I am videocon user, since one month i tried to contact videocon company about to selection of channels, but my login not to able to login, after so many time of call back requests company yet not contact with me, there customer care no is also off, website always down how can we solve our queries, it's a harassment. I am d2h customer (Customer id[protected]. Last 2 days, i have a regular interruption on the programs they provide and when i call customer care there is no support.in fact, i have sent emails to d2h still no response. I have recharge my videocon d2h with as per rati rules on 1st feb 2019. But still i unable to see any channels from the services provider. I have alrady visited the company office. Some channels showing for 2 days after that all channels are closed. I unable to watch any channels. While my recharge amount has been debited on daily basis.

Videocon has added 100 mandatory channels and then onwards you can do a-la-carte, as per my knowledge only 25 dd channels are mandatory.
Then they are adding loading charges.

Customer care numbers are not reachable,
Nodal officer will never really and the solution will automatically sorted out without knowing the problem without asking you anything

I even don't know what trai used to see and allow...

It is regarding the d2h customer id 13262593 to start with dealer recharged with 2000 and 100 extra.. Still acceptable.. But the services never started. When called customer care they said we need to choose channels on website nd they were making fun o[censored]s that won't do anything. Videocon d2h is not following the trai rules.
They are not allowing me to edit any of the channels in first 100 channels except the dd 25s. They are charging network capacity fees for all the extra channels those i have chosen.
Moreover they are forcing me to take 85 more channels to see, saying it is mandatory and increasing the network capacity fee.
I cannot choose as per my requirement and vediocon d2h is not passing...

I have selected my package and ever since i selected my package, all channels have been removed. I tried calling the customer care and they have been passing the buck. They offerred to send an engineer to my place for which they are charging rs.400 for two connections. I refused to pay the charges as there is no issue with the network and the issue is from their end. I am not getting any help from customer care now and i cannot view any channels...
