V raised a complaint about ac nd their executived persons (sardar ji) came, opened ac and put ice water and d gas leaked and so on, ... then said we are not allowed to check it due to company policy of location ..nd now sabia ji and Mr MANOJ (d concerned person) misbehaved and denied to chck it nd repair saying "jo kar diya so theek h"... y dey opened it if their company policy doent allow them to do so..giving no anwers and numbers of their seniors to talk...hamara ac khrab kiya daikin k workers ne aur ab batameezi...

Correct Daikin AC's are the junk boxes, they all have the same problem of pressure and gas leakages. They spoil the hard-earned money of the consumers on these JUNK BOXES. everybody faces the same cooling issues. It's a manufacturing defect.

Yes, they r making fool.of us by giving stupid excuses in d name of company policy..there r social platforms nwa days..lets see..inka goodwill kaise neeche ata h..by legally or by social media...specially ..v hv full proof of wat they had done to our ac...
Yes, we are thinking of a legal action against them..as many of these complaints are having same probs..that means they are giving fake excusez to make people foolish..and ye log (company)ko koi loss na ho..pats change hi ni karna koi na koi policy bata k customer ko bewakoof banana h bus ..ki..customer inka defective part change khud se hi karwa le kahin

          Bought daikin product on 8 april 2021, indoor unit make loud noise when starts, raised complaint 3 times. Problems not solve till now. Technician says the product is not ok.I request you to please change the unit.Seriously i m not happy

            I have faced the same cooling issue 3tymes already in one month.. also emailed the same issue but didnt recieve and response back. Everytime they visit and say it wil b done tomorrow. Always d same iddue and same answer. Once they repair it, it stops working within a week. Worst service ever.

              1.5 tonne Inverter.

              Within 5 years of purchasing the AC, the outdoor unit PCB has already been changed twice. Now within one year of last change, the AC is not working. The technician checked and guess what, outdoor unit PCB is gone again. Each time I have paid Rs 5500 for the PCB plus the service charges. So, this will be 3rd time if I change the PCB. The AC costed more than 50K and now I feel that i have been waylaid by Daikin. I wonder how bad the quality of the products from Daikin India are. I don't know what should I do now with my AC as I run the risk of paying more than the AC cost for service.

                Day before yesterday technician visited he refused to change compressor rather he said to maintain temperature at 25/26 degree Celsius it would work fine is this the way Daikin do ?
                Please do the needful otherwise will have to file formal complain and take legal action against you

                  VRV is not working from last couple of months i am facing very severe issue with this product because the company like Daikin is not able to provide any kind support and service team members from Daikin visited so many time but they don't have any clue about the problem they don't have any knowledge about the product. I have called so many times to the customer care every time they provide me only complaint number didn't get any solution.

                    I bought an ac on 13 th June it works perfectly 1 week after that it's not functioning I register a complaint after 4 days of continuously complaint technician came and found there is a problem with its PCB board. they asked the service center about its availability they said the part is available but tell the customer it's not available(i have phone recording ) and it will available after 2-3 days now m requesting daily to replace the part because there will be no use of ac if temperature decline. registered number [protected]

                      I bought Daikin AC AT APRIL 1 2021,
                      BUT within a week it make big sounds from the indoor output.
                      I raised the complaint many time, .
                      Problems not solved till now.
                      So I request you, I want to change the piece, please get return because I was irritated and my family face lots of issues for this. We are all not happy when I received it.
                      So that waste pice not worth for the money.

On 14th Jun2021 I hv paid a sum of Rs 500/- to service engineer for visiting bcoz product is 3 year old also I hv paid for gas reffilling charges as demanded by service center, but problem not resolve

                          I bought a non Inverter Ac in October 2020, however it is not at all cooling now. Upon complaint a Daikin technician came and said Gas has been leaked from Ac. Since this Ac is under warranty, I firmly request you to kindly replace this pc with new one.

                            This is with reference to recently bought daikin 1.5 TON AC invoice number AIR/T/21-22/34.
                            Really not happy with the product sent .
                            Attached are photo pics of the compressor. As the compressor just outside the glass windows this damage are clearly seen.

                            As per the distributor this are know things while transit and can happen.

                            If the things are not handled properly at distributors end Why customer should bear with it?

                              My Daikin Customer, Ref id DEL[protected].Cx id is. 12504656

                              I have placed a complaint for my faulty compressor. I was told that my compressor will be replaced by 19th June 21. I have called customer care multiple times and still they are saying compressor is in pending status.

                              Can you please help and escalate this issue?

                                I bought an inverter ac on 5th April 2019 and it is not working now, I submitted for a service request to Daikin. They came twice and they checked and said PCBs are problem but the exact problem is not resolved. Within 2 years it's repaired.

                                  I have Daikin Inverter ACs which have been giving problems since installation. Recently in July 2020 one of my Daikin AC stopped working. Upon contacting Daikin customer service my complaint was directed to their channel partner Tridev Daikin sales in Gurgaon.

                                  I have Daikin Inverter ACs which have been giving problems since installation. Recently in July 2020 one of my Daikin AC stopped working. Upon contacting Daikin customer service my complaint was directed to their channel partner Tridev Daikin sales in Gurgaon.
                                  After checking the unit they suggested to change PCB which costed me Rs 5600. After putting new PCB also the AC didn't work. The technician then suggested to change the motor as well for which I paid them additional 4400.
                                  Now 11 months later again the same AC has again stopped working and their channel partner Tridev sales, girgaon is demanding Rs 9000 for the new PCB which was for 5600 Rs 11 months back.
                                  I don't know what to do. I'm so disappointed with Daikin ACs. Their customer service sucks.
                                  I would never recommend anyone to buy Daikin Air-conditioners.

                                    Good afternoon,
                                    My Daikin Air-conditioner which I had purchased on September 2020 had started malfunctioning as a cause of gas leak, I had given a complaint or service request and since my product is still under warranty, I expect free repair but the service center is demanding money from me, It is with extreme displeasure I am requesting you to take necessary action and provide me with a quick solution during this summer time.

                                    Message recieved from Daikin:

                                    Daikin Customer, Ref id CHE[protected].Cx id is.[protected] Do not pay ONLINE advance for Installation, Service, repairs without visit and receipt.

                                      I have bought daikin split AC before 2 years, now compressor has some issue and compressor is under warranty, I have registered complain about it but they told me you have to pay 500 rs as visiting charge, compressor is still under warranty then why should I pay visiting charge? If product is under warranty then never any company ask for any charge. If product is under warranty then it's company 's responsibility to resolve problem of that product.
                                      I have registered complain before 3 days but still waiting for reply from senior executives and management of daikin, they are unable to answer me regarding visiting charge?
