Hello Sir, I am Sudarshan Govardhan looking for help from consumer forum against Datawind Tablet. I had purchased datawind Tablet on 01.04.2014 and within 6 months I got irritated with tablet's repetitive starting delay issue and sometimes not starting at all also.As tablet has got warranty of 1 year from datawind tablet, I submitted the tablet in Datawind Customer Care service station on 27.10.2014, at Suraj Technology, Shop No.52, Bhosale Shinde Arcade, Deccan Pune as per advice of customer care. They have promised me to give feedback within 1 week but now its more than 2 months i have not received any feedback from datawind service station.i also called them no.of times on their service station Number-[protected], but it was of no use, every time I get new timeline.I personally visited service station no.of times but there is no response from them. So now I seek your intervention in this case to help me get rid of this problem and I am appealing you to take strong action against lethargy shown by data wind tablet so that in future no customer will face such issues from them.my ticket ID received from datawind service station is 1027MH45122.Looking for quick response, Thanks in advance.

    sir i kamineni janardhan i purchased DATAWIND/ UBISLATE 7CZ in two months back .in this tablet donot work in properly, in few days back this is totally not working, don't on the system, donot charging and not working .iam alredy submit the problem in oficial website but not responding please solve the problem

UBISLATE 7CZ TAB under warranty, was submitted to max care Ranchi, an authorized service centre o[censored]bislate, Roshpa tower shop no.F30 1st floor Roshpa tower, Ranchi for repair/replacement of HANG, the job sheet no. is RVSRN[protected] dated 29th oct. 2014. Approx 2 monts gone but no any Response by service center . i will call customer support [protected] (not toll free) approx every 2 days but they are say every time plese wait 4 to 5 day.         Hello. I have been chasing Datawind management for refund against the product purchased. I had purchased Ubislate7C+ against my booking ID CCHA6RSW. I have received the Tablet on Thursday, Aug 21st 2014. However after using it for a day, I am very disappointed with the functions and speed. I ordered Aakash tablet and received on 19th Aug 2014 . I had paid INR 2999 /- . As I was not satisfied with their product I had raised the refund request within 3 days of receipt of the product from them. I am requesting to refund my money back since last 6 months. This is a fraud company who is playing with customers sentiments and has no value for customer satisfaction.             I bought a tab (7CZ) IMEI:[protected] on 3rd oct 2013. it stopped working after a period of multiple failures and finally on 21st September 2014, i took it to Vinayak Service center, Bikaner. after 3 months of pathetic behavior of the service center they called me on 4th december 2014 to collect my replaced tab. but i found that replaced tab is a degraded model datawind 7C+(edge) IMEI:[protected], with no bluetooth, less ram, no internal storage, degraded processor etc. i refused to accept it and the service center told me if i hd any problem i need to talk to the headquaters or this tab will be lost too. later i called up the service no.[protected] and they gave me the complain no. 0325RJ4772 with respect to my problem. Miss Dimpy (call center official) told me she will process this problem to her higher officials in 24 hours. i constantly called your service center after two days...but recieved no response. after 4 days your call center official told me that i will be contacted soon. on 9th december i recieved a call from [protected] someone claiming to be a higher official. on hearing my problem, he put me on hold and later disconnected my call. when i called back there was no response. this behavoir is clear vindication of your company's customer policies. i am sorry to say that with all set of proofs and call recordings i will be moving to consumer court if my request is not processed in time and the model 7CZ is not replaced.               ave given my Tablet UBISLATE 3G7 SMARTPHONE DEVICE for repair of crack touch screen on 10 Oct 2014 to your local service center Nashik ( Electronic Media BF-5 Thakkar Bazar, New C.B.S Nashik Maharashtra 422001) against datawind Complaint ID 1009MH43050 with repairing Charges paid Rs 2200/- local service center (Purchased on date:- 25 Sept 2014 under one year Warranty).As I am an IT & Electronic Knowledge person before sending i have checked my device was working in good condition except touch screen crack.After submitting my device for repairs on my local service center, i have taken follow-up with local service center for one month then, called for many time (about 10 to 20 times on your customer care Service help line every time your service attainder told me you will get your device within 7 days after that again same messages was pass to me till 45 days).This Matter was escalated to customer care Mr Kalyan Singh. Datawind Innovations, after many time follow-up he finally send mail that your device is deliver to local service center E-mail received from Mr Kalyan Singh given below, where i have checked that it was not my Device but still request of you local service provider i picked up same, after checking thoroughly I found that Device was old used one having following problems given below, on the next day i given E-mail to Mr Kalyan Singh of Datawind Escalations. Problem details old Tablet i received:-1>No IMEI number found in tablet 2>No Serial Number found in tablet3> MAC Address not matches.4> Deep scratches on touch screen.5> SIM Slot not working with any card.6> Hangs while working For reference I have 1> Purchase Invoice copy 2> Work order number of local service center (Electronics Media). 3> Mail Transaction copies.

I am very disappointed with the product and the excitement has all gone for a task. Please do any of the below 3. 1) Replace the tablet with a new one 2) Return my money 3) Get my tablet repaired.

                    In a buy back offer I received an upgraded Tablet from, Datawind and I returned older piece/item (Tablet) to courier guy and paid difference amount 2500 as required in the offer to courier guy. Courier guy has misplaced or taken this item, which is supposed to be returned to company. Now Datawind company is bothering me from a long time to return older tablet, which i had already given. They have sent me a notice as well. I am not supposed to pay for Datawinds mistake in courier service. Datawind should have a tracking system of courier and device, by which they can easily catch the wrong person (courier guy) who did this mistake. I request you to please look into this matter.                           Complaint no.1122TN7799 It is shocking that after a month of delivery, tablet stopped working. On repeated phone calls with customer care centre, I was advised to follow the stops for resetting. After several attempts I found that it was not working. Hence I had to approach the service centre - Cell Tech, Egmore, Chennai -600008. The service centre informed me that the instrument would be sent to the manufacturer and it would take a month. As I do not want to wait for a month for no fault of mine except purchasing this tablet online, arrange to make refund or replace with a new one immediately.                             I purchase Datawind in August 2014 and it had problem for charging. So I complaint for it to service center and as per their instruction handed over to Pune service station on 10th October 2014. It was repair and return on 22nd November 2014 with damaged display. Again Datawind people said to hand over to service station launch the complaint again. It is very frustrating and embarrassing because quality of product and their service after sales. It is Very bad experience for me. I am thinking why did I purchase this from such company not taking care of their customers? I do not know when it will return to me and which condition?

                                      I had procured Datawind (Ubislate 7C+) tablet on 10/07/13 (IMEI No. [protected]). Complain was registered regarding pattern lock and ticket number is :GL1030GT25612. The device was sent service center on 31/10/14 as below mentioned address as per the recommendation of customer care person.. Jaygurudev Mall Shop No.:09 Mahesh tenament, N.H.8, Opp. Jabuka Avenue, Thakkarbapanagar, Bapunagar, Ahmedabad. But till date device problem is not resolve.. please do needfull..

                                        Ubislate 7c+ could not able to switch on the tablet. As i discussed with Ubislate 7c+ customer care and gave the complaint and they said to contact the Datawind Authorized services centre in egmore and in service centre they said it has hardware issue need to be replaced. So i have handover Ubislate 7c+ Tablet with accesories to Authorized services centre in Egmore. So i need to be replaced tablet ASAP. Thanks & regards, Mohammed.BIlal [protected]
