Dear team,

I purchased a daikin split ac dated on 2nd feb 2019. I was getting problem last 2 month, i have logged complaint many times, executive visit our place and repair it. But we are getting problem time to time and now a/c has been stop working. I have logged complaint again 26 july and complaint no.[protected].

Look in to this, august almost gone and now i'll notv use a/c till next year april, if i look forward that time my warranty has been expired. So, please take it seriously.

Now, i realized that i have choose wrong company product. I will never recommend to anyone for your company product. Please refund my money as soon as possible. It would be batter for us.

Looking forward to positive response from your side and i hope you understand my problem.

    Good morning. 09.08.2019 i have booked service. But still now not response. So many times i call vellore service cente. (Tele phone number - [protected]). Some service person called me but not respect for me. I dont know name but mobile number is available ([protected]).

    Daikin products are i like becasue of quality. But service & customer care also very worst. Kindly take action immediately.

      We had purchased two nos. of Daikin AC's from Kelvin Systems, Bhubaneswar in month of Feb/Mar 2019. After couple of months it started showing cooling issues and there was some electricity issue due to which there was continuous power failure in our office. This got serious some 15-20days back and we tried to contact Kelvin Systems. There was a very lukewarm response from them. We made multiple attempts of asking them to send a technician to solve the issue, but in vain. Luckily we got through a technician from Kelvin Systems who had installed the AC back then. After requesting him to pay a visit, he came & checked the issue, after that we were told by him that there might be a leakage of the refrigerant and refilling it will make the AC work as before. But it was supposed to be done officially by Kelvin Systems. So we tried to contact Kelvin Systems again but they just repeated their previous behaviour of not responding properly. hence we had to register a complaint at the Daikin customer care service over phone. But it's been over a week now and the issue remains the same. Today morning we were assigned a senior executive from Daikin who spoke to us over phone and assured to take quick action. But later in the evening we were surprised and annoyed to know that Kelvin Systems was not even responding to that senior executive of Daikin. He though asked us to spare him some time till Friday i.e. 16th Aug 2019, as it is a holiday tomorrow. It's not even six months since we had purchased the ACs and its still under warranty, but we were asked money by Kelvin Systems to refill the refrigerant.

      I hope that it will be resolved soon as we have already faced enough trouble for this issue. We hope that immediate & appropriate actions to be taken against Kelvin Systems for being utter irresponsible, ill-mannered & non-professional.

        I have two daikin 1.5 t split acs under amc which ends on 16/08/2019. Authorised service provider is m/s. Team unity air control service (Tuacs). As suggested by tuacs, i had booked the last and final servicing on 05/08/2019 for saturday, 10/08/2019 through toll free no.[protected] and informed tuacs about it on friday, 09/08/2019. Tuacs confirmed that the servicing will be carried out next day i. E. On saturday, 10/08/2019.

        My customer id no. Is 11884987 and the booking ref no. Is kol[protected].

        Unfortunately, no technician turned up on 10/08/2019 nor anybody from tuacs informed me about the failure though i remained at home the whole day sacrificing urgent jobs. Tuacs offered to carry out servicing today; but i declined the offer. This is height of carelessness and lack of customer orientation which i never expected from daikin.

          Hi team

          I purchased 26 ac from daikan (Supplier m square) and i am facing some issues related to 6 acs. So i called the daikin customer care and raised the issue and they assured me that the technician will visit within 24 hours which never happened till date.

          After that i called multiple times to daikin’s customer care (Almost 7-8 times) and every time they assured me that technician will going to visit my place on the very same day which again never happened.

          I even raised my concern to senior executive but until now nothing is being done.

          This is highly unprofessional and not expected from such a reputed brand. I am really regretting why i bought acs from daikin. A customer only wants good after sales service and if you cannot provide that you will definitely lose your customers.

          I will never purchase your product in future and will also advise others not to buy daikan’s product. Dealing with daikan is such a pathetic experience.

          I am also planning to raise this to consumer forum.

            I purchased 4 daikin ac from vijay sales for my new house. It was installed in 4 rooms on june 2019 and covered the ac as the work was ongoing. When i shifted to my new home in july 2019 still the my home work was going on. So 3 rooms i got earlier and ac was working properly. When i got my 4th room i started the ac but there was no cooling and it was brand new ac. And painting was going in the room so i had to start ac so it doesnt develop cracks. I complained in vijay sales and lodged a complaint in the vijay sales app also and they arranged for the visit from daikin ac from swastik engineering. The engineer came on the 2nd day of the complaint and told that pcb is not working will have to replace and no gas. Then he started asking who installed the ac. Give me the delivery challan and all and he left without any repairing. Again i lodged the complain for next 3-4 days of continuos call still no response from vijay sales either from swastik engineering so i gave the ultimatum to take the ac as i will get the ac from other brand so they registered the complaint and again from swastik engineering on the 2nd day of the complaint visited my home and again said the same thing that pcb and no gas and i have lodged the request for replacement of pcb. Then after 2 days the engineer visited and replaced pcb but dint repair the gas. So again he requested in daikin for the gas and they said engineer will visit tomorrow for gas. During this process my complained cannot be tracked in vijay sales it was showing solved but still engineer has not completed the repair/replacement. I requested them as my work is stopped please arrange for the engineer visit as early as possible but n they dint, they did everything according to their time management. This process took 8-9 days which i think is not taken for the brand new ac nor did they replace the ac as it was faulty and my room painting is pending for last 9 days occuring heavy loss to me due to the improper response, poor time management from swastik engineering daikin ac and vijay sales.

              I am living at bhilai, chhattisgarh and i am using daikin ac from dec.2015 onwards. I got it serviced from the authorized service center mansi refrigeration, bhilai on 15th june 2019. Immediately after maintenance when ac was tested abnormal sound started from blower. As per service engineer it was pumped down and taken to service center for repair. After two days it was again installed but the same problem repeated after 15 days and is still being faced.

                terrible after sales service of daikin

                When a customer buys a reputed japanese branded air conditioner, daikin, the least any customer expects is a decent after sales service.

                Our split aircon has not been working for past few days, our complaint number is 21718136

                Despite numerous calls and follow ups, nothing is being done.

                In the high heat, if one doesn’t use the ac, when would one use???

                When a customer buys a reputed japanese branded air conditioner, daikin, the least any customer expects is a decent after sales service.

                Our split aircon has not been working for past few days, our complaint number is 21718136

                Despite numerous calls and follow ups, nothing is being done.

                In the high heat, if one doesn’t use the ac, when would one use???

                It just shows bad management which one expects the least from a reputed japanese brand.

                It’s an extremely disappointing experience and plan to address this issue in the consumer forum.

                Our team visited at your premises and found ODU PCB faulty, the same has been replaced and after that, it has been found that there is a leakage in the evaporator coil. To fix the issue ODU PCB and evaporator coil need to be replaced but you are not ready for the same. Kindly get in touch with us in case any further assistance is required.

                  The worst ac we have ever used is daikin we have purchased two split ac's worth rupees 70000inr one is 1 ton and the 2nd one is 1.5ton
                  Plenty of issues were faced during this time
                  1. Out of three we have got 2 services and later we found that the dealer from where we have purchased has made the bill of previous date because we have requested for company installation which was chargeable and he told us that making the bill of two months early will give you free installation from the company as it was free of cost at that time but that will result to 2 months of less period of warranty this information was not provided to us by the dealer

                  2. The two services were done in such a way that only the filter used to be clean and along with it a cleaning with a blower used to be done everytime when we asked why the ac's indoor and outdoor internal is not getting clean they just say that we are told to do only this much of work

                  3. When the first service was done we were charged for the black coating that was anti-corrosive and at that time in the service record that was given to us that foolish service guy ticked on both yes and no on anti corrosive black coating we were fooled at that time too

                  4. Now the according to the date of bill made the ac's are out of warranty and a list of issues are being faced like the entire ac is getting leaked and our bed is filled with water while the inspection with our local service man we got to know that the ac's body is being damaged and was fixed by fevi quick very early and now as the fevi quick has became weaker the leakage has been started again

                  5. Gas leakage has also been faced and we have spent bloody 2000rs in fixing it

                  Its was better to get a second hand ac we are feeling nw rather than choosing your foolish acs
                  We have been fooled by the dealer by your service man and everybody we will never ever recommend daikin to anyone and will give the feedback everywhere where it is possible so that no one can get fooled by you guys like us ever...

                          I bought two daikin split ac's 1.5 ton worth 44500/- in april of 2018. And both ac's have voltage stabilisers attached to them from day 1. Yet one of the ac's outdoor unit has been shut down since last one month. Called up costumer service who suspected a fault in fan motor of outdoor unit and a order for same was placed. But it took 15days for the motor to be delivered and now when the service technician came. The motor seems to be be fine as the outdoor unit is not working despite replacing it with new motor. Hence they have concluded that pcb is at fault and have replaced the pcb worth 4014 /- + service charge worth 1000+ 18% gst.
                          I am so disappointed in daikin. Despite using voltage stabilisers if the pcb has shut down after using for mere few months of one summer it means that the pcb itself was faulty at the time of purchase. Else why would it not here voltage fluctuations despite a stabilisers. Never going to buy daikin again. And i don't recommend any one to buy daikin. The repair cost is high. Their service charges have burnt a hole in my pocket and it's such a slow service... Took one month to get it repaired.

                            I am writing this message to inform you that the AC "Model no. 32
                            Of your company "Diakin" has been not working properly since the last two years when I purchased it. I faced a lot of problems regarding cooling and wiring. In the start I am very pleased with the AC but after two months of puchasing it creates a lot of trouble..
                            I also called your engineer regarding this problem but all the time they told me that your AC is too old and didn't able to solve the cooling problem. As you know that the heating temperature of Delhi increasing day by day and this AC has not been cooling the room of my house properly.
                            Many times I called your engineer and ask for help but he told me that don't buy inverter AC as it creates problems..when i said i recently puchase another AC of same brand which is working properly.. your engineer told me that this AC is new and your AC is old thats why not working properly.. and every time they charge some amount . I am very disappointed with the behaviour of your engineer and with the AC servicer as well..

                              PCB problem arise just after 2 years and in 2 years I used maximum 40 days my Inverter AC which I Purchsed in Rs. 55, 000/- approx.

                              Now your technical person initially told me that sensor are having issue, so new sensor cost will come Rs. 2150/- and not sure that after changing the sensor, unit will work. So told that try to change and check the sensor with other option then he charged us 500/- extra...after checking he told us sensor are ok, need to change PCB and cost will come around Rs 10, 000/-

                              How can PCB got damaged for my inverter ac which used hardly for 40 days?

                              I believe in India Daikin Inverter AC quality are poor.

                                I am really worried about after reading all of above comments.My complaint number :CHE[protected]
                                As currently I am also facing the same issue as mentioned above i.e.
                                1. AC has stopped cooling after 2.5 years.
                                2. Very poor customer service.
                                3. DAIKIN doesn't have their setup rather they get it done via channel partners. I had to escalate the matter to their regional manager in Mumbai to get the service after 2 weeks, which literally means I have lost considerable amount of summer time even after having so called DAIKIN AC.

                                I purchased 1.5 Ton Split inverter AC(FTKP50PRV16) in November2016 and this is my third year of it's usage and AC has stopped working.

                                almost 10 days nobody turned up. After escalating the matter one guy came and did the check he told me that it could be a PCB issue with outdoor unit as outdoor unit's fan was getting stopped after every 10-15mnts. He told me PCB charges around 8k (not sure whether it's the correct price or not). technician told me that there is no guarantee for the PCB, as it's a electronic item.

                                Really pissed off with the DAIKIN AC because my machine is comparatively new(just 3 year old) and I had paid a big amount of around 50k to purchase it and now it's down and I had to spend again around 10k to get it run and that too with no guarantee.

                                They call them pioneer of inverter ACs and best in class but they are third class people manufacturing defective products.

                                I want to know, how can their ACs PCB go down so quickly?

                                Also, when they are not able to provide sustainability and durability to inverter ACs then they should recall all their models and pay back their customers.

                                It's a real mental and financial harassment to me.

                                I want a replacement of this inverter AC with normal AC now and I also want a reimbursement of the amount which I have paid against new PCB replacement.

                                  My name is shivam srivastava.my contact no which is registered [protected].
                                  I purchased split ac dated 16/06/2017.
                                  Gas leaked 2 times. One service has been done .Again gas leaked last 15 days
                                  I called the daikin consumer number and filled a complain that my ac is not giving cold air the compressor is working but it is not giving cold air. The technician came and did some work and in the end said that there is a gas leakage and 3000 rs will be charged to re fill. I have recently purcashed the ac it's been 2 years only, how can gas be empty so fast. And the leakage is not our fault it's the technican. Why do we have to pay the heavy price. I feel cheated. Please help

                                  Every time told that tomorrow your service will be done but only false comment.
                                  Last day one person call me and demand 3200 rupees for gas filling. Is it not cheating with customer.

                                    This is the complaint raised by dissatisfied customer of Daikin A/c, and hope will be resolved soon
                                    On 2nd June I have purchased y Daikin inverter A/c 1.5 tons model no: RKL50TV16U (Out door) from M/s Vasanth & co., Purasawalkam branch Chennai vide sales invoice no: [protected] dt 2nd June 2019, I was told that the installation will be done with in 48 hours but after my continuous follow up the installation was done by 10th June only, we could not check the performance of the A/c but signed the completion report for the engineer as he was in a hurry to leave. We checked the performance of the A/c for next two days but the A/c effect is not good which means we could not feel any chillness even after the setting the temp at 18 deg. We made a complaint to your customer care that the performance is not good - complaint no: CHE[protected] dt 13th June.
                                    There was an young gentleman sent by your service center named RK Services, Mogappair, Chennai 600 037 Ph[protected] mail id - [protected]@gmail.com who checked the out door unit and informed me that the Gas pressure is around 170 PSI(??) that is the reason why the chillness is very low, and without any consultation he has leaked the gas and made the pressure to 110 PSI, then the A/c stopped working completely and only the hot air was coming out from the indoor unit.
                                    Again I have raised the complaint and made frequent follow up with the service center who has not bothered to send any one finally again i had contacted your customer service who in turn contacted the service center and finally another engineer came and checked the unit and found that the pressure is gone down to 70 PSI from 110 PSI during the inspection time itself. He had suggested that he will top up the gas and the issue will be solved.
                                    But I stopped him from doing so, because I had spent around Rs 50, 000 to buy and install this A/c to get some chilled air thinking that I had purchased from a best product
                                    If I had to fill gas to get the A/c to function and get chilled air I would have spent around Rs 15, 000 and bought a second hand A/c and get the chilled air for some time.
                                    Now that I request you to kindly take this (out door) instrument back and get me another new one which is in working condition (with out filling the gas after installation ) as per your one year replacement warranty clause number 7. Failing which I will be constrained to make a complaint in the consumer court.

                                      Hi,

                                      I am writing this email to express my displeasure on after sale service provided by daikin .
                                      I live in singapore where i have Daikin ac as well and get excellent service .
                                      That is why i choose to buy Daikin in India as well . We bought a 1.5 ton ac ( without invertor )ac from one of the dealer in durg ( sigma electronic) . When we bought the ac we were told that there will be a installation fees of 800 to 1000 rs .

                                      When the installation guys from Daikin came to our house, they told that there were a lot of missing parts, we called the dealer who send over the parts . After installation the service center guys demanded for 1800 rs .and told that this is the charges . When we asked for bill they said they dont provide bill for installation . And the dealers sales bills should mention it .

                                      We were very tired of fighting with them and ended up paying them .

                                      We bought our ac on 18/03/19 and after a month and half only the cooling is really really very weak . And 3 days back the ac started giving very hot air .

                                      I called Daikin service center and asked for a sevice center to help us get it fixed .

                                      As our ac is still in warranty, just to be sure i reconfirmed the service center of charges . The service center people told that as the ac is still in warranty it will be free of charge .

                                      Next day the service center guy named “ Rohit” who runs the daikin servicing in durg chattisgarh called and told that he will send someone to have a look . He told someone will come in the morning between 10 -11 am to fix it . Up on waiting for whole day the service center guys called at 6 pm in the evening that they will be coming soon . I told them its already starting to get dark if there is a problem with the ac how will they fix it now . They said they have got all the spare parts .

                                      On coming home they just switched on the ac, the ac started giving cold air but the cooling was still very poor . And they said that the ac is completely ok as the temperature outside is very hot the ac is not working and they told the same to lot of customers as well . They also told that we should have installed 2 ton ac and gave suggestion to sell this ac and buy a new one . ( upon which i got very angry and told them that when they were installing the ac i had specifically asked for if this unit can cool the room and they had said yes 1 and half ton ac is more than enuf to cool the room) .

                                      They said its getting very dark and they need to leave and demanded for 400 rs as service charge . I asked them they just switched on the ac and off, no parts were changed than what is the service charge for . They said we are giving you service at your home after 5 pm, and we charge 5 rs per km if the area is more than 10 km aways from there service station . And that they charge the same for everyone . I called the customer service to confirm this and they said no this service is free of charge and customer service people also spoke to the service center guys not to charge us . After disconnecting the call the service center guys called their boss “ rohit” who started fighting with us for money and said that daikin does not pay him for ac servicing after sales .

                                      We ended up paying them 300 rs because they were not willing to go without taking money .
                                      This is completely unacceptable, daikin has given service center responsiblity to such cheat people who dont even give bill, and no proper service ( my ac is still not working well) .and harass people to extract money . I had such a gud experience with daikin in singapore for past 8 years but i regret buying it in India . There are so many other korean brands in india giving so much better service .
                                      I bought Daikin because of brand name outside India but i guess this experience completely ruined daikins brand name in my mind .

                                      My house is at a distance of exact 19.4 km from service center .
