Daikin 1.5 ton split AC - faulty compressor

My Daikin Customer, Ref id DEL[protected].Cx id is. 12504656

I have placed a complaint for my faulty compressor. I was told that my compressor will be replaced by 19th June 21. I have called customer care multiple times and still they are saying compressor is in pending status.

Can you please help and escalate this issue?
We are really tired of calling customer care again and again....

Inverter ac pcb repair

I bought an inverter ac on 5th April 2019 and it is not working now, I submitted for a service request to Daikin. They came twice and they checked and said PCBs are problem but the exact problem is not resolved. Within 2 years it's repaired....

I have Daikin Inverter ACs which have been giving problems since installation. Recently in July 2020 one of my Daikin AC stopped working. Upon contacting Daikin customer service my complaint was directed to their channel partner Tridev Daikin sales in Gurgaon.
After checking the unit they suggested to change PCB which costed me Rs 5600. After putting new PCB also the AC didn't work. The technician then suggested to change the motor...

Asking for visiting charge for under warranty product

I have bought daikin split AC before 2 years, now compressor has some issue and compressor is under warranty, I have registered complain about it but they told me you have to pay 500 rs as visiting charge, compressor is still under warranty then why should I pay visiting charge? If product is under warranty then never any company ask for any charge. If product is under warranty then it's company 's responsibility to resolve problem of that...

PCB stopped within a month

Someone in Daikin customer service is listening and paying attention.

AC stopped cooling again, switches off, FTKH50RRV16 (Split AC). Last year in Sep'20 we suffered the same problem. The PCB was replaced & Servicing was also performed, however happening again.

See my plight, for your information, I have another Daikin JTKM35S (Split AC), the PCB stopped working within a month of buying the new AC... can you...

I am very sad because I left so many brands and i purchase this brand. But what I got so many complaints in this brand.

PCB issues

Outdoor unit of my AC loosely fitted

Problem in outdoor unit, cooling issue

On 7th April, 2021 I purchased a Daikin ac (Inverter model- FTKT/RKT50TV16V) from
Khattar electronics, Sonipat and I have got this installed on 26th April, 2021. Now ac is not working well, there is cooling issue, hot air is coming out.

I lodged my complaint on 29th April, 2021 at customer service centre of Daikin. A technician came from service centre and he checked the ac . He declared PCB of ac is not working well...

Flap hook broken

Address:10 new prem nagar gwalior

I have 8 split AC of daikin installed at my home. But two AC’s which are one of the old models there flap is broken because of which it stops swinging and this is a continuous issue and its not like i m touching it or cleaning it but i lt breaks on its own and it makes it difficult to use the swing and coanda feature of the ac highly disappointed with this particular kind of model....

Daikin Ac is a worst Ac and worst company too. I m sharing my personal Review.They don't know how to behave with customer...They don't know how to treat them...There customer service is Bad too... The day I took Daikin Ac I thought that why did I took it...The day I Start my Ac there was no Cooling...the compressor was allso not picking up.. it Automatically off it self.Ac is not working properly we are saying to change the Ac but they refuse...
