I am sanjay b parmar, my d2h id is[protected], i won't to change, my pack as per trai. But company is not support, me he is given me to 790rs pack, every time call to customer car, operator told they are not change my pack, and told go to online but site is not open every time 504 time out, last i am trying last 15 days. But company is not any support,
I was complain to costumer care complain id number. Id[protected]. On feb 9 lady told resolve within 30 min, but till date nothing do company pl help,

Videocon Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
under the new TRAI scheme effective Feb 1, 2019. D2H website has fixed the list of “FTA” channels that will be available to me. As per TRAI guideline, user should be able to select FTA channels. But, there is no provision on the D2H webpage for that. I called d2h customer care. But they are not able to address this issue.
