I have booked recently launched(tablet) aakash 3 ubislate 7c+,I had booked it on 23/7/2013 and they had promise me to give delivery
in 7 days,today the date is 5/8/13 up till now i didn't got the delivery.I just got a conformation message 4 days before but i didn't get delivery.
I had booked it via mobile.they have asked me to call them if any complaint will be there but while contacting the no. some error is shown.

please see and solve this matter as early as possible.i will be very thankful to u

    The tab (Build no. UBISLATE7C+_PM3B2E5A798E) which has been delivered to me on 07/05/13 tablet is not working & only data wind logo is displayed continuously. I have returned the FAULTY / OLD Ubislate to the address Data wind Innovations Pvt Ltd Dhan Dhan Baba Deep Singh Ji Complex, 563 East Mohan Nagar, Amritsar-143001 Ph no.[protected] Delivery Date 23/05/2013 Receiver Name :- PIYUSH.
    We have so many calls to[protected] every time they told me your device status not updated places wait one week. But till date I have not received Call & mail. I am mail to ceo and other but no reply as on date.

    Contacted tech. support but no one paid any attention.

        I have purchased an ubi 7c + tablet with keyboard from you and have received delivery today. the same was received by me in non working state.

        The unit I tried to charge but is not coming on. tried to call the call centre nos as given on the product box[protected] and also the toll free nos the first one no one replies and the second phone does not exist.

        tried sending emails but no reply.

        then checked to see details of the company and realised the owners of the company are sardars and sardars are known to be cheats.

        Kindly advice what needs to be done.

          I have received the UBISLATE Tablet 7C+ on 24-jul-2013 at around 5:30 PM but when i was reached home and checked after that device was not working. A simple data wind logo is coming on the screen. Please help me out ASAP. Even i tried so many times on the customer care number which is mentioned on the box and i dropped many mails to provided support ID, but no one is responding to my mail. Because this is not working from the 1st min. please let me out.

            I'm facing the same problem in my UBISLATE 7C+ by DATAWIND
            I charge it 100% and I use it for 5-10 minutes and it shuts down. And when I try power on it, it does not.

              My name is Sumit Ragji and i booked Ubislate 7+ in Feb 2012 and my Ubislate Booking ID is PMDE9E8EABBA. I sent a cheque of Rs. 2999/- of Syndicate bank to datawind at Amritsar . I got confirmation that Datawind got amount and same amount debited from my account after 15 days. Many times i contact to toll free no. but no replay from the number and also many times mail communication from the datawind team now has been 1 year and 6 month left. They didn't sent my tab after mail communication they had agree to return my refund money but still not return refund amount.

                I had ordered one ubislate 7C+ have received it on 26th july. got the time to opne the box on 28th july and i seem to find it is not working i tried every thing from resetting to charging for full day but still it is not working.
                I am very disappointed with the product and the customer care as they never pick the phone and also the number printed on the box is not in use.

                SO YOU PEOPLE HAVE FOUND THE EASIEST WAY TO CHEAT PEOPLE. CONGRATULATIONS!!

                  i have received an defective device 'ubislate 7c+' from the datawind company as online booking and payment after almost 1 year. Hopelessly device didn't work as it used to hang usually in between. i called company helpline no in amritsar several times and fortunately they picked up the phone and asked me to send my device at their address. plz go through their email to me-

                  i had send my device to them on[protected], Now even after 2 months of sending my device i didnt receive any feedback from them, they are even reluctant to pick any phone!!!! What a shameless company and their fake products surviving here in our country!!!
                  I request you to take strict and appropriate action against them and abandom their fraud products selling freely in india. In addition please help me out to either retrieve my money INR 4999/- or the corrected/functional device back.

                      I have ordered tablet from datawind with online payment done. they sent me tablet but not working. i called to tech support people but they are not responding over phone within a day i called to 30 times to them but no reply from that person. they sent not working mobile. but support also worst. pls give me a solutions and take complaint for that people as soon as possible.

                        The device has got stuck, as soon as I switch on the device it gets stick on the power on "datawind" screen.On the power on screen there shows some lines in a blurred manner and device doesn't switch on. Same gets repeated for as many times as I tries to switch it on. It is being taking place from the day I got it from the courier I had earlier complained or mailed it to you but no reply came as expected. On telephonic conversation I am asked to reset the device but no positive output is there. The device is kept like a toy for me and no use of it has been still done from me.

                        Please look into this matter seriously.

                        I am mohd.shariq from moradabad and i have bought the ubislate7c+ three momths ago but it is kept without any use. it gets hang whever a sim is inserted into it. its not supporting any sim. i have called to customer care in delhi and amritsar bur no one is there to pick the call. i have registered a complaint on datawind official website also. i have read so many reviews before doing this complaint and so many people are frustrated with the services and the tablet as well. i really dont buy it if i would have read the reviews of the customers before.

So many times e-mailed and called to them on[protected], their response was that within 7 days your product will be sended to you said that words from April, to June, but till now the product was not received.                             I have paid 100 % payment i.e.Rs 4,499/- for to purchase a Ubislate 7 C+ tablet from Datawind on date 21 Jan 2013 Its Booking Id is PM071F8 As per the information on web site of Datawind , the Delivery of My Device should be in 72 hrs after on line payment, till to date( A period of 60 days Over) they have not despatched my Ubislate 7 C+ tablet yet.on date 21 July 2013 Due to very long waiting from Datawind to depatch my tablet i purchased other tablet from market, Regarding This I have send email but, not responding my mails as well as No contact number of Datawind is working. This compony promises the customers but, no delivery , No refund ...I am very tired due to mental harassment from Datawind.

                              i got a call from datawind that my order has been confirmed and it will delivered shortly,
                              but the thing is i did not complete the order then how it confirmed please cancel the order i tried to mail you and contact to the numbers which you have given in your website none of these are working,
                              so please cancel and stop these if you send the product also im not ready to purchase the product.

                              They said it has beem done with this mail id [protected]@yahoo.com please cancel if it is from this mail id, im not responsible if you send.and i dont even know my order no then how it is done.

                              this is harsha i got a mail from you regarding cancellation of akkash tablet, but in that you mentioned that i can decline order when you get a call from datawind but yet i didn't received call so im giving my mobile no so do call so that i can cancel the order, please do ASAP Bcoz s i mentioned in last mail im not ready to purchase so it will be better for us not to waste time for this.

Ltd. on 29th june 2013.I have tried calling Customer support number [protected] many times but no one recieves it.The email also could not be sent to said address Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

                                Technical details of permanent failure:
                                Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain datawind.com by mx01.1and1.com. [74.208.5.21].

                                The error that the other server returned was:
                                550 <[protected]@datawind.com>: quota exceeded

                                The tablet has following errors:
                                1)HANGS REPEATEDLY.
                                (I have tried resetting the tablet many times yet the problem is not solved)
                                2)MINI USB PORT IS NOT WORKING.
                                3)MEDIA VOLUME IS LOW.
                                4)LOSS OF NETWORK FOR BSNL SIM CARD (MAHARASHTRA STATE)

                                i had talk with customer support on [protected] for four times,
                                Monday 22/07/2013,
                                this day customer support told me to do manual reset by pressing power on button and volume - button for 20secs, but this didd not work. so they told me that they will mail me the 'JOB SHEET' and i should have print of it and send the tablet as well as the 'job sheet' filled with faults to their Amritsar, office.
                                Tuesday 23/07/2013, Wednesday 24/07/2013 and Thursday 25/07/2013,
                                each time they told me that they will mail me the 'JOB SHEET' and i should have print of it and send the tablet as well as the 'job sheet' filled with faults to their amritsar office.
                                but for the last three days i am waiting for the 'JOB SHEET'.
                                I had also mailed the Problem to [protected]@datawind.com
                                and there is no response from the company.
                                Please tell me what shall i do.

(I have tried resetting the tablet many times yet the problem is not solved) 2)MINI USB PORT IS NOT WORKING. 3)MEDIA VOLUME IS LOW. 4)LOSS OF NETWORK FOR BSNL SIM CARD (MAHARASHTRA STATE) The details of purchase are as follows: Invoice no:AMBD06290437 Dated : 29-Jun-2013 Amount paid : Rs.5199/-(COD) IMEI No:[protected] i had given Ubislate 7C+Edge to service center SUKIR MOBILES in kolhapur maharashtra state complaint no: 0808MH153 date : 08/08/2013 since then the tablet is with service person he says that call to datawind service centre as he has not got any reply from datawind. i had called so many times regarding my complaint. my another complaint no:1023MH4994 I have also recorded the calls every time i called datawind they have told me that i will recieve the tablet within 7days then after that in 10 days again after that 4 days again after that 5 days and so on i am fed of the company datawind. Please help me to get my money back. Purchase date 29/06/2013 I have not recieved any details from datawind Please return my money back datawind company has cheated me.

                                my ubislate 7c+ is not powering on .it is in warranty or guarantee period

                                  I've ordered Ubislate 7c+ on 7 Feb 2013 and it was promised by company that it will delivered in 72 hours. when the delivery was not done in even a week then I cancelled the order.My order ID was PMDC40F. Even now I haven't received the refunds.

                                      I need to beg your kind attention towards the mental agony and nuisance created by one of the company namely “DATAWIND INNOVATION PRIVATE LIMETED”:to which I order a TABLET almost a year back:
                                      Here are the details for all the communication between me and DATAWIND
                                      • I booked AKASH tablet (UBISLATE 7+) online on website www.akashtablet.com on 5 June 2012.which showed that if I make advance payment I will get the tablet in 2 weeks.
                                      • Booking ID No.- PM31A62E3DB
                                      • On 8 June 2012I sent DD of INR 3000 (state bank of Hyderabad DD no. 536015.)
                                      • Data wind confirmed the payment receipt on 26 July 2012 and confirmed the delivery in September.
                                      • On 8 September I mailed to datawind ([protected]@datawind.com) about the enquiry about delivery of product.
                                      • On 10 September datawind replied that they will be delivering product in October.
                                      • On enquiring again on 1 October which they replied on 5 October 2012 that the product will be dispatched in November.
                                      • I enquired again about the status on 8 November they replied back on 12 November with a new excuse that the booked product is not available and they can upgrade the product TO UBISLATE CI with INR 500 and guaranteed the delivery in 10 days after my confirmation; I confirmed the same with booking ID(PMC9F63) also the provide some fake ids for checking status

                                      • After January 2013 they never replied and gave no status update since then
                                      I am feeling cheated after a year of disappointment I want to request u as at only custodian of consumer rights that you should intervene and instruct the company to get my product to me or refund my money back.
