My k no. [protected], i have replaced water meter and all requested document submitted in govindpuri jal board and same was update in documents but my bill is not as per meter reading.in last 9 months the meter bill status showing "stp" and water bill is around in 4 digit, after multiple complaints there has no positive response from any, again i have raised a third complaint (Reg no 1333 dated 24/03.19) and i this i have maintained older complaint dates official said that after we have not received any reading from person who is the appointed for area. We will send him to verify the meter reading and revise the bill as per reading and all older bill will be adjusted after this process only.

Same lollipop was given 4 month back but there had not action taken. If someone responsible person is there please help to resolve.

    Respected sir/mam
    I want to complain about dirty and stinking water that has been supplied to our area, i reside at house no 1 gali no 20 jagatpur extention po burari north delhi 11084
    Of late this problem has become too regular to bear with. The water supplied often is so stinky that it is not fit even for animals. It puts at a serious risk of picking water borne diseases.

    I reckon that there might be some constraints after all delhi is a huge city but water is a basic necessity, kindly maintain some standard

      My k no is [protected]. Add a 31 c,. Dda flats, munirka, new delhi 110067.
      The bill recd for the period 04/09/18 to 22/10/18 showed inflated metre reading. I immediately brought this discrepancy into the notice of djb r k puram office on 30/10/18 (Diary no 2295). As nothing happened, i submitted online grievance also (Grievance id [protected]). Nothing happened and i recd one more bill wherein earlier amt and penalty were included. As nothing happened, i visited djb office again on 08/03/19 but could not meet any of the senior officials as there was no power on that day. However i submitted reminder (Diary no 3954).
      Till date nothing has happened but one more bill has come with the penalty and disconnection notices have started coming. I may also state that amt raised for the subsequent periods has been nil. The otg amt as on date is rs 1045/36 and it is for the period under dispute plus penalties. I am a senior citizen and put to unnecessary harrassment
      Kindly intervene.

        My water meter is registered by the name -
        Sh Ravindranath Shukla and address - B-2(GF), Amar Colony, Delhi.
        I have submitted all my water bill dues up to December 2018 but suddenly I got the water bill of Rs 6492 up to the month of March 2019.
        So, i request you please check because ei haven't consumed that much water but my bill is too high for only three months.
        So, please kindly check my condition and give me compensation in my water bill.

          About two months back some sewer line was laid on the main road under kailash colony metro stn and partly on road by the side of metro stn going to kaialsh colony market. During laying the sewer line road was broken, after laying the sewer line the trench was filled and left as it is with extra earth lying in heaps and road has not been restored in in original condition. These roads carry heavy traffic and road capacity has decreased due to unbuilt road. It is very surprising that no official is bothered to see and restore the road kindly find out who is responsible for this and penalise him.

            My water meter is in the name of smt bima sethi and smt sarita vohra installed at d 89, defence colony. I have paid my water bills in december for an amount of rs 9301.56 and 7781.88.
            I have now received a bill of rs 1, 19, 238 (Rupees one lac nineteen thousand two hundred and thirty eight)
            I am widow and senior citizen and live alone in the house and hence fail to understand as to how i have got such an inflated bill.
            Kindly have this checked please and send me the correct bill for my payment.

              Every after 4-5 days the supply water we are getting is extremely stinky and smelly. It is more of like gutter water. It has a lot of smell. We cannot use that water for even washing or bathing, cooking and washing utensils using that smelly dirty water is just unacceptable. Many a times i called 1916 and registered a complaint but after every 4-5 day, i face the same issue. Can anyone running the system take the complaint seriously and can rectify this issue today and help us in getting normal water and make delhi a better place to live?
              It is really frustrating to see the capital city of the country is fighting for the very basic need of getting clean water. I cannot even imagine what is the situation in other parts of the country.

                260 sidhartha enclave, new delhi ist floor

                Djb is generating fake bills after bills for several years now despite my several for not generating bills as no body is living there, no drop of water is used.in fact water meter is also stopped at the gronud floor.

                Every month they add rupees 1500 to the bill + surcharge. I've already paid many fake bills but now dj has crossed the limit and i've stopped paying bills.

                I cannot go every day to go after these...

                Serious issues faced:

                1.in spite of repeated requests to djb, desilting of sewage lines has not been done in gk enclave 1. For last few days, numbers of residents in their homes are getting supply of drinking water mixed with sewage water. This could have serious adverse effect on their health.

                2. Also gk enclave 1 do not get supply of treated water. Djb is pumping underground water and supplying to residents for drinking while residents are paying bill for treated water.

                Need your help on urgent basis.

                It been many months water is not coming properly.
                The water is mixed with urine and it smells very bad.
                The water comes is totally yellow in colour.
                Hope you will solve this problem soon.

                  My kno.-[protected], i did not receive my bill of period 16nov.2018-15 jan.2019... I receive a bill of period 16jan.2019-15 mar.2019.. N this bill is of amount 2150 including that missing bill which is of 64 unit (449units).. But the problem is this according to the bill i use 64 units of waters in november to january period and my today's reading on the meter is 436.8units.. This is the mistake of reader who takes it wrong reading... And in my absence my father paid amount of 1600 on 25 mar. 2019 n still 550 is a remaining balance... I want a refund of my deposit (1600).. N strict action against a reader who takes wrong reading to harass people.. N for ur convenience i upload my bill n current photo of my meter so that u can understand it easily

                    The water coming from the supply has a bad smell and is grey in colour, sewage water and normal water is mixed.
                    There is a very strong foul odour and the running tipes also has the same water.
                    This water is critically unhygienic and can’t be used.
                    This mixing of the two lines has been going on since 7-8 days. We would get slight smell but from the last 4 days it is excessive.
                    We can’t use this for any purposes and this has been going on since 4 days.
                    This is extremely critical and we need this to be resolved on an urgent basis.

                      Sewage of street no 5 on bis foota road near altaqwa masjid in jogabai extension pin 110025 is completely blocked and over flowing . The sewage water is entering inside houses . People here are staying in filth. No body is looking at this . Please send officials to rescue us. We have complained several times . only first add is done . there is no permanant solution to this . now no one is listening us for almost a week.

                        पानी का मीटर कोई चेक करने नहीं आता। और चलते मीटर को बंद दिखाकर साल साल भर का भारी भरकम बिल भेजा जाता है। कंप्लेंट करने पर कहा जाता है कि जल बोर्ड के एकाउंट पर कम्प्यूटर में मीटर बन्द शो हो रहा है तो बन्द मीटर का बिल ही भरना होगा और नया मीटर भी लगवाना होगा।

                        There is a house behind my house.Litres and Litres of water overflows most of days.

                        A huge amount of water iss getting wasted .

                          Dear Sir,
                          my K No. [protected], Last 5 months the meter bill show "RDDT" and water bill is around in 4 digit, after complain in the office subhash nagar the official said that after february the meter reading will be taken and all the bill amount recalculate and bill regenerate.
                          if the water consuming is pertains under the govt scheme then you won't pay any bill.
                          but no 26.03.2019 i received bill for rs.3833. i am hardly...

                          My address is c-47a, front side, 3rd floor, rama park, uttam nagar nd-110059 (Near dwarka more metro). From last couple of days, we are struggling with drinking water supply. Sewar water is coming when ever we turn on our motor. It smells like hell and my all near by residence is having the same problem. Multiple complaints are logged, however there is no action taken so far. Would request the concerned person/authority to have a look at this serious matter.

                            I am residing in madipur a block

                            There is a house by address - a-567 madipur jj colony who waste water a lot atleast 2-3 hours 2 times during a day.

                            There tank overflows and there is lots of people but no one in house to take care and control the wastage.

                            Please look into the matter at the earlist.

                              Since 3-4 days the water which we are getting is gutter water. It has a lot of smell. This is really un acceptable that our children cannot even drink that water.                                 K no.[protected], for the last three months wrong bill is prepared without meter reading and showing penalty. I have personally met in 15 jan 19 mr yadav in mubarakpur and told me your bill is related to sultanpuri will be sent in feb 19 but again they prepared bill amounting to rs 6319/- whereas meter reading is only 25. It is to note that my house remains closed as i live in govt colony.
                                Again i lodged application to zro sultanpuri in mar 19 he instructed to mr ram dutt to ask mubarakpur office to send above bill to sultanpuri so that correction could be made but it is still pending.
                                Request your intervention to settle the issue at the earliest.

                                I again met ZRO Sultanpuri and he issued instruction to Mr Dhiraj to send e mail Mubarakpur Jal Vibhag to send bill of Mr Dhanwan to Sultanpuri. He further told me that now water bill of Mar 19 will be prepaded at our end. Hence action completed.

                                    This is to inform you that a new meter was installed on 21st-september-2018. No. O[censored]nits used 22 from the period b/w 21st sept-18 to 29th oct-18 which is 38 days. No o[censored]nits used 19 for the second bill payment for the period b/w 29th oct-18 to 14th jan-19 i. E. 77 days.

                                    Moreover, i would like to add that i am using 1000l tank for my water requirement and the water supply timing is only 4.00 am-5.30 am once in day. So, we use the same water for all our requirement till the next morning and if the water supply is only once in a day and we are using only 1000l tank for the same so if we use 1000l in the whole day then our billed units for 64 days should not exceed 64 units where as we have got a bill of 93 units which is completely unacceptable by any means.

                                    So, it is my humble request to you to kindly look into the matter and provide us a proper solution.
