Dear sir/madam,
It has been almost two months that the quality water supplied is in real bad state. The water stinks like sewage and is blackish in color. Despite several complaints previously, no measure has been taken. The supplied water is of bad quality during both morning and evening. Hence it seems to be beyond the quality of consumption.
Hope the problem remains sorted before people start falling sick....

Sir, i have a water connection with my name jagat pal, k no.- [protected], sir we don't use much djb water because of we have a summerville connection and 90% of water we consume with this. Meter reder or anyone else did not tell me about my stopped meter. And i am also thing that my meter is in running condition but if they say my meter is stopped so how can they make my bill even without getting meter reading and my bill is raising like...

I reside at delhi south zone khanpur extension tigri colony and the concern is related to water bill, since delhi government has given the of 20000 liters of water a month would be supplied free to every household. If this limit gets above then nominal charges will be applicable. My question is we are three members in my family then how much water we may consume on daily basis, i believe very less which comes under 15000 liters per month,...

No water supply since last five days - tried to contact ee mr mukesh jindal [protected], je mr sanjeev bharti-[protected] & je mr lokpal-[protected], no one is picking up the phone, with regret informing to the concerned sr officials, no one is even responding even after booking a complint at 1916 vide complaint no[protected].
Hope some responsible person should initiate to rectify the issue with water supply as well as in the non response...

From last many months delhi jal board issued me provisional bill with remarks meter box lock. We are leaving at first floor and our meter installed in ground floor. I deepti datta, bring in to your knowledge regarding water supply in mehrauli ward no 8... Water pressure is very slow.. I live at 2nd floor, 1051/8, mehrauli. Water pressure is very low due to this reason my motor unable to pull water in to tanki.. We even dont hv water for drinking also.. I am purchasing water from outside shops. Water comes after 4 days... We can fullfill our daily water needs even.. Pls send ur official...

Old habits dies hard. For years the sewer lines in hari nagar are cleaned and leaving the strong foul smelling wastage hazardous there for the discomfort of residents living nearby. Moreover it gives chance to unscruplous elements to throw their rubbish thereand stray dogs and pets to excrete there and in days it becomes a big mound.

When mcd is asked to clean the said wastage they do not do so saying that it comes in the domain...

There is an ongoing problem with the water supply to my home having address b-3 1st floor kewal park, near m. C. D flats azadpur, delhi-110033. Problem is that on our home water supply, water is getting mixed with sewer water because of improper pipeline distribution which is very harmful for human life in my apartment. I have raised it many times to our neighbors who refuse to pay any attention...

This is to inform you that the sewer of my house is overflowing since one month but even after repeated complaints to local authorities, there has been no action taken to correct it. The dirty water from the sewer keeps coming out of it and has made my house smelling foul. Please help me out of this situation. My address 130 - a d. D. A flats ghazipur delhi - 110096

Dear sir/madam,

As bill forwarded by djb is not line up the water reading when i saw the bill i was shocked for bill amount forward to me without any reading beyond limitations.

I request to djb please review my water bill & take right decision. As my earlier bill was in - 200 for last many months.

There's been no water supply for the past 6 days... As we all know that water is the basic necessity of human life.. It really difficult without it so please kindly fix the problem as soon as possible gali no. 3 krishna nagar safdurjng enclave. I have been receiving excessive bills since last year varying to up to rs 2000 per month which was never the case before and also my consumption never increased.

Kindly look into the matter, you are asking me to pay rs.11000 which is highly dis-satisfactory. Whenever i try to complaint your officials either dont listen to the complaints when i visit the office or there is no response on 1916 contact...

The construction of my new property was completed in may-18 and water supply to all newly built 4 residential floors was restored by oct-18. Since then the water supply was regular and recently the water supply pressure from the source has dropped to almost nil. Plumber cleaned the filter at the meter and still no change in water pressure. Kno [protected]...

Our Street's sewer is completely block again since month. its difficult to even walk on the street due to overflow of sewer, And its becoming the primary source of mosquitoes as well.
Earlier around 1 months back, i raised the complaint for the same. After several followups they came and did the the very temporary work (Just spent 10-15 mins) and assured us that all water would be cleared automatically as they have cleared the Mainhole....

I am resident of fateh nagar and it been week that we are daily getting gutter water which full of smell and is of black color in our water connection. No action has been taken since then and we have called the complaint number 1916 but it is of no use. The complaint number is[protected].

Moreover, we are getting our bill and we are paying the bill regularly for the water which is of no use.

With due respect i would like to inform you that from last 1 month we are getting, sewer water mixed with our drinking water in our area h-375, gali no. 8 dhirpur, delhi - 110009, i have several time (Four time in a month) complaint at customer care no. 1916 of delhi jal board but no action has been taken out till the time. Even i am receiving message that my complaint has been resolved, this is so surprising...

Every after 4-5 days the supply water we are getting is extremely stinky and smelly. It is more of like gutter water. It has a lot of smell.
