Unable to login to videocon d2h since five days.
Despite putting otp for so many times it shows a blank black page of d2h.com.
Tried to resolve it through password but same problem appears again and again.
Thus unable to create my own channels pack as par trai guidelines.
Unable to contact customer care numbers including nodal office number. None of them are working.

Videocon d2h isn't responding to change of plans as per new trai regulations, customer care support is very bad and website isn't working, which i think is intentionally done so consumers cannot benefit from new rules (Pay per channel).

I have subscribed to d2h cable since last so many years. However they have stopped the services abruptly without any reason. I tried to contact the customer care but the number is not reachable. I am unable to select videocond2h own basic package and none of the basic package can be able to modify. Videocond2h has not provided the facility to delete or add basic free package and they have not brought the facility to make payment of trai package.

Videocon d2h is not following trai rule and they forcefully activated all basic tier channels and by this the price goes beyond my budget.

Videocon dth is not allowing us to choose selective fta channels. Call centre executives were saying that as per trai new rule, consumers has to select 100 fta channels compulsory. Conusumers are not allowed to remove fta channels they donot want. I have tried for last 4 days to convince them but still they are not allowing us.
