I am Sudarshan Govardhan looking for help from consumer forum against Datawind Tablet. I had purchased datawind Tablet on 01.04.2014 and within 6 months I got irritated with tablet's repetitive starting delay issue and sometimes not starting at all also.As tablet has got warranty of 1 year from datawind tablet, I submitted the tablet in Datawind Customer Care service station on 27.10.2014, at Suraj Technology, Shop No.52, Bhosale Shinde Arcade, Deccan Pune as per advice of customer care. They have promised me to give feedback within 1 week but now its more than 2 months i have not received any feedback from datawind service station.i also called them no.of times on their service station Number-[protected], but it was of no use, every time I get new timeline.I personally visited service station no.of times but there is no response from them. So now I seek your intervention in this case to help me get rid of this problem and I am appealing you to take strong action against lethargy shown by data wind tablet so that in future no customer will face such issues from them.my ticket ID received from datawind service station is 1027MH45122.Looking for quick response, Thanks in advance.
