Subject:- Non Receipt of My 7cZ Tablet Given for Change of Spare Parts
Dear Sir,
With great regret i would like to inform you that i am extremely feel sorry for your company after sales service which is very pathetic and deplorable
My Tablet 7cZ which was given to your service centre M/s. Allied Services, Mumbai on 25.04.2014, Job Sheet No:- LKASCMH015J160 to replace Charging Port is yet to be received by me as of 12.06.2014.
On 28th of May, i had received a call from Mr. Rajiv[protected], that spares would be couriered today and will reach Mumbai on 30/05/12 and assured that wouldn't be charged anything for it and i can collect my tablet from service centre on 31/05/2014.
Later when i checked with your service centre on 02/06/14, i was informed that spares has come and i can collect my Tablet on 04/06/14.
On 04/06/2014, i received a call from the service centre that on 31/05/14 my Tablet has been sent to Datawind, Delhi as they were unable to repair it due to multiple service issue while repairing the Tablet at their Center.
On 14/06/14, again I emailed and spoken to their technical support team helpline number @ 13.12, was
attended by Mr. Chandan Kumar, who informed me that my handset would be ready in 7 days.
As of 23.06.14, I have not received any mails / Calls from any of your company representatives / support team to confirm the exact status of my Tablets
Sir, I would like for your feedback, is it so difficult for your Engineers to repair my Tablets which is lying with you since more than 45 days.
If Yes, than why can't you just replace the Tablet and send me a new one.
Or Else if you are unable to do this, please do let me Know about it, so that i can think of further action plan from my End.

As per our discussion and the resolution yesterday, a new charger for your tablet will be dispatched today. You should be receiving that in a couple of days.
The reverse pick up for the faulty device has been arranged too from your address we have on file.

problem with touch
Gud evng datawind team I bought a ubislate7cz through flipkart.The touch is not working what to do now i have 1 year warranty..please suggest..ubislate 7cz screen stucks in startup
When I am switching on tablet screen stucks at datawind logo, that logo keeps moving continuously but nothing happens after that. It lasts till my battery lasts. Not able to operate with tab.
