My name is arjun singh, a customer of videocon d2h, with customer id[protected]. Sir i have selected my channels 3 times online, once in january and 2 times in february, i have also called customer care to set my choice channels in january but they said that trai rule will be started from 1st february and they also increase price of previous channel pack which i was using previously, now i am unable to see my choice of channels from about 3-4 february, i have tried calling them hundreds of times and also emailed them multiple times but they have not responded till now. I have also reselected my channels after that but no response from them, they have set their choice of some channels which does not match minimally to my choice of channels. My d2h recharge amount is deducting daily but there has been no channels of my choice. I have also complained in complaint board but all in vain.
Please resolve my problem as quickly as possible and also cashback my deducted amount from my d2h account.
