I have purchased a daikin five star inverter air conditioner on 2-jun-2020. The invoice number is in-qsig-1159. As per daikin, warranty is valid only if it is installed by daikin authorized personnel. Daikin call center informed me that installation charges will be 599+tax, but the installation personnel charged the below amounts totaling 3650

On 23 feb. 2019 and after completion of 1 year cooling coil is damaged as per engineer said to us..
Is this your faulty product and reliable for only one year till your product under warranty..??
We paid a amount of 25k and after one year engineer said to paid more for changing cooling coil and gas filing charge approx.12k..

I have been provided a defective unit of the daikin 1.5 ton split inverter ac that i purchased from reliance digital sector 29, gurgaon. I have been facing trouble with the unit from the day it has been installed.
1. 5-jan-20: the air conditioner was installed by the reliance digital service team. Post installation, the engineer mentioned that he could not get the ac checked as it was winters and the compressor would only function...

I bought two daikin ac three years ago. Models are ftkm50prv16.
After free services we continued service with local service centre of daikin (Daikin smart service) in anand, gujarat.
After some time they stopped answering us and the person whose name is mr. Sarfaraj is very arrogant and behaved rudely. Now the guy is not picking up the call nor answering my calls. After so many failed attempts we contacted the other local service...

Plz provide a servicing but purchase as on 28 may 2019 due to covid 19 company says cant possible plz solve

Issues with daikin ac recently buyed from shahs chennai anna nagar branch on february 2020. Now the ac stopped working all of sudden. Fed up and really frustrated of contacting daikin customer care and shahs showroom chennai.

Daikin - the after worst after-sale service providers. They absolutely dont bother about a customer's experience and difficulty.

Would not recommend their products and services to anyone. Smaller players are more reliable and prompt.

Very unprofessional!!! Not daikin. Please advise known sources not to buy any daikin products....

From day 10, i am complaining about my split ac to customer support team and authorised dealer. But now almost 2 years is completed but there is no any positive response from daiken. They are doing just fraud to the people. Very dissatisfied from daikin. I ever see this type of poor customer support from any brand....

Ashok patel (+[protected] the vendor i got through sulekha asked for 6500 for ac circuit replacement. I paid 4500 as advance but now he is procrastiating the service and not picking the call....

I've purchased daikin ac from amazon and got it delivered on 21 may. I got a message from daikin on 22nd may that a person will come for installation and got his number along with the message. I purchased a 5 star 1.5 ton Daikin inverter AC model no. FTKG50TV16U on 17 April 2019. Very soon, within 10 days of its installation, it's indoor PCB (as I was informed by the Daikin technician) was damaged and the AC started working as a non- inverter AC. I mean the AC would run until it reached the set room temperature and then the compressor would trip. Again the compressor would start running when the room temperature would rise to 2-3°...

General service and not cool...

I buyed new daikin inverter ac of 1.5 ton inverter..i hav been facing prob. Since the time i bouht it..i hav called 6-7 times since i bought it..i buyed the ac on 6 april 2019..recently i call the customer care in february for the prob. That ac. Is not working..the company person came nd told me about the gas leakage..he charged it and after few days it again stopped..i called again bt this time i cant register my complain due to lockdown...

I have purchased a diakin split jtkj50tv16u rav air conditioner with bill no-se-371, dt.20.04.2019 at sonovision, ashoknagar branch, eluru-andhra pradesh.
Three months after installation of the unit the density of the cooling was decreased drastically. At that time i had complained to the sonovision shop personnel on 17.07.2019 with reference no - vij[protected] regarding the issue and they have arranged a technician...
