Dear sir
My 1.5 ton split inverter ac of daikin is 2 year old, now i am facing problem from 20 days, i rigesterd complaint on daikin toll free number but his service center person call me after 2 days he said pcb issue in your ac outdoor unit but service center has no part, and said that no their will be 10 days to get part from company

In agra the temperature is 46 you know how to survive

    Hi! Daikin India,
    I don't know which email is this I am sending you. As I had sent you endless no. of emails and didn't get any single phone,  e-mail, or any message from your side.
    I had bought a split as of Daikin and it's a nightmare for me as of now. The Ac cooling is gone, one of the co. The mechanic takes 3000 rs from us and now denied coming to check the Ac again. We really ### up by this garbage AC BOX OF your so-called world-class company. In 3 years the Ac is not able to run for 8 months.
    It's really a pathetic product, there is a manufacturing defect but neither of you guys is replied not the local service center is replying and denied coming.
    Now, what should I do as I am looted by your Company, Ac again not doing cooling within 1 month of refilling and wielding of the Ac coil. It"s a manufacturing defect and no one from Daikin give an ear on it. Even he gives me 3 months guarantee for the cooling now denied to come and said to me that do whatever you want. Complaint to the co. I am not coming . Now what should we do, its like i am an ### to buy this garbage  AC . Its gives me a mental stress in this deadliest summer. My 3 years old kid is the most suffered in this heat.  I got no any feedback from your side .

    Still waiting for any response and reply from Daikin's side. All summer is gone and we are moving towards the winter session. But no one comes from Daikin to check the issue. They come and looted 4500 from me and says that your all problem is fixed that was a manufacturing defect now it resolved and we will give you 3 months guarantee for the work. But within a week the same zero cooling problem occurred again, now they ask me to change your coil it cost 15k, what the ### they are talking about 115000+4500 = 19500 rs I have to pay for the brand new Ac again. I am trapped with this junk manufacturing company, my first experience with this company is totally ###ed up. Daikin Ac just looted my hard-earned money. 3-year-old Ac brand new still the lamination is there and I again burnt 4500+15000 rs on this garbage product. Buycott Daikin really ###ed up by this product its a headache for me now. Now they don't leave any way except to buy any other company Ac as they have just screwed there CUSTOMER by selling defective products. From july I am sending lots of email to the daikin india's all dept. but they don't give a ### on the complaint .

        Daikin 1.5 ton inverter split ac outdoor unit pcb not working just after 2 years. I purchased it in Jun 2019. I understand this is a common problem faced by many customers. Daikin service engineer has informed us that the replacement cost will be[protected] part+1180 labour) rupees. That's too much. I have had samsung split ac's for the last 10 years without much problem. I went with Daikin this time as I assumed it is Pioneer in air-conditioning. I must compliment the cooling was great till this fault occurred. The service engineer also asked to go for an AMC contract which costs around 4700 every year. It seems it is a deliberate attempt to earn continuous money from customers by putting inferior quality PCB in inverter ac. I had no option but to go for repairs. The company should take suitable action to clear this fault and replace these PCB for existing customers free of cost.

          Call numbers-
          29th june[protected]cancelled--no remark
          29th june[protected] completed
          11th july[protected]cancelled -no remark
          27th july[protected]in process

          people are torturing and visited 2 times but problem not resolved.
          Every time i am logging call and receiving so many calls for attending and getting it cancelled without any remark.

          My question to daikin administration that.
          1-how can you allow your service provider to cancel the call without customer confirmation.
          2-are you really bothering about your customers? or they are on mercy of your service providers.
          3-your service provider themselves saying this daikin model gives problem, don't you feel pity on daikin customers?
          4-if frequent call logging on same serial number then what action you people are taking?
          5-your service provider always wants to come on odd hours, 1 pm afternoon or 7 pm evening.
          6-even after escalating call and your escalation manager promised to get the service done on 31st morning, no one came.
          7-i am following up with manager ( freezotech) since 9.21 am and getting false promise everytime person is reaching in 15 min.
          8-thank you so much for not bothering about customers but try to save your image, which is getting dented day by day

          Today on 1st aug received call at 11:15 am quoting that when rain will stop then person will come.

          Kinldy keep on enjoying customer torture, no one can succeed by annoying customers!!!

            Very bad experience with the new spilt AC that we bought hardly a month back. The company should replace the external unit as its faulty the temporary fix by Engineer is not trust worthy. Now after their fix the external unit is making more noise Please change the unit as soon as possible. Very dissatisfied customer!! We want replacement asap!!

              I have purchased the window AC 1.5 tonnes on may 2020, I called customer service and asked for the exception as there was lockdown in the country most of time during this year and also there was covid at my place and people got vaccinated after that and they were not feeling well
              As per the govt rules and regulations we should avoid calling people to our places and also we had severe covid at my home
              We all were very scare and taking precautions

              I called them and informed in advance abt the same after when they agreed to take it as as exception and then daikon sent one of the engineer at my place and looked over it and informed me the gas has been leaked and send different team will come to fix this

              Now again they have denied they are saying it will be chargeable they are fraud and after all thisconversation on phone with agents, supervisor and manager it was all waste of time they have taken u turn now

              Their product is such a waste which hasn’t worked even for one complete year properly

              It’s such a pathetic service and the company
              I regret my decision of putting their pathetic product in my home
              I will never ever recommend daikin
              Because of these companies like daikin India is far behind who has such a bad and worst customer service
              They have never contacted and try to resolve the issue
              Their managers are very rude and have no manners to speak
              They think themselves that they are the vip of India

                  I have bought two 1.5 ton ac and one 1.8 ton ac from vijay sales on February 2021 and taken extended warranty also but since I have bought these split ac from day one there are not working and I have complained thus to company several time and they come and fill the gas but again after 2 days they stop cooling and now they are saying its coil is not working and I have asked the to replace it since it's under warranty but they miss behaved wit me and said do whatever u can we can't fix it and I have spent lot of money to buy these worthless products n I'm facing such a problem and there attitude is totally unprofessional and they are acting like goons. I'll never buy a dakin products in future .so I request you to pls resolve my problem ASAP.

                        Hi,

                        I purchased a Daikin Inverter AC in April 2019. The cooling issues started this year in May and i June i called the local authorised Daikin enginneer for support, upon his visit he said the machine needs to be removed and both indoor and out door unit to be checked as the out door unit fan is not working as expected and slows down after a few minutes. The AC unit was taken to the service center and after inspecting i was told that the few parts to be changes in both indoor and out door unit which will cost more than 21000. This is totally unacceptable as the AC is hardly 2 years old. Kindly look in this and arrange for a replacement at the earliest.

                          Hi! Daikin India,

                          I bought an Ac in June 2018, however, it is not at all cooling now. Upon complaint, a Daikin technician came and said Gas has been leaked from Ac and a manufacturing defect will be there, as pressure is zero. Since this Ac is under warranty, I firmly request you to kindly replace this pc with a new one. But now the mechanic said that you have to pay for that. As Leakage is a manufacturing defect and it's under the warranty.
                          So, please tell me what the solution no, as we bought this Ac as this is a renowned company, but now my faith in this big renowned company is shaking.

                          Rest, I hope you will see into this serious manufacturing defect.

                          I send the mail on 29 June 2021 but cant gets any reply from the company. My AC is just hanging like a JUNK BOX on the wall without using once in this deadliest summer yet. But co. doesn't give an ear .

                            Daikin ac service is very poor nd they make fool o[censored]s..parts are defective..no cooling ..concerned persond refused to repair nd even they opened our ac nd ...khrab kar gaye..plz dont buy daikin..wadte of money..worsedt ac ever..

                              V raised a complaint about ac nd their executived persons (sardar ji) came, opened ac and put ice water and d gas leaked and so on, ... then said we are not allowed to check it due to company policy of location ..nd now sabia ji and Mr MANOJ (d concerned person) misbehaved and denied to chck it nd repair saying "jo kar diya so theek h"... y dey opened it if their company policy doent allow them to do so..giving no anwers and numbers of their seniors to talk...hamara ac khrab kiya daikin k workers ne aur ab batameezi...

                              Correct Daikin AC's are the junk boxes, they all have the same problem of pressure and gas leakages. They spoil the hard-earned money of the consumers on these JUNK BOXES. everybody faces the same cooling issues. It's a manufacturing defect.

                              Yes, we are thinking of a legal action against them..as many of these complaints are having same probs..that means they are giving fake excusez to make people foolish..and ye log (company)ko koi loss na ho..pats change hi ni karna koi na koi policy bata k customer ko bewakoof banana h bus ..ki..customer inka defective part change khud se hi karwa le kahin

                                    Our Daikin inverter ac 1.5 ton has developed some issue with its outlet unit and We have registered a breakdown request to a nearer dealer but he Refused to resolve our Complaint. We have Purchased the In ac in The year 2019. Need to take action urgently

                                      Bought daikin product on 8 april 2021, indoor unit make loud noise when starts, raised complaint 3 times. Problems not solve till now. Technician says the product is not ok.I request you to please change the unit.Seriously i m not happy

                                        I have faced the same cooling issue 3tymes already in one month.. also emailed the same issue but didnt recieve and response back. Everytime they visit and say it wil b done tomorrow. Always d same iddue and same answer. Once they repair it, it stops working within a week. Worst service ever.
