My customer id is 3582404 and a customer of videocon d2h it is sorry to say that the company is not providing the services properly after taking such huge amounts for channels. I am unable to watch the channels as a message is displaying on the screen that you have insufficient balance but my account info shows that i have about 620 rupees in my account. This is only harassment of customers and nothing more. I have been facing problems from the company side since 5th feb. 2019 and i have made several complaints but of no use. Nobody picks the phone on customer care and nobody responds to the mails. I have now only one thing left and that is a case under consumer forum if this problem still exists.

    Customized package submitted on 28th jan 2019 not implemented. All 100 channels under the space of 100 channels made mandatory in violation of trai rules which allows only dd channels as mandatory. Fee for extra space being charged illegally. No response on phone, sms and web login. Channels are being shown as per their choice. Top up of rs 200 not updated. Service now is blocked due to insufficient balance while balance is well over rs 413.

      Dear team, i have balance in d2h account but still message appears e18-4: sorry, you have insufficient balance. Trying to contact on customer care since last 2 days but their number does not connect. Also unable to login my account on portal as it shows 'gateway timed out'. Kindly help out on the same. I also want to change my rtn and already done the process for change it but got no response.

        As per my account status i have a balance of more than rs. 600 and it's upto 8th may. But today morning onwards it is displaying that no sufficient balance. Both the customer care nos provided in your website are not working. I downloaded d2h infinity app to find out the issue and wen i request for otp it shows server not connected.           Message already received in my RTN Mobile No. But unable to see any Channel. I also call your Customer Care Number. But Line is busy Line is busy Continuously repeated answer by the service provider.

            I am using videocon d2h connection from 2012 onwards. Recently accoroding to trai order, i selected my channel on 31st jan 2019. From there onwards my headache started. Next day i switch my tv allmost my favourite channels are vanished and other channels which i not selected are provided to me. I called the customer care number [protected]. It was not conneting. After a huge number of try atlast i got the executive on 7 th feb. I explained my problems and she is once again selected the channels according to my requirement. But my problem was not rectified completely. Some of my free channels are not getting. From today onwards all my channel are disconnected and showing insufficient balance. But the balance shows rs 154 in account. I cant get the customer care number also. Pls help me to solve my problem.

              My videocon d2h is not working since morning. Cust i'd[protected]. Videocon d2h cust care nos are not reachable n wrong. Ur website login does not work. This is the worst service i have seen in any industry plus ur customer agents are pathetic. I want my service restored immediately. I get a message as insufficient balance. I have done a recharge on 2 feb 10 for 273/- current balance is 243/- how can u say insufficient bal. I reset the box but nothing. U guys are disgusting. It's time i think to move to reliance or tata sky. Call me urgently..

                I am videocon user, since one month i tried to contact videocon company about to selection of channels, but my login not to able to login, after so many time of call back requests company yet not contact with me, there customer care no is also off, website always down how can we solve our queries, it's a harassment. Currently i have paid rs300 to company but since 2 days our tv is out of service.

                  But still i am not getting paid service channel. I am contacting customer care. No response from them just one message is that "our customer care officer busy.

                    I am d2h customer (Customer id[protected]. Last 2 days, i have a regular interruption on the programs they provide and when i call customer care there is no support.in fact, i have sent emails to d2h still no response. I am not able to see that plan i have chosen and d2h is charging me with a higher amount than my plan (I have chosen a plan of monthly rental of rs.270 and daily i am getting deducted rs.13 per day)

                    My account balance yesterday (9th feb) was rs.321 and today while checking account balance it says rs.304 and when i switch-on the channel its shows pop-up e18.4 no sufficient balance (All pictures for reference)

                    Here customer has no right. The customer care people are very irresponsible and don't even look int the issues nor reply.

                    I want speedy resolution and refund for the days where d2h has charged me more than my plan (From 7th feb)

                    I am unable to select pack as per Trai Order, No customer support providing in videocon dth, All Customer care number of Videocon DTH always busy, No one can answer call and also unable to select and login at videocon dth on website. Also arrange a request call through web, but don't have receive it.
                    I am also facing the same problem for last 7 days. There is no channel available, E18-4 error is displaying on every channel whereas I have recharged with Rs500

                      I am vediocond2h subscriber since 10 year, now as per new trai guideline every customer select own Channel and pay, but
                      Vediocon service not user friendly to do this easily, I called many time to customer care to login but still not login, d2h service cheated all customer, they give their advertising channel in base 100 channel pack.

                        Hi,
                        Videocon d2h has not acknowledged the updated package & is causing inconvenience last 1 week. We have balance in the account, but today they stopped broadcasting saying insufficient balance.
                        Customer id[protected].

                        Looks like the operators are doing it deliberately even though it's so easy to accommodate these changes.in the usual cases, when some one changes the package they apply immediately, but now they seem to show issues since trai has recommended to ensure transparency. These will create panic & people will show anger with trai & not with operator like videocon d2h.
                        Their website is down, and no way to reach to call-center executives. This is definitely mal-practices & un-ethical.

                            I am videocon D2H consumer.After trai guidelines all channel closed since yesterday morning. Only one message reflecting on tv screen insufficient balance or channel not subsrcribed.many time contacted to customer care &sended mail but not yet resolved my problem.every time customer care busy &automatically call disconnect.I have raised complain in customer care after that received mail from there he give a no[protected] to missed call & select channel no.149 for 15 minut then your service resume but all exercise done but service not resums issue not yet after 10 days completed I have not single day to watch tv only five channel workings else all stop.

                            Worst service, worst customer care, worst company.after 16 days completed daily mail mark to customer care but no satisfactory answer why my services stop .on daily basis deduction of money .

                              Videocon has added 100 mandatory channels and then onwards you can do a-la-carte, as per my knowledge only 25 dd channels are mandatory.
                              Then they are adding loading charges.

                              Customer care numbers are not reachable,
                              Nodal officer will never really and the solution will automatically sorted out without knowing the problem without asking you anything

                              I even don't know what trai used to see and allow these kind of thing.

                              Before you move into new thing please take a note that these service provider are working in their limits, you just left consumer no where.

                                More then two hundred time telephonic communication with videocon dth customer care team from 02.02.2019 to still today, videocon dth team is still failure to resolve my complain, current status shown e-18-4 insufficient balance balance deducted regular basis but no chanel is coming, show more then one base pack and videocon dth failure team giving me time and time any time (More then 200 time) available balance was on 02.02.2018 more then 200/- and current balance is 315/- after 200 /- recharge by today, customer id[protected] name bapan kundu registered telephone number [protected] email:- bapan.                                   मैं अपने 100 फ़्री चैनलों का चुनाव सिर्फ हिंदी भाषा के चैंनलों के साथ करना चाहता हूँ, जबकि फिलहाल जो बेस पैक ऐक्टिवेट किया गया है उनमें ज्यादातर चैनल दूसरी भाषाओं के हैं जो मेरे लिए बिलकुल ही बेकार हैं। मैंने इस बारे में सेवा प्रदाता से संपर्क किया, लेकिन वीडियोकॉन मुझे ऐसा करने नहीं दे रहा है। दलील दी जा रही है की वे ऐसा TRAI के निर्देशानुसार ही कर रहे हैं। कृप्या इसमें मेरी मदद करें और सलाह दें कि आगे मुझे क्या करना चाहिए।

                                    It is regarding the d2h customer id 13262593 to start with dealer recharged with 2000 and 100 extra.. Still acceptable.. But the services never started. When called customer care they said we need to choose channels on website nd they were making fun o[censored]s that won't do anything. Since last 4 days no channels are coming and they stopped channels intentionally nd are not interested to help. Website is not working

                                    After TRAI new orders I have selected channel on videocon d2h, but customer services are not responding. All things including website, Customer Care Service suddenly stopped. Even recharged twice almost 620Rs have been spend on recharge. But account info is not updated. Don't know what to do next.

                                    It's been more than 60 days that I am trying to reach Videocon D2H, it has become a hectic task the lines are never connected and the ones which get connected always mentions this has been connected to other department, this does not solves any purpose.

                                    As of today my account has a balance of 525.63 and it has been diminishing since yesterday. Earlier it was 555.

                                    Still my box shows insufficient balance despite having a balance of 525 rupees. The website does not answer my queries and call centre number is below standards. It is absolutely shocking the way d2H is solving this task.

                                      I can not contact d2h as all connection to contact d2h has been closed by d2h.

                                      D2h illegally and unlawfully change my channels suo moto without my notice knowledge and permission and change my bill amount from 550/- to 800/-.

                                      This is the illegal act of d2h.

                                      I had sent selected my packs and send so many mails to the customer care since 05.02.2019 but d2h is not taking any on my selection of packs and illegally charging rs. 800/- per month.

                                      The customer care no. Is not reachable. Website is not reachable and showing error. We can not login our customer account. We can not select the channels. Mobile app is not responding meaning thereby we can not approach d2h any manner.

                                      D2h is continously cheating with the customers.

                                      Take the action against d2h.

                                      Direct the to d2h to activate my plan which i already sent to d2h through e-mail.
                                      I pad 700 for hd pack of 01/02/19 but not activ til today and there say it will activa in 1 hour then 5 hour then agen 5 hour then they cut phone line for many time i call every day there not given respone to me very bad service so help me webpage not update somany chanel are not in there list

                                        निवेदन यह है कि मै D2h विडियोकान का ग्राहक हूं । मेरी ग्राहक संख्या[protected] है मै जनवरी के अंतिम सप्ताह से मै अपनी आवश्यकता अनुसार चैनल चुनना चाहता हूं । मैने 30 जनवरी को कस्टमर केयर पर फोन किया व चैनल चुनने की बात कही, वहाँ से कहा गया कि सिस्टम काम नहीं कर रहा अभी आपकी लिस्ट लागू नहीं कर सकते । मेरी सेवा 4 फरवरी तक पुराने पैक के अनुसार चलती रही । 5 फरवरी से कम्पनी ने अपना नया बेसिक पैक लगा दिया व पेड चैनल्स बंद कर दिऐ । तीन दिन लगातार सैकडों बार कोशिश करने के बाद कस्टमर केयर से बात हुई व कम्पनी ने 8 फरवरी को अपने हिसाब से पेड चैनल्स लागू कर दिऐ । 9 फरवरी को बहुत प्रयास करने के बाद कस्टमर केयर के प्रतिनिधी, सुपरवाईजर व मैनेजर से बात हुई । प्रतिनिधी का पहले की तरह ही कहना था कि सिस्टम खराब है वहीं सुपरवाईजर व मैनेजर का कहना था कि हम यहाँ से आपके चैनल्स चालू नहीं कर सकते, आप कम्पनी की वेबसाइट या ऐप के माध्यम से अपना पैक चुने, यहाँ बताना उचित है कि कम्पनी की वेबसाइट व ऐप पर भी कई प्रयास कर चुका हुं ।इनकी वेबसाइट व ऐप पर मेरा अकांउट लाग इन नहीं हो रहा है । कस्टमर केयर प्रतिनिधी ने अनावश्यक रूप से मुझे सुपर वाईजर से बात कराने के लिऐ 30 मिनट इंतजार करवाया ताकि मै परेशान होकर फोन काल बंद कर दूं । मैनेजर ने मेरी परेशानी ठीक से सुने बगैर ही फोन काल काट दी । जिसके कारण मै मानसिक तनाव मे हूं ।
