Dear Sir/Mam, with ref to above subject, i sent the newly purchased damaged item for replacement to your gurgaon address & it reached to u on 1 August 2014. after that i done 4-5 times telephonic discussion with your customer csre representive. they told me that u will get replaced device within 10-15 days, but now 16 days are completed & i havent get replaced device.i got this device by Bluedart courior as damaged screen piece item on 22 July 2014. please lokk into it & send my device immediately.     Dear Sir/ Ma'am, I have purchased a Ubislate 7C+ (Edge) on 25 May 2013 vide Invoice No. AMBD05250182 through Net Banking Payment. Since then it was not working properly & needs repair regularly. It was in your service centre for more than 4 months. Ticket id for various repairs are as follows - 0182UP199 dt.[protected] 0101UP4927 dt.[protected] 0423UP11534 dt.[protected] GQ0528UP13376 dt.[protected] The device is still under repair in your service centre for more than one month. It is a defective device since inception and please replace it for a new one. Warrantee period is also over in this month itself & from past experiences it is not doubtful that the device will demand repair again. I am not satisfied with the performance of this Tab at all, kindly do the needful & replace the device as soon as possible. Otherwise I have only option to go to Consumer Forum on this issue.

      I have send my tablet to your Gurgaon (harayna) office as talk with his amritser office member. my ticket no.0528PB4217.i have send to on dot courier no.[protected]. so courier has delivered to 31/5/14.I have send to attachment to ondot couier delivered slip. but i don't recieved my tabelt till 30/7/2014. i call your amritser office 5-6 times and he asked to everytime waiting to 1 week. i am waiting 2 monthes but i don't received my tablel.you have connect to my ph number [protected] so know i have send to you email.hope you are solved my prblem.

        I parches tablet from data wind in December 2013 . There was a problem occur in its display in April and I gave it to service center in indore at muskan enterprises three month ego but still they are saying that my tablet is under repairing condition. I want my tab as soon as possible. So please help me.

          Damaged product " UB slate 7c+ Edge" delivered on 22nd July 2014. Till then writing them mails but not getting the reply . Once they provide a service center address Ambe Electrinics Sector 18 Noida . But they requfsed to take it as per them they are not authorised service center from last 4 years. Till then no update from Datawind and also toll free no is not getting connected if connected they are disconnecting some time and some time the automatic reply is disconnecting even multiple tries. I just have a automated reply for ticket no Ticket ID is -0722DL18063 and a damage product. Bad company, Worst product and service.. :(

                  Hi,
                  The day of (02/07/2014) i have received 7CZ tab delivery from Bluedart no. [protected] When I firstly opened it screen has scratches over It has hardware problem as it gives inside parts moving sound in it when I do shake it. As per mention in book-manual i put charge 4Hrs than i power on tab touch is not working. Intently i sent mail/call inform to Datawind service desk helpline but they given below instructions.
                  1. Recover process instructions steps( I tried but not working)
                  2. Service center details in Chennai location.( No service centers here)
                  Results:-
                  I have follow the process which is mail by Helpdesk but it not working again i called to service desk they given servicing centers details in Chennai and i went there but the service center peoples are told we are not service/end user support for any electronic items, The same i have took the same as a mail confirmation from service centers people and i forward to datawind Helpdesk and again i called & contact to datawind servicing helpline people they given Gurgaon-Servicing address to send the fauly tab. At list they are not arrange to pickup the damage Tab . So i sent the faulty tab to gurgaon servicing with my own money by courier(www.trackoncouriers.com) AWB No:[protected] it was successfully delivered on 09/07/2014 i get confirmation mail from datawind.

                  They told i will received the replacement with in 7 working days but still i didn't receive the same several times i posted the many comments on (grahakseva.com) they didn't reply the same. I have full evidence with snapshots of above So please helpme for item replacement or refund of my paid money.

                    Datawind product 7c+edge Invoice no.AMBD03040095 purchase on 4/3/13 which recd through Blue Dart service Which got Dead within month and submitted to ACCEL FRONTLINE GLOBAL SERVICE, ANDHERI EAST and recd on 9/7/13 which is almost 2month. nd to After month same problem got arise and Device submitted to AASTHA ENTERPRISES, BHAYANDAR WEST on 11/9/13 which got RECEIVED on 26/6/14 . Between this period I (Chirag Jain) called call center many times and reason was always that we NOT YET RECD DEVICE FOR REPAIRING. ask to Service Center for detail. If asked to service center they say that device been send for repairing.and all the related document been disclouse to me of delivery of device. After month again called to call center, the ans was that device has been delivered to customer. While inquiry no one to ans that IF DEVICE NOT RECD HOW THAT GOT DELIVERD TO CUSTOMER. AFTER 10 MONTH ie 26/6/14 device recd that to of other person which has number of fault. for this issue asked to increase the Guaranty but they clearly said no. accepting that Device was with them for 10 month but still no guaranty will get increase. So what to do with this type of device which has fully fault and company not listing

                          sir, i have ubislate7c+.yesterday i got it by currier.when i start it.it start but after some time it gotta hang.it has some netwok problem.i have also visited the service centre but they told me for sending this product to company for 15 days.yesterday i got it and they are saying about to sending.if they cant replace it by there service station then what is use of service center.if company cant replace my tablet on my door.then they can take there product and give my money back.IMEI no-[protected]

                            Dear sir I had ubislate 7c+ Edge tablet there was a lot of network issues and unable to start and charge, the phone doesn't get connected when I dial and when I try to call the number from a differnt phone the phone says not reachable so I raise a complaint (ref/complaint no - 0914MH2325) to your CC and submit my tab at (sukir mobile station road kolhapur, maharashtra ) on 24/01/2014 but after 6 months I didn't get my tablet back.Number of time I had contact by mail and by call to your so called customer care centre but every time I call your CCE they never shows concern on my complaint and always try to wrap the call by providing resolution and most offensive they keep the call on hold for long time and then they disconnect the call. I am very very disappointed and pissed off with your company and service, I want my tablet in this week All the customer helpline nos are useless . There is no information about my tablet. I have wasted lots time & money on calling the helpline as well as their other offices numbers from last 6 months. It was very inconvenient and for me. If I do not get my tab in this week I will surely go to consumer court and raise a complaint against your company. so its humble request to look into the matter and resolve my issue regarding my Tab asap waiting for positive reply regards swapnil bange mob no - [protected]/[protected]

                              Had bought a TAB on Feb 1st week 2014 from Aakash - Datawind - Model no - 7Cz UBI Slate with Key board case.

                              When the parcel reached home, key board was damaged, screen looks old as scratches were more & battery draining off within 15 minutes of audio / video start and this was intimated thru mail / phone immediately within 24 hours.

                              With great difficulty after a month, they gave address of Pune Pimpri area franchisee to deposit, which was deposited on March 1st week, But then after followed up continuously thru phone / mail / visit to PImpri franchisee, had no use even till date.

                              once in 45 days, after my followup of three or four mails, get reply from Simranjeet Kaur (simranjeet.[protected]@datawindcorp.com), stating that we are trying to solve your issues, kindly wait.

                              But this is happening for 5 full months + some days, where no response from DATAWIND since a month now.

                              Its really tiring and being night mare to have money spent and not getting the dream TAB in hand now.

                              Same thing happened with me today, bought two tablets from Tables Investment India pvt ltd, got couriour frm fedex today, both tablets screen damaged, call datawind, they provide me simram kaur email address, I paid 9300 cash to fedex delivery man.                                 Just now i received a call from companys executive mr.Rajeev.Phone nuber is [protected]. Company not interested to provide after sales ( servicing fecility) in hyderabad. And they are planning to targetting sale of 10'lackh units inhyderabad.

                                I requisting to all datawind divice sufferrs whose who are perchased from hyderabad. We put a complain against company to telangana information and technology ministry.

                                Kindly all perchasers of datawind victims please mail me with your divice details and date of perchase.Hence i put a complain against them.

                                  If within a week not solving my issue.I put complain to information minister of telangana state.Hyderabad. Why to prople are cheating us. Your ceo suneeth sing has participation in isb meeting in hyderabad on sunday and announced that we targeted to sell ten lackh units.

                                  Mr.Suneeth singh(Ceo) first you rectify and solve pending complaint.Since november-13.I'm facing technical problem with you divice which i have perchased from you.Till to day not yet solved my issue and no service centers in hyderabad.                                     I, Have Purchased 7cz tablet, though online payment, and i received a defect tablet, and I immediately called their toll free number, and informed about the issue, and I was assured to replace defected tablet, but so far I have not received any thing from them. supplied tab serial number is S/N[protected], and IMEI no [protected] and 70665, plz help me.

                                      I had bouught ubislate 7cz tbalet on sep-2013, within one week battery problem had started, battery not charged and heating occured, from that day on words upto now i am trying for service center in hyderabad.                                         i have purchased the tablet on 30th january 2014, on preorder it was delivered to me in 10 days . During the use, it hangs at any time, the usb slot is not working while connecting it to the computer with the appropriate data cable provided by the company, when any call comes then the tablet is unable to show who is calling, the screen goes blank sometime & touch does not respond, and now presently the tablet is just showing the datawind logo with the rotating fan on the screen nothing else, its not working .why did u made this product and if you made then why did you sell it to the people with lots of application and hardware errors, if you are selling these kind of products then you must know about the consumer protection act 1986, rights related to defect of product and deficiency of services. my contact no.                                         my query has been resolved by the datawind technical support team. the simple process by which the tablet can be rebootd..+911832708500 from this no. i hav been called and the recovery process hasbeen sent to me by the team. how to reboot- first switch off the tablet, second press and hold volume(-) button. then a blue screen will appear now by pressing again volume key u will see the options. ..select the wipe data/factory reset bye voleme keys and to select press power button. .select yes delete all user data.. then wait while processing.. select reboot system now 1st option. now u can use your tablet normally..
