I have book my ubislate table on line in May-2012 with booking id=PM75382 with following payment details :

With reference to above details, I have received my device in broken condition, I had informed to datawind in two hours on toll free number mentioned on website. They instructed to sent at datawind Amritsar office through courier i.e .

I took initiative and suddenly sent to office and I got call from datawind within one week that we received your device and it is in observation, we will update you soon.
After many days, I again tried that toll free number many times but wont replied all time and after some days they blocked me or don’t know, my number could not be reaching on same.
Sir, I got tired a lot then finally I mailed on given email id from CONTACT US on site, on recipient my mail they assured me that we will look in your matter and get back to you soon.
This matter also took long time and finally I mailed to your i. e. [protected]@network18online.com and after intervene by pehredaar they come in to the action and call me from their side and asked me all details which I already provided them many times by mail or on phone too. They played different different strategies to find me wrong but as I am not lying they got all information in true manner.
Finally I got call from someone responsible from datawind delhi office and he assured me that datawind convised and my new device is in process to dispatch in two three days, but till date I am awaiting to this device.
I had got confirmation mail from datawind customer care and they ensure me to get my order in 1 or 2 upcoming month. i have continuously communicating with them after 3 month through email or phone (toll free) but they dint replied me for any of them. Meanwhile they gave me offer on call to pay COD Rs.500/- more and I will get upgraded device against my old one (which was closed while awaiting order). I also agreed this offer of datawind and they told me my upgraded device i.e called ubislate7CI dispatched. But this time again they fraud me and gave wrong answer.
Finally, I am very much harassed by Datawind Company, so again come to your door step to step in this issue and resolve once again so I can get my device against broken one or refund my amount.
Sir, please look in to this matter as I am always got 100% sure response from pehredaar whenever required. Expected to needful in this matter. Thanking your.
