I have been doing follow-up for last one week for amount wrongly debited form my account.
I did many calls to videocon d2h customer care and they are giving only the false commitments like issue will be resolved in 2 to 3 hours, 8 hours, 24 hours and we will call back you, but nothing happened. Many times i tried to reach nodal office as well, but they are also not picking the call. I never faced this type of worst service anywhere. Please help me to resolve this issue.

      This is to bring in your kind notice that i am a subscriber of videocon d2h.

      On 31.01.2019, i had selected new channel pack as per new guide lines of trai.

      Now, from yesterday i am not able to view channels showing as it is not subscribe. My account has a balance of rs.1155/- and after that also i have to suffer from this.

      Even i am not able to call any of their customer care number as it is answering as the number you are dialling does not exist. Another number is not getting connected from last 2 days. Why this people are not giving any number at which we can call?

        I have videocon d2h connection my customer id is 24250437 i am trying to create my own pack within 100 channels but when i login to my customer id there is 100 channel s already shown in my cart and when i called to customer care to remove remaining 74 channel they told me that it is compulsory. I told them only 25 dd channels are compulsory but they refuse and told 100 channel are compulsory and you can not add or remove any channel in it. This is the total senario that i told you so please help me what you can

          I had recharged my base pack super gold worth 367.00 rs. And got balance and still have balance as on 05th feb 2019 of 209.99, and suddenly on 04 feb 2019 all channels excluding free ones gone and reason showing on insufficient balance and as of now today (5th feb 2019 having balance in videocond2h of 209.99 rs. And daily been deducting it from my account without showing any paid channels and even not received any prior email or call from your videocond2h company. Whatever balance has been deducted from my account to not showing all paid channels those amount should be credited into my account and i have been chasing to contact videocond2h customer care on [protected] but not reachable since channels lost on 4th feb 2019.

            Since yesterday channels which were in paid package as per videocon d2h are not been air and got blocked. I have been trying to call videocon d2h customer care but call getting disconnected, today at 10.16 am i got the line of videocon d2h customer care executive but she was not ready to help me and told me to call customer care in 1 hour time. Since then no call getting connected to videocon customer care executive.

              This is ajay singhand i am using videocon d2h from last 9 years and suddenly from yesterday i am getting an error message on every screen saying donot have enough balance but i have balance of rs.336.06 and signal not available.                 My videocon d2h customer id is[protected]name k. Muralidharan nair. I had originally subscribed for hd omni pack on 25 nov 2018. (With additional 3 free malayalam top up/add on channels). My pack was valid till 15 dec 2019. I had also paid the subscription amount rs. 5000/- for one year in advance. When trai new order was announced, i called their cust care and requested them to continue with my existing pre paid omni hd pack till its validity. They told me to wait till activation of trai order and will let me know.

                Now i see that they have discontinued most of my old available channels, including hd channels which i was getting in my hd omni pack. Trai has issued instructions that long term subscribers can continue with their existing packages till its validity period is over. This is also announced on tv screens every now and then. Then how can they discontinue my existing long term plan after taking full payment of rs. 5000/- in advance for one year

                I request you to instruct videocon d2h to obey the trai order and immediately restore my existing hd omni pack with all existing channels till its validity period. Thank you

                videocon d2h has not resolved my complaint even after one month. their customer care nos always show as "busy" and not even once I was able to contact them despite trying daily. Several emails to their customer care also did not get any response. They are totally ignoring or violating TRAI Regulations in this case. Pl suggest can I make a complaint to consumer court for justice.

                  As per trai i have selected my channels many times on d2h website, but yet not updated in television. Also they are charging per day and balance is reducing without watching single channel. Main thing is they have locked 100 channels of their choice, we cannot edit the same. This is against trai act, as per trai only 22 channels are mandatory which is of dd. So videocon is acting against trai rule and making all customer suffer.

                    Hi,

                    This is to bring into your kind notice that d2h is at all following trai's rules and has been forcing its viewers to view their own respective set of channels, even though list of channels provided to them before time. Tv is blank as no channel is at all viewable as per my choice. These people are making a mockery of trai and their customers.
                    Call centre is not accepting any calls. Their website is down and on writing emails to them, they reply after 4 days and in that also they does not want to resolve issues.
                    Another shocking thing: d2h has made it mandatory to have all 100 channels in their base pack, that is missing even dd channels, and whole lot of junk is being provided in the name of base pack. Even though trai has clearly mentioned that only 25 dd channels are mandatory out of first 100 and other channels can be as per the choice of their customer/individual
                    .
                    Deleted all the broadcasters from their website, even their own zee network has been deleted from the list of broadcasters.

                    What kind of gyan is provided by dr. Subhash chandra, in his show.

                    They are bloody cheaters.
                    Request you to kindly look into this issue on critical basis.

                    I am facing the same issue with D2h and even raised this issue with TRAI. TRAI is saying that they have forwarded the grievance to the service provider but still there is no resolution. The customer care of d2h are just acting stupid. Their lack o[censored]nderstanding the trai rules are beyond my comprehension. I don't know what to do next.

                      This is to bring to into your notice, I am the user of Videocon D2h. I am unable to view my TV Channels, since afternoon 3:00 Pm.
                      I have called up in afternoon on 04th Feb 2018 and spoken to advisor Kavita and got the commitment that channel will restored in 5 hours but channel is not restored yet.
                      Hence I have to call D2h customer care again but it is very shameful to let you know after making 10 to 15 attempts I was able to connect to D2h customer care and my call was landed to Advisor name Aishwarya.
                      Very unprofessional behavior observed from Aishwarya, Multiple time call was kept on mute. When I asked her why this is not done yet. Advisor informed it will happen today or tomorrow.
                      Hence asked to transfer the call to manager but manager did not turned up on call and call was answered by Prashant Parida (Team leader). It took almost 15 to 20 minute to get connected to supervisor. In between multiple time call was internally transferred.
                      No solution was given to me and I was again asked to wait for more 5 hours and informed this the broadcast issue i.e. (Channel issue) not from D2h end.
                      Even Prashant confirmed call was made in afternoon and I was asked to wait for 5 hours but Prashant being adamant and said I cannot do anything in this hence I have asked him to transfer the call his Manager but he transferred the call to his colleague name who is also a Team leader name Anina Nayak,
                      I have to again tell her to transfer the call to Floor Manager and then call was transferred to Floor manager, Gautam Shetty, He committed that he will give a call back today by 09:30Pm in order to resolve my issue.
                      Moreover he will also raise the complaint regarding today tariff got wasted to due to this issue and will give me reversal.

                      However I did not received call from Gautam Shetty wherein it was clearly instructed that I won’t be coordinating with anyone else, still Mr. Gautam Shetty arranged a call back from some other person.

                        As per the New Rules for Satellite TV from TRAI, I have selected my own channels and submitted to the Videocon D2H service provider on 28th Jan, 2019, with Sr. No.[protected]. But till date (4th Feb.2019) I am unable to view my selected channels, the problem was reported to Videocon customer care many times but till date it is not resolve. They are passing the days & exhausting my amount.

Its 4th day i am continuously try to contect them but they r not reachable. Its exploitation of right now its 4th day n there is no tv in my home.
                          Plz take neccesory action so that they atleast work according to govt. They r free to do everything dont kno. How they do so.

                            After trying continuously for 2 hrs, my call go connected to videocon d2h customer care, i provided list of channels which i want as per new trai rules and paid full amount (Cust id[protected] which is generated. Custmer care executive took the list and said it will be effective in sometime. But after whole day waiting and three times calling to them, they didnt provide proper response, everyone has same answer call after 2 hrs. I didnt get any acknowledgement that my new channel list has been changed. They are cheating to customer and forcing them to use their own list of channels, after 3 days also i can see my old package only. Also their website doesn't work for channel selection.

                            Trai should take action against videocon d2h for their fraudulent behaviour.

                            As per trai only 25 dd channels are compulsory in the free to air channel list and then consumer can select their own free to air or pay channels as per their wish. But videocon d2h has left no option to select free to air channels and they selected 100 channels by their own so that people don't ve option to select their own f2a or paid channels. So after 100 channels cost is going high for every new channel, and after final selection videocon d2h is suggesting their own combo pack. This is total fraud by the service provider. People should be united to should be aware and not to fall in this trap and pay extra amount. Strict action should taken against videocon d2h and ask them to follow guidelines as per trai.

                              I am a user of videocon d2h and currently facing an issue regarding my package, i tried to make a new pack as per trai rules in service provider website but i m not able to deselect the fta channels due to which my complete pack has become to costly.
                              As per trai rules fta channels can be selected and deselected but service provider has disabled the option.
                              I called the service provider they told like the option of selection and deselection has been disabled and u have to take all 100 fta channels in the pack as mandatory.
                              Its kind of fraud to the user
                              Please take a relevant steps to stop these frauds to consumer.

                                I am a videocon d2h customer i was selecting my own pack at that i seen that in free to air channel section they have not provided a option to add or remove any free channel except 26 mandatory channels then i called customer care then they told me that as per the new rules of trai all free to air 100 channels are mandatory i read all trai rule in that they told only 26 channels are mandatory but they are not listening to me.
                                So i request you to solve that issue because most of the customers are suffering with same problem.

Other than mandatory 100 channels by d2h, customers choice of 1 to 15 additional channels will carry rs.25/- extra and anything further ahead of 15 channels will carry re.1/- per each channel. But when i choose 75 extra channels they charge extra for 175 channels. I. E they add mandatory 100 channels with customers choice also for additional charges. Will trai will look in this matter.

                                  In Videocon d2h when we select a channels individually, for those channels adding extra as NCF+GST amount. When we call to customer they will say like till now we have this info. we don't have further update.

                                      I have called videocon d2h customer care several times to activate my new pack that i have created on their website.
                                      But instead of activating the pack they are saying that they have not received any notification about new rules and there is some technical problem.
                                      I don't know what they are doing but according to new rule they have to approve my new request as the new rules are effective from 1st feb.
                                      So kindly resolve my issue so that i do not have to pay extra for my existing pack which is more costlier.

                                      my videocon d2h services are disconnected after 12 pm today and i am unable to watch any channel since all the services are stopped by videocon d2h.
                                      i called the customer care several times and everytime they pick the call, they are saying that there is some technical issue and are not resolving the issue.
                                      so kindly activate my services so that i can watch TV as currently the situation is like blackout and i am not able to access any channel and services.

                                      I am totally frustrated from Videocon d2h service since they are not activating any service on my dth connection.
                                      And for 2 days I am unable to access any channel and service
                                      My all service are stopped and I called them many times but they are saying only one thing that there is some technical problem

                                      Kindly take this issue on urgent basis and activate any pack that Videocon want to give and activate my service.

                                        As per the trai guidelines, i had to choose few channels and did submitted the request successfully. But after submitting the request no channels are not available. 24 hours passed now and the customer service team do not have any answer for that, instead they're just asking to wait... I don't think they're taking any action on that!
