Videocon d2h in chennai is not giving service they are money cheating beggers,

Customer name = d. Dinesh i am one of videocon d2h customer from 2015 to till the date, the complaint and the reason iam writing this mail is they are charging two times for single service,

1. Last 25th of january i have requested to change the location of d2h

2. Nobody visited till 1st of feb 2019

3.1.2.2019 evening one of your person visited and fixed the d2h.

4. After nine days today i mean (04.2.2019), your people disconnected the line suddenly and i had approched the customer care they explained that my service has been stopped due to non payable of service amount, i mean reallocated charges.
This is the response they giving to a valuable customer, my first question is without my knowledge how they are disconnecting my line first try to understand the situation of customer problem, they are disconnecting the line without intimation in my home my wife, mother, father, everybody watching tv when we are in watching important program you are disconnecting the line try to understand the people mentality
Even small children also will understand the people mentality but videocon d2h people not understanding,

My question is why your people visiting after six days for reallocation, second question without giving service charge who will go, this your service team have to think right,

I have called customer care they are telling that service man not paid the service money to them i mean to videocon,

This type of misbehaving will create the people mind to change the network

Please dont take videocon network, they are beggers

    I have selected channels as per trai new rule and it's final rate with gst is around 360rs/month but videocon d2h charging 479/month. There is no response from customercare why they are charging more l. Request you to please lookinto this as they are not following trai rules.
    Selected channels are as below.
    1) hindi hd value (85rs), 2) happy india hd (59rs), 3) universal bouquet (10rs), 4) turner family pack (10rs), 5) nickelodeon (6rs), 6) sonic (2rs), 7) ndtv india (1rs), 8) news18 india (1rs), 9) ibm lockmat (0.25rs), 10) zee news (0.1 rs), 10) aaj tak (0.75rs) ={total 360 rs with gst}

      In videocon d2h, in basic service tiar 100 channels are show mandotry, not only 25 dd channels. But trai mentioned that onyl 25 dd channels are mandotry due to this our network capacity fees go high. Videocon d2h customer service not responding about this problem..

          Dear trai,

          I am a videocon d2h user with customer id 33969440 & my last complaint no.[protected],
          Since from last 3 years, i am facing no. Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes wrong add-on activation, frequent unfair balance deductions & selection of channel in website.
          Last 3 months compliant regarding channel remove and add & last 12 days
          I visited videocon website so many time with 40 times otp and then start my login but if i select channel and update then massage created for thank you and revert back shortly but still date no any response form there, also i compliant there customer care service via email id'[protected]@d2h.com, but no any solution form service provider,
          But to which they are not replying. These kind of issues happened in the month of december'18 also & i continued their services on their assurance of clean services in future but to my disappointment it has happened again

          As it's happening frequently i request you to intervene & provide resolution. Lodging complaints again & again isn't feasible with videocon d2h. They keep our call on hold for mammoth duration (30 min). Sometimes call gets disconnected & they don't bother to call back. If we write email, they simply avoid to reply it. And website of vidoecon is very bed, bundle and not eco friendly,

          Now i am so furious, that i even don't want to use their services but unfortunately i have invested money in buying their useless products. I want my money back for the investment done on their set top box & umbrella.

          I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h.

              मेरा videocon d2h id[protected] है i मेरे द्वारा दिनांक 20/01/2019 को fta के 100 चेनल फ्री वाले मै से कुछ channel निकाल के उनकी जगह paid channel select किये थे एवं कुल 100 channel का प्लान बनाकर, जिसका amount rs 220 /-के लगभग था, online - videocon d2h की वेबसाइट पर जमा किया था, लेकिन आपने अपने द्वारा ही बनाये fta के 100 चेनल फ्री वाले लागू कर दिए किये गये है और paid channel अलग से जोड़ लिए है जिसके कारण channel की संख्या बढ़ गयी हैं और मेरे को ज्यादा राशि का भुगतान करना पड़ रहा है।,
              कृपया मेरे द्वारा बनाये गये "mera wala plan"100 channel वाला लागू करने की कृपा करे।

                Unable to login to videocon d2h since five days.
                Despite putting otp for so many times it shows a blank black page of d2h.com.
                Tried to resolve it through password but same problem appears again and again.
                Thus unable to create my own channels pack as par trai guidelines.
                Unable to contact customer care numbers including nodal office number. None of them are working.
                Kindly resolve the issue as the earliest

                  Videocon d2h isn't responding to change of plans as per new trai regulations, customer care support is very bad and website isn't working, which i think is intentionally done so consumers cannot benefit from new rules (Pay per channel).

                      I have been trying to rack my brains to login into the Videocon d2h website but unable to do so. I wish to recharge my account as per the new TRAI guidelines but apparently without logging in to the website I cannot do so.

                        I have subscribed to d2h cable since last so many years. However they have stopped the services abruptly without any reason. I tried to contact the customer care but the number is not reachable. As on today my balance is rs 2737.31 with subscription expiry date as june 2019. Even website of operator is not working. Since the operator has discontinued my services i would like to shift to new operator. I now request you for your help in getting the refund from the operator. My customer id is 3132240.

                          I would like to disagree that you have activated my channel selections - as it was not complete and your web site neither lets me log-in nor does it display any prices even when i try through the customer corner.â 
                          In the last10 days, you have given me - "no channels at all" and only briefly since yesterday, whne most of the day there was a message displayed - sorry your balance is not there, and all your lines were perpetually busy, your web site sort of crashing and i had no tv for paying you. Then today only - all i have is only some free news channels and those that i never picked and you gave me some "crap or garbage or #" this is not waht i picked even for the base package.â 
                          Even now i have no idea what is my cost - no one answeres your phones, no one calls back and your web site has locked me out because it is not functioning properly. Who should take the blame. I need all my money back ad yet without any channels, you deducted money everyday, why the hell???
                          When my channels selection was incomplete and i was asked to send a mail by mr. Deepak singh under special req. No, i did in the hope that my south diamond package from before would be activated for half month, but instead you gave some garbage and are now calling you activated my package - it is #. You are just making money by stealing from my balance. Trai, pl note this cheating by videocon and get my money back.
                          Being an old man and with a universal remote from 9 years ago from d2h, deepak asked me to use my remote to do some selection on my tv, but that not possible from my old remote. The only option was for someone from d2h to call and they never did either. This is "misleading and cheating the customer" and i need to be compensated at least with the "whole z pack with english and hindi and z-tamil channels"
                          This is the least acceptable to me

                            Sir, i am a videocon d2h user. My customer id is[protected]. On 10/02/2019, suddenly videocon stop my service on the name of insufficent balance. I try to complain but neither call connect nor log in to videocon account. Upto 6hrs blackout. And videocon also push his unwanted channels on the name of trai order. Trai rules says on rs 130 +18% taxs for 200 channel slots and dd channels are mendatory but other channels are select according to viewers choice. But videocon playing with viewer by giving faltoo 200 channels.

                              It may be kindly noted that we have subscribed to Videocon D2H services HD connection since last 4 years. Post introduction of TRAI new rules wef 1-2-2019 we are not getting any pay channels even after paying monthly subscription charges. My subscription was renewed for a month from 26012019. Now I am not getting any pay channels and also not able to select my choice of paychannels as per TRAI either on their website which isn't functioning properly nor at customer care where you don't get any kind of response if at all your phone gets connected. They say technical issues and doesn't even tell when it can be rectified. THis problem is not restricted to only me but to entire D2H subscribers across country... They are collecting subscription amount and cheating all by not giving any channels ...TRAI and Your forum must immediately take action My email id is required is pradeep.[protected]@gmail.com.

                                  I am unable to select videocond2h own basic package and none of the basic package can be able to modify. Videocond2h has not provided the facility to delete or add basic free package and they have not brought the facility to make payment of trai package.

                                  Please look into the issues, as they already blocked many channels and we are a viewer not to see the channels from 1 week.

                                  Even customer care numbers are not accessible.

                                  According to TRAI's new regulation, only 25 DD channels are mandatory but Videocon has made mandatory other 75 channels also. That's why selecting any other channel is increasing the network capacity fee.

                                  All channels is not in my subscription how is it possible. We call customer support no they don't recieved it. So resolve this problem otherwise we change operator.

                                      Videocon d2h is not following trai rule and they forcefully activated all basic tier channels and by this the price goes beyond my budget.
                                      Customer id:[protected]. They not allowing to select the bst of my likings including pay channels inside the 100 channels. Customer care says its compulsory to take all the 100 channels without any modification after that 100 channels i can take the channels of my choice. This is total looting and harrasing kindly solve this as soon as possible.
                                      Videocon Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        My old rtn number was lost and i forgotten my old rtn. I request you to update my new number instead of old number (Forgotten).
