    Sir/mam
    We are facing acute problem of water supply ; first of all the timings for water has been limited to half an hour in our area secondly the water is not drinkable at all as it has sewer smell in it, we suppose it has been mixed with the sewer line. We are buying lots of drinking water from the market as our water purifier fails to clean this dirty non drinkable water, i complaint 2 days back also for which my complaint number is[protected], but no action has been taken so far, kindly look into the matter seriously.

      Sir,
      We have been complaining for a month about the problem but no action is been taken up by the authority. Now that the daily supply of water is of bad quality and smells like gutter water. The whole of society is disturbed by this. It has been a while that everyone is facing the problem and now this had become a severe problem. We demand clean water to be supplied in our locality. First, the water supply is limited and in a limited time, we are getting such bad quality. This work is not acceptable and should be checked by the authority immediately.

          Respected sir/madam

          I am one of the resident of east gorakh park which comes under the shahdara area. Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past one month which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from some dead bodies. Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue and already made some persons hospitalised.
          We hope that our government will take some strict action in this matter so that we can proudly say that we are delhities

          I have made complaint of Sewerage water supply on 7th April, but no one have come to solve the problem and totally sewerage water is coming from taps in our area. Its very difficult to survive as there are small kids in home will get ill by drinking such water. Please take is seriously and solve our problem in East Gorakh Park, SHAHDARA. Delhi-110032

            I am bikash, address - u-136, gali no-6, subhash park, uttam nagar.
            In this area japboad supply water time is 10:00 pm on alternate date.in this area there is 2 water connection. But since 1 month we are facing to much problem, water is not coming properly and while comes, that water even you smell you feel vomatine. Please look this. My mobile number is [protected]... Every body from this area is complaining on daily basis... But problem is still same... No one is taking any action to resolve this problem.

              There is no water supply to "welfare society of residents" since last three days i. E. 04.04.2019 and the officials are not taking any action on complaint of the residents. Without prior intimation to the residents of the society the road has been broken and all the water connection was broken by jcb even the sever lines has also been broken and the sever water is mixing with the main water supply and the official who are at site are not taking any action. The common and innocent residents who are residing in the society are suffering since last three days days and the authority has not manged the water tanker to feed the supply of water to the residents.

              In view of the above, i being the president of the society tried to resolve the issue with the official but they are not listening the request by over looking the genuine survival problem being faced by the society and acting on the biased tone of some influenced person. After exhausting all the mode, lastly i made a complaint to customer care of djb on no. 1916 vide complaint number[protected].

              Therefore, you are requested to resolve the issue at the earliest to revive the life of resident to the normal. Treat it as most urgent please.

                This has refereance to the above sited subject the above said complaint was registered with government grievance cell due some leakage of sewarage water with drinking water, 06/04/2019 some labourer come to cheque the exact location of of leakage but they could not find and near tenement no 297 they cheque the djl water sntupply gutter and open certain valve which later allow water to gush on road and they left the site with the problem they left behind that water continue to flow on road and water supply of adjascent blo stored in theirck was stopped it is submitted that in the hour of crises running water be stopped and exact cause of mixing sewarage water with drining water may kindly be located and stopped since the water in every household is stored by way electric motosr at suitable time it is therefore requested that the problem may kindly be taken at priority level keeping in view of narvratra

                      A water connection in the name of my father sh vijay vashisth s/o sh balbeer singh r/o hno -543 vpo pooth kalan delhi -110086 connection no-4336
                      area-9/nw-1, sub area a-18.from last 10 months we are not receving bill of water.we have possession of tha house, rent aggremants with tenents, their police verification slip and rent slips.
                      i enquired about this at nerala office i was shocked and surprised to find out that name on the water bill was changed.
                      i asked from officer satvir rathi at the office and tried to submit complain about this matter.he was also shocked to find out this matter and after some time he tried to hushup the matter.he told me to come after election by saying record room is sealed due to election.when i pressurised him that are u involve in this fraud and told them that i will summit a complain in vigilance he asked me to come after 3 days.
                      but next day at 10 a.m i was in their office and again asked them to show documents. they denied and told me that it is fraud done by our employee
                      or done by negligence in the work.i think some one in our neighbourhood bribed your official and trf the name in bill in order to take possession of our house illegally.as we lived in dwarka and their are tenents in our house. the name rajesh w/o yogesh is our neighbour and he always fight with us for that house.i request u to take action aganist your official and the person involved in this fraud.

                      sir i want strict action aganist the staff members and the person who are involved in this type of practise,
                      so that noone again dares to do it in future.
                      we were physical abused and mentally torture by the person yogesh for last 1 month

                        We have been receiving bills for the past two billing cycles (Bill no.[protected] &[protected] on an estimated basis without any metre reading. So far we have paid rs.7, 381.95 under extreme mental and financial stress and a bill of rs. 2754.58 is outstanding as on date despite no usage of water to this extreme extent.
                        When we enquired about the last reading in order to get our current bills revised it was reported as 887 units in contradiction with our current metre reading of 627 units
                        On more enquiry, we have come to know that the metre reading pertains to another water metre (Of tron brand) instead of our own water metre (Of kranti brand).
                        We had submitted a complaint in this regard on 26.03.2019 but so far we have not received any sort of response from delhi jal board.
                        This matter has imposed upon us an extra financial burden for no good reason. Kindly redress our complaint at the earliest so that we don't have to pay such heavy bill amounts in future despite of no usage of water to this extent.

                          I am a resident of 17/110, kalyanpuri delhi (Mob [protected]). We are facing acute water shortage from the last 5 days due to wrong water connection with main line. I tried to lodge a complaint through the helpline no. But they are not providing the complaint no., nor anybody from nearest jal board office is giving a solution.
                          Sir, water is a basic necessity of life which is indispensable. We are forced to buy water from outside because jal board is not able to provide a solution.
                          Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible because without water there is no life.
                          Looking forward for a expeditious and prompt action from jal board.

He is very lazy. He is not opened water on the time and when we go to him to ask that when will you open the water? He replied very rudely "don't know".
                            We kindly request to you sir please solve our problem. We are facing water problem for last one year. Please change your men who open the water in sultanpuri g-block.

Suddenly 3 april sudhir malik inspector came to me and he demanded 10000 from me... And warming me your next bill is so high price i give i denay all of them 2 hour ago he send me 54000 thousand bill 3 april so what can i do give me direction...

                                This is regarding irregular water supplier in my area. I m living in gali no.2, govindpuri facing issue of water supply. Delhi jal board giri nagar contact person are always saying that we are giving regular supply and our person name nasheem ahmed is responsible for valve opening in area water supply but he is not picking any call and delhi jal board people keep fooling us by not giving any solution. This is really a hell of management by delhi board person at giri nagar that they are not able to supply water to residence of area. I m living in gali no.2 kalkaji side.. What i believe that the tax we are paying to government to run these government is not worthy. Kindly do some action in such issue. What is need to live in delhi if we are getting enough water supply.

                                  We are facing water issue and crisis with jal board... There is irregular supply of water in our gali no.2 govindpuri (Kalkaji depot side).. As per delhi jal board supply person there is water timing are:
                                  Morning 04:30 am to 05:30 am & evening time it is 08:00 pm to 09:30 pm.. But actually this is not happening, in every week we are facing such a issue. One call they are talking like iliterate person and shouting...

                                  This is to bring to your kind notice that our water bill for connection (New kno. [protected]) at our property address f-84, second floor, vikas puri, new delhi – 110018 is being generated as mloc (Meter locked) status, whereas the meter is never locked. Also, we haven’t used water since the inception of this building (Oct. 2017) and are also not residing in the said property.

                                  This is a new property and we got the possession of the same in sept. 2018. Till then, no water was used for the mentioned new k number. Also, since sept 2018 till date nobody is residing in the said property (F-84, second floor, vikas puri) as it was constructed for re-sale purpose. Also, the total current water reading (18 months till date from the start of the connection) is 14 kiloliters whereas 20 kilolitres is supplied to every household as freewater supply. (Image of the meter is also attached – two images).

                                  It is hereby requested that you may kindly waive off the bills (Charges till date), as there is no water consumption for the said connection.

                                  Kindly waive-off the bills and you may please kindly note that the future bills be generated on meter reading only, as the water meters are not locked and reading can be easily taken from the premises (Ground floor – open parking space).

                                    Writing this complaint regarding to the wrong and inappropriate bill generation of amount ₹17446 of K No- [protected].
                                    As no one is residing at this residence addressing GH- 5&7, 695 paschim vihar, new Delhi since 2017 But still the bill is generated automatically of ₹ 17446 which is not even been used a drop of it since 2017.
                                    So it would be grateful if you take an action to rebate this wrong and inappropriate generated bill as soon as possible!
