    Dear Sirs, I wish to draw you kind attention that I have purchase a Datawind Tab on 02.03.2015 through Naptol and the Tab was delivered to me on 05.03.2015. The Tab was faulty. It was not functioning at all. I have contacted your customer care so many times but the problems were not solved. Even after my so many calls to your customer care, they have advised me to surrender the tab in your Gurgaon branch for repair work. I surrendered the tab on 25.03.2015 but till now I have not received the tab. When I contacted your customer care they have advised me to wait for another 20 days. This is really cheating with the customers. I am feeling very harassing. I hereby request you to kindly send me either a new one or the same tab without any fault. If no action is taken by the company, I will take a suitable legal action against you for cheating/fraud with the customers. Satendra Singh

      Dear Sir i purchased a Tablet Ubislate 7C+ dual core 2G of Datawind from online shopping through Star CJ vide invoice no[protected] dated:03.10.2014. After purchasing the product i had a complaint that the application Skype was not running so i called Star CJ regarding the same and they gave me the number of Datawind Innovations Pvt Ltd customer care number to register a complaint. I did the same and handed over the Tablet bearing IMEI no- [protected] to their dealer Debros Systems at chennai office. After 2 1/2 months when i went to collect the Tablet they gave me an old used Tablet bearing IMEI no: [protected] and serial no:P[protected] which was having battery and Speaker problem. Again i went to their office after 12 days as i have to match with my offoce timings and shown the same. As usual they told me that we have to send the same to company for repairing which will take approximately 25 days. The day i purchased from that very next day i am suffering like anything. There were complaints i made to Star Cj that the customer care is also not responding to my problem rather then redirecting me to their dealers for repairing. I have purchased a new Tablet so if company is going to replace it then they have to give me a new one instead of an old used one. On 23rd April 2015 i shown the Tablet to my brother at cochin and he told me that its a very worst Tablet so if i repair also outside then it will last maximum 3 months. He replaced the IC and Resister so that battery charging gets started for temporary use. Lastly i marked a mail to company for refund but they are again telling me to go to their another dealer Kaizen infoserve pvt ltd at chennai with a complaint id-0115TN9320 Should i be getting any solution?

      Charger not working

      Recently purchased Akash Tablet Ubislate 7C+ but his charger is not working and sometimes his touch is also not working.

          I purchased Datawin Tablet online from Star CJ but there was working (no network) in oct'15 so given to service center after lot of followup got back without checked in Dec'15 but found still not working so was given back in Jan'15 to service center but lot of followup still not getting tablet back.

          Datawind — Defective sim card slot

          I inserted various sim cards in my Ubislate 7CZ voice calling tab but it showed everytime that there are no sim cards.Please respond as soon as possible.

In this regards, I require the duplicate invoice bill for my above purchase since i require the same as the touchpad of my slate is not working and i want to get the same repaired and service centre people are asking for the invoice bill as the same is under warranty period.                 Dear Datawind Team I bought tab on dated 23rd Dec 2014 from day one I was facing the problem on/off switch. From day one I had to press hard to switch on my tab after I took it to service center (malik tele services pankha road Delhi )they claimed the button was damaged by me. And they took 15-20 days deliver my tab and they charged me 180/-rs that to without giving me any cash receipt. After a week the same problem occurred and I went to them on dated 14 march 2015 And they asked me to wait for two days. After that I m in regular touch but today they told me that yesterday 23/03/2015 they have sent the tab to head office for repair.they were holding this tab for approximately 10days unattended Since I bought my tab most of the time my tab is in service center.                   I ordered a datawind ubislate 7c+ edge dual sim and dual camera from snapdeal on 19-nov-2014 then due to a software problem i submitted that tab at the ahuja mobile care in abhor then recived a tablet that is single sim and single camera so again i submitted the wrong device on 21-02-15 till now i didn't get any satisfactory reply from the datawind coustmer care that when i will get my tablet ahuja mobile care no - [protected] - [protected] slip no of the submitted wrong tablet - 083

                            The issue is still open.. I fed up with careless service from your end. No value for customer voice??
                            I had called your customer service couple of times there was only a recorded voice saying this # doesn't exist

                              i buy the datawind 3g7 tablet from datawind and there is a problem in tablet. I send it to service center for repairing withing the warrenty period. after repairing my device there is a back cover of my tablet is not return and for that i raise my complain from dec-2014, till date they are not giving proper reply about my tablet's back cover

                                सर आपकी कंपनी दवा मेरे पास एक कॉल आया था जिसमे उन्होंने मुझे ubislate7cz tab के बारे में बाय था जिसमे मुझ ये भी बताया गया के इसमें मुझे 5000 का गिफ्ट वाउचर भी मिलेगा मेने 9 फेरवारि 2015 को आर्डर किया था और 13 फेरवेरी 2015 को मुझे टेबलेट मिल गया पर साथ में जिस गिफ्ट वाउचर के बार में बताया गया था वो नहीं मिला तब मेने coustumer carecenter पे कॉल किया 13 फरवेरीओ तो उन्होंने मुझे कहा की 4 दिन में आपके पास वॉचर पहुच जाएगा प् नहीं आया उसकेबाद मेने कई बारर कॉलइया पर अभी भी मुझे गिफ्ट वाउचर नहीं मिला हे।कृपया कर मेरी मदद करे

On 27 December 2014.- Jobsheet no. MAH008J1100. I was told that the tab has got some serious troubles and has to be sent to the head quarters. But unfortunately, after the lapse of almost two month, the Service Centre people are unable to give status about my device, which is causing me great inconvenience and generating a dubious picture about the service centre and even the Datwaind India ltd.
