d2h Videocon — not giving channel as per the package selected

Hi all, i am having d2h vediocon setup. Cust id[protected]. I recharged with the 365 rs and selected channel as per the new term conditions. But i am not getting all channel even free channels are stopped. Many times called customer care but no response. Worst service vediocon has in costomer care. Those guys are not having enough knowledge to give costomer.

No service even after valid balance up to December 2019. Please do something. My D2H customer id is 33302906. It all started with TRAI guidelines and interruption of services by provider.
