I have purchased datawind ubislate which is having a battery issue and get discharge to 30% in 10 minutes o[censored]sage. The Customer care(Simranjeet) is contacted on [protected] who failed to take the required action on it even after a long follow-up on Emails. And when asked to take back the product and refund the amount they are giving excuses that refund is not possible and trying convincing me to be stick with the faulty product itself....

I have recived my datawind phone just 2 month back. I am facing issue with battery backup as my phone automatically switch off when I try to switched on the phone it shows low battery while phone was fully charged.
