Company website not allowing me to access my account. No provision for selection of channels. Response to my email is vague and without any proper guidance. Call centre is equally unhelpful and disconnects the line automatically. I am frustrated and facing loss as my balance is appropriated to a package which i have not confirmed. My connection stops.

    Unable to view channels after paying money.

    After several complaints no one had responded nor came to resolve the issue.

    Only few specific channels doesn't work.

    When tried talking to customer care they say there is no issue in set top box nor my signal range.

    Service engineer says cable issue/antenna issue/set top box issue. No one is an experienced technician.

    No one resolves my issue. I just paid so much into account and activated so many channels which are not working.

      I recharge my VD2H A/C[protected] as new terif but vd2h not start my services as per new giede line of TRAI I also select my new Chanel I by VD2H app ana call so many time on customer care day and night thew asked me that problem is solved with in 5-10 minet I call so many time but there is no solutions.         Since, Feb 2 all my existing channels as per my subscribed platinum HD pack is suddenly withdrawn and I am shown all junk channels of whose choice I am not sure.

        I chose and submitted my choices in their site as per Trai which is neither implemented nor my existing pack plays.

        When customer care is contacted they repeat themselves stating call us after 1or2 hrs since yesterday. Not taking any complain or trying to hear or resolve the issue and finally disconnecting the calls.

        This is totally unacceptable from providers. Expecting Trai to pitch in and resolve the matter with Videocon. Had Trai not created the disruption we may not have been harassed by providers due to lack of their will to be complaint! Trai when imposing this should have taken steps to cover customers from this trouble by ensuring the providers/distributers are all equipped with infrastructure to support the change.

          As Per Trai Order, Today I Visited www.d2h.com to create my own pack of channels, so do i.

          I picked star value pack, happy india and one other, along with al carte pay channels and etc. On Subscriber Id 79602097

          Later on, most of the channels were activated, and few ones yet to activate by them in which main channel of sony entertainment is not activated by them and few more too which i opted for..

          Their customer support are not user friendly, called six times, but none of them got my issue solved.

          So i requested you to do needful to this case, as i missed sony episodes today, and others channels too

          One more thing, I'm unable to delete waste channels in section of 100 free channels which is strongly required.

          I'm hoping that all my query will be sorted by sunday afternoon...

          I've been missing my episodes due to this drastic change, and have been contacting their customer support, but all are total helpless, none of them been very handful. And i don't know when will my services going to be resume. All they telling me one thing again and again that wait for 5 hours, but their 5 hours are not coming. Worst Customer care of videocon d2h.

          According To My Earlier Concern, Only 2 Channels Were Not Working, And Rest Were Working Fine.

          And Today, I Told Them To Activate My Both Channels, They Did It No Time, But Here Is Miserable Part Comes, They Deactivated My Entire Pack, Which I Created Earlier..

          All my channels are deactivated by them now. Not getting any help over a phone call, and not getting any solution via email. All they are saying we have sent a command to my set up box. And trai is total ###.

            As per trai rule, i had done my channel selection before 31st jan 2019. I did recharge with 500 rs. Even though the selected channel not viewing. I fried to call d2h customer care many times but did not reach to them. Seems videocon d2h cheated us. Please look into this or else i will have to take action on it.             Still some of the free channels are not working.if these are free then why these are showing unsubscribe.and I had selected ten 1 hd but ten 2 hd is started and Ten 1 is not working.please look into this asap.

              I call and mail to Videocon D2H operator to activate my account with new TRAI plan but Videocon D2H coustomer care ignore my request and when i call to Videocon D2H operator then call not pickup by Videocon D2H costumer care.So please tell me about it and solve my problem, the may irret complaint by the, i call to operator many times but Videocon customer tell me know system is updating.

                I have submitted my choice channels pack through videocon d2h website on date 26.01.2019. Fta +paid channels and bouquet total count of channels,
                But there is no transparency on their website, the pack i have choosed is not visible on the website. Also i can't see details of the pack, i can't edit or modify the pack.
                On february 2019 i have shocked; they are showing channels as they decided. Also their website is not login. They charged the amount as per their old pack and not giving me my own selected channel pack, which i selected as per trai regulatory.

Since one 4 years, we are the client of videocon d2h, having platinum hd pack, the amount we paid since last month rupes 725/, after offering to choose channels we decided to take hd diamond pack amount rupes 476/, from previous month, we called them up for guiding up to select the channels, but they refused it. At last the dated 31st of january 2019, one telle callers received our call & offerd us rupes 476/. Immediately we deposited the amounts and after it they told us, we have to pay the previous amount to continue the service. We want to know do we have the right to choose channels seriously or its a way to harras us. We hope good result from your side.

                    As per trai rule our own pack should be activated on 1 feb 2019.. But videocon d2h are not showing any interest in implementing that... They are saying us to go with their old subscription plan... What is this.. I mean they don't care about your rules and for that we are suffering... My old plan ended on 30 jan... So there's no tv since 4 days... Still waiting to take necessary action on videocon d2h.

                      My d2h account number[protected]. I have a-la carte package for which the total amount is only rs.179. On february 2nd 2019, i recharged for rs.200 and the balance shows only rs.121. What the hell is happening? What is new trai rules? Does the rule ask the dishtv companies to loot indians?
                      Kindly directly borrow money from us instead of these cheap activities.
                      I will be much happy to discontinue such honest services.
                      Watching tv and using internet is just not our life goal.
                      Better the days with just doordarshan and bsnl network.

                        As per latest trai regulations, i want to select my channels, but since 5 days
                        I was unable to select b'cause of poor customer service by videocon d2h.

                        Even i cant able to open their web site. (Website is not opening)

                        I am totally afraid of what to do next?

                          Unable to login to videocon d2h since yesterday.
                          Despite putting otp for so many times it shows a blank black page of d2h.com.
                          Tried to resolve it through password but same problem appears again and again.
                          Thus unable to create my own channels pack as par trai guidelines.
                          Already complained to the customer care in the day but nothing has been done so far.
                          Kindly resolve the issue as the earliest....

                          Number of times i tried logging in to thier website but it always shows site down. I had to choose the pack as per the bew guidelines by TRAI but to me sheer disappointment the website was always shows, "Error connecting to Database" for "502 bad gateway". In addition the pack taken by me is overpriced. I requested a call but no results. please look into

                            Yesterday I request for change my registered mobile no today i receive a phone from a gentle man Mr Rahul Sharma axix bank who asked me about my bank details and credit card no etc witch he told me these are required in connection with above changes of mobile no .these days thefts are being made through such practices since I did not told the gentle men about the digits of my credit card. It is very surprise that why a company demands such secret information for spotty thing if it is true then leave no alternative to stop your connection and advise others to do so through media

                              Dear TRAI,
                              I am a subscriber of Videocon D2h ID[protected]. I created my channel list by making a phone call to the customer care. As per your direction, NCF charges for 100 channels (25+ 75 other paid channels) is 130₹. But the customer care person is saying -your NCF charge is 179₹.How??? I asked the reason, the replay I got -you have selected channels according to you that's why you are charged 179₹.
                              I don't know why ..?? Sir you make clear about it...!

                                This service provider is not giving any information about the new trial order. We are not able to select the channels because the providers website is not working it is blocked. They are also charging same amt for mirror image tv now. Earlier they used to charge half the price of the base back. This sevice provider should be penalised for harrassment of customers.

                                    Sir, i am customer of videocon d2h. Before 15 days i recharged my account with 100 rupees. And validity for this recharge was 10 days. But they stopped my service after 7 day. Whole 8 th day my service stopped. After complaint on customer service they said that your account is not updated. After that they exceed 2 days service. But 1 day blocked.
                                    I don't know how many customers are suffer from this type of cheating. Many of the customers did not know such type of cheating. It's very bad fraud.
                                    Please i request to tria give hardly punishment to videocon d2h as possible as. Stop their license.

                                      I am using a videocon d2h sd stb. (Id[protected]. It became complaint in oct 2018, and i register a complaint. A technician came home and clear the faults. He charged 400 as said from customer care. But next day d2h withdrawn rs 200 from my d2h account. I made so many complaints. But no action till.

                                      Customercare says its technician's duty to recharge for 200 in my account. But i don't have a number of their technician. They sent them, but they are not taking no responsibility.

                                      I called customer care week by week. They said the same words as your case will have a solution in 24 hours. I spoke to customer care executive, supervisor and area manager. But no action has taken yet.
