I got multiple calls from number +[protected] and +[protected] claiming they were from icici bank. They also asked for credit card details and said my 7500 points were getting expired so they would be sending gifts from deal4u and also they will credit some amount to my credit card. They have deducted 6999 from my credit card.

    ICICI Bank India. I am writing this email in the reference of one of the transaction which was made by us (De Renaissance Hotel) on behalf of one of our employee (Mr. Prasenjit Majumder contact number +234-[protected]). Mr. Prasenjit is a permanent employee of this hotel and working currently as an Executive chef. On the date of 16th December, 2014 we have transferred 1000 USD from our hotel’s First Bank Account # [protected] from Nigeria to his wife ICICI account (Name Sonali Majumder contact number +91-[protected], Account Number[protected] Kalyani Branch (Branch code 0421), Kolkata in India for his family expense. Now after 5 days when Mr. Prasenjit tried to investigate with the ICICI bank, India whether the money has been credited to India in his wife’s bank account or not? ICICI bank sent a text to Mr. Prasenjit wife’s that ICICI bank is expecting foreign fund transfer so you should come to the ICICI bank branch with related documents. Now the very next day Prasenjit’s wife visited to the bank and the bank people said funds will be credited in her account within 2-3 days. After waiting now the ICICI bank is saying that this fund is not for family expenditure and could not be credit to her account and how the Mrs. Sonali Majumder is related to the Hotel account? To clarify this issue Mrs. Majumder went along with all his husband documents like offer letter of the employee (Mr. Prasenjit Majumder), passport and the copy of visa but in between bank called her on her phone and said she should not come to the bank, so she returned back to the home. This is very clear that the money has reached to the ICICI bank and then why it’s not credited to the beneficiary account. I would like to request you people to look into this issue. It’s a matter o[censored]rgency and someone’s family bread and butter is depending on this, being a repotate bank you should help your customer instead of bothering and giving excuse with different reasons. We have attached the transfer document and the emails description which we have received from our correspondence bank for your reference.

      hello sir i am regular customer of yours icici bank rani pali (rajasthan) since 1992 (when not merged in rajasthan bank) i want to say that i want to link my a/c with aadhar which is neecessary for take subsies but for rani branch is not support including B.M & SALES executive miss SALONI they alway use abusing word they are not accepting my aadhar card which is approved the B.M and one other staff (saloni) is not ready to link my a/c with aadhar so i want immediate action for link my a/c with aadhar . it you can't do this i will close my a/c from your branch which is not a good thing for your bank reputation thank you sir

Now i got a statement from bank that my card has been activated to 2015 as well with charges levied as well. I do not want want any service.           Dear Sir/Madam, I went to ICICI Bank, Choubey Colony, Raipur Branch for opening a PPF Account on 11/10/2014. There I met with Mr. Vaibhav, an ICICI employee working there. As I didn't come with my cheque book of ICICI account, he told me about another Zero Balance Account, where no charges will be deducted on having a zero balance. In return, a PPF Account will be linked with this account with monthly deposit of Rs. 1, 500. On his guidance and assurance, I agreed to open another account. He immediately provided me the New Account Welcome Kit with Savings Account no.[protected] and Customer ID[protected], and in return taken Rs.20, 000 in cash from me for opening the account. He told that I can withdraw the whole amount leaving Rs. 1, 500 for the PPF Account behind, once the account is activated. In addition, he had also taken a Rs. 1, 500 cheque for the opening of PPF account. The account was activated in a week, and I had linked it with my previous ICICI account[protected] on internet banking. I also done fund transfer of Rs. 18, 000 from the new account. But the PPF account was not linked by that time. I reminded Mr. Vaibhav about this occasionally. Yesterday only, while checking the account balance of the new account, I came through that Rs. 280.90 has been deducted as MABChgs-Nov14+STax 30.9, which refers to minimum account balance charges. I immediately informed this to Mr. Vaibhav, who said that he will do the needful immediately. But, till now I have not been updated about this issue. Moreover, my PPF account too has not been activated and linked till now. My request is kindly let me know whether my new account as mentioned earlier is zero balance or not. If yes, then please return the MAB Charges to that account, link a PPF account with that and inform me about this.             I have an ICICI Bank Salary Account since 2006 and due to my job, I travelled to US. Whenever I try to make a transaction using the ICICI Bank website, it requests OTP and when I called customer service to notify that I am no longer able to receive SMS on my registered mobile number, they say they can't helpand that they are unable to update my mobile number through online/phone as I have to visit one of the branches in India. How is it feasible to visit branch in India to update my contact details. I wonder why ICIC Bank still lives in stone age while the other banks have reached for the skies with their advanced systems.

              I have an old India-based mobile number registered with ICICI Bank; however, I have stopped using that mobile number. Now, I am out of India and am not able to perform any transactions on ICICI bank website as it keeps sending my OTP to the de-activated mobile number. The issue is I have a regular salary account so I won't get the OTP via email. Being out of India, I cannot visit any branch personally to get the mobile number updated in the bank's systems. Please help me raise this concern and I hope ICICI bank becomes more sensitive towards customer service and sensible to understand such genuine issues.

                I am ex employee emp no 283646 my last working day was 30th October and haven't received my relieving letter as it was told it will be received after final clearance but it has still not been received am facing problems while applying any where else and could not log in in alumni site of the bank for ex employees .

                  As on 12Dec2014 by oversight or say by mistake have done Rs7000/- transfer to my old ICICI savings account(Which was closed in March 2014, also the new ICICIbank savings account was updated to Sharekhan portal).Leter on when i realised that the amount is not credited to either of my account i did write as well as made calls to customer care numbers.ICICI bank customer care said there is no such transaction to the account and the person has no assess to see the closed account.Also clarified that no such transaction has happened with the old ICICI account.The same i explained to Sharekhan customer care and they said we need the account closer official email/letter so that they can communicate to ICICI bank.I do stay in remote place.More ever the account is closed on 18th march 2014 so no question that i will do banking with the closed account.So over all the amount is laying nighter with ICIC bank nor with Sharekhan ! My Rs7000/- is tossed inbetween since 12the DEC 2014 !Now i do have to pay credit card due and the charges due to non payment of minimum balance !
                  As i did enquire the money lies with Sharekhan pooled account and they are not returning for reson best known to then.
                  Kindly, return my Rs7000/- in timely manner without any delay.Hope this complaint will return my 7000Rs

                    ICICI Bank Customer care # 33667777, I called several times to report fraud on my Credit Card, but they just don't know any thing all the staff are useless, they do not know any thing about the rules regulation law or any thing, and I suspect they have leak my credit card information to the staff of HappyDeal4U thats why they cheated me by Fraud of Rs.6, 999/= on 20/12/2014. ve care full about the ICICI Bank Customer the more u call for help you get into more problem & maybe cheated by Fraud.

                      Hi, I have a travel card with number [protected] with USD dollar issued by the ICICI bank. When I tried to drew the amount of 400 USD from Bank of America ATM (Location: Novartis Crop Protection, Greensboro, USA) on 11th Dec 2014 the machine didnot dispense the cash but the amount has been debited from my Travel Card. At first I contacted the Bank of America Customer care on 11th Dec, they said as the card is issued by ICICI I must contact the ICICI customer care. I contacted the ICICI customer care on 11th Dec 2014 and they confirmed me that there is an unsuccessful transaction of 400 USD on my card and said it will be credited back to my account within 48 Hrs. That didnot happen and I have again contacted ICICI bank customer care after 48 hrs of the Incident then they said that there is no unsuccessful transaction on my card. When I said that ICICI has confirmed me on 11th Dec 2014 that there is an unsuccessful transaction of 400 USD and it will be reversed, then the customer care person said that he will discuss this internally and confirmed me that he will send the case reference number to my registered email with the travel card. I didn't get any mail or any response from ICICI. Now I am frustrated with the ICICI customer care and I fear I may lose my money. Could you please help me in this issue. Thanks. Regards, Bharath

                          My Name is Clifford Edmonds, A long term customer of ICICI Bank . My Credit Card No. [protected], Mobile No. [protected], email : clifford.[protected]@gmail.com. On the morning of 17th Dec 2014 at 10:51am, I received a call from a person claiming to be from ICICI Bank credit cards.( His no: [protected] ). He said he was calling to do a varification of my new card and needed some details which I promptly provided. soon after I received an SMS @10:56am from ICICI with my OPT, thinking this was a genuine call due the SMS from ICICI, I provided this number to him as well, not realizing I was being conned.Shortly after I received another SMS from ICICI saying that a transaction was made at on my Credit Card at SHOPPING GYAN for Rs. 9, 996. As I was busy the whole day, I did not notice the message until later that evening. I promptly called up ICICI Bank Customer Service and had my Card blocked. customer service said that nothing could be done as the transaction had already been done and advised me to file a police complaint.The Next day ie. 18th Dec I filed a police complaint the next morning and also went over to my local ICICI branch and filed a TRXN Dispute ( SR[protected]. I understand that the settlement to the merchant takes 2-3 days to settle, even though the 3D PIN was provided, the customer should have every right to cancel the payment to the merchant especially if it a FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION. I noticed through these complaints forum that this is not the first time that SHOPPING GYAN & ICICI are involved, and ICICI does nothing to help a long time customer and washes its hands off the whole situation. Please look into the matter and revert as soon as possible, maybe some laws/ rules need to be changed.

                          My Name is Sitaram, I have quite a similar experience to that of Clifford above. I am a long term customer of ICICI Bank -my Credit Card No. [protected], Email id. 7, [protected]@rediffmail.com. On the morning of 17th Feb 2015 at 10:55 am, I received a call from a person claiming to be from ICICI Bank credit cards.( His no: [protected]). He said he was calling to reviving lapsed reward points against my card and needed some details so that these points can be used to provide me services which I promptly provided. Soon after I received an SMS @11:01am from ICICI with my OTP, thinking this was a genuine call due the SMS from ICICI, I provided this number to him as well, not realizing I was being conned.Shortly after I received another SMS from ICICI saying that a transaction was made at on my Credit Card at SHOPPING GYAN for Rs. 6999. I realised later that it was a fraud - I promptly called up ICICI Bank Customer Service and had my Card blocked. Customer service said that nothing could be done as the transaction had already been done and advised me to file a police complaint. I filed a TRXN Dispute ( SR[protected] with ICICI bank.                             Hi, I am not sure what kind if charges are bank applied and deducted 3002.81 Rs from account. Here is what it shows in my statement: BIL/[protected]/NchgRs2.50STRs0.31 Dr 3, 002.81 I have not made any transactions at all which can cost me with extra charges. Someone need to explain me and get that money back in my account. Wondering if I have to change bank now. Bank are suppose to be trusted and if I have to look into all details then I do not need bank for that. Looking forward to hear from you. regards, Ramya

                              First time I see a bank with most cheap and pathetic customer care service. I have a salary account in ICICI bank but looking for other better options and would suggest to transfer all salary accounts to other bank in my company.

                              Even unable to provide a common toll free 24X7 number for their customers. They have a show off toll free number[protected] for limited time frame that first asks for request number and when u entered a request number it gives some excuses and ends up the call so quickly. This happens with me with 3 request numbers got recently but no good results.

                              There are several different numbers of customer care for different regions which are chargeable, It means customer who already suffering from there pathetic service or have some urgent query, need to pay themselves to reach there customer care executive after wasting a lot of time with large set of stupid IVR options.

                              If ICICI don't want to hear or get in touch with their customer facing any issue with their services then they should mention this huge lack of service point at all their advertisements so that customer can be aware and select a more responsible bank.

                              @ICICI Bank - kindly provide a proper easy to reach 24X7 available toll free customer care number otherwise surely u will loss lot of customers due to this huge irresponsible system.

                                Dear Sir/Ma'am, I am Aarcha J S, an ICICI Credit card holder. My details are: Name: Aarcha J S Credit Card Number: [protected] I had applied for this card in 2012 when I was working with Tata Power Company Limited, Technopolis, Mumbai.I was asked to provide my work proof as it was told by ICICI Credit card authorities that it would be easier to get a credit card if I furnish my work details. Hence as a proof I provided my driving license, Tata Power identification card.As my accommodation proof, they asked me to provide a local address proof.Although I mentioned that I wasn't a native of Maharashtra and I am staying in a company provided accommodation, they seemed to be adamant and hence had to provide my local address proof(electricity bill of my then residence). So my credit card was given to me with these details: Name(as on card): AARCHA NAIR(it was told I cannot have alphabets as my surname so they put my fathers surname "NAIR" as mine). Contact number:[protected](Mumbai number) Address: Office address email address: Office mail address(aarcha.[protected]@tatapower.com) I left Tata Power after a year as I had intended to go for my higher education.Currently am doing my masters from National University of Singapore. I couldn't change my contact details as I had to leave Mumbai on a very short notice.Till a month back, i didn't have much problem with my credit card as the transactions I used to make were without any OTP password and I used to view my bills online as it was readily available once my card number, validity info were entered. Since November 2014, an OTP password is being asked while carrying out my transactions.And the password would be sent to my Mumbai phone number(which I am no longer using and is currently given to another individual by the service providers). Because of this I had to contact the Mumbai branch through my friend.They asked me to be personally present at the bank to make changes.Hence during my holidays a week back, I visited Trivandrum, kerala ICICI Bank branch(I am from Trivandrum, Kerala) and talked to the authorities. I was told that they can do nothing about it as my name is "AARCHA NAIR" and is not "AARCHA J S" in their system. My email id, phone number, and address have been changed.And now I cant even view my online bill.' I am left helpless.They are not even providing me a solution.I am ready to cancel this card but what about the bills?If ICICI bank claims I am not the person who took the credit card from you, am I still liable to pay all your bills??? Meanwhile before approaching the bank, I had sent a personalised mail to customercare(please go through the trailing mail for details of my conversation with customer care) and I get no replies after the first response since November 3, 2014.                                   Hi Team, I have used ICICI credit card to buy only Lenovo K900 cell phone apart from this I did not do any purchase or transaction to buy any product. I received 6800.69 purchase charges on 15th Dec.14 statement. Which i have not purchase any thing and it is a non purchase charge for me. I have called to ICICI credit card customer care but they have not clarify my query. This is a poor service from ICICI credit card customer care service. Please help me on this.                                         Hi ICICI Team, I am really very unhappy for the kind of service and over charges you applied on my credit card ...Where I have been a loyal customer for you since 2010. My credit card limit is 35000 I never over used amount or swiped my card anywhere over 35000.But in the month of May 2014 I exactly used 34388.55...Again I want to remind you that I am eligible to use 35000 amount if its available in card. But what your ICICI team did is for the next occuring statement they added up the interest charges for this 34388.55, interest charges are 1153.85 and service charge is 142.62 " I dont know what kind of service you offer by charging this service fee" ...SO THESE ARE APPLIED AS INTEREST FOR THE AMOUNT I USED """ but but I DID NOT OVER SWIPE MY CARD" from that month till today I am been charged Overlimit fee as 500 rs and funny part is there is seperate service tax for this overlimt fee which is 61.80 rs. The reason we opt for a statement message to our phone is so that we can atleast pay the min due amount until we clear the total amount. BUT THIS IS MISUTILIZED BY THE ICICI BANK TO THE CORE. on top of this if you look at my july statement I redeemed my reward point for which I was charged 75 rs for redeeming as fee( again an other funny thing is we have rewards since we used the card..they give ads saying that we get rewards if we use card but to redeem them also we have to pay them and again SERVICE TAX IS APPLICABLE ON IT AGAIN. MEAN TIME WHEN ALL THIS IS HAPPENING I USED MY CARD TO PURCHASES ONLY IN MONTH OF JUNE AND MAY """ MAKING REGULAR MIN DUE AMOUNTS ON TIME". ADDED TO THIS IN THE MONTH OF AUGUST MY OUTSTANDING IS 33240.84 FOR WHICH icici team added overlimt fee-500, service tax 61.80, again service tax 154, annual fee -500, interest 1250.23, again service tax 61.80.with all this applied on that billing again fo rthe next month they added over limit fee. This is going on from past 7 months.If this is how you people are fooling an educated person like me...how about person who dont understand all these things. This is really a very bad experience.I was told that there will be an yearly fee only if I dont use 35k per year on that credit card.but here I used though you applied unnecessary charges every month. From past 6 months I have been charged extra 561.80 rs every month where its not my fault /OR I DID NOT OVER USE OR SWIPED MY CARD. IT HAPPENED BECAUSE OF YOUR CHARGES. ITS AN INTEREST CHARGED FOR THE AMOUNT USED .HOW WILL IT BE A OVER LIMIT? DOES IT MAKE ANY SENSE ? If am used entire amount 35k of my card then interest charge + min amount of the total used amount should be you MIn amount Due, which we would be checking and paying it back to you. But adding interest and making it as overlimit and applying overlimt fee is a literal fraud.I really had a very good trust and opinion on ICICI bank But seeing all this am really afraid what would have been happened in my past payments and how much extra I have been charged.
