One Datawind Tablet 7C+ (UBISLATE 7C+) has been delivered me on 12/05/2015 after Cash on Delivery (COD ) for Rs.4398/- (vide Invoive No.847520/AP/0012703/[protected] Dated 27/04/2015) through Indian Postal Business Parcel COD by M/s.Naaptol Online Shopping Pvt. Ltd., Andhra Pradesh-500014 in my shipping address : Mr. SACHIT SHANKAR DAS, J.D. AARTMENT, FLAT NO.10, NAMOPARA PURULIA, WEST BENGAL, PINCODE - 723103. The "Rear Camera" of the device (Datawind Tablet) has gone defunct from the day one and in this respect communication as well as complain have been made to the authority concerned by e-mail as per available e-mail id available in the warranty card, packaging box and in the invoice but till date no positive response or assurance have been received except dry apology for the inconvenience I am facing.

      Dear sir, We have purchased two tablets & one tablet keybord. We are your regular customer from JAIPUR(RAJASTHAN). I purchase the one tablet key bord. But problem in this key bord space key not work properly. so, we call your service help line no. then your executive say to me we submit this keybord in our service center then we we will will be change this . So, we submitt this keybord to LAKSHYA TECH SOLUTIONS LTD. AT JAIPUR office. Then he said to me that we WILL call me if new key bord come from datawind. Then sir, no call came from LAKSHYA TECH SOLUTIONS LTD. AFTER one month & we call the telelphone no. but no response. Then we went of lakshya office . I saw this office have closed & notice bord message tel no. is wrong. sO, TRY TO UNDERSTAND my problem . pls send my key bord . U can find the attachment of MY RECEIPT. by Lakshya tech soloution. If 3G network in reliance not available in gujarat so Data wind mobile must not be sell in gujarat state.

            Dear Sir/Madam, My DATAWIND Tablet 7C-Plus (Edge) bearing IMEI No.[protected], purchased on 18th March 2014. it is under repair from 20th Oct. 2014. It was submitted with M/S Z A Mob ASP of DATAWIND I called DATAWIND toll-free on 22nd Nov.14 Service desk response was that it be repaired and returned very soon. But they not cleared that what is soon means is it one week or three month, and there was no response after that.When I contacted on 12th Dec.2014, On 13th Dec. 2014, M/S Z A Mobiles staff was giving me a different TAB that was not mine and was older and in worst condition lot of scratches with many stickers on back panel. In this TAB, SIM and Memory Card slot had a broken cover was attached/fixed with a white paper sticker. There is no system of Delivery Challan that can indicate that old IMEI No. was replaced with different IMEI No.. And service staff told they had no solution so contact at DATAWIND service desk. I mailed several times to help desk but all was in vain. Even after more than 6 month DATAWIND service support has no solution or they are making me fool and harassing.                               hello, i have ordered 1 ubislate tablet from Akash Tablet. after 7 days i got delivery of the product but when i opened it, device screen was completely cracked. i complained on techsupport of datawind to replace my product. they gave me a ticket id. 0324GT37296. but even after 20 days of compaining they did not gave me replacement. last time when i contacted them they told me that they have sent device from their side. and gave me awb no of device. but awb number shows item is delivered in delhi. i am from surat. how do i get device which is delivered in delhi? i told them about this but i got no response from them. i called on their customer care no but its dead. this company is totally fraud. cheating people legally. this company should be banned. i am continiously trying to contacted them but nobody cares to answer me.

                                  Hi, Since last one month I am receiving calls from your sales executives to buy a cell. Even after confirming that I am not interested they are calling me daily. Just today they have called me atleast 20 times from phone number [protected]. Here I just want to inform you that if this is not stopped from this moment I'll be filling a police complaint for the same in the Ghaziabad Police station (I already spoken with the Station in-charge for the same) and will also file a case in the respective court.                                   Thanks for the quick response. Just to let you know that today also I received three calls from the same number. They stopped only after I placed an order with them (which I really don't need and have to reject when it'll arrive).

                                  This is really not a appreciated way of selling things out. To meet the targets you are just creating problems in other people's lives.

                                      Dear Sir, My mobile backdore was damaged at that time of receiving the goods. I have never compliened on that issue. But one month back my mobile screen changed in whitish colour.Remaing condition is fit.That damaged was happened while i put my mobile in my tight jeans pant in travelling. After reaching my destination i observed that my mobile is swithed off. I was tried to restart from that time mobile screen changed to whitish colour.I register a complient and the number is 0305AP19507. Your customer care executive advised me to go ELURU Service point which is nearer to my city(75 kms). That mobile was kept for 7 days in the center. after one week they told me that i send my mobile to VIJAYAWADA Service center as they have no spares. Again i register a complient on the same number. I visited the VIJAYAWADA Service center which is far away from my native place (150 kms).After examining the phone condition they simply told that the repair of mobile will not cover in the warranty as the mobile have physical damage. I told them the mistake was not done by me. It was happened unfortunately in my pocket. But they rejected my mobile to solve issue. This mistake is just because of very delicate parts delivered by your company. So please clear my issue ASAP as my mobile is in idle condition for one month.

I was order Ubislate 7c + (edge) Dual Sim, but they were sent me single sim and also in damage condition when I was contact them for replacement they were told me courier the product to us and we will replace it but courier charges of sending and receving both will bear to you.
