I, richa verma, had been alloted dda flat 1 bhk in narela pocket g -7. I wish to surrender this flat. After filling up the cancellation form, and submitting it, i did not receive any notification for the same. Also i realised i attached the wrong document and there is no option to edit or delete it. I have been trying to contact the helpline number but my call is transferred from one person to another but still no one has any clue about sorting out the issue. Please help!

My (Durgesh kumar singh) form no. 108980. Dda housing scheme 2019 refund not received till date while it was mentioned in dda's website that upto 13.08.19 all unsuccessful applicants refund will be provided. All dda's helpline no. Useless there is no help... I have also contacted associated bank axis bank but they said that issue is to be resolved by dda first. Please resolve as soon as possible...

My name is tanvi pancholi. I had applied in dda housing scheme 2019 online via formzero.in and made payment through icici bank. However my name is not present in allotted and wait-listed list and i haven’t received any intimation about the registration refund amount from icici bank as well as dda. Application number is 902343 & applicant name is tanvi pancholi.
I tried to contact through formzero.in/institute/icici but no one responded.
Dda helpline is also not working.
Please help.

I, mukul verma want to surrender my 1bhk flat in narela under dda housing scheme 2019 due to size and location issues. I had applied for the scheme through icici bank for form zero application number 901278. I am not able to login the surrender link available at the dda website. I had tried to contact the dda helpline and technical support several times but no one has helped. Please help inorder to get my 1 lac application money refunded back. As mention above, community hall sector 19 badli rohini booked for family function on 26.7.19. Under request id 915570 date 15.7.19 transaction id ctx[protected].
Dda cancelled this booking and there wasn't given any such information by dda to me.
Now i am requesting you please refund my full amount 18989.26 as earliest possible.

Djb has never send me any bill and when we contacted them for a new meter connection, they are showing about rs. 45000 pending bill most of which is penalty which is absurd.
How can i pay the bill when you dont send it to me?
Even now, they dont send the bill and are continuing to pile up the penalty and they say they will not install the meter until we pay this bill.
Please help us.

This is to bring to your kind notice that i had made an online booking of dda community hall (Dwarka sector 7) last year on 27 september 2018 vide request id no. 909520 for my brother's marriage on 24th january 2019.

Sir, i had made the payment of rs 15, 554/- towards the above booking and the balance amount of rs. 4, 780/- was supposed to get refunded to me after the uploading of the marriage certificate on dda’s booking portal.

Sir, this is to inform you that i had already uploaded the marriage certificate of my brother on dda portal on 14th march’19, however, it has been more than 5 months now today, but there is no information on my refund status and as a result i find it quite frustrating and disappointing.

I request concerned team in dda to expedite the refund amount against my request id no. 909520.

Looking forward to an urgent help.

Later on as per information of the authority necessary formalities were complied with and i was alloted priority no:- 5050/sc. Till date i have not received any information from your department about the draw. So please tell me that what is the position of this application.

Dda cancellation upload documents link not working properly. I am allotted flat 849, g-7 pocket-v narela lig flat which i don't want to buy because of space issue. I was unable to upload self attested documents on the given link and now the link is not giving me option to upload.
I tried contacting the customer care numbers but upon receipt of call the operator hanged up on me without listening and since then the line is unreachable.
I need my refund back.

Dear sir... We are facing seepage problems from above flat for a long time.. We had given two application regarding issue to society but none is ready to resolve this... Due to continous leaking caused falling ceiling and big pieces of pop falling... Its getting worst dayby day... We talked to owner of above flat also but he is not ready for cooperation... We have small kid and it may cause accident any time so please look into this matter... I reauest you please its not even gud for health...

I, ritu rani, application number 109689, tried to upload documents for online cancellation of flat in lig which i was allotted after draw result on july 23, 2019.
I was not able to upload cancelled cheque and without that the form was submitted and now i'm not able to upload again or make changes.. I cannot find any proper helpline number working or any email detail through which i can contact the authority.
Kindly tell me what to do and where to send the documents.
This was the worst site which is filled with so many problems and no link to clarify the doubts and even faqs are for the outdated schemes.

I am one of applicant who applied for dda housing scheme 2019 my name is Diksha Monga applied through Kotak bank application no 1101078.
the result of draw were declared on 23 jul and i was given narela LIG flat G7 1217. I went to DDA office on 24 jul and surrendered flat as i was not interested to buy that and requested for refund. i got refund reciept from them as well. but on 25 JUL i got call from Surinder Kumar addressed him as Asst. manager contact no [protected] stating me to come dda office on friday 26 JUL and meet him as they need some more documents otherwise i will not get my refund back. i said why you calling me from personal no. and if that was so how come you have given me receipt. and then he just said word " theek h phirr bhul jao apne paise nhi milega refund"

This complaint is regarding illegal occupancy of the deemed toilets in the model park no. 13, sector-24, rohini by the unauthorized occupants from last 3 months. Park is a public facility and in-built toilets are meant for public use. However in the park no. 13 named model park, these toilets are illegally occupied by some labor class families who cook, wash, bath, urinate etc.in the open. They have littered around the place with garbage, waste etc. They openly drink liquor in the evening and call their nearby laborers who group together and drink. It becomes really uncomfortable for the general public to use this park specially this area of the park where these laborers are staying illegally. They have full support of je (Mr. Rajesh gupta, [protected]). We have complained regarding this to the concerned je but he ignored our call and used abusive language claiming that he is the owner of this park and will not ask these laborers to vacate this place.

2. Sir this is a serious issue and needs immediate attention. It is requested to take strict action towards this situation and help public in-general.

I am a senior citizen living in the first floor of an apartment complex.
On the ground floor, several walls of the flat have been demolished and are being rebuilt so as to encroach on public space.
This also has the potential to weaken the entire building and reduce my security.
I have made several police complaints and they have come and seen the site.
Urgent action is requested to halt this encroachment and modification

I had paid rs 10000/ for online booking of flat in rohini area with trans no[protected] syndicate bank on
07/02/19 which was deducted from my bank but not appeared in online login with mob no [protected] fvg lakshay narang. Seems an unsuccessful transaction. I have written many mails to dda not not getting any response. Kindly see to it and refund the amount.
