Date :[protected] Details : INB/[protected]/FormZero P TECHPROCESS/ Transaction Amount :100, 177.85 DDA Application No. : 6003097 Since my application did not win the draw I should have received the refund by now. The payment was made by ICICI FormZero portal created for the application process. Please ensure the refund.

Dear Mr.Taneja,

Bank has released the Demand Drafts to all unsuccessful applicants by December 27, 2014, which were dispatched to customers communication address. All the drafts are expected to be delivered before January 5, 2015. Please write to [protected]@icicibank.com with your contact details incase you do not receive it by January 5, 2015. Refer 'a03ogj' in the subject line.

How can you return DD when we paid online?
We paid online because we wanted to avoid all hassles now you have made our life tough!!
There are many people who`s address is not updated correctly. You mean all they will lose there money because of your decision to provide DD instead of direct transfer.We are your customer and not customer of DDA. You should have atleast thought once on what stupid step you are about to take by sening DD instead online transfer. I have 3 ICICI accounts in my family and I am seriously thinking of closing all 3.
Who are the people who took this decision? I think you need to hire some sensible guys and not such foolish people in your bank.
DDA paid amount of refund to icici bank on 19/12/14. People shall get the same upto 5th jan. after that people shall send the same for clearing which shall take atleast 2-3 days. some people will present it late also.

ICICI shall earn crores of rupees interest on these amount. Like DDA, ICICI bank also making people fool. What a non sense. Action should be initiated against this currpted bank.

XXXX0001 Dear sir / Madam, On 06.11.2014, one of your customer care person called up and informed me regarding the redemption of points accumulated in my account and same has been accepted and confirmed to your customer care person to process immediately. They connected to DERBY COMMUNICATIONS to give their details and they confirmed to dispatch the gift pack within 7 to 10 working days from the date of confirmation and also informed me through email and SMS.I got the following mail from your customer care on Nov.20 2014 : Dear Customer, Your SR[protected] for Gifts not received on redemption of Reward Points is registered on 20/11/2014. It will be processed in 2 days from request date. Please note: This is a system-generated e-mail please do not reply. Sincerely, Customer Service Team. ICICI Bank Limited. Please note, till today I have not received any information about dispatch details or courier. I also received a call from your customer care regarding crediting the amount billed against the gift and vouchers sent by Derby Communication. I would like to confirm that I have neither received any gifts nor the debited amount was credited from my account. Kindly confirm at the earliest. 28th November, 2014 customer.[protected]@icicibank.com To me 28 Nov Dear Mr. Kumar, We apologise the delay in responding to your e-mail. With reference to your e-mail dated November 25, 2014 we tried calling your mobile number xxxxxx2778 on November 28, 2014 to update you on below said information. However, we could not establish a contact. The disputed transaction dated November 7, 2014 amounting Rs. 7, 450.00, as confirmed from our records, has been effected using your Credit Card 4629 XXXX XXXX 0001. The said transaction has undergone a 3D Secure authentication, which is a second level authentication specifically meant for online transactions done through merchant web sites. Please note that apart from the Card Verification Value (CVV) and Expiry Date on your Credit Card, your personal 6 digit 3D secure PIN was also required for effecting the transaction. A 3D secure PIN is to be known only to the card owner. If it is known to someone else, it means that the security levels have been compromised at the customer's end. The card holder is responsible for the security of his/her card along with his / her personal 3D secure PIN and should therefore take all the possible steps ensuring its safe keeping. The bank does not incur any financial liability arising out of misuse of 3D Secure PIN. The said transaction was allowed as the system is CVV, Expiry Date and 3D PIN-specific. The bank's system does not recognise one individual from the other, as long as the correct values have been used on the three counts mentioned above. As the transaction was qualified by information known only to you, the bank is not in a position to repudiate the transaction with the merchant on the basis of your dispute. We, therefore, regret to inform you that the bank will not be able to accede to your claims with regard to the disputed transaction. They mention in detail about the information provided by us to the customer care and Derby communication against redemption of points. Please go through the following points which was provided by both the customer care and Derby India Communications whose authenticity was denied by you even though he had access to my credit card number and the reward point details. 1. Mr.Manish from ICICI customer care (7th November 2014) : Like I said in my previous mail, it was the customer care who first contacted me regarding the reward points which was already expired. He insisted on using the points for some gifts and some trip tickets provided by Derby India Communications. He also suggested that I should not mention that I was using my reward points, but instead using my ICICI Credit card of the above mentioned number to buy the gifts which will be later credited by your bank. This was exclusively mentioned in the phone call. 2. Later I was communicated multiple times from both ICICI customer care (Mr. Manish) and Derby India Communications for further details and verification of card details and address on the same day (7th Nov. 2014). 3. Also, mr.Shanmugan of ICICI bank verified my OTP and address on the above mentioned date. 4. But, I did not receive any gifts nor did I get any information regarding the reward points. I contacted Mr. Uttam (ICICI Cust.care) on 21 Nov 2014. He was not sure whether it was a genuine transaction between ICICI and the customer or a SCAM. 5. On 27th Nov 2014, I received a phone call from Derby Communications and received the following details : Parcel sent from Overnite Courier on 20th November 2014 from Delhi and the parcel tracking number is [protected]. 6. On 28th November 2014, I received your email which said that you were not responsible for the transaction and you were not sure if the bank was involved. But you have mentioned to pay the debited amount so that no inconvenience will be caused. First of all, I would like to mention that I did not contact any of your customer care regarding reward points. Secondly, I have the voice recordings of all the calls with ICICI Customer Care and Derby communications. You have mentioned in your mail that irrespective of receipt of the gifts or your banks involvement in this transaction, we have to pay the due amount, i.e. Rs 7450. Please note that, any customer will not be able to identify the authenticity of the caller who might be from our bank or a prank caller. I would like to tell you that this is not my problem and I will not be paying any amount against this transaction. Since the caller was able to give details about the reward points and my credit card, I assumed it was the bank. I regret to tell this, but this feels like foul play from your side since he might have got those details from your database. I would like to conclude saying that I will not be paying any amount debited and I am ready to go to the consumer court if I have to and also cancel my credit card. I am ready to talk to anyone from your bank. My phone number is [protected]. I hope this effort doesn’t go to waste. I wish to join hands with your bank to fight this kind of scam but I will not accept any blame regarding this matter.       I have ICICI Coral Credit card and it has an annual fee. I did not use the credit card for few months so did not keep track of the payment date. However, the annual fee was charged and ICICI did not send me any statement/SMS and also ICICI online statement is not available. Due to this I did not know that I have to pay my bill. 3 Months passed and I received 3 times the bill amount of the annual fee. When I asked ICICI Credit Card department to refund the late fees and interest charges levied on the card they flatly refused and said that the statement might have gone to spambox. I want to let ICICI know that customers are not fool that they do not know how to operate their email. They are not willing to accept their fault and has overcharged almost 4 times my bill. I will be sending a complain to RBI Omdusman / Regulator but would caution users who are planning to buy an ICICI credit card which has annual fees.

        Amount has been refunded on 5Jan 2015.
        Our joint family had applies for 6 flats 3 via hdfc and 3 via icici - all the 3 amounts are refunded by HDFC but icici has not yet refunded the money when i called and mailed them they said we dont know DDA has not paid the money .


        DDA says they have paid to ICICI bank .

        Hi I have deposited 1Lkh for DDA scheme through FORM ZERO(Advertised by ICICI BANK). I was assured my money would be refunded by 5th Jan 2015 however I still have not received any refund. Now ICICI bank is not responding to any query or call. Even FORM ZERO is not taking any responsibility for refund. Answer to my mail FORM ZERO has stated they do not have any responsibility of refund and I should reach out to bank. At he time of enrollment and money transferred form zero was advertised by ICICI.. Is there anyone at ICICI who can help me with this. I am so disappointed that I will close my bank account as soon as I received my refund. And I would make sure to spread the message what ICICI bank is doing to its customer. Simply ICICI bank wanted to inflate its CASH RESERVE for the month of december 2014.         My issue is the same as stated by everyone else above. applied thru form Zero, and did not expect a brand like ICICI wants to hoard money and suffer credibility loss. a friend who applied form some other bank formzero got the online credit on Dec 25th itself. and the ICICI form zero tracking says 'release date' as 08 jan, which was 05 jan earlier.

        'The ICICI bank customer care' ID was responding to earlier messages on this string about draft refunds, as soon as the online refunds were questioned, nobody cares to respond, because they have nothing to reason the cheap strategy. Good luck to us all for getting the refunds.

        A request to fellow sufferers - if anyone gets the credit back, could you pls post here, I am pinning this thread. Thnx.

        If you(those who have applied through FormZero with ICICI net banking) have not received cheque by today, just call ICICI customer care, give them your DDA application number and ask for POD number and courier number. They will give you details. Please track this courier from courier company.
        I have also applied for DDA housing scheme through ICICI Bank with formzero.in.
        I have not received my refund yet as the date of refund in fromzero was 5/01/15 but now it is showing 08/01/2014.

        ICICI Bank is making money by intentionally delaying the refund.
        Even for ECS payments, they are issuing cheques.
        The courier agency engaged by them is also fake. DDA and RBI are not taking this seriously.
        Those of you who have not received the refund should contact EOW, Delhi Police as this is a multimillion Rupee scam as Manorath Rana mentioned above.
        ICICI's customer care has also stopped responding to emails.
        The bank should understand that people will remember this misdoing by the bank and bringing bad name to their brand.

        I have applied online through ICICI Bank for Delhi devlopment authrity - DDA Flats 2014 draw in September 2014, my application no was- 6005833 but the draw was unsuccessful for me, so DDA has to return my payment in my account for INR-100000, but this is more than three months passed and amount is not returned back to my account, so you are kindly requested to look/ help in this matter and please refund my money.

          1.I have taken this ICICI card before 5 months till now i have not received any month statement. 2. I am not receiving any information related to my monthly statements on my mobile or on my email which is registered. I have complained about this repeatedly every time customer care people noting down my email id but still they are not sending my statements. Due to this poor communication (mails and sms) I have paid extra Rs 6000/-(Approx..I am not sure as I have not seen my statements). I want this money to be reversed to me as this is purely mistake of the bank. Recently I requested 2 times for monthly statements of last 3 months which I have not received, executive told me he sent and asked me to check my email. But I have not received any statement. 3. When I check my name on credit card it is misspelled as SOMWAHWARARAO. I have submitted my documents as per the documents name should be printed but how come this kind of mistakes are happening.

                    I had a credit card with no. "[protected]", I had a due of Rs. 16110.84 in October 2014 to be paid by 16th November, which I paid on 11th Nov, 2014 and the card got deactivated. Even after paying the full amount and I am still getting statements with unknown dues.                               I got a call from ICICI bank for one of the Credit card offer which was giving me 1500 reward point every year but the credit card they deliver me is HPCL coral credit card. I tried reaching to customer care but no reply. Finally I received one call but after telling my issue he said I have use the card I have received and there is no such card which gives 1500 rewards points and intentionally disconnect the call. Now I have been already charged joining fees for the card which I didn't apply. If this does not get resolved then I will file legal complaint against ICICI bank.

                                    I was informed by agent ZERO joining fee for ICICI bank coral credit card, I have singed the form mentioning all conversation happened with agent and signed. I have image of the form also where I have put comment "Join fee waive" before signed. ICIC bank accepted application and charged 500 RS + 67 Rs of TAX. After calling customer care they have canceled my credit card saying we can not waive your joining fee. I have spent time and money to get card they are not giving me back. I want to take strong action against such fraud agent and even ICICI team who is giving confirmation call without checking application. the complain I put for this case in ICICI is "SR[protected]".

                                        Sir one of the worst call center i have ever experienced is of icici bank. Either your CSD department people are bunch of who are getting free salary and doing nothing to improve IVRS.
