Key no: [protected]: i like paying bills promptly but i do not receive bills. I do not like seeing "arrears" in a bill.
Even today i went to the djb website to check because i haven't received any bills; and then paid the bill.
It is quite ridiculous that your person (Who is responsible to deliver bills) just puts all the strips of paper (Which are your bills) in any letter box though names are clearly mentioned for each box. Therefore, it i so easy for bills to go missing even if it has been delivered.
In this day and age, why is djb obstinately avoiding sending bills by mail or whatsapp (Both don't attract any cost)?? All details are available with you.

Hi I’m a resident of 571/B Jheel kuranja.
The lady who lives in front of me is fond of wasting water to an extent that she finds excuses for the same.
Her routine includes throwing water on the street even when there’s no need, she begins at 10:30 and goes on till 12 despite my numerous attempts of making her understand the concern.
Sir, water supply has not been received in 31, POcket 2, Jasola. Pl. arrange supply through tanker.

      I am ravish staying in rishi nagar rani bagh delhi 110034. We are facing major problem of water supply as they are stopping water supply in the morning 6 am. We request if they want to stop water supply then they may do after 8 am as everyone needs water in early morning as without water in morning life is like hell. Pls change water supply timings on urgently

        Dear sir/madam,

        This is to bring to your kind notice that i am not in receipt of any bill after june 2018. No official come to take the reading of the water meter. I had made complaint earlier also regarding the same but still no action has been taken in this regard. I send the meter reading to the concerned official on regular basis and also inquire about my bills to which he assures me that no payment has to be made as the bill is minimum. I got a message from delhi jal board on january 22, 2019 for payment of rs. 721/- towards the payment of by bill which i paid on march 07, 2019. Then i got another message on march 17, 2019 for payment of rs. 455/-. The third message i received on april 16, 2019 for payment of rs. 10, 989/- towards my bill. I was shocked to see the bill and called the official to which he told me that the amount of rs. 721/- which i paid in march 07, 2019 was only the average of the bill, which i do not understand. He never came to our house for checking the meter or taking the meter reading. I send him the meter reading on regular basis, except for one or two months, on whatsapp but i don't know why the bill was not generated on regular basis. I checked the website and noticed that no bill was generated after june 2018 and i am not aware towards which head, i paid rs. 721/- in the month of march, 2019. I am totally confused as to why the bill has not been generated when i was sending him the reading regularly, except for one or two months. It is a great fault on the part of the jal board official for which i have to pay.

        Sir, i cannot pay this bulk amount, rs. 10, 989/-, for no fault of mine. The meter may be checked for any fault.

        Kindly look into the matter and do the needful. I will be obliged if a suitable action is taken.

Me and my family got stomach infection bcz of that and when i went to hospital alot of people from my area were there for the same infection.             The supply of drinking water hasn't regular since one month 😒. And for the last ten days the smelly, black sewage water has been coming from the drinking water tap. Inspit of several requests and complaint vide no.[protected], no action has been taken till date.in this scorching heat it is just impossible to survive without water. Please please 😭🙏 do something.

                  The above meter has been installed at my premises. I have received two bills for rs. 907.90 and 841.83 in the month of march and may 2018.in the month of january 2019 a bill amounting to rs.3813 is received. I collect the details of my meter reading since may 2018 is as under.

                  I submit a request to zro najafgarh vide dy no. 4083 dated 21.01.2019 to correct my bill, but instead of correcting my bill i have received a bill of a heavy amount of rs 18763 vide sms on 12.04.2019, whereas my meter reading was 137 on 18.04.2019. Please arrange to send me correct bill and pull up the staff at fault to willfully sending incorrect bill. Thanks meena

                      This is to inform you that we are getting dirty and black drinking water in the area of subhash nagar, 4 - block, new delhi - 110027. This water is so dirty that it smells really bad. I have never expected that the quality of water that delhi jal board is supplying is going down day by day. This worst quality of water causing many hazardous problems on our health and it is specially affecting our children's health. This problem is not limited to me as it is also affecting my neighbors family.

                      I am raising this concern to you as i believe it will addressed as soon as possible by helping us in getting good quality of drinking water from delhi jal board.
                      Its my humble request you to address it as soon as possible as it is making our living very difficult.

                      We are also facing the issue of dirty, smelly, drain like water in Block 14, Subhash Nagar. Why is the quality of water supply going down day by day, please resolve urgently, this could lead to various diseases and illnesses.

                            Would request you to please have this bill checked which was generated wrongly.

                            Last bill i have paid of rs.4402 on 30th july'18 which i have received after 3 years. Now next bill i have received of rs.6281 which is not acceptable look at the trend o[censored]sage how is this possible 160 units. There must have been some mistake done by who had taken the reading.

                            We are only 3 member in the house 2 are working it is impossible to use this much water.

                            Would request you take correct this bill and i am ready to pay the same.

                              4/1/18 - rs (-648) after correction of water meter
                              3/7/18 - rs 2329 (From 270/- per month from jan - jul 2018) is the correct consume which is correct as i am a single lady and always most of the time out of station. So water consume is also very less.

                              Kindly note the other bills which is incorrect.

                              Kind request to correct bill issue at the immediate effect. I am ready to pay @rs. 270/- per month which is my correct consumption from dec'18 - apr'19 - total rs. 4320/- only and all the incorrect bill should be discarded and waived off.

                                Hi,

                                I'm a resident of b-2/150 safdarjung enclave. There's been a sewage problem in our lane since last one month, my neighbors have lodged complaints several times in the last four weeks, there has been zero response.

                                The water has been overflowing in several of the consecutive gutters. And the water is also coming into the ground floor houses. My house is a semi-basement, it can get flooded any moment.

                                It's extremely unhealthy to live with sewage water inside the home space.

                                It's my sincerest request to please urgently fix this issue.

                                      I am a resident of gali no.-11, shashi garden, delhi-110091, i wish to draw your kind attention about the dirty water supply having sewer smell due to sewer line blockage in the street.
                                      This problem is being faced since a long period and frequently complaints have been registered in delhi jal board but they are not taking any proper action to resolve this. Djb peoples comes sometime and opens the gutter but never clean the gutters properly. Last complaint no. Is [protected] dated 20 april 2019.
                                      The water is such dirty and smelling that it is not good for washing hands even so how do some one can bath in it or cook in it. If someone use this water for drinking, it can cause serious diseases.
                                      It is requested to clean the gutters and sewer line thoroughly so that it is not blocked so frequently.
                                      Last complaint id is 2310380 dated 23 april 2019.
                                      Few minutes back two persons came from sewer department to attend the complaint but again went back without opening the blockage properly.

No.[protected], and this metered install at e-169, sangharsh gali, near yadram mandir, east babarpur, shahdara, delhi-32, and meter reader wrongly noted readings and not in time, and mostly in irregular manner taken readings and also threatened to show high readings and demand illegal gratification, and dated 23/04/19, take readings and demand₹500/- for noting less readings and after that take readings 1622 and previously readings is 1580 on 26/02/19, and he can't take readings properly 60 days and intentionally taken readings in irregular manner only harrassment and due to this my credit about rs 3000/- deducted in wrong bills which was created by your meter reader, and pl.
