    Hi Sir I have requested for a new cheque book on ICICI customer care but after spent my time and money he said that your request is raised, but no SMS I get along it when I confirm to make the again call he said that no request is here on side of you I have tried 4 times only for a cheque book and spent near100 rs. on phone calls so please look into this Ankur Sharma [protected]

      Sir, I had invested ( I) Rs. 20000.00 in ICICI Safety Bonds February 2001, on 22.03.2001, Bondholder No[protected] and Certificate No 377345. and Redemption date 22.03.2004 (II) Rs. 20000.00 in ICICI Safety Bonds on September 2001, on 12.11.2001 Bondholder No[protected] and Certificate No 108899 and Redemption date 12.11.2004 and ( III) Rs 20000.00 ICICI Bank Tax Saving Bond on 26.02.2003, Bond holder No[protected] and Certificate No 184016, and Redemption date 26.02.2006, But, I have not yet recevied the maturity payment for the same.         Hi, I am having a salary bank account in ICICI Hazratganj branch, lucknow from September 2012 and my account no. is[protected] My contact number is : [protected]. I was just checking my bank statement and got the shock of my life. My account has been debited by MAB charges of 393.26 on 15/11/2014. I tried calling the hazratganj branch, but there was no response. I don't have any mail informing about this MAB charges. I have no information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no msg. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about change of balance system, hence any deduction from account for the same is totally wrong and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and Banking Ombudsman as this is CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) i.e. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006.

            Hello Sir, Rs.561.80 got deducted in my a/c. When i checked in the statement, it showed "DP CHGS TILL OCT-14". It is purely because of Demat a/c. when i opened a/c in ICICI Bank, I have paid for Annual charges and they promised that no other charges. But they took now, It is not the right behaviour.               Pramod Gautam.I had 20000 cash withdraw from ICICI ATM at ICICI Bank Ltd-Vijay Nagar GHaziabad Uttar Pradesh, Date 4/12/2014 at time 8pm to 8:30pm.But he was not received any amount and transaction slip from ICICI ATM.There was some problem in ATM machine and network, It was Transaction fail. But I have received SMS 20000 debit from my Account. So I am requesting to you that reverse this amount to my account. Please collect all video footage.customer care said that unble to reverse the amount, it had been paid completely

                Dear Sir, I Nirmal kumar sachdeva resident of H.No 553, Sector4, Panchkula was found dispute in cibil report control Number[protected]. As per the report it is mentioned that a sum of Rs 31, 599 is to be paid by me. But if you check your record this amount has been due in the name of Nandana sachdeva vide Credit Card No [protected]. And this card was individualy issued in her name. Secondly she was my ex-wife and was divorced in 2006. Now the question is 1. why you have given my name in Cibil. 2. If given why not earlier it was given. 3. When she is single holder in the card, how can i be responsible when she is alive. I would request you to kindly check all my record and will find no amount is left due, though i am using ICICI credit card/HDFC Card regularly and paying the due in time. Kindly look into the matter and resolve my problem and i had given report to cibil also for the false statement agaisnt CIBIL DISPUTE NO D[protected] dt 28.11.2014

                  Dear Sir I am satish kumar Barkhe, I am working in Accel Frontline Ltd Chennai. I am troubling with money problem because of icici bank. On 2nd Dec 2014 at evening 8 pm I went to atm and I did two Transaction 1000 and 500 but both is not success but the icici bank deducted 1500 Rs at that time. I have only 2000 in my account that time. I had to go Bhopal. I need money to tack tatkal ticket. On next Day on 4th Dec, on 7th Dec 2014 I have IBPS clerk Exam in Bhopal. I have to Must attend this exam I did preparation very hard for this exam but cause of Money problem (wrongly deduct money icici bank) I am unable to attend my exam. Please do needful for me. This is very bad things of banks. This is very bad thing doing bank with customer if a person has very urgently work and bank provide that type service that is very wrong thing going on with customer. I think it is injustice with customers. Do needful. Not only for me but for all others persons, they are facing that type problem with bank. My details are below.                         sir i am sunil kumar jain from surat my a/c no is[protected]. opening date 02/01/2006 hai sir maine aapki surat branch me 0 /- balance se a/c open kiya tha.aur mujhe kisi bhi transiction charge ke baare me nhi bataya gaya. lakin aapki bank branch walo ne mera a/c se 25/10/2014 ko 5000 /- and 19/11/2014 ko 26298 /- debit kiya hai aur maine bank manager shahab se request ki to unhone kaha ke do din me aapka payment aa jayega lakn aaj 20 days ho gaye hain abhi tak koi payment refund nhi kiya aapki bank walo ne. sir main aapse request karta hu ke mujhe mera payment refund dene ki kripa karein. sunil kumar amit kumar jain mo.no.                               One employee of Icici bank named deepak ranjan swain. Who was previous employee In Mumbai. Now he is shifted to sambalpur, orissa branch. I am shebasis jena. He assured to me to invest in Icici share that there no loss.it's only 3 months securities.after 3 months he assured to me to give full amount with interest. I had given 42000 thousad in the month of oct 2013. And in the month of apr-14 he gave me cheque of rs.40000 as self chq.but I checkd in Icici bank there no balance in his account. Mr. Subrata Mukherjee deposited his loan documents(photo copies) at Seoraphully Branch to Mr. ARUNAVA GHOSH, B.M. on 20th august'2014. But still to date I don't get any massage for varification those documents at Purulia.Every day B, M. says within a few days verification will happen and disbrusement will happen very soon. But when it will happen? Why that department is doing unnecessary mental harash. During last three days B.M. says 5th or 6th december 2014 will be verification at Purulia. But still I am in dark.                                   I have saving and D'mat account in ICICI bank for 2 years. Now When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there are debit transaction saying ' DP CHGS also MABCHARGES . When I created the both saving and D'mat account, I was not told about the above charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]. Last month I visited bank, branch manager promise me MAB CHARGES WILL REVISED AND credited to same account if I will maintain ac minimum balance 10000/-. so at same time I have credited remaining amount and maintain it. BUT IN LAST MONTH THEY DEBITTED MABcharges again. WHAT ABOUT PROMISE given by branch manager. I want my total amount back within 15 days.

                                    Hi, I am Swati Suryawanshi. I have applied for credit card. I have received the credit card. But I have not received the credit card PIN . So When I am trying to generate new PIN, it is giving message that, you have to call from registered mobile no. even though I am calling from Registerd mobile number and I have updated it twice. When I am contacting to Customer care help desk, at Suma house, Pune then they are not providing me the proper guidence to generate the PIN.                                       1-Bank hares me for close my both A/c due to charges reversal committed by Mohit deewan.I never want to settlement in any case to see my CIBIL.
                                      2-i have contact your Branch manager Lalsot, Mr Mohit Deewan Shri ji tower Jaipur and Mr Mohindra Gupta Zonal.Fo office Jaipur for close my both both A/c.but they are not taking action from long time after my so many time request on phone talk with writing letter.
                                      3-I want to take my mortgage property paper after take no dues by Bank but They don't want to given me above property paper due to unknown reason.
                                      4-Now I have big tension for ICICI Bank harassment as well as I am suffering big mental pressure.
                                      5-If Bank not close my both A/c with in a week after I will go to LOKPAL RBI or Consumer court.

                                        Your bank already sanctioned a Credit Card of limit Rs-40000/-. Card packet returned from my address, but other document, I was received at same address. After that I was contact with customer care but here one problem all time they required my card no, which is unkown to me.One CPP plan already activate. Bank send two statements but I can;t pay. Bank already add the late pay interest. Please solve my problem and send me the card at same address.
