I bought tab befor 2 or 3 years back, but i can't insert any company sim in it, when i insert BSNL sim no miracle happend there, becose i want a repaly with remady for my problem, other wise i move my own ways...           I bought the Data wind ubislate 7cz tablet before 2 months back & now the same tab has dead & not getting switching on…….I would request you to please provide me refund of the amount, as you’ve got me mental harassment, otherwise I’ll go legally, as my brother is a lawyer…..I can file a case again star cj & data wind……as they cheat me by selling the worst table in the world……. requesting you to do the needful or else I’m ready to meet you guys in court…….. I was using with data wind tablet which is dead now…… If some asks me that which one is the Most worst tablet in the world, then I would tell them that its data wind only (NO use of thinking any other tablet)…..none of the company makes a tablet like data wind…..bloody bull shut

            I am Pavan Kumar from Hyderabad, A.P. I purchased one UBI SLATE 3G7 TAB. From the date of purchase till today I was unable to use it. I was unable to call through the sim card. When I spoke to the customer care people, they suggest to submit it for service in the service center. After 30 conversations with your people, finally I sent it to the Gurgaon service center. Till today there is no information from your people. Can I expect my Product or not after service. If you people are free pl. let me know the status of it. Other wise pl. give a call that makes me not to wait for the product. So that I can loose my hope about the product. My Phone number is [protected].

                  Dear Sear/Madam, I ordered new Ubislate 7C+ Edge product from Datawind company directly on 11-Sep-2014 and I paid Rs. 3799/- in cash. After receiving the product we check and came to know that it is already a used product - having scratches, labels torn at the back and the box pack was also already in a open condition (not sealed). I sent them all the photographs of this within 2 hours of delivery about this issue. I kept a close followup till date but there is not response from their end till now. No one is taking serious steps to help/resolve consumers concern. Everytime they say that they have forwarded it to higher management and they will call within 24 or 48 or 72 hours, but this goes on without addressing seriously. I have lost trust in the organization's reliable support system as well as the product. Since last 1 month I am mentally getting harassed. I have attached the photographs of the product along with this post. You can see how old are they and some dust resting on the chargers and the box is also very old. These really do not look a brand new box pack piece in any way. I am now knowing doors of consumer court/forum for justice. Please help. Thanks, Bharat

                      I have bought Datawind Ubislate 3G7 through Ebay.in. But it is not working on the very next day of receiving. Hence, I request replacement or refund of my money. But Ebay.in simply said it is not eligible for any refund. Ok, let it go but atleast it has to inform me of service centres in my city, so that i could contact them and will try to resolve the issue. But Ebay.in simply closed my complaint.

                            I have submitted my Datawind ubislate 7cz to GadgetShield Borivali, Mumbai, on 9-Jul due to its calling issue. I visited the said ASC couple of times, but they say, they send the device to Datawind and ask me to contact Datawind directly. I have been making calls and writing mails to Datawind every 7 days. Always they give a reply that my device will be returned repaired within 7 days, but till today, I have not received my device back.

Plot No.740, Udyog Vihar, Phase-5, Gurgaon-122016 Haryana TIN : [protected] In datasheet, time of servicing was 15 days after recieving product. but till toady i havent recieved my tablet. i called them almost 50 times, they are responding wait for 4-5 days. i mailed them almost 30 times. response is same. please help. please take an appropriate action.

                                  RESPECTED SIR, I HAD ONLINE ORDERED THE TABLET UBISLATE 7CX. AND I HAD RECEIVED IT IN BROKEN CONDITION OF THE SCREEN OF TABLET.I QUICKLY INFORMED TO THE DATAWIND CUSTOMER CARE FOR THE ISSUE. THEY TOLD ME TO TAKE PIC OF THE BROKEN DEVICE AND THE BILL AND MAIL TO THEM I DID IT. AFTER THAT THEY TOLD ME TO SUBMIT IT TO THE NEAREST SERVICE CENTER FOR THE REPLACEMENT AND THEY ASSURED ME TO THE REPLACEMENT WILL BE MADE WITHIN 15 DAY. AND IT ALMOST 3 MONTHS OVER AND THE REPLACEMENT OF THE TABLET IS NOT YET MADE AS I HAD GIVEN IT TO THE SERVICE CENTER OF DATAWIND IN BHOPAL ON[protected].                                     I had placed an ordered during the week of Independence show had been shown by StarCj Alive for Dule sim, Dule Camera of 7" Datawind Ubislate Tab at the price of Rs.3999/- on 13/08/14.I had received the delievery of tab on 20/08/14 by Gati Express which is late delivery. At the time of opening of the delievery I found that theTab which was delivered to me is not the actual piece of set of Dule Sim, Dule Camera of 7" Datawind Ubislate Tab and Left side of the tab is pressed and spacebar of the keyboard of the tab is broken.In this regard I submitted an complaint to StarCj.com to replace the tab.On the day of 22/08/14 I receieved an new set of Datawind inlieu of old set which is not Dule sim, Dule camera. Instead of provided/sent tab of Dule sim, Dule camera, they sent me Single Sim, Single Camera which is not fair.It is tottely cheating to customer.On the sameday of 22/08/14 at the time of cheking the set I found that set of Tab is not working properly.And stic is also not working properly on touch screen of the Tab.In this regard whenever I talked with customercare.There are no icons of Facebook, You Tube, Whatsapp, Bluetooth, Playstore in tab., Customercare of StarCj alive Mr.Naveen to fwd the complaint for replace the tab..In view of the above you are also requested to please try at your best to replace/sent the new piece of 7"Datawind Tab at earliest.Or otherwise refund the Amount.I shall ever be greatful to you for this act of kindness. Today whenever i try to speak the Customer Care of Data Wind Mr. Sahil & Mr. Dilbagh Even transfer the call to his Superior at technical team, Both persons disconnect my call. Whenever again call to data wind mr. sahil told me to in this regard please contact to star cj.com not to data wind.                                         Hello, I had ordered a Tablet (notebook) from Datawind for which i had paid 4000rs + 300rs. It was told that the Tablet connects to the Wifi but upon usage the Tablet was unable to connect to Wifi. Later, I had placed the Tablet for return with the compaby and the same was done with a refund of only 3200 rs. Remaining 800 rs has still not been refunded. I had tried contacting them but no refund has been received till date. The company has given false details and made false promise about the product which is incorrect and upon returning of the product they deduct 20% of the total amount (800 rs). Datawind says that it is their company policy. If this is the case then they shouldnt provide wrong information about the product and charge customer for their mistakes.                                         After the above made complaint, I had received call from DataWind ([protected] &amp; [protected]) who accepted to make the pending payment of 800 rs but the details which they are asking is non authorized.

                                        The executives are requesting us to give them with Debit Card number, CVV number and the One time password of the Card.
                                        I suppose this details should never be disclosed to anyone and disclosure of the same may lead to some fraudulent activities.

                                        I had asked to issue a cheque or transfer 800 rs to my account number but the same request was not accepted by them.

                                        Kindly help me with the same.
