I am pradip suryakant mane porches the device online from starcjalive POCKET SUFFER 3G5 on dated 07/04/2014. Within three month this device creating some problem and it was given to service center two times at ALLOYED SERVICE CENTER DADAR MUMBAI. Still now it is in service center from last 62 days and nobody knows where my device is. From customer care and service center also not reply me positively.When I calling to costumer care they are answering me your device will be getting within 7 days. In one day I calling in customer care 28 times, then they are assure me your device will be getting in 7 days. I calling so many times but they answering me same your device will be getting within 7 days, 7 days, 7days. Sometimes they advice me visit to service center.But there also same problem, they are told me device part is not coming I will call you after it will be ready. I visit at service center three times, and calling so many times sometimes they are reapply me madam is not coming you call after 11.00am. One day they give me one number where device was repaired in vikroli Mumbai. I call them 3-4 times but they are reply me I am in meeting please call me after some times. Like that reply I am really forested very much and loose of my money and time.

    Min Arshi, before 1 month meine channel STAR CJ ALIVE se DATAWIND UBSLATE 7C+ of rs 4000/- order kiya.But the hanset have a lots Of problem, defect. Firstly calling problem (outgoing & incoming both), downloading problem, battery problem etc.mujhe one year warrentty di gyi thi par mujhe 1 month use krne mushkil ho rha h. Is product ko Min service center bhi lekr ja chukin hon bt koi adva- ntage ni mila .meine kaafi bar star cj or datawind ki costomer care pr call kiya but again no advantage.Mein bhot tensed or pareshan hon, mujhe is product ki replacement chahiye bs,

      Sim Slot Not Working/ Broken IMEI No: [protected] IS-13252(part I):2010, R-4103842 After Sim Card Network Error, Network not detected many times. try many sim card but not detecting any network. There is also problem while inserting and removing SIM cards. Its facing problem while insert or remove sim card from Sim slot. And now We cannot neither insert nor remove sim card from slot. Also, through 3G donlgle not detected wifi. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and replace this item with newer cause issue start its not completely one month finish from buy. This is worst thing I ever had buy.

            I have purchased datawind ubislate which is having a battery issue and get discharge to 30% in 10 minutes o[censored]sage. The Customer care(Simranjeet) is contacted on [protected] who failed to take the required action on it even after a long follow-up on Emails. And when asked to take back the product and refund the amount they are giving excuses that refund is not possible and trying convincing me to be stick with the faulty product itself. And always says that my concern is addressed to the higher authority, But Datawind Higher authority has never contacted me yet.Datawind Ticket number raised for this issue is- 0916MH39899 but no update is provided. I am shopping online from past many years but never face this kind of pathetic service/responses from any firm. This Datawind Company's CEO Mr.Suneet Singh Tuli should at least come-forward and face the Customers-facing issue with his innovation and also let his team learn about Customer SUPPORT, how to deal with the customers and there queries. I want my message should be reach to Mr.Tuli and his Team to action on it. Kindly do the needful. Below I am attaching the snapshot of Email communication for reference. Please action on it.

              I have purchased datawind ubislate 7cz. My tablets battery backup is very poor . when I charged my tablets battery full its drain in 1 hour . I can not use my tablet at this battery backup . my tablet is in warranty . when I called costumer care no. It says that go to service center . plz note address . when I goto service center .                 my tab datawind UBISLATE 7 CZ The logo of the datawind is rotating, i informed the service centre they instructed me to do the following Power Volume Hold on and delete the factory setting. That doest not work. Customer centre given a mobile that does not work. Today again I spoke with customer care. They informed that they will sent information to my email . so far nothing received.                   I sent my UBISLATE 7CZ tablet which stopped working after 30 days of billing. The home screen was coming but touch was not working. I called company toll free number and they advised me to take it to the nearest service center. I approached ANAND, GUJARAT service center( M/s ELECON INFORMATICS LTD) but they could not resolve the problem and I again contacted company Datawind for Support. They advised me to send the same to their GURGAON based service center saying that the product would be repaired and returned in 15 days time. I sent the tablet to their Guragn center on July 19 2014. It is more than 2 months since i sent and so far I have not got it back. Whenever I call Comapny, they ask me to wait for another 10 days or seven days and so on . They do not even tell me the exact status of repairing and how much more time would they take to return me.

                    I had ordered a Ubislate 7CZ for Rs.3800 in an exchange buy back offer and received it on the 27th June 2014 having invoice no. TIJAVS[protected]. On unboxing the new tablet, its touch screen was not working and had a dent on the top right of the screen. After continuous calling I was given a ticket ID-0701MH30176 and was told by their customer service to submit the device at the nearest service center and that i would receive a replacement within 7-8 days. So i submitted the device on the 3rd of July 2014 and got a job ID-LKASCMH015J323. It has now been over two months and I have yet not received my replacement nor any proper update. I have been calling and e-mailing them on all their id's and no's. since July 10 but I'm getting the same reply every time mentioning that they will escalate the matter and update me on the status.
                    It would be very much appreciated if you could help me in resolving this issue, so that i get my replacement product without more delay. Thanks and regards, Mohammed.

                      Dear Sir / Madam I submit the tablet to service center on 22 OCT 2013 but still I have not receive I called 200 times or more than that to ask DATAWIND customer care every time I get assurance please wait 7 days. Total 9 months are completed but my tablet is not received. My complaint ID status (GL0811MH35993) also Closed before receiving my tab .Please Help me .                           I have recived my datawind phone just 2 month back. I am facing issue with battery backup as my phone automatically switch off when I try to switched on the phone it shows low battery while phone was fully charged. When we connect to charger it switch on after some time and showing 1 % battery. once it charged full again it start working but not more then 2 hours in stand by mode and again showing same issue. It just like wired phone not a wire less phone as Every time I have to connect with charger. Please help me to resolved the issue.

                            Sir, Datawind people called and asked me to upgrade my UBISLATE with 7CZ under buy back scheme for which they asked me to pay Rs.4000/- to the courier on delivery. I received the product but in damaged condition when I asked the courier person he said talk to Datawind they will solve the problem and took amount from me. Their Invoice No. TIBD[protected] Dated: 27-Jun-2014 and sent thru BLUEDART Courier. When I called Datawind Technical People they asked me to send back the tab to them, they will replace with new, by courier and I paid Rs.500/- and sent thru Professional Courier AIRWAY BILL No. *PRO1422234* Dated :[protected] to Gurgaon Address as advices by Datawind. When every I am enquiring about my device I am getting the same answer to wait for 7 days, so far I have not receive my device. Even today also I and got the same reply wait for 7 days. They are playing with the costumers and collecting the money in advance and kept waiting for days and days Kindly look into matter in this regard. I will be grateful to you.

                              I had placed an ordered during the week of Independenceday show had been shown by StarCj Alive for Dule sim, Dule Camera of 7" Datawind Ubislate Tab at the price of Rs.3999/- on 13/08/14.I had received the delievery of tab on 20/08/14 by Gati Express which is late delivery. At the time of opening of the delievery I found that Left side of the tab is pressed and spacebar of the keyboard of the tab is broken.In this regard I submitted an complaint to StarCj.com to replace the tab.On the day of 22/08/14 I receieved an new set of Datawind inlieu of old set of tab.on the sameday of 22/08/14 at the time of cheking the set I found that set of Tab is not working properly & tab is hanging severel time and stic is also not working properly on touch screen of the Tab.In this regard whenever I talked with customercare of StarCj alive Mr. Naveen to fwd the complaint for replace of tab.On 24/08/14 incharge of complaint center of StarCj Miss/Mrs. name not known told me to in this regards please visit to manufacturing deptt of Datawind for replace the set of 7" Datawind ubislate Tab .There are no icons of Facebook, You Tube, Whatsapp, Bluetooth, Playstore, There is also problem in the slote of sim slote.As well as when Iinsert the sim in slote there is no shown of the conectivity of sim iconlike idea and also there ios no shown the symbol of 3G Dongle connectivity whoile attachment of 3G Dongle.In view of the above you are also requested to please try at your best to sent the new piece of 7" Datawind ubislate Tab at earliest.I shall ever be greatful to you for this act of kindness.Thankiung you in anticipation please.Yours Sincerelly XXXXXXXXXXXXsdxxxxxxxxxxxxxxHariKrishan Lal

                                I have purchased an tab from flipkart and first time tab was defective and I have exchanged it but secoand also it was an used tab which is also defected...
                                I am not even able to reset it... I have tried to reset it many times but nothing happened..
                                Also memory card also not inserts.. Always asks to format it...

                                    After continuous calling from the datawind I ordered a UbiSlate 7C+(EDGE) . When I received the consignment the screen was broken. So I contacted the customer care and they told me to send back the product they will replace. So I send it back. Now there is no response from any of them. My number is blocked by the customer care.I have already paid for the item. So I can't contact any of them. There is no reply for my mails. Even I don't know I will get a reply to this mail also.                                         I have purchased a ubislate 7cz tablet online from datawind. I received the product on 24th march. The device came with a complaint. the playstore was not working in the device. Datawind technical support asked to submit the device in local authorised service station. the device was given for repair in authorized service centre in Kannur, Kerala. on 25th April, from where the device is send somewhere for repair as per the information I receive. Whenever I call to know the status of the device, I will be asked to wait 7-8 days, if i call after 7-8 days again i will be asked to wait for 7-8 days. This waiting period is still continuing. There is no reply via mail, or even the call wont get connected always. Now I want to return the product and get back my money. Please help me.                                         HI,

                                        I got a LOWER VERSION OF THE DEVICE from datawind.
                                        I got the device last week. The device I gave for repair was Ubislate 7CZ, which is for Rs.5999. The device i got back from Datawind is Ubislate7c+, which comes for Rs.4999, which is a lower version.
                                        I am fed up with the irritating behaviour of the company. I really want to sue the company if there was an option of doing so. Please give me legal advice.

                                        I just noticed that, even for ubislate7c+ model, in datawind website, the specifications they have mentioned are not provided in the device.
                                        Datawind offers

                                        RAM: 512MB
                                        internal storage : 4gb

                                        but in the device, there is only 418mb RAM and 1Gb internal storage.

                                        Please find the attached proof
