usse to janta ka paisa hi west ho raha hai.. Pehle hum 219/-rs me saare channels dekh lete the,
Par ab to 300/-rs se jayada ka recharge kara kr ke b nhi dekh paa rahe hai.
Free channels to aate hi nhi hai.
153/- ka charge bekar me liya jaa raha hai, usme to kuch bhi nhi milta..
Public ka to chutiya bana diya.

My videocon d2h id is 752079*. We tried to change basic pack several times, but went in vain. They refused us to select fta channels as per our desire. Out of 100 channels we only get 10 fta tamil channels. Also in a-la-carte mode they had added 10 pay channels (Other language) without my approval.

We want to choose our fta channels and edit the selection when we wanted to. But, once selection done, we unable to edit the selection...

I have been calling videocone d2h with regarding the recharge that i have done on 20/02/2019, the services havn't been resumed even as of now, i have kept the set top box on as they always mention but still the result is the same, when i call them phone doesn't even connect. When the call got connected the customer service executive mentioned that it was a techical error and will get fix in 15 minutes, but nothing happened as such. I can't...

Videocond2h platforms service level has gone from bad to worse. It has absolute disregard for consumers and they seem to have shut down doors to reach them and register issues against their service. Here are few issues that i have listed below and trying to get them to resolve over the last several weeks but to no avail

I am a videocon d2h subscriber and my account id is 57261348. My earlier package expired on 8-2-2019. Hence i selected the required channels as per the new guidelines tried to pay the fees online. But before debiting my account it sent a message that "we will come back to you later". But they did not turn up. Again i recharged with rs 100/- but i could view only some free channels. There was no one to take up our call in the toll free number...

With reference to the above subject my customer id no. Is 74507795. After selecting the channels on line i received the message from you that channels are successfully selected. After selecting i paid amount on 19/02/2019 ₹.239.
After calling several times i have been told there is an error in the computer i can't see the channels what i paid for 101 star plus 103 zee tv and many english movies channels hindi movie channels also.br...

And very bad experience of d2h customer care, whenever we make call, and
They are saying system is down, call after 30 min.

From[protected] your customer care executives promises me that your account will be started tomorrow, but till date not...

I have a videocon d2h multi connnection.only primary set box is working, rest 3 set top showing only free to air for last 7 days.i have enough balance in d2h account.i have mailed d2h & called numerous time, but customer care picks call after 6-7 minutes And again put on hold for 15 minutes.my problem not yet resolved.my videocon customer id is 12144861....

I am a user of d2h (videocon d2h) from last 1and half year. My client id is[protected]. Thing is that I am not able to view my selected channels. I call customer care [protected] and they are replying that your service is activated. But when I checked on dth website showing your request has been taken and balance is detecting from our account on daily basis. Even not able to watch the Free Channels which they are charging Rs .130 per month....

25 days ago i choose my own d2h plan, after that i try multiple time but unable to watch hd bouquet zee & color or individual channels till date and d2h activated many bouqet & channel which not choose from my side.

Multiple times complaint on customer care but every times...

Unable to login to videocon d2h since yesterday.
Despite putting otp for so many times it shows a blank black page of d2h.com.
Tried to resolve it through password but same problem appears again and again.
Thus unable to create my own channels pack as par trai guidelines.
Their customer care executive also not helping to resolve the problem.
Kindly resolve the issue as the earliest....

Hi all, i am having d2h vediocon setup. Cust id[protected]. I recharged with the 365 rs and selected channel as per the new term conditions. But i am not getting all channel even free channels are stopped. Many times called customer care but no response. Worst service vediocon has in costomer care. Those guys are not having enough knowledge to give costomer....

I mr biplab das.. Customer id..[protected] of videocon d2h. Has recharged my pack of rs 400 on 4*2*19... As par trai.. Guidelines i have called customer care number and informed them about my new package and choice which costing rs.350 as par them at times if change... Unfortunately i have been overcharged keeping the old package as well as new package.. Which means i have been double charged for same channel... Innumerable...

I am Videocon d2h consumer. My customer id 58124884. I have logged into website of viedeocon d2h and tried selecting channels of my choice. I could not found any option to select combo pack of channels as shown in the advertisements, moreover I individually selected channels of my choice but when I submitted and proceeded with it, some technical error occurred. After that my lots of channels are not showing which I have selected. I have tried...

My channels have been suspended w.e.f 14/2/2019 .I have Recharged Thrice with Rs.180/ on 15/2/2019 at 1509 hrs and with Rs 120/- on 15/2/2019 at 1519hrs and with Rs.300/-on 16/2/2019 at 0757hrs via PAYTM My Cutomer ID is[protected]. But so far my channels restored. I want my money back with suitable penalty. I dont want to continue in D2h.

Since 2 days I had selected the chanals for my D2h connection but alll my D2h services has been stopped and I am continuous call customer care service but their call center are not responding even their lines are continously busy, if call get connected I am being kept hold half an hour before connecting the call to customer care executive call get disconnected from thier end, Request you to look into the matter....

I have recharged my videocon d2h on 14/02/2019 and not able to see my selected channel and free to air channel. I have login on their videocon d2h website and created my own pack and from there also they have not replyed till now. I have also created my list on trai website but still i could not able to see my channel . I want my money back or please resolve my problem...
