    I had purchased 7cz from snapdeal. After five months it got faulty and it also was in warranty. So the company given me a new 7cz for that but it is not same as previous 7cz. In this 7cz pen drive is not working. Rom is only 831mb whereas in my previous 7cz rom was 2. 56gb. And also any application is not installing in my sd card. I am in great trouble. The company given me fake product i think. I will go for consumer court if my original product not refunded.

      Dear Sir/Madam, I have paid amount of Rs. 2999/- cheque ( Cheque No. 636148, ICICI Bank ) through professional courier on 3rd April 2012. Already the cash has been debited on 13th April 2012. But till date i am trying to chase to the company several times, but there is no response .         Sir, my ubislate 7c+ tablet is not working fine. The "screen is blinking" in every 2-3 mins. Please solve my problem

        They are not giving proper response regarding product repairment

        I bought a Ubisalate 7C+ tablet from DATAWIND Amritsar They gave me 1 year warranty along the tablet and now my tablet is not working and no body is giving proper respose.I bought it in April 2013.

            I purchased the ubislate7c+ from star cj. after two months the charging point did not work, for which i given the tablet to an authorised service center M/s RITE SOLUTION at tirunelveli, in tamilnadu. The service center returned another tablet after one and half month.. The new system battery is discharging very quickly and the major defect is it is hanging very frequently whenin use. when i reported the same to the service center m/s RITE SOULTION he opened the tablet backside cover and by sorting the battery two end cleared the problem and told when the problem comes do it accordingly, it cannot be repaired. I asked him to give me a certificate of replacement as he had replaced my tablet with another tablet of different IME number but he refused to give that, presently the tablet is in warranty but it is not in condition o[censored]se because every after 30 minutes o[censored]se it needs the same procedure to be followed as the service center had done. the charger he had given is also not working, but he company is not responding as the service center told there is no problem. presently I have transferred to Visakahpatnam. request to take necessary action and all product of datawind may be checked before selling for its reliability and all its operation.                 have bought Mobile phone from Naptol Phone model is DATA WIND pocket 3G4 for Rs3, 300 on 14.06.2015, i have charged 100% and then i used, but it get down battery with 2-3hours, i keep taking my charger along with me wherever i go, so i made compliant and i given to the DATAWIND phone dealer at chennai on 19.06.2015, they told that the same mobile will be send to DELHI and after fault rectification the same will be handed over to me after 20 days. i have suffered lot, for time delay kindly do the needful please... kindly replace the battery or replace the mobile set please

                  I have booked one Ubislate-1 in India with Rs.2999/- on April, 2012 vide Registration No.PM28631420DE but did not get the product delivered till Dec, 2012. I therefore prayed for refund of booking money for delay in delivery of the product. During March, 2013 they despatched the product through the courier demanding Rs.1500/- more to take delivery of the product. I refused to take delivery on paying Rs.1500/- and the same was returned back. But they have not refunded the Registration money till date. I am giving the payment details as follow.                       I have bought a tab 3G10 recently after going through the product description on their website and also on flipkart. After receipt of tablet i faced following problems:- 1. The tab does not support Google services i.e google play store, google play services, google+ and all d apps which requires these google services to run e.g. all taxi apps, youtube, cricket games, etc, , , 2. When i contacted their customer care through phone line, , they first said to reset d tab, , , after that i was given a service center address. When i reached d shop, they said that they had stopped datawind services since past 3 months, , , So company does not know whether their service center are functionong or not. 3. Next day i called their technical center who says that google services are not compatible with d Datawind products, , , n even refused to lodge a complain regarding this, , , 4. Later i decided to verify all d function given in d advertisement n to my horror many of d services d company is boasting are not working, , , e.g, GPS never locked on even in open ground, HDMI port not functioning, 3G dongle not detecting, , Device is getting connected only as media player to d computer as drivers failed to get instaslled.. The company is advertising their product with holding of informations which are very crucial for thge customer to decide whether to buy their product or not, , , They are intensionally doing this n even their packaging does not mention d facts, , , ,

                      Here comes another classic from the DATAWIND ... This the second service center address given to me by the Technical support call center person who says is the Senior Manager of this company. He assured me that this is the current and working service center for DATAWIND in Gurgaon and has been verified before giving this address.

                      DATAWIND management if you have a 1% thoughtfullness towards your customers, do look into it, , , you are as such in and going this way will be cosing down soon ...

                          I bought a new datawind 7cz on 22 jan 2015 through online retailer aasan. Now the batter back up is woefully low lasting not more than 10 minutes. I called up the customer care center and explained the problem. They advised me to contact the local hyderabad service center and gave the phone number. when i called them up, they said, they dont do the service as datawind is not paying them properly and advised me to buy the batter for a cost of Rs 850/-. When i explained them that my product is under warranty, they refused to listen and said either pay up or go to the company in a very rude manner. Can anyone address my issue quickly so that this problem is resovled.

                          Hi,

                          On 10th June i submitted my tab at Amba Mobiles the authorized service station who acknowledged with a complaint number RVSRN1506SAY00032. Its 7 days since i gave it, but nothing is heard whatsoever on the status of the complaint. Can some one look into the matter and ensure that its rectified and returned at the earliest? Hope someone is listening...

                            Sir, I had bought a tab of datawind model ubilslate 3g7 dual sim (IMEI No. [protected] through paytm on[protected] vide order no[protected]. From the date of purchasing, I experienced that the said tab has some major problems like pen drive detection, charging port problems etc. I complained regarding the above mentioned issues on toll free no. of datawind company vide ticket no. GQ0407DL50291, GL048DL[protected] and 0516DL[protected]. I was suggested to contact to near service centre. Then, I deposited my tab at service centre Globe communication located at Vikash marg, Shakarpur, Delhi-110092. Finally, on 2/6/2015 my tab was not repaired by service centre and told by them that “your tab is not repairable so service centre provided me an another old tab model no. UBT27Cz. My grievances is that I was provided old lower version model UBT27Cz (IMEI No.[protected] secon IMEI No. [protected]) in place of my new latest version model ubislate 3g7 and given tab specification /configuration is lower than my original purchasing tab i.e. ubislate 3g7. It is requested that please provide me a new Ubislate 3G7 tab in lieu of my tab at the earliest please. No response has been received after lapsing seven days and complaint was closed my ticket id GL0605DL60972 Mobile No. [protected] Email ID: [protected]@gmail.com

                            A call from datawaind received on[protected] and advised me that ubislate 3G7 Dual Sim tab may be collected today from service centre. I visited the service centrre today and met with Mr. Ashwani. He said that the device is not available now and you will visit again tomorrow to collect a new ubislate 3G7 Dual Sim.

                            I again visited service centre on[protected] after calling by datawind to collect new device but service centre failed to provide new device. I was being given old repaired device with lower model by Mr. Ashwani. He said that "[ if you want to take new device. You will have to wait further two to three days for a new and same device. He will write to datawind to provide new device in place of your device/Tab baught by you.

                            the Datawind Company and Service centre are only promising and taking more time again and again.

                            Please resolve the matter.

                              imei: [protected] & [protected]; invoice tifex[protected] dt 22.05.2015 received item on 05.06.2015 tablet not support "google". i am not able to take backup. not able to installed apps. os is kitkat4.2.2 of google, but its not support google. i have talked to your customer care & technical team, to Mr. mayank, pankaj, nirmal and ms. sawati but they all are not able to help me. ms. nancy and mr mahajan hide me to give details about tablet before purchase. one of your technical staff person told that purchase laptop to take backup. very sorry to say please rectify the same other wise refund my money. no body respond, when i mailed to you. your technical staff not responded well they said only and only sorry. please suggest where i can go to take my money back. i don't want to go consumer court. please sort out.

                              Add account is also not possible photo attached for proof.when I add my account google team warn that some body hack your gmail account and told that use only genuine table (we know GOOGLE is reputed organisation). Apps slid me market is also fake apps after download installation failed.

                                        I have received a Mobile Handset Pocket Surfer 3G4 on 16-May-2015 vide your Invoice No. TIFEX[protected] dated 14-May-2015. TRK#[protected] and[protected]. The battery of the handset is very faulty, which needs recharging in every 5-6 hours even in idle conditions. The Reliance does not know the phone sets of Data Wind and they could not provide GPRS settings automatically. I managed the same manually, but internet showing certificate problem continuously in every browsing. The mobile continuously showing data on "H" on top of the handset, even after closing the Data option. You are requested kindly to replace the handset at the earliest.
