Respected sir/madam,
This application is in regard to the water bill received from dda office manglapuri for flat no. 111, pocket-9, nasirpur, dwarka phase 1, which was allotted to mrs. Dolly narang by delhi development authority vide possession letter no. J[protected]/np/jh-600 dated 14/12/2000. The above mentioned janta flat is vacant/unoccupied since the allotment and there has been no water connection and no water meter installed for the flat. Hence, there has been no consumption of water. But, i am surprised to see a bill of rs. 67, 842/- with bill date 29aug2018.

I request you to kindly help me in this matter. This is a hefty amount which i will not be able to pay. I request dda to kindly reconsider this and and revise my bill. I had been residing at g-74, pocket-b, ina colony, new delhi-110023 since 1994 and never constructed or rented the above mentioned janta flat. I have attached the water bill received for reference.

I registered with online dda water bill payment and after login the current water bill is 26 june 2018 to 26 sept. 2018 not displayed on web site instead of water bill for the period for 1.05.2018 is displayed for rs. 827 where as my current water bill is for rs. 772/- how can i make payment through dda on line water bill payment. Dda authorities are requested to look into the matter and improved the system to make with other sources like online wallets and without login into web site.

I would like to inform you a very serious problem which is not good happing for are society mostly people doing a extra construction with help of volunteers in dda flat society they covered road, parks and block severe so they effected for us and mostly of the time in a park we see doing a wrong work they drink pasis a comment and mentally and phiscally haressement for inocent people in a park they park outsider car and our president take a money for parking, children are not playing in a ground because alredy oustiders park a car over there and i m sharing a flat number for those people who take exta land and block road and severe
Falt no 503, 497, 501 you can check that peolpe more than covered a land for wrong type

Dear sir,

I want to inform of you that, last month we have take possission our one flat, location is dwarka sec 23b, but we found sealen in our flat toilet, bathroom and kitchen, but we are any time inform of dda je but they have not listen any complaint. So you are request please solve my issue...

I have a flat in nav bharat apt block a4 paschim vihar delhi 110063 since 2003. Every year people on ground floor are increasing the encroachment of common property.
The area for their private sittings & exclusive use keep increasing with simultaneous decrease in area for common parking & garden. We request you to enforce the society by-laws as our executive committee has failed miserably to act in common interest.

I have got the flat on draw which i have surrendered on december 2017, but refund is still not received on the bank account mentioned on refund request.

This is almost a year now when money is not refunded.

Can you please investigate this and help to get this resolved?

I purchased a flat upper ground floor in g-71 school road uttam nagar 110059. It the time of registry builder showing 100 gaj parking space in our registry of my flat & all building 8 flats. But after done registry process builder illegal construction in parking for made 2 bhk flat.

Pls you take action against builder.

With reference to above it is stated that undersigned is residing in pocket -2 sector 25. There is an issue regarding low pressure in our pocket due to which water crisis are at peak. As per the schedule fixed by dda, water supply comes in alternate days.in present, water supply begins at 7.00am in the morning and left at 7.20 after than water pressure become low and no supply.. At 9.00 am again water pressure increase and it remains till 9.30.in other words, the we dont get continuous water supply for one hour due to low water pressure.

I request the dda authorities to kindly look into the matter and take necessary action under advise to undersigned.

An entire building is being constructed on the open garage space at cb-6 dda flat munirka.
After repeated complaint, nothing has happened and we got an information that police get huge amount money from the builder to let them construct.

There are no construction being followed and its been a month since the construction started.

Its unbelievable that all this illegal construction is happening during the so called dealing drive.

I have surrendered my dda flat on 23rd January 2018 which i got under housing scheme 2017. It's already been 9 months but still did not receive my registration money which is 1 lakh. I tried to call so many times to dda office but no picks up the call. Please do the needful at the earliest. details are given below-

SUBJECT FILE NO M[protected]/RO/NP, REFUND OF CONVERSION CHARGES PAID AGAINST MIG FLAT NO. 236 SECOND FLOOR, POCKET 23, SEC 24, ROHINI DELHI 110085. I had deposited conversion charges of Rs 110825/- in respect of above said flat at freehold camp organised by DDA. in rohini Delhi. Vide request ID no 131178, Challan no[protected] Application form no 142820, by virtue of Ref no 59069670 star 20april 2015.
No refund has been given in spite of reminders . DDA should refund with interest . Pl do the needful.

LIG flat was allotted to me in Narela under schema DDA AAWASIYA YOJANA 2017.
I have suurender the flat in month of May 2018.
With all the details documents mentioned under the process of surrender.
Till now I have not received any refund from DDA.
Lottery for this was announced on 1 nov 2017.
I have surrender the flat on 16 may 2018 as the size of the flat was very compact as per the cost of the flat which dda has quoted.

We have not recived any acknowledgemnt from DDA regarding the refund.
Also visited to the dda offical site and check for the refind status but no information is given regarding same.

The district park on dharam marg, janakpuri is in a pitiful condition. The bushes are overgrown, covering people's path to walk. The park is also badly littered. The open gym which was installed is broken. Also the grass is overgrown too making it inconvenient and dangerous to walk in. I request immediate action from dda in the matter as this is one of the best parks in the district and provides a large number of people their morning and evening recreation and working out space.

This complaint is send to you in order to inform you about multiple illegal constructions and renting on the terrace of dda mig flat buildings.

As you can notice this act o[censored]nauthorized construction over state's property and more so, illegally renting those housing properties to absolutely unverified tenants is not right in the eyes of law and to all the other residents of the society.

I would like to tell u about the unauthorised construction in my neighbourhood
Sir, this construction creates many problems to us.
The labour messed everywhere and they didn't listen to us. I faced unwanted leakages in my house due to this construction. The landowners didn't response to this. They assumed this as non-relevent. I requested to u take a proper action.

I am new resident in sector 24, pocket-21, rohini.
I just got the water bill copy from delhi development authority c. A. U. Rohini and the water bill is totally unexpected and non reasonable.

False bills has been generated from delhi development authority which needs to be taken care by delhi development authority on immediate basis and need to be get it correct.
