Sir,
Our k no is - [protected]. Till july 2018 we have been receiving rs0 water bill. Then suddenly after that we started receiving water bill which became increasing month by month. We have installed a proper meter from past many years. We never receive our water bills.only msg came on mobile phone. On downloading the bill from your site i found no meter reading is mentioned over there. Sir we use water within the capacity that is mentioned free by the govt. Still we are getting unnecessary bills. Either the meter reading is not taken properly or meter is too fast or any other cause . As since past 3-4 years our bill was always 0 rs. And we are using it the same way even today. Plz its a request to look into the matter as we as a citizen have right to avail the services provided by govt .

    Respected sir,

    It is submitted that sir i am residence of house no. 315, mangla puri, phase-1, gali no.-4, palam, new delhi. Sir i regular payment for delhi jal board. Sir i am working in border security force, cgo compelx block no. 10, new delhi as assistance sub inspector (Ministerial) since 2011. Sir being a solider i am always helpful to the people of nation. Sir i am always sincere for my job.

    Sir, my plea is that near about my home i. E. House no. 311 to house no. 319 and between house no. 239 to 248, the drinking water is not supply. As per my earlier grievance, your statement that the drinking water is available daily between 5:30 to 9:00 am. Sir i agree with you but sir the some portion near my house at street no. 4 i. E. House no. 311 to 319 and 239 to 248, the drinking water could not be supply due to weak pressure of water/shortage of time to supply of water. Sir i and my neighboring struggle lot of problem. Sir i occasionally purchase water to pay sum of rs.400/- for 1000 letter.

    Sir, in view of above, i request to you or direct your staff to visit the said palace and find out the facts. Sir i request to solve the same problem. Sir if you direct joint the water supply line installed near my house to the main line situated at main road then we get sufficient pressure to get drinking water pleas sir.

      Dear sir / mam

      Recently received bill. For kno: [protected]. For period of 2 months (23-feb-2019 to 22-apr-2019).
      As per bill total water consumption is 28kl which is within free and permissible limits (2 x 20 =40kl).
      But we still received the bill for rs. 400 on name of meter security charges adjustment.

      Can you please let me know what are these charges for? It is neither a new connection.

        I have made complaint so many times but no one is hearing. From last 2 months DJB water supply is dirty and full of sewer water in Street no. 3 East Gorakh Park, Shahdara, delhi-32. It's very difficult to survive now. Please check in the aspect immediately otherwise we have to complaint in ministry level as no one have came to resolve our problem till now.

          Sir we the residents of rajnagar - 1 face acute shortage of water supply. Since most of the residents are from army, air force and navy residing as paying guests. It is very difficult to manage our household chores on daily basis owing to our duty timings which is 24 hours duty.             Respected sir,
            I beg to say that we are receiving inadequate and poor quality water supply everyday. The quality of water supply is degrading everyday. We are receiving less and dirty water everyday and which is not for any thing beacuse its very smell cant use drinking, cooking and bathing. The quality of the water supply has also degraded. This water is no longer considered as a safe drinking water. Diseases like diarrhea, dysentery and cholera may break out at any time.

            So, I request you to look into this matter seriously and make and slove the issue because water is basic need for life.

              Hi,
              I would like to complain about the quality of water that we are getting. First of all we have to get up late night to get the water and from past 3 weeks the water has foul (Sewage like) smell and it has muddy like colour and sometimes even black. We will run out of water really soon.
              Its not only about us most of the people near us getting the water of same quality.
              I would request you to take action really soon as water is the most essential part. Please come and check the quality of water as its really crucial situation

                Against "k number - [protected]" for the period of 17th feb 2019 to
                15th april 2019 on the basis of minimum consumption whereas my meter
                Is working properly and cmr dated 18th april 2019 is 377.52 (Pfa water
                Meter reading picture).

                So please arrange to amend the bill as well as your records as per

                I am residence of Trilok Puri Block 03 and my address is 3/388 Trilok puri delhi-110091, there is very dirty water(drain water) supply in our area, which is not any use, kindly regsister my complaint and solve the issue. all the pepole of my area are very disturb due to not supply of water properly.
                Due to contacter fault sewer water coming in my home and after filed a complaint, no one is helr to resolve.

                  Key no: [protected]: i like paying bills promptly but i do not receive bills. I do not like seeing "arrears" in a bill.
                  Even today i went to the djb website to check because i haven't received any bills; and then paid the bill.
                  It is quite ridiculous that your person (Who is responsible to deliver bills) just puts all the strips of paper (Which are your bills) in any letter box though names are clearly mentioned for each box. Therefore, it i so easy for bills to go missing even if it has been delivered.
                  In this day and age, why is djb obstinately avoiding sending bills by mail or whatsapp (Both don't attract any cost)?? All details are available with you.

                  Hi I’m a resident of 571/B Jheel kuranja.
                  The lady who lives in front of me is fond of wasting water to an extent that she finds excuses for the same.
                  Her routine includes throwing water on the street even when there’s no need, she begins at 10:30 and goes on till 12 despite my numerous attempts of making her understand the concern.

We request if they want to stop water supply then they may do after 8 am as everyone needs water in early morning as without water in morning life is like hell.                         Dear sir/madam,

                        This is to bring to your kind notice that i am not in receipt of any bill after june 2018. No official come to take the reading of the water meter. I had made complaint earlier also regarding the same but still no action has been taken in this regard. I send the meter reading to the concerned official on regular basis and also inquire about my bills to which he assures me that no payment has to be made as the bill is minimum. I got a message from delhi jal board on january 22, 2019 for payment of rs. 721/- towards the payment of by bill which i paid on march 07, 2019. Then i got another message on march 17, 2019 for payment of rs. 455/-. The third message i received on april 16, 2019 for payment of rs. 10, 989/- towards my bill. I was shocked to see the bill and called the official to which he told me that the amount of rs. 721/- which i paid in march 07, 2019 was only the average of the bill, which i do not understand. He never came to our house for checking the meter or taking the meter reading. I send him the meter reading on regular basis, except for one or two months, on whatsapp but i don't know why the bill was not generated on regular basis. I checked the website and noticed that no bill was generated after june 2018 and i am not aware towards which head, i paid rs. 721/- in the month of march, 2019. I am totally confused as to why the bill has not been generated when i was sending him the reading regularly, except for one or two months. It is a great fault on the part of the jal board official for which i have to pay.

                        Sir, i cannot pay this bulk amount, rs. 10, 989/-, for no fault of mine. The meter may be checked for any fault.

                        Kindly look into the matter and do the needful. I will be obliged if a suitable action is taken.

                            The supply of drinking water hasn't regular since one month 😒. And for the last ten days the smelly, black sewage water has been coming from the drinking water tap.                                   The above meter has been installed at my premises. I have received two bills for rs. 907.90 and 841.83 in the month of march and may 2018.in the month of january 2019 a bill amounting to rs.3813 is received. I collect the details of my meter reading since may 2018 is as under.

                                  I submit a request to zro najafgarh vide dy no. 4083 dated 21.01.2019 to correct my bill, but instead of correcting my bill i have received a bill of a heavy amount of rs 18763 vide sms on 12.04.2019, whereas my meter reading was 137 on 18.04.2019. Please arrange to send me correct bill and pull up the staff at fault to willfully sending incorrect bill. Thanks meena

                                      This is to inform you that we are getting dirty and black drinking water in the area of subhash nagar, 4 - block, new delhi - 110027. This water is so dirty that it smells really bad. I have never expected that the quality of water that delhi jal board is supplying is going down day by day. This worst quality of water causing many hazardous problems on our health and it is specially affecting our children's health. This problem is not limited to me as it is also affecting my neighbors family.

                                      I am raising this concern to you as i believe it will addressed as soon as possible by helping us in getting good quality of drinking water from delhi jal board.

                                      We are also facing the issue of dirty, smelly, drain like water in Block 14, Subhash Nagar. Why is the quality of water supply going down day by day, please resolve urgently, this could lead to various diseases and illnesses.

                                        Hamare pani ke meter ki sahi reading not nahi karta hai. Har bar batane ke bad bhi vo sath wale meter ki reading dal deta hai joreading not karne aata hai pichle 1year se use bata rahe hai magar vo kabhi bhi sahi reading not nahi karta or batata hai vo meter band hai maine meter ki apne phone video chalte huye bana rakhi hai.
