        To, Pehredaar Dear sir/mam I have book my ubislate table on line in May-2012 with booking id=PM75382 with following payment details : Accountholder’s name: Kamal Ajmera Bank Name: SBI Bank Branch, City: Bhavnagar Para Branch, Bhavnagar City Account Number: [protected] IFSC/NEFT Code:SBIN0004865 CHEQUE/DD No.:286554 With reference to above details, I have received my device in broken condition, I had informed to datawind in two hours on toll free number mentioned on website. They instructed to sent at datawind Amritsar office through courier i.e . East Mohan Nagar, Amritsar -143001 Call:[protected] I took initiative and suddenly sent to office and I got call from datawind within one week that we received your device and it is in observation, we will update you soon. After many days, I again tried that toll free number many times but wont replied all time and after some days they blocked me or don’t know, my number could not be reaching on same. Sir, I got tired a lot then finally I mailed on given email id from CONTACT US on site, on recipient my mail they assured me that we will look in your matter and get back to you soon. This matter also took long time and finally I mailed to your i. e. [protected]@network18online.com and after intervene by pehredaar they come in to the action and call me from their side and asked me all details which I already provided them many times by mail or on phone too. They played different different strategies to find me wrong but as I am not lying they got all information in true manner. Finally I got call from someone responsible from datawind delhi office and he assured me that datawind convised and my new device is in process to dispatch in two three days, but till date I am awaiting to this device. I had got confirmation mail from datawind customer care and they ensure me to get my order in 1 or 2 upcoming month. i have continuously communicating with them after 3 month through email or phone (toll free) but they dint replied me for any of them. Meanwhile they gave me offer on call to pay COD Rs.500/- more and I will get upgraded device against my old one (which was closed while awaiting order). I also agreed this offer of datawind and they told me my upgraded device i.e called ubislate7CI dispatched. But this time again they fraud me and gave wrong answer. Finally, I am very much harassed by Datawind Company, so again come to your door step to step in this issue and resolve once again so I can get my device against broken one or refund my amount. Sir, please look in to this matter as I am always got 100% sure response from pehredaar whenever required. Expected to needful in this matter. Thanking your. --Kamal Ajmera,[protected]

It is really a shame to hear from you after same thing is conveyed by me "that i have not corrier details"!!!. This comment shows you are not willing to resolve this issue.. and
        i am once again requesting consumer complaints representative to get into this issue as datawind company is not responding positively.

        Today i again got call from datawind innovations and they again asking same details which i have already been provided since long time. Even i also reported them that now i wont carried out courier details so they are replied here with same which seem they are blufing out and not interested to resolve this issue.

        sir, i once again requesting your kind honor to look into this matter as it tracing out since more then 2 yeas with this fraud datawind company. They are not in mood to refund my amount (prepaid) or replace my device..

          Dear Sirs I had purchased one Datawind 3G7 tab recently, which unfortunately developwed some problem with a month o[censored]sage and subsequently I had approached your authorised service station M/s New Age Computers in Raipur Chhattisgarh on 12 December 2014.-Work Order No. RVSRN NAC00032. I was told that the tab has got some serious troubles and has to be sent to the head quarters. But unfortunately, after the lapse of almost one and a half month, the Service Centre people are unable to repair and retain the tab, which is causing me great inconvenience and generating a dubious picture about the service centre and even the Datwaind India ltd. It is a pathetic state of affair and your good wil is requested to make personal interventions and address my issue with top priority expecting to hear from you soon and wishing you a happy new year Manoj Nair Bhilai, Raipur, Chhattisgarh

                I want to lodge a complaint against DATAWIND .The facts of the matter is as under:I have purchase the Datawind TAB Ubislate 7Cz in my brothers name in the month of July and given for servicing in the month of Sept'14 still i have not yet recd the TAB from servicing Center.                     Sir, I have purchased the above unit From M/s Sangeetha Mobiles Pvt.ltd.335/1A, 12th Main Road, 2nd Avenue, West Annanagar, Chennai-600040. on 14th January 2015 evening .I feet very much disappointed after seeing the performance. The unit is often hanging. and 1.Not recognising Bluetooth, Wi-Fi .Not recognising any wireless datacard. and finally both the Simcard are not recognising. Nobody is able to guide for the service center. Even the Sangeetha Mobiles are not able to give the proper address of service centers.For oneweek I strugled very much to find the Servicecenter..Sangeetha mobiles feels that once they sell the unit they wash their hands and make the customer to suffer. This is the attitude of the dealers. and manufacturers. Finally after 25th januay I got the phone number of the Regional manager Mr.;Sridharan's phone no.and contacted him.On 31st January I gave the unit for servicing and asked for D.o.A letter for getting replacemet. But they refused because warranty for issuing DOA cert ificate is for firstweek and not for ths.Because I gave the unit in second week. The service center people told me t hat there is motherboard problem and they have to send it to BOMBAY and asked me to contact after 25 days.. Being a retired person I spent the amount RS.3, 500z/- from my savings and you are happily enjoying the customers struggle. after disposing a useless DATA WING TABLET AND WITHOUT PROPER SERVICE CENTERS. sir, I am givng the ELS Form Number: RVSRN1501DTS00104 dt.31.1.2015---I request you to kindly rectify it and give me perfectly tested unit in all respects and return the unit as early as possible .                         Dear sir, I had ordered tab through tv show on Star CJ alive on[protected]. After doing many calls for delivery i got it after 15 days from the date of booking. On delivery when i check the tab was faulty and representative told me to do complain and i get replacement of tab in 48 hours. But after doing many calls to Star Cj Alive and Datawind but i don't get any response for the both the companies. and i try to service centre and they are not ready for replacement. After 3 weeks i deposit same in service centre and they told to give delivery after 25 days. This is my life's worst experience with STAR CJ alive. If you can help me please find below my detail.                               I have ordered datawind tablet 7c+ on[protected] with Order No 12707670 through naaptol and it has been delivered on[protected] with invoice no 847467/DL/001086/[protected] from the day of delivery the tablet is completely dead the EMEI NO's of the tablet are [protected] and [protected], this is the second time registering the complaint please get back to me immediately, my moblile no is [protected], at any cost i want the tablet to be replaced with new one as early as possible. thanks

                                I placed my order of data wind ubislate 7c+ tablet on dt.18.01.15, I received it on dt.23.01.15 but very same my tab is not working properly [hangs problem] in every application. I have called more then 5 times to your cus.care executive's he get me a solution but still my problem is not solved I invest Rs.4400 on your products. So pls.solve my prob.immidiately otherwise replace it.

                                    Imei no-[protected].
                                    Sent to m/s dutta enterprises, bus stand(Authorised service center for datawind), jammu.J&k state for problem in touch screen
                                    Vide work order no-rvsrn1410des00085 dt.18.10.2014.
                                    Inspite of repeated calls to them the tablet not received after repairs although 3 and a half month has passed.
