Dear sir,
I mr. Biplab das videocon d2h customer id…[protected]…. Like to inform you that videocon d2h has over charged my package and my connection got detached,,
As par new trai guidelines i have called their customer care number and informed them my choices of channel along with base package.. Which according to them was rs 350…inclusive of all par month…?
Likewise i have recharged rs 400 on 4, 2, 2019… on 15, 2, 19 i got message from service provider and tv set that my balance is going to get exhausted on 16, 2, 2019…. I called customer care innumerable times.. And i could come to know that they have double charged me keeping my old package platinum plus..[protected] 3568…which means they have double charged me for same channels two times…writing them emails many times yielded no results.. And innumerable calls to call centers has no result.. Now my tv connection got detached within 12 days of recharged…and i cannot watch tv for no fault of mine..
Please do help me..
