Ashok patel (+[protected] the vendor i got through sulekha asked for 6500 for ac circuit replacement. I paid 4500 as advance but now he is procrastiating the service and not picking the call.

    I've purchased daikin ac from amazon and got it delivered on 21 may. I got a message from daikin on 22nd may that a person will come for installation and got his number along with the message. Now the worst part is when i'm calling that number to confirm when he's gonna come to do the installation he's claiming that he's not from daikin and he blocked my number after i called him multiple times. Now when i mentioned same to daikin customer care agents they are giving some vague responses that your issue will be resolved apart from that nothing else from their side.

    Their customer care can be connected only once in a day when you try multiple times it gets disconnected automatically after sometime. They are kind of gods so it's really difficult to reach them

      I bought an Daikin 1.8 ton Ac last August and, The Gas of ac is leaked automatically .
      I register complaint in Daikin and mail them for the service but no response taken at all. So I m very irritated with that. Please Take a serious action on it. Very bad response from them.

        I purchased a 5 star 1.5 ton Daikin inverter AC model no. FTKG50TV16U on 17 April 2019. Very soon, within 10 days of its installation, it's indoor PCB (as I was informed by the Daikin technician) was damaged and the AC started working as a non- inverter AC. I mean the AC would run until it reached the set room temperature and then the compressor would trip. Again the compressor would start running when the room temperature would rise to 2-3° celcius. On complaining, the PCB was replaced by the Daikin technician after 15 days. But, to my dismay, the problem of the tripping of the compressor remained unsolved. On complaining about the same again, I was told that both of the PCBs of the indoor and outdoor units would be replaced. After a long waiting and repeated complaints, the PCBs were replaced in the first week of October 2019 (when the atmospheric temperature fell to somewhere around 26-28°C). So, I couldn't use the AC after that. But, after winter season when on 15th April 2020 I switched on the AC, it didn't start either. The compressor ran for a few (15-20 ) seconds and then broke down completely. Then, I sent an email to the Daikin but got no reply from them till today.

            I buyed new daikin inverter ac of 1.5 ton inverter..i hav been facing prob. Since the time i bouht it..i hav called 6-7 times since i bought it..i buyed the ac on 6 april 2019..recently i call the customer care in february for the prob. That ac. Is not working..the company person came nd told me about the gas leakage..he charged it and after few days it again stopped..i called again bt this time i cant register my complain due to lockdown and service suspension...i hav been calling since march last week when the warranty was valid..now the company person is telling that the warranty is expired on 7th april 2020..wats my fault..moreover..wen he came..he fix the prob. By pasting teflon tape..now he is telling the whole system will b taken to company nd checked for nitrogen..the company person who are coming are not skilled and dont behave properly..they are telling me about any inner leakage..only within one yr i called the company several times..i am facing prob. Regarding this and this summer...i need the prob. To b solved..and new system to b given..

              Sir,
              I have purchased a diakin split jtkj50tv16u rav air conditioner with bill no-se-371, dt.20.04.2019 at sonovision, ashoknagar branch, eluru-andhra pradesh.
              Three months after installation of the unit the density of the cooling was decreased drastically. At that time i had complained to the sonovision shop personnel on 17.07.2019 with reference no - vij[protected] regarding the issue and they have arranged a technician to resovle the issue.
              Technician attended for resolve the complaint and cleaned the inside mesh with water and advised us due to dust pooled inside the mesh it was happened. Some days later the situation is worsen and only air with out cooling is out from the unit.
              Due to supporting by the weather condintions, we felt comfort in the room temparature and ignored the usage of the airconditioner.
              Now we have again complained to the dealer sonovision on 20.03.2020 with reference no - vij[protected], but till date nobody has attended for resolve the issue. We are suffering from a lot of inconvience due to the service rendered by the compamy. Please rectify the problem as early.

                  Two free servicing information is printed in a 4 page warranty card expecting the customer to read it for claim. I was neither informed by kohinoor sales team nor gennext services of such beneficial service.
                  Miss anju from your mumbai office assured me to get one service in march'19 on my email dated 23.12.19 but she has not yet replied. She is not reachable since that day. It would be good if the company stands by this commitment.

                      Hope so all is well!

                      I had purchase daikin 1.5 ton split a/c 4 star rating model. Once unit has been installed after i put switch on the unit that time indoor unit pcb board has been spark and not working than i complaint to were i was purchase that person he is telling bring to my shop that i will see what is the problem.

                      These kind of after sale service is giving daikin? Still he had not given to me tax invoice. And were i purchase daikin a/c he is the authorised dealer of daikin.

                      Daily i am calling since last one week after that he has taken my indoor unit pcb board and while taking he tell me i will bring new fresh one pcb board but he had bring my old one only with alteration/ repair. I want to ask seriously you are giving these kind of services to your customers.

                      I had buy from these supplier (Warsi cool services) shop no. 4, olive exel chs, plot 16, sector 42, seawoods, nerul, navi mumbai, maharashtra 400706, india

                      Worst ever after sale service, first of all the product was not delivered on time.

                      And the ac which was delivered it was defective piece and seller do not want to replace and even to repair we have to take the item all the way to his shop never recommend these seller to anyone.

                        repeatedly damaged flap of my split ac

                        I am using Daikin AC (Model Number-FTC50QRV161) from last three
                        years. from last 1and half years i am facing swing issues repeatedly. I am
                        already changed Swing two times. But every time daikin service engineer fit
                        the swing after two month this got damaged too. I don't know when will this
                        problem solved.

                        I owned daikin before 4 years.. I did not face major problem. But past few months giving trouble. We booked call and daikin mechanic came and changed outdoor motherboard. He charged to 5500 include service charge. Only 2 days it workedcproper.. After 2 days ac works only morning time (Generally we don't use in day time. Only we use on night time this am mentioning hear inform very short usage since 4 years) night time not working. Again i called responsible person he told to buy stabilizer. Night time voltage is 240v.. Inverter will work on this volt... Then why should i need to buy stabilizer

                            We have fitted almost10-12 ac's in our office but we are facing issues like
                            1) temperature sensor not working - lot of variation in temperature making it irritating
                            2) water leakage from ac's - need to make the ac off after 15 min
                            3) remotes getting hang/ not working - even after changing the battery
                            4) stagnant water smell - making suffocation
                            Problem is more in conference rooms

                              I purchased a daikin air conditioner of 1.5 ton on 10th april, 2019. There has been gas leakage in ac thrice and when i called the service center, they came and did some temporary fixing which did not last long. I am fed up and have tried calling kanpur area's head management of daikin but they seem to be quite ignorant to the issue. Therefore i am raising this issue here. If the ac has some serious issues, i make a humble request to change it because rs 32, 000 means alot for a middle class man.

                                I purchase an a. C. Machine, but the company sent an unskilled person to instal the machine who had no engulf knowledge and thus he could not install the machine properly even he took two days to install the machine and he made the machine dirty not only that he could not made me understand the procedure of the machine and remote control. So the machine is not working properly. And there is no successfully result by calling to [protected] from my mob. [protected] again and again. I am being harassed continuously by the company as there are no result when i did whatsapp to [protected] and call to [protected]. The person who is provided by the customer care service clearly denied to give us the service (Koyal techno service). It is 5 months passed from purchase the machine, in this circumstance i want to return the product if the company can not give adequate service withen 6th september 2019 otherwise you are requested to make me know the procedure how i return the product.

                                  My daikin inverter split ac is about 2.5 years old and covered by amc. As cooing stopped i called the service people who said that the cooling coil has failed. They have said that the cost for replacing will be about rs.7000. I am very upset that for a new ac only 2.5 years old, i have to spend 7000 for replacing coil which is not a mistake from my side. I have another daikin ac which is 3.5 years old having no problem in another bedroom. Daikin has told me that the cooling coil is not covered under warranty. I fail to understand how a costly product can fail within 2 1/2 years and that the customer has to pay for such replacements even though the product is covered under amc. (Warranty for coil is only 1 year). This is very unfair. Hope that daikin management can consider my situation and take proper action to address my predicament.

                                    I had purchased a Daikin split AC on 13th of Aug'18. We had started facing
                                    cooling issues in the same since last week and on 24th of this month we
                                    requested a service visit. The service engineer told us the capacitor is
                                    defective and replaced the same on 25th Aug’19. While replacing the capacitor he also found another issue
                                    and now claims that the compressor is faulty and has to be replaced. I have
                                    been using ACs since over 2 decades and have tried close to every brand
                                    offering ACs in the market and have never ever seen compressor giving out
                                    within only a year of purchasing.
                                    I paid more than market value of your AVG ACs because of the brand value
                                    Daikin offered but the AC has proved to be worst off than locally assembled
                                    ones. I placed a request to replace the unit and not just the compressor for which i was denied without even mentioning why they couldn’t take my request. I am saddened by the casual attitude of the customer care and even after writing emails and numerous calls, they aren’t taking it seriously.

                                      I had purchased 18 ac from daikin, at the time of purchase they assured, and gave guarantee, that service to my location will be available overnight.

                                      But sorry to say, its just hell with their service.

                                      On 13th of august i gave a service request that need service of all ac and in 2 ac required gas, its not chilling.
                                      But till today 24th aug, they are with no result.
                                      Yesterday i called asking for result, they are telling we are not having service engineer, so we will provide you next week. I was frustrated and asked them after summer will you provide service. When we were purchasing that time you say overnight service, then what's this. This is your service. Etc etc.
                                      Then they told fine on 24th we will provide you service, now today when i called, then they are telling we are not available with gas, so will be coming on tuesday.
                                      I am just unable to understand they are saying as no. One company and they are not available with gas? What kind of service they guarantee.
                                      Worst service.

                                      Infact the local service customer was shouting on me that we will provide as per our whenever we will feel so.

                                      The worst service of daikin company so called no. 1 company. As per service they are big zero.
