D2h customer having custermer id 56424731.

I can not contact d2h as all connection to contact d2h has been closed by d2h.

D2h illegally and unlawfully change my channels suo moto without my notice knowledge and permission and change my bill amount from 550/- to 800/-.

This is the illegal act of d2h.

I had sent selected my packs and send so many mails to the customer care since 05.02.2019 but d2h is not taking any on my selection of packs and illegally charging rs. 800/- per month.

The customer care no. Is not reachable. Website is not reachable and showing error. We can not login our customer account. We can not select the channels. Mobile app is not responding meaning thereby we can not approach d2h any manner.

D2h is continously cheating with the customers.

Take the action against d2h.

Direct the to d2h to activate my plan which i already sent to d2h through e-mail.
I pad 700 for hd pack of 01/02/19 but not activ til today and there say it will activa in 1 hour then 5 hour then agen 5 hour then they cut phone line for many time i call every day there not given respone to me very bad service so help me webpage not update somany chanel are not in there list

    निवेदन यह है कि मै D2h विडियोकान का ग्राहक हूं । मेरी ग्राहक संख्या[protected] है मै जनवरी के अंतिम सप्ताह से मै अपनी आवश्यकता अनुसार चैनल चुनना चाहता हूं । मैने 30 जनवरी को कस्टमर केयर पर फोन किया व चैनल चुनने की बात कही, वहाँ से कहा गया कि सिस्टम काम नहीं कर रहा अभी आपकी लिस्ट लागू नहीं कर सकते । मेरी सेवा 4 फरवरी तक पुराने पैक के अनुसार चलती रही । 5 फरवरी से कम्पनी ने अपना नया बेसिक पैक लगा दिया व पेड चैनल्स बंद कर दिऐ । तीन दिन लगातार सैकडों बार कोशिश करने के बाद कस्टमर केयर से बात हुई व कम्पनी ने 8 फरवरी को अपने हिसाब से पेड चैनल्स लागू कर दिऐ । 9 फरवरी को बहुत प्रयास करने के बाद कस्टमर केयर के प्रतिनिधी, सुपरवाईजर व मैनेजर से बात हुई । प्रतिनिधी का पहले की तरह ही कहना था कि सिस्टम खराब है वहीं सुपरवाईजर व मैनेजर का कहना था कि हम यहाँ से आपके चैनल्स चालू नहीं कर सकते, आप कम्पनी की वेबसाइट या ऐप के माध्यम से अपना पैक चुने, यहाँ बताना उचित है कि कम्पनी की वेबसाइट व ऐप पर भी कई प्रयास कर चुका हुं ।इनकी वेबसाइट व ऐप पर मेरा अकांउट लाग इन नहीं हो रहा है । कस्टमर केयर प्रतिनिधी ने अनावश्यक रूप से मुझे सुपर वाईजर से बात कराने के लिऐ 30 मिनट इंतजार करवाया ताकि मै परेशान होकर फोन काल बंद कर दूं । मैनेजर ने मेरी परेशानी ठीक से सुने बगैर ही फोन काल काट दी । जिसके कारण मै मानसिक तनाव मे हूं ।
    आशा है आपके माध्यम से मेरी परेशानी दूर होगी व कम्पनी पर ग्राहक को अनावश्यक रुपसे परेशान करने के लिऐ जुर्माना भी लगाया जाये ।

      My videocon d2h customer id 85482629, according to trai regulation, videocon taken channel request from me through website and i subscribe channels according to my preference and removed other language channels in my pack and all it comes around 100 channel for me (Including pay channels) and videocon confirmed about 350 rs as monthly charge. Only 25 dd channels are compulsory, but d2h on their web site has forcing to give 100 channel of d2h their own, (Means they are looting money from crores of customer.) and after 100 (Not choosen by me), if i choose 50 channel they are calculating150, so charging more network capicity fees charge, as if after coming to force from feb 6 they are informing me all channels in my own pack is mandatory and customer don't have rights to remove. Please take action against this fraud of videocon d2h...

        Videocon is not telecasting desired channels., always customer care telling server down. They are not adding desired cannels. They are adding channels as per their wish. I complained no response

        I already talked with your customer care on 29.01.2019 and later on also to activate my desired channels for customer id 53974992 in the name m v deekshitulu. But only fta south and bouquet are not activated as desired. Please activate the packs

          Videocon d2h is not following the trai rules.
          They are not allowing me to edit any of the channels in first 100 channels except the dd 25s. They are charging network capacity fees for all the extra channels those i have chosen.
          Moreover they are forcing me to take 85 more channels to see, saying it is mandatory and increasing the network capacity fee.
          I cannot choose as per my requirement and vediocon d2h is not passing the benefit to the customers
          The senior supervisor of videocon d2h customer care has talked to me in this regard and his version is recorded and attached as video.

            I have selected my package and ever since i selected my package, all channels have been removed. I tried calling the customer care and they have been passing the buck. They offerred to send an engineer to my place for which they are charging rs.400 for two connections. I refused to pay the charges as there is no issue with the network and the issue is from their end. I am not getting any help from customer care now and i cannot view any channels despite paying the rental. My account number is[protected] and is in the name of rahul popli with videocon d2h. Please help me.

              Videocon d2h customer care no. Is not connecting most of the time after 31st jan and when connected, customer care exectives are busy land call is hold for long time. I had createdmy pack with difficult on site which is stii having issue. Now after recharge dobe of 625, second connection mirror is notshowing channels. Badcompany. Bad behavoiur.                 Sir unfortunately i am a customer having with d2h customer id[protected] name of owner g maitoi. Sir after the activation of trai tariff plan the concern department are stop to giving any technical support through ivr and they are not continuing my channel viewing service. I tried again and again to contact them but they replied that they had nothing info about this subject customer should update their service at their own risk.. When i had sufficient balance in my d2h account 343.88 rs. I want to know what can i do against them.

                  Hi team,
                  I am using videocon d2h customer id[protected] since 3 years now and as per trai rule we have informed them about the channels which we want 3 months in advance but till date i am not able to view the channels. Despite of informing them well in advance they are not listening to us. The customer care no is busy all the time (Purposely) when the call connect they keep us on hold for too long as if they have millions of customer and the customer executive speak as if they are the owner of the company.

                  Please have a look into the above and take strict action against them as they are not working at all.

                    I have trying to contact d2h customer care since last 2 days. Not getting them.
                    I have selected my package (4-5 times) over website of d2h. Still my service not resumed. They are just confirming my package but no further action taken.

                    I have also selected my package through tv but again no response.

                    Horrible condition of d2h.

                    Just a harrasment by trai itself.

                    No proper planning nothing.

                    Even free channels are also not working.

                      Hi, i am mohinder singh and i am using videocon d2h from last 3-4 years. My issue is that on 31st jan i have summited my new subscription plan online. My total value which comes out is around 305 rs but now i came to know that my new activated plan is of rs 363. I don't know anything about my new plan.. For last 4-5 days i am continuous calling on customer care but nobody cares of my issue.

                        Hi,

                        I am customer of videocon d2h from last more than 09 years now and not satisfied with the service provided.

                        I have emailed you on 06th february 2019 but there is no response so far.

                        I am not able to understand why there are add-on channels are added to my account without any confirmation from my site wither on email or phone. Can you please remove all these add-on channels from my account and do not activate any add-on channel/pack to my account, even if it is free for some time and then its chargeable.

                        You have already deducted a lot of amount from my account for such type of add-on channels for which i had a lot of telephonic conversation with your team and all calls are recorded, but still the problem is not resolved.

                        Also i have created my own pack as per trai's new guidelines and submitted to you through your website. There is no acknowledgement received yet. Just wanted to know from when my own created package will be applicable to my account and further procedure.

                          Dear sir,
                          I am the user of videocon d2h and my customer id is[protected]. I am calling customer care from 27th of january and registered complaint 2 times and complaint numbers are[protected] and[protected]. This complaints are about login issue i tried so many times after they told your issue has been resolved but i am still facing same issue. As per 'trai' rules i have to select my choice of chanel's before the due date of my previous plan i. E.9th of february.
                          I told them to select my choice of channels on call but they repeatedly told me that there is some technical issue in system.
                          My request is that just select my choice of channel as early as possible before the due date or start my login so that i can select by my own from my login to avoid extra charges

                            My selected pack of rs. 318/- activated in videocon d2h from tuesday 05.02.19, but some issues in my pack given below -

                            I have selected total 100 channel pack, but actually too much channel around 220-240 channel activated on my connection.
                            Almost 5-6 channel not activated, which is selected in my pack.
                            Also from last two days deducted rs. 13.65/- per day from my balance, instead of rs. 10.60/- per day. (I. E. As per 13.65 * 30 days = rs. 410/-pm instead of rs. 318/-pm). I also complaint to videocon d2h customer care, but they are not taken any action or answer.

                            Kindly look into the matter, sort out at the ear-least.

                                And they are not supporting me to crate my own tv pack. They are dominating me their pack.

                                  I am using videocon d2h. After the new rules set by trai, which are really customer friendly but the service providers like videocon d2h are not passing this benefit to its customers.
                                  My customer id with videocon d2h is[protected]. Since last 3 days i am trying to select the channels of my choice but i am not able to select the channels. The bst channels are set by videocon d2h only and i am not able to change anyone from it and when i had contacted them. They are very reluctant and saying these 100 channels are mandatory for bst pack. They selected... Kindly resolve this issue..

I have sufficient balance up to 28 th feb 2019 for platinum pack but channel are not displaying on screen from last two days only massages are displaying... I am calling customer care no [protected] and all toll free nos. Availbale on net but all time same massege all lines are busy i tried more than 100 times but no customer care only false nos,

                                      I am not able to view many channels though i have sufficient balance in the d2h account. I am not able to connect to customer care via rtn even after entering correct cust id.in addition to this i see the website is down for some maintenance so not able to login. Is the issue due to new trai?

                                      This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

                                      This kind of service in this modern era is totally wrong.

                                        I had submitted my choice of channel on 25.01.2019. And recharged rs 325. But they are still continuing old pack south gold, (In that also nearly 10 channels misding in old pack). Customer care numbers always busy not lifting. Once lifted, but only gave false promise to rectify the problem in 2 hours, but in vain. It is already 8 days over. No solution from the company.
