[Resolved] Datawind — Replacement of Tablet given was old and used one under warranty | |||
Dear Sir i purchased a Tablet Ubislate 7C+ dual core 2G of Datawind from online shopping through Star CJ vide invoice no[protected] dated:03.10.2014. After purchasing the product i had a complaint that the application Skype was not running so i called Star CJ regarding the same and they gave me the number of Datawind Innovations Pvt Ltd customer care number to register a complaint. I did the same and handed over the Tablet bearing IMEI no- [protected] to their dealer Debros Systems at chennai office. After 2 1/2 months when i went to collect the Tablet they gave me an old used Tablet bearing IMEI no: [protected] and serial no:P[protected] which was having battery and Speaker problem. Again i went to their office after 12 days as i have to match with my offoce timings and shown the same. As usual they told me that we have to send the same to company for repairing which will take approximately 25 days. The day i purchased from that very next day i am suffering like anything. There were complaints i made to Star Cj that the customer care is also not responding to my problem rather then redirecting me to their dealers for repairing. I have purchased a new Tablet so if company is going to replace it then they have to give me a new one instead of an old used one. On 23rd April 2015 i shown the Tablet to my brother at cochin and he told me that its a very worst Tablet so if i repair also outside then it will last maximum 3 months. He replaced the IC and Resister so that battery charging gets started for temporary use. Lastly i marked a mail to company for refund but they are again telling me to go to their another dealer Kaizen infoserve pvt ltd at chennai with a complaint id-0115TN9320 Should i be getting any solution? Recently purchased Akash Tablet Ubislate 7C+ but his charger is not working and sometimes his touch is also not working.I would request you to kindly escalte this issue and look into this matter on urgent basis.
