Dear Sir/Madam,
My DATAWIND Tablet 7C-Plus (Edge) bearing IMEI No.[protected], purchased on 18th March 2014. it is
under repair from 20th Oct. 2014. It was submitted with M/S Z A Mob ASP of DATAWIND
I called DATAWIND toll-free on 22nd Nov.14 Service desk response was that it be repaired and returned very soon. But they not cleared that what is soon means is it one week or three month, and there was no response after that.When I contacted on 12th Dec.2014,
On 13th Dec. 2014, M/S Z A Mobiles staff was giving me a different TAB that was not mine and was older and in worst condition lot of scratches with many stickers on back panel. In this TAB, SIM and Memory Card slot had a broken cover was attached/fixed with a white paper sticker.
There is no system of Delivery Challan that can indicate that old IMEI No. was replaced with different IMEI No.. And service staff told they had no solution so contact at DATAWIND service desk.
I mailed several times to help desk but all was in vain.
Even after more than 6 month DATAWIND service support has no solution or they are making me fool and harassing.
Kindly help me to get my repaired or replace unit back
