My customer i'd of 40562896, of videocon d2h now it d2h. I am not getting service from 9/2/2018. I have done recharge of 350 rupees immediately after disconnecting the broadcast. But after so many hours, no reply from d2h company. It has been taken over by zee group of essel. But no reply after recharge and discontinuation continues. I sent mail, tried to contact on customer care no. But no reply at all. What a cheap service you guys giving, if you don't want to follow tri rules then just file a petition against government rather than giving trouble to honest consumers who pay you honestly without knowing any profit of yours from broadcasters, so please don't cheat consumers, i think the d2h consumer should think about another direct to home dish companies.

    Videocon dth is not allowing us to choose selective fta channels. Call centre executives were saying that as per trai new rule, consumers has to select 100 fta channels compulsory. Conusumers are not allowed to remove fta channels they donot want. I have tried for last 4 days to convince them but still they are not allowing us.

    By usig videocon d2h website, 100 basic channels showing pre-selected and i contacted costomer care they told that "no option to select basic free to air (Fta) 100 channels. This is new rule form today (02/02/2019). Each free to air (Fta) channels after 100th will need to pay 1 rupees for each channel (Fta)."

    No option to select basic 100 fta. I need to get the clarification about this

    I am facing an issue with D2H website is not allowing me to select “Free to Air” (FTA) channels
    under the new TRAI scheme effective Feb 1, 2019. D2H website has fixed the list of “FTA” channels that will be available to me. As per TRAI guideline, user should be able to select FTA channels. But, there is no provision on the D2H webpage for that. I called d2h customer care. But they are not able to address this issue.
    Same issue here. Unable to select FTA channels in the web, they give default selection of 180 channels, we cant remove one or add a new one. So if you want to add an FTA channel which is not there in their default selection, we will have to pay additional 1 rupee as network capacity fee. there are many FTA channels I want to select which is not there in the current list but I have not added yet due to the additional NCF.

    If you call their customer care, every time they will inform that their application is down and we should call again in another 5 hours. Same message if you call after 5 hours or next day
    I am also facing the same issue. Today i have received an SMS stating that i need to pay Rs. 459 based on my selected channels. But while I am selecting i have noted it comes to Rs. 370.
    i want to watch jinvani channel and its free to air channel then why i can not see this channel.

    please resolved this issue asap.

      Asper the trai regulation i was been asked to change my plan and i gave several request by selecting my own pack from the setup box utility menu. And asper the instructions written in their menu i have sent the code from my registered mobile. It was clearly written in the menu that the costumer care executive will be calling for the activation. Since after one week i didn't get any response from the company. I started dialling to the customer care number i get it connected once in 50 attempts. Finally when i made possible to speak with the customer care executive they says i have to activate through their website. He also added that they cant activate from there. It sounded wired for me. Videocon website is not active too cant logg in to the account it always shows error. They said an infinity app too it works as same as the site. When i kept on trying to contact the customer care executive they tells to wait and wait.. When i asked how long to wait they are not sure.. I told them to activate specific channels which i need. They said it is activated and i am not getting it in my tv. Its like i am spending my all day to clear this out without doing any other things and simply dialling 100 times to get the customer care number to connected. It sounds like pretty much cheated. They are denying to give the service properly. And asking me to recharge. What ever i need they are not providing. They says only these words "no, technical issue, network issue, we cant access the data" thats all their issue why the customers should suffer for that??. Very bad experience with the videocon d2h

        Sir, we have the videocon d2h dish connecion, as per the new trai norms and rules we called the customer care of videocon d2h to get it recharge our selected channels, for which we didn't get any proper response, infact we have our account balance of rs.240 which we had recharged for 3 months previously, after this new trai rules now we called the customer care where they are asking to recharge with their new package name or do it through their website. Very irresponsible and false informations and making us wait on the line for very long time of about 1 hour to 2hr. We are really fed up with this subscriber. Earlier also we have struggled a lot while taking the connection and installation after paying the exact amount, we waited for more than a month for the activation for which we mentally and physically a lot, as calling them every day and searching their office to get it sort it out.

          Sir,
          As per the order of the trai, i have opted for the following packages:-otv, zee tv, sony tv, discovery and star channels in my set up box.
          I am a service provider of videocon d2h, bearing no[protected]. Since the last one weak my set is getting only free channels, nothing else.
          I have tried my level best at least 10 times a day to contact the customer care service of videocon d2h but they are not picking up the phone, even i have send an email in this regard but there is no response & most importantly they cut my service with out any information.
          I don't know how to solve my problem, thus i request you to kindly interface and do the needful..

              From past 5 days one of my dth not working. I have 2 tv's with videocon d2h connection. One is working and one is not working stating insufficient balance where as my both tv are connected with single customer id.

              Trying to reach customer care number, but number not reachable.
              No response on email id too. But money is getting deducted on regular basis for 2 connections.

                I am user of videocon d2h having user id[protected].As per new trai rules I have selected package of Rs.301, but nearly Rs.20 was deducted everyday from my account.Also free to air channels such as DD National, DD Sports & etc are also not visible.Complaint regarding same was registered with id[protected].But not resolved yet.Lots of time is wasting for registering complaint with custmore care & no cognizance was taken .company also cheating by taking support of new rules.New rules are totally favourable for broadcasters & increasing monthly budget.There should be need to stop these type irregularities by punishing videocon d2h.

                    I am a subscriber of videocon d2h services and was using the diamond package. My subscription was ending on jan 19 and submitted a list of channels i wanted to subscribe on jan 19 itself. I got a message saying i will be contacted shortly. However, no one contacted me and my services were terminated on jan20. I recharged my account for a week hoping that someone will contact me. Still i was not contacted and therefore i renewed my earlier package for an year.

                    On feb 3, suddenly more than 50% pf the channels covered under my subscription were blocked. I was able to connect to their customer care number only after 2 days and was informed that all the channels covered in my subscription will start working in about 5 hours time as their was some back-end problem. However till date none of the channels are working. Their customer care numbers (Both mobile and toll free) are unreachable, their website is not working, and i am completely lost as to what i should do.

                      My customer id[protected] and we are currently using videocon d2h network. As per your guidelines we want to choose our channel and create our favourable pack, but i am unable to do so, i am also unable to create my account on their application and their customer care number is also not responding, i also mailed videocon d2h about this issue but they did not replied and, now it's been 2 days since i have complained and they didn't reverted back. So i am requesting you to look after this problem and kindly resolve it or do the needful.

                        I m having videocon d2h connection, from 1st feb our cable tv is disconnected and we are unable to recharge as per trai rule.

                        There is no communication number to contact our d2h operator. No other number is working.

                        Also as per trai rule our bill is also increasing instead of decreasing. As per new rule there should be options to select either operators previous package or as per trai tariff.

                        By these rule the operators can mislead the consumers. It is now more confusing. Please make the procedure simple and convenient.

                          This is to inform you that my subjected customer id is not working even yesterday i have recharged my d2h id with rs.200 but my channel is not yet started showing some validating service error.

                          Since morning i had tried to call your customer but my call is not answered yet or some time number is not reachable/ continuous busy which is not a good sign fo vediocon brand.

                          This is 3rd class customer service i have seen in my life... Kindly do the needful & get it resolved as asap.

                            I have been trying to update my channels in videocon d2h multiple times but it just doesn't work. It takes hours to select the pack or post a complaint on the website or the app. All the numbers provided on the website or the app are fake and invalid. And when u write to the customer care they give you solutions that you have stated are the problems in the first place and they even deducted the balance for no channels.

But company is not support, me he is given me to 790rs pack, every time call to customer car, operator told they are not change my pack, and told go to online but site is not open every time 504 time out, last i am trying last 15 days. But company is not any support,
                              I was complain to costumer care complain id number. Id[protected]. On feb 9 lady told resolve within 30 min, but till date nothing do company pl help,

                                  I have been recharged on 1- Jan, 2019. But on 10-Jan, 2019 recharge balance is showing 0 rupees . I don't know why is it happening. Can you please resolve my problem. When I was doing call to customer care no. on Videocon-d2h they are not responding on the problem.

                                    Hi,

                                    My d2h customer id is 91720652. I have selected a proper plan according to trai guidelines. But i did not get any confirmation on that nor the plan is implemented by videocon. Still, they are charging me as per old plan (New gold sport) but i am not able to see channels as per old plan or as per new plan. I am not able to open the videocon website and register a complaint also.
                                    I have tried to contact them on their customer number but the number is always busy or not reachable. They are providing a very bad service. Please take serious action against them.

                                      I chose a proper plan according to trai guidelines. But the plan is not implemented by videocon. No tv channels are able to view. Tv is showing the blank screen with some message to recharge. I am not able to open the videocon website and register a complaint also. Several times, i tried to contact d2h on customer care number, then hardly i got success to talk their customer care executive. I told him the problem. He sent some commands and some of channels of the new pack stared but not all the channels including free channels. Again i tried to contact but i always found it not reachable. They are providing a very bad service. Plz help me and take strict action against videocon deh company.

                                        I have been trying to activate my channel pack as per trai but nor does the website process the request and the customer care number never gets connected. Even if its connected they say it will get activated in sometime. My money is being deducted for channels which i have not subscribed and the ones which i have subscribed is not shown. Atleast have the basis service ethics to revert to issues of customers. My d2h customer id is[protected]. This is my last resort. Pathetic situation of consumers and wonder what trai is doing about it.
