India 563 Baba Deep Singh Complex, East Mohan Nagar, Amritsar -143001 Call :[protected], The above mentioned company sold akash USB slate ( Androud tablet) model no;7+c. in the month of october-2013.and in the month of november charger not working, So i returned to authorised service center in hyderabad.So far i did't get the my charger from the company.since three months my tab also hanged, I complained many times moreover in hyderabad there is no service center presently.And company not responding properly.I have purchased for my 8'years old son. problem with touch

Gud evng datawind team I bought a ubislate7cz through flipkart.The touch is not working what to do now i have 1 year warranty..please suggest..

ubislate 7cz screen stucks in startup

When I am switching on tablet screen stucks at datawind logo, that logo keeps moving continuously but nothing happens after that. It lasts till my battery lasts. Not able to operate with tab.

      I received the device yesterday. I unboxed it and
      As per the instruction manual i kept it on charging over night . But
      Today morning i found that the device is not getting charged, the
      First screen with low battery signal is blinking continuously whenever
      I am pluggin the device to the electric switch.

      I tried your suggestion for resetting it but it is still not working

      I am very annoyed with your after sale service because i send my old
      Device for repair in on 3mar2014 and till 15/june 2014i did not
      Received it even after my several complains, then i got a call for
      Exchange offer.I agreed because any how i want to have my tab. I paid
      You again though i should have not paid you legally because my old
      Device was under warranty but any way leave it. Now the device you
      Have send to me is also not working. This is very disappointing.

      Your call center peoples are also not picking up the phone which is
      Totally against the consumer law.

      Kindly resolve the issue as early as possible or arrange a reverse
      Pick up with replacement of this device.

        Subject:- Non Receipt of My 7cZ Tablet Given for Change of Spare Parts Dear Sir, With great regret i would like to inform you that i am extremely feel sorry for your company after sales service which is very pathetic and deplorable My Tablet 7cZ which was given to your service centre M/s. Allied Services, Mumbai on 25.04.2014, Job Sheet No:- LKASCMH015J160 to replace Charging Port is yet to be received by me as of 12.06.2014. On 28th of May, i had received a call from Mr. Rajiv[protected], that spares would be couriered today and will reach Mumbai on 30/05/12 and assured that wouldn't be charged anything for it and i can collect my tablet from service centre on 31/05/2014. Later when i checked with your service centre on 02/06/14, i was informed that spares has come and i can collect my Tablet on 04/06/14. On 04/06/2014, i received a call from the service centre that on 31/05/14 my Tablet has been sent to Datawind, Delhi as they were unable to repair it due to multiple service issue while repairing the Tablet at their Center. On 14/06/14, again I emailed and spoken to their technical support team helpline number @ 13.12, was attended by Mr. Chandan Kumar, who informed me that my handset would be ready in 7 days. As of 23.06.14, I have not received any mails / Calls from any of your company representatives / support team to confirm the exact status of my Tablets Sir, I would like for your feedback, is it so difficult for your Engineers to repair my Tablets which is lying with you since more than 45 days. If Yes, than why can't you just replace the Tablet and send me a new one. Or Else if you are unable to do this, please do let me Know about it, so that i can think of further action plan from my End.           Wish to state the following facts:

          I purchased Date wind Ubislate 7C + (EDGE) bearing IMEI number [protected] on[protected] via online e-bay and the product was delivered to me within 3 moths o[censored]sing the above mentioned instrument, the screen was shaking. Subsequently, when the instrument was switched on, the screen message observed was “Loading”
          (hang up) but it never started.Then again, the instrument never worked again.

          I had repeatedly contact the customer care: phone No. [protected] but nobody picked up / response to my call.

          I contact phone number [protected] which was mentioned in the guarantee card. They informed that had to contact the customer care only and they mentioned that the problem is not related to them .

          When I saw on the box, it mention 1-year warranty, And inside of the box a warranty card its
          mention 18 months.

          As I was not able to use the instrument at all and as the warranty period is over (or) Not.

          I feel there is server deficiency in the service provided by the instrument manufacture Date wind Ubislate and their customer care centre.

          Hence, I request you to kindly order the concerned manufacture to either replace the instrument or refund the return amount

            Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

            I have purchased a Ubislate 7C+ (Edge) on 25 May 2013 vide Invoice No. AMBD05250182 through Net Banking Payment. Since then it was not working properly & needs repair regularly. It was in your service centre for more than 4 months. Ticket id for various repairs are as follows -

            GQ0528UP13376 dt.[protected]

            The device is still under repair in your service centre for more than one month. It is a defective device since inception and please replace it for a new one. Warrantee period is also over in this month itself & from past experiences it is not doubtful that the device will demand repair again. I am not satisfied with the performance of this Tab at all, kindly do the needful & replace the device as soon as possible. Otherwise I have only option to go to Consumer Forum on this issue.

              I had purchased akash tab 7Cz model as on 3sep 2013. When i received this tab it was reboot problem. So i had send in bock to service center at Gurgow as on 28/05/2014 thereqresentaives of company says every time (10 time) that you device will be send you within 7 days frome calling day but hence aftere 1 months19 day of purchase. I havenot received my device so I want to refund my money also your company representatives are fully blank answer for this complaint .also she that do not call to our company on this complaint. our hight authority not allow us to take proper action. She saya there is value for your tablet only and not your money why she sau so?

                I want to register a complain regarding the recently purchased Aakash 7cx. It seem to have some mal-function with the vibration mode not working for it. In addition to this there are many other problems like the battery shows 100% charging but the tablet gets switched off automatically as I work on it. After some % of charged battery say 75% charging the battery suddenly shows 100%, increased battery charged condition but automatically gets switched off. It also starts hanging up and doesn’t respond to the touch.I still the warranty period. Please help me. My contact number is [protected].

                  I have bought tablet 7cz wide invoice no.Ambd[protected] dated: 28/01/14.
                  Imei-1 no.[protected].

                  Due to sim card not detected, i have sent to your athorized service center at my city (Bhavnagar) wide ticket id no.0201gt8947 dated: 01/02/14. After techincally checked, your service center reported it could not be repaired and requied to be replaced with new tablet. Hence i have give to sent over your main office for the same. It been four months passed but i have not received single call or mail or replied from your side as well as from service center at my city. I have been asked or chessup continueslly to your service center but they are not responding properly.
                  Please kingly look into this mater and solve the issue as soon as possible so i can get my device (Replaced ) soon.

                    I have charged the tablet for 6 hrs and when i tried tostart the device and it started but touch screen is not responding hence pleasereview & resolve the problem.

                          my sister had bought ubislate 7c+ tab and it was to be not working then we had given tab to service centre at meerut on 18 december 2013 and when we cal datawind customer care they are used to say please wait one week more it will take time, its more then 5 months they are giving same replies to me and to my sister. if i asked them to connect the call to their senior authority then they deny to transfer the call. so please look into this and now i want my money back from them.do something please

                            I Have purchased the tablet on 5/12/2012, I have received the tablet on 15- FEB-2013

                            Due to Problem in tablet, I had conversation with datawind support executive and as per their direction i have sent back the tablet back to datawind for repair

                            I Have received the Tablet Received on 23-MAY-2013

                            On 26th June my tablet was not powering "ON" properly.. After the first replacement i was using the tablet very carefully, i have not even added any new apps & i have not even removed its screen cover

                            I have got the replaced tablet on 23-may 2013 it worked till 26th june.. with in 30 days again i have a issue with the Tablet.

                            i have sent a email mentioning my situation to data wind to the email id [protected]@datawind.com

                            After so many email conversation with the datawind support executive, i have received a email on 09/11/2013 & Same day itself i have sent my tablet to the datawind

                            Till now as of 29/05/2013 i have not received my tablet (7months as of now), When ever i ask for a interim reply they will reply that i just need to wait for sometime..

                            This kind of service is completely Unacceptable

                              Had ordered thru net after the several calls of Aakash team for Ubislate 7Cz with keyboard. Ordered on 28th Jan '14 and got the TAB on 3rd Feb '14. On receipt it was found that Key board was broken, screen was very old with multi scratches & battery was draining off in 10 minutes use. With lots o[censored]p and down mails, deposited the handset at their Pune / Kalewadi service center. But till date 23.05.14, the TAB with keyboard not returned. Followed up with Plenty of mails sent, where no reply on same. Enormous phone calls made, but being in call waiting they check the data and confirm that you will receive in 10 - 15 days and shut the phone.. Best part was Aakash / Datawind customer calls atleast 15 days once and query on "HOW DO YOU FEEL O[censored]SING AAKASH TAB? DO YOU LIKE TO HAVE IT UPGRADED? DO YOU LIKE TO RATE US BETWEEN 1 TO 5". Can i request to have this cleared as its really frustrating to wait for 110 days, where mistakenly went on with Aakash. It could be better to get the refund money, but Datawind / Aakash claims that they don't have policy as such!!! very strange.

                                It gives me anguish and pain to inform you that i had purchased Datawind 7cz on[protected] vide order no [protected] through Snap deal.It started giving lot of problems after 5 days. I have not received any response from your service center after reminding them several times. Sir, it is now more than a month and i now can understand the standard of companies with there commitments. I request you to look into the matter with immediate effect.                                   approx 7 month ago i had buy a aakash tablet. of rs 6300 (with home delivery) . and after that i just used it for only 24 hours . and it hanged . so as per the details given on the site www. ubislate.com . i started a procedure for repairing the tablet in the month of november. as i am living in bhuj-kutch 370001. and its servuce center is at ahemadabd so i went to ahrmadabad and gave my tablet for repairing . and they said that tablet will be returened after repairing in 1 or 1 an half month. but sir its been 6 month the tablet is not returend . i had inquire at the service center so they saiv that my tablet is sent to jammu kashmir for repairing. and its not on us to recocer its depends on the company. so sir i had called to the jammu kashmir service center for inquiry of the tablet but everytime they just telling me that we will return it till the weekend . but its been 6 month they are not sending it back.
                                  so sir it's a humbel request to you that please see in my matter and help me for recovering my tablet.

                                    Devise has been submitted on 12th Mar 2014 at Chennai service centre. And the devise has been sent to Amritsar for service. When ever we contact customer care, they are giving wrong status about the devise. Every week I am contacting them for 3 weeks. 1st person saying devise has been dispatched 2nd person saying devise is under process to dispatch 3rd person saying the devise is under service and it will reach next week. For the last 2 months they are saying the same dialogue. Also sent mail to them before a week. Got only 1 response saying that, The concern has been taken to higher official. Again I sent mail to then asking for status of the devise. But still no response. Fed up with the customer care and the customer service. Till now they hold my devise for 2 months this time. Last time they hold my devise for 1 month. What about the 3 months of warranty period in 1 year warranty assurance?

                                      I have purchase 7cz aakash tablet from datawind in december, 2013.& my booking id is pm726b7. From 02.02.2014 i have send complaint by e-mail regarding charger it takes 7 to 8 hrs to charge the tab. Then from 3 march one by one applications started removing (Deleting ) from the tab so i have send the complaint email on 03.03.2014 and told them to replace the new tab or send their tecnician. Now on 01.05.2014 today 80% applications are not in my tab. Nor they are sending their technician to repair or see what is the problem. They have call me 3 times but every time when they call from the mob no.Are switch off or changed when i call back after next day. Even their customer care number is not received. Every time ring is going and no reply. Please do the needful in this matter

                                        dear sir, I had given order for Ubislate 7 Ci on 20th march 2014 on COD basis, there after a call came from there end for order confirmation by Mr. Varun and requested me to do online payment to avail discount of Rs 500/- which i did and have sent mail dated 20th march 2014 stating "Your order ID is UBV6BQTX[protected]" thereafter another mail came from [protected]@datawind.com on 21st march 2014 for acknowledgement of my online payment of 3599 with booking ID "NzY5NQ". but still i have not received any dispatch details so far. than i mail my complain regarding the same for which i have not recieved any response. so again i called to datawind team and talked to mr. jagdeep singh and given my details to let me know my order status and he said he will respond in half an hour but havent done so, i again called than he is saying that the product Ubislate 7Ci is out of stock. so i asked him to tell me the refund procedure which he didnt have knowledge and told me that after asking his senior will tell me. Than again on[protected] after 10 to 15 trails of calling, talked to datawind customer team Ms. Arvinder kaur regarding my status of product and details of its dispatch, so they gave me Blue dart docket no. AWB no. [protected] and asked me to check status after 24-48 hrs, so after 72 hrs i check the status on blue dart courier site, and to my shock it is showing invalid number. since than i am trying to contact datawind on no. [protected] but they are picking up and immediately keep the phone down and disconnect. hence i seems that the company is a big fraud and misleading and fooling geniune customers like us by just taking online money by illuring us with discounts and than not responding at all. hence i request your good selves to resolve my matter and help me get back my money. an early and prompt action will be highly appreciated.
